송이버섯[Tricholoma matsutake(S. Ito et Imai);Sing.]에서 polyphenol oxidase 조효소액(粗酵素液)을 추출(抽出), 그 성질(性質)을 조사(調査)하여 다음과 같은 결과(結果)를 얻었다. Trihydroxyphenol류(類)와 o-diphenol류(類)에 활성(活性)을 보였고 이들중 pyrogaroll이 최고활성(最高活性)을 보였으며 m-diphenol, p-diphenol 그리고 monophenol류(類)에서는 활성(活性)을 보이지 않았다. 최적(最適) pH는 4.0 부근이었고, 최적온도(最適溫度)는 $45{\sim}55^{\circ}C$였으며, 효소(酵素)의 활성(活性)이 $70^{\circ}C$에서 2분(分) 가열(加熱)로 완전(完全)히 실활(失活)되었다. $Cu^{++}$, $Fe^{++}$ 및 $Mg^{++}$은 $10^{-1}mM$이상(以上) 농도(濃度)에서는 효소력(酵素力)이 증가(增加)되었으나, 그 이상(以上)의 농도(濃度)에서는 오히려 저하(低下)되었다. 저해제(沮害劑)로는 Na-DETC, L-ascorbic acid, L-cysteine 및 NaCl이 양호(良好)하였다. pyrogaroll에 대한 km치(値)는 0.88mM이었다.

It was reported in our Previous paper that the fermented products from Gloeostereum incarnatum strongly inhibit the growth of six kinds of bacteria in human bodies. In this paper the appropriated conditions of immersing culture for the strain 8 903 of Gloeostereum incarnatum was analysed. And the output of the hypha and fermentative product was determined or compared, The prelimenaryresults showed that the appropriated conditions for the growth of Gloeostereum incarnatum are: (1)culture medium:glucose 3%; protein peoptne 0.2%; soybeancake power 1%, yeast power 0.3%; KH2PO40.05%; MgSO4 0.03%; CaCO3 0.01%; vitamin Bl 0.001%; befor sterilization pH Value of six should be maintained; (2) temperature; 27$^{\circ}C$～28$^{\circ}C$; (3) time; about 200 hours; (4) ventilation; (30%～50%)/min. The sigh of the end culture we: pH coming down about 4: remnant glucoses less 1%, amino nitrogens about 20;, time about eight days. In the aforementioned conditions, the output of fermentative product achieve to 2.5 ～3g/L.

1978년(年) 여름부터 가을까지 소백산(小白山) 및 영주지방(榮州地方)에서 탐집(探集)된 고등균류(高等菌類)와 1976년(年) 안동(安東)에서 탐집(探集)된 것중 미동정(未同定)이 었든 것을 이번에 동정(同定)하였다. 그 결과(結果) Macrocystidia의 한국(韓國) 미기록속(未記錄屬)과 10개(個)의 미기록종(未記錄種)을 다음과 같이 확인(確認)하였다. Hygrocybe turunda (Fr.) Karst., Hygrophorus lucorum Kalchbr., Macrocystidia cucumsi (Fr.) Heim var. latifolia (Lange) Imazeki et Hongo, Agaricus subrufescens Peck, Psathyrella hydrophila(Bull. ex Fr.) A.H. Smith, Stropharia rugosannulata Farlow f. lutea Hongo, Inocybe bresadolae Mass., I. multicoronata A.H. Smith, Russula farinipes Romell 과 Lactarius sakamotoi Imai.

본 논문에서는 복잡한 암호학적 연산없이 숨겨진 화상을 복원할 수 있는 시각암호를 이용한 개인 인증 방식에 대하여 고찰한다. Katoh와 Imai는 1개의 표시화상에 인증을 위한 2개의 질문 화상을 숨길 수 있는 방식을 제안하였다. 이 방식을 확장시켜 복수개의 질문화사을 숨길 수 있는 일반화 구성법을 제시한다. 나아가, Droste방식을 적용시켜 모든 슬라이드의 조합에 따라 서로 다른 비밀화상을 숨길 수 있는 방식을 제안한다.

서울대학교 수우표본관에서 완성한 KPF(Korean Peninsula Flora Database) 데이터베이스에서는 1850년부터 1945년까지 한반도에서 채집된 65,000개의 관속식물의 기록물을 관리하고 있다. 이 중 북한에서 채집된 기록은 33,000개인데 이 중 13%에 해당되는 4,287개가 1909년부터 1942년에 걸쳐 5명의 일본인(노무라, 오쿠야마, 후루미, 이마이, 사이토)과 1명의 미국인(밀즈)에 의해 채집되었다. 코마로프(Komarov, V.L), 나카이(Nakai, T) 이후 3번째로 많은 북한에서 채집된 표본이다. 이런 채집과 관련된 보고서는 지명사전으로 기존에 일부 발표하였지만, 본 논문에서는 보다 더 자세한 일정과 채집물에 대해 기록하였다. 사이토가 가장 많은 1,730개 표본을 채집하였고 밀즈, 노무라, 오쿠야마, 후루미, 이마이 순서로 1,067, 532, 510, 368, 370개의 표본을 채집하였다.

The performance of the LSI improved drastically due to the progress of the semiconductor manufacturing technology in recent years. However, a new problem such as wiring delay and complication inside the LSI occurs. The study to solve these problems with much research organization is been doing. We tried to solve of these problems by using the neuron MOS transistor with 4-valued signal in addition to the binary signal. In this paper, We present, method which realizes 4-valued logic function. And, a designed circuit, is verified by using HSPICE.

In order to investigate the mechanism of regulation of progesterone production, quail were hypophysectomized at various times during the ovulation cycle, and granulose cells were isolated from follicles 4 hr after the operation. They were incubated in vitro at $40^{\circ}C$ with or without LH or dibutyryl cyclic AMP, and the amounts of progesterone produced during 3 hr of incubation were measured by radioimmunoassay. Hypophysectomy at 8 hr or 20 hr before the predicted time of ovulation caused a reduced responsiveness of F1 granulosa cells to exogenous LH or dibutyrul cyclic AMP. Although hypophysectomy at 24 hr before ovulation caused a slight reduction of responsiveness of F1 granulosa cells, the reduction of the progesterone production during the incubation without any stimuli was prominent by the sham operation. These results suggest that the presence of pituitary gland influences the ability of the granulose cells to produce progesterone in response to LH or dibutyryl cyclic AMP.

This study reports the extraction behavior of $\alpha$-lactalbumin using bis(2-ethylhexyl) sulfosuccinate sodium (AOT) reverse micelles. Forward extraction of $\alpha$-lactalbumin in the reverse micellar organic phase from aqueous feed solutions was strongly dependent on the AOT concentration and the complete forward extraction of 0.03 mM $\alpha$-lactalbumin was successfully achieved at an AOT concentration of ca. 100 mM. A similar dependency of the forward extraction on the AOT concentration was obtained in isooctane, n-hexane, and n-octane systems. In the backward extraction from the micellar organic phase, the recovery of the protein as high as ca. 90% was obtained with pH control and/or salt addition.

We performed simultaneous VLBI observations of H2O 616-523 (22.2 GHz) and SiO v=1, 2, J=1-0 (43.1, 42.8 GHz) and v=1, J=2-1, J=3-2 (86.2, 129.3 GHz) masers toward VX Sagittarius using the Korean VLBI Network (KVN). The astrometrically registered maps of the 22.2 GHz H2O and 43.1, 42.8, 86.2 SiO masers were successfully obtained at two epochs of 2016 February 27 and 2016 March 27 by adopting the Source Frequency Phase Referencing (SFPR) method. In addition we detected 129.3 Ghz SiO maser at second epoch. These results make it possible to determine the accurate position of central star as a dynamical center of 22.2 GHz H2O maser and relative locations of 43.1, 42.8, 86.2, 129.3 GHz SiO masers. In addition, it is possible to investigate the morphological and kinematic variations of clumpy structures from SiO maser to H2O maser regions in future together with the development of asymmetric structure of H2O maser region.
