본 연구는 조류발전 사업이 보다 환경친화적 에너지개발사업이 되도록 유도하기 위한 국내 해역에 적합한 환경평가 가이드라인을 제시하는데 목적을 두었다. 본 연구는 국내외 관련 문헌들을 수집하여 조사 분석하였고, 해양에너지 개발 및 해양환경 전문가들과의 면담과 전문가 세미나를 진행하여 합리적인 입지선정 타당성 검토방안과 환경평가단계의 가이드라인을 도출하였다. 입지선정 타당성 검토방안은 입지선정 시 고려해야할 항목을 제시하였고, 이를 바탕으로 조류발전 사업의 특성과 환경영향을 최소화 할 수 있는 적정입지선정 방안을 제시하였다. 환경평가 단계에서의 가이드라인은 조류발전 사업에 대한 환경영향을 파악하고 이에 대한 환경영향평가를 효과적으로 수행하기 위해 현황조사, 영향예측, 저감방안, 사후환경영향 조사계획의 네 단계로 구분하여 제시하였다.

Objectives : Hwabyung is one of well-known mental health problems like depression in Korea and it's concept is generated from oriental medicine. We suggest that clinical practice guideline should reflect the Hwabyung's characteristics, clinical environment and Oriental medical doctor's need. Methods : We use the general development method of clinical practice guideline and also apply the oriental medicine's properties. Results : We need to refer to the western psychiatric field, especially the clinical guideline of depression. And we should base on the clinical survey and trial with the selected core subject considering oriental medicine's character. Conclusions : From this development, we expect the application of proper clinical decision by medical team, the objectification of oriental medicine, and the improvement of medical quality in the clinical field of oriental medicine.

Objective: This study aimed to ascertain what should be considered in the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Liver Cancer," by analyzing existing guidelines and clinical trials. Methods: Committee for the development of a guideline, consisting of 6 Korean medicine doctors, reviewed guidelines and clinical trials on using herbal medicine for treating liver cancer. The trials were analyzed in terms of inclusion and exclusion of participants, intervention, comparators, outcomes, and trial design. We then compared the results of our analysis with the guidelines to identify issues we must to consider when following the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Liver Cancer." Several guidelines for antitumor agents and clinical trials on herbal medicine were obtained from the Ministry of Food and Drug Safety homepage, etc. The search terms were as follows: "liver neoplasms"; "herbal medicine"; "medicine, Korean traditional"; and "medicine, Chinese Traditional.". Results: Ten articles were obtained from pubmed and Embase. There was no guideline for clinical trials on using herbal medicine for treating liver cancer. All the participants in the reviewed articles had primary liver cancer, and the type of intervention varied (e.g., decoction, patches, and capsules. The comparators included placebos and conventional treatments such as chemotherapy. The outcome assessment methods were tumor response, quality of life, survival, and liver function tests. Adverse events occuring during the trial were also evaluated. Conclusion: Findings were derived by reviewing existing guidelines and comparing them with clinical trials on liver cancer and herbal medicinal products. These results will be utilized in the development of the "Guideline for Clinical Trials with Herbal Medicinal Products for Liver Cancer."

Architectural design work depends on information made from earlier phases such as feasibility study, planning, and conceptual design. This design guideline information includes design objectives, requirements, and constraints made by decision-making, and has great influence on various works of latter phases of design process. Despite of this cognition, however, the lack of design guideline information management still remains as one among the critical issues in design area. Design tools with design guideline information do not also address the issue of interoperability throughout the life-cycle of buildings. The purpose of this research is to propose a method for design guideline information management by using the IFC technology and IFC Property set (Pset) extension mechanism. The method comprises defining and mapping the practically used design guideline items and extensible IFC data model, and includes the management of relationships that exist between design guideline information and design model in the IFC data model.

Introduction The case report provides pivotal basis for clinical research and education, however systematically organized guideline for reporting case report was not properly applied and it tackled the development of traditional medicine in Korea. The purpose of this study was to implement guideline for reporting CAse REport(CARE guideline) incorporating unique characteristics of Sasang medicine with the help of examples and explanations. Methods and Results The guideline for reporting CAse REport for Sasang medicine(CARES guideline) including diagnosis of traditional medicine and treatment with acupuncture and medical herbs was suggested, and practical examples explaining details of each CARES items were provided. Discussion and Conclusion This study would provide foundation for consensus-based and common CARE guideline for traditional Korean medicine. And, the CARES guideline would provide clinical platform for developing refined Sasang type differentiation technique using reported biopsychosocial and clinical type-specific features and realistic cases for Problem Based Learning courses as evidence-based education.

Landscape elements of historical and cultural value and elements that have negative impact on landscape due to reckless development teem in rural area. Due to this, local government has established a visual landscape plan. The purpose of this study is to analyze the process and content of domestic rural landscape planning process and to suggest improvements for it. For that, this study measure guideline of Ministry of Agriculture, Food and Rural Affairs against guideline of Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport. To analyze the landscape planning guideline of australia which is similar to domestic rural landscape planning process, and to compare both guidelines. The results of this study are as follow. The stage of landscape resource survey and assessment progressed systematically, but it was not practical because for the lack of survey and assessment method. Therefore, it should be suggested for the survey and assessment technique. The rural landscape plan, established in master planning stage, do not necessarily reflect local government's landscape management on the ground of abstract technic of landscape management. For this sake, to develop evaluation method for development of landscape element seems necessary.

Objectives : This study aimed to design manual of guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs in the disease of the aged. Method : First, we collected informations about guideline book for drug medication, and we investigated wishes of professors who are working for an oriental medicine at universities. Result & Conclusion : 1. The greater part of professors recognized necessity of guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs. 2. The basic stages of framing guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs are as follows. The first step is planning of framing guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs. The second step is organization of framing group and advisory committee for guideline book. The next steps are searching the core of items and making a searching all the literature and estimating the literature. And then, we should complete basic contents of guideline book in a row, and those must be examined thoroughly by external experts. Finally we can make public the guideline book for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs. If there are reform contents in the guideline book, we can amend contents and make public the revision guideline book again. 3. We need guideline information center for combined medicaion of the oriental and the western drugs in the disease of the aged for framing, wide-spread and development of guideline book. 4. We think that the guideline information center should be composed of a steering committee, a committee of controlling informations and advisory committee for guideline book.

This article described the production problems, import conditions of organic livestock products and background of CODEX-guideline, and presented the counterplan for future organic livestock production policy. The essential counterplan for CODEX-guideline and construction of organic livestock production basis include ; - Specific funding of research and development for excellent livestock breeding with consideration of regional enviroment-friendly applications to improve the quality of organic livestock products, - Development of production potential and resources utilization of organic feeding stuffs in domestic and foreign countries, - Horizontal and vertical organization of organic livestock farming and multifarm cooperation, - Specialization of organic livestock farming, and construction for direct or indirect linkage markets and Agro-food corporation for closer cooperation between inner and outer factor of farm management, - Construction of recycling system for the enviroment-friendly utilization of animal excrements.
