고무차륜 AGT 경량전철 차량-주행궤도 안전성 평가 (Safety evaluation of rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle-running track)

  • This study was aimed at evaluating the structural safety for rubber tired AGT system. Based on these, AGT system which was developed for first time in domestic is need to verify structural safety. So we measured the characteristics of guide-rail, switch rail, side wall in the constructed test track for rubber tired AGT system. Finally, all results of test showed that structural safety of the rubber tired AGT system.

  • Dynamic model of the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle, and boundary conditions between vehicle and infrastructures (running track, guidance rail) were defined to analyze vehicular vibration behaviors occurred at the worst condition for straight running track. Using the commercialized software RecurDyn, resultant forces and vibration accelerations of car body and bogies were analyzed. Based on the Korea performance test criteria for urban transit, vertical and lateral vibration of car body were calculated and evaluated as wearing condition of guide wheels. And resultant forces between bogie guidance frame and guide rail in straight running track were analyzed. As the results, the Korea standardized rubber-tired AGT light rail vehicle satisfied the performance criteria and design requirement .

  • This paper defines the Safety Management System(SMS) based on the rail safety act and surveys the status of the English rail SMS and International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) SMS and OHSAS18001 SMS. Through the investigation of establishment and implementation status of domestic rail operators' SMS, the improvement directions of the current rail SMS are developed. First, to establish the continual improvement system for SMS, the guide which describe detailed continual improvement method for each steps of SMS including management review by CEO shall be established and implemented. Second, to settle the SMS based on the risk management, it is necessary to endeavor for converting the rail operators mind and to establish the supply system of operating model and basic data and to define the requirement precisely and to include in the related guide for the risk management.

전달함수를 이용한 직선베어링 안내면의 운동정밀도 향상 (Improvement of Motion Accuracy Using Transfer Function in Linear Motion Bearing Guide)

  • An analysis method which calculates corrective machining information for improving the motion accuracy of linear motion guide Is proposed in this paper. The method is composed of two algorithms. One is the algorithm fur prediction of the motion errors from rail form error. The other is the algorithm for prediction of rail form error from the motion errors of table. Transfer function is utilized in each algorithm, which represents the ratio of bearing reaction force variation to unit magnitude of spatial frequencies of raid from error. As the corrective machining information is acquired from the measured motion errors of table, the method has a merit not to measure rail form error directly. Validity of the method is verified both theoretically and experimentally. By applying the method, linear motion error of test equipment is reduced from 5.97$\mu$m to 0.58$\mu$m, and reduced from 32.78arcsec to 6.21 arcsec in case of angular motion error. From the results, it is confirmed that the method is very effective to improve the motion accuracy of linear motion guide.

산업용 접이식 자동문 안내레일에 작용하는 충격하중 완화를 위한 동역학적 해석 (Dynamic Analysis of Impact Force Alleviation of Industrial Folding-type Automatic Door on Guide Rail)

  • This paper described an analysis of dynamic mechanism for the industrial two-step folding automatic door using commercial software packages. Two modeling types of operating on the guide rail, the sliding one and the rolling, were adopted to investigate effects of impact force when the door ascends the guide rail. The magnitude of impact force was found very peaklike large over an initial duration of the door's moving up. The amount of damping coefficient for alleviating this shock was controlled to such a moderate degree that the operating conditions can be obtained for the purpose of design. Moreover the behavior of both dynamic stress and deformation were observed for acquirement of structural reliabilities of the combined guide rail and rolling mechanism. This research will be a very useful tool in the near future for the dynamic analysis of the multi-step folding automatic door.

  • 매년 초고층 건축물 관련 프로젝트가 증가하고 있으며, 초고층 건축물의 높이가 증가함에 따라 시공법과 함께 유지관리 방법도 기존방식과는 큰 차이를 보이고 있다. 또한 유지관리 업무 중 가장 빈번하게 수행되는 외벽 청소작업을 보다 안전하게 작업하기 위한 근본적인 대책으로 청소작업의 자동화 및 기계화가 요구되고 있다. 그리고 초고층에서 발생되는 돌풍 등 외부환경의 영향에 대응할 수 있는 방법으로 가이드레일 청소로봇 시스템이 제기되고 있다. 따라서 본 연구는 초고층 건축물 외벽 청소작업의 자동화 및 기계화를 위한 선행연구로써, 외벽 청소로봇 운용을 위한 가이드레일 기본단위유닛 도출과 가이드레일 개념(안)을 개발하는 것이다. 이를 통하여 초고층 건축물 외벽 청소로봇운용을 위한 선행연구이며, 운용에 필요한 최적의 가이드레일 최종설계의 기반을 마련하고자 한다.

  • The railway structure for a rubber-wheeled automated guide-way transit system consists of a driveway and a guide-way. The most important factor of this system is the driveway and the guide-way aligned with each other, especially for curves and inclines section. The conventional construction method caused many problems such as discordancy by constructing the driveway before constructing the guide-way. Therefore, in this paper we introduce a new method of constructing a railway for a rubber-wheeled light rail vehicle; the new method of constructing the guide-way beforehand as a preceding process. The new method for AGT railway system can simplify the construction process and thus the construction costs may be reduced. It should also improve the driving performance and the comfortability in operating of a light rail vehicle.

  • A ballscrew-linear motion(LM) guide is well-described by its name: it is a LM guide that runs by ballscrew. It consists of LM rail, LM block, end plate, screw, nut and bearing balls. The ballscrew-LM guide has many advantages compared with conventional LM guide. The high efficiency achieved with rolling contact devices permits the employment of antibacklash methods. The balls provide the only physical contact between nut rail and block and ball screw and nut replacing the sliding friction with a rolling motion. The life of the ballscrew-LM is determinated by the balls. The objective of this paper is to introduce the design of the ballscrew-LM with the safety working load.

  • In recent years, the number of high-rise buildings has been on the rise. As buildings have become larger in scale, significantly different issues related to their construction and maintenance have emerged. In addition, the automation and mechanization of the cleaning work for the curtain wall, one of the most frequently-performed tasks in building maintenance, is required as a fundamental measure. For this reason, a guide-rail type cleaning robot system is emerging as one of the measures in response to external factors, including gust. The major objective of this study is to propose an economic feasibility forecasting model and to apply the a building facade cleaning robot which is now under development.
