The purpose of this study was to examine the effects of teachers' responsiveness on teachers' strategies of problem behavior guidance. Teachers' responsiveness variables consisted of acceptance, sensitivity, consistency, warmth and teachers' strategies of problem behavior guidance variables consisted of positive proactive strategies, positive reactive strategies, negative reactive strategies. Subjects were 151 early childhood teachers in Seoul and Chungcheungnam-do. The collected data were analyzed using simple regression and hierarchical multiple regression. The main results of this study were as follows. Teachers' acceptance, sensitivity, consistency, warmth were positively related to teachers' positive proactive strategies and positive reactive strategies of problem behavior guidance. On the other hand, teachers' warmth was negatively related to teachers' negative reactive strategies. As results of examining relative effects of teachers' responsiveness on positive proactive strategies of problem behavior guidance, the influential variables were warmth and acceptance. The relative effects of teachers'responsiveness on positive reactive strategies of problem behavior guidance, the influential variables were sensitivity and acceptance. The relative effects of teachers' responsiveness on negative reactive strategies of problem behavior guidance, the only influential variable was warmth.

Since July in 2004, starting with urban bus reorganization of Seoul metropolitan government, the change of the public transportation which integrates the urban bus and the subway of the metropolis are being continued. But the integration of such bus and the subway is staying to only a fare system mainly, and the guidance system of the subway and the bus has not changed. So we propose the concept of the new guidance system following public transportation change tendency. At first we introduce the new information system which can guide city railroad and bus altogether, and we propose new system which can guide divided by the trunk line and the branch line instead of bus and subway. Last high-functional guidance system which can give passengers tip and hint for various and effective usage of public transportation in more complicated city transit network is introduced. This new guidance system can increase competitiveness of public transportation system and stretch transportation share of it. And that guidance system is high-class contents that all public transportation business can utilize, so it can originate new industry. In conclusion, this new innovative guidance system is important field that government, local administration and public transportation business must be concerned and develop.

The premise underpinning this research is that cognitive evaluation is the starting point of children's emotional experience. It then went on to investigate how parents' person-oriented guidance affects children's emotional intelligence. Additionally, children's ego-resilience was analyzed as a variable that affects children's emotional intelligence and as a mediator between parents' person-oriented guidance and children's emotional intelligence. A purposive sampling was conducted in 4 elementary schools in metropolitan areas and made use of 466 students in 4th and 5th grade as research subjects. The results are summarized as follows：firstly, the more frequently parents used person-oriented guidance, the more children exhibited higher levels of ego-resilience and emotional intelligence. Secondly, vitality, peer relations, optimism, curiosity, emotional regulation, maternal person-oriented guidance were found to affect emotional intelligence in the order of relative significance of that influence. Thirdly, children's ego-resilience was found to intermediate parents' person-oriented guidance and children's emotional intelligence. In conclusion, individual children's evaluations of parental verbal stimuli was found to influence children's emotional intelligence, especially more significantly through the mediation of children's ego-resilience.

본 논문에서는 일반항공기나 무인항공기의 자동착륙에 적용할 수 있는 착륙 유도 법칙을 제안하고 기존의 일반적인 착륙 과정과의 비교를 통하여 성능을 확인하였다. 착륙 유도법칙은 미사일 요격에서 사용되는 Miss distance 개념과 Lyapunov 안정성 이론에 근거하여 궤환 형태의 속도 및 비행 경로각 명령을 생성할 수 있도록 구성하였다. 기존 문헌에 제시된 항공기의 자동착륙 시뮬레이션을 이용하여 착륙 접근 및 착지 기동 과정을 모사하였다. 착륙 접근의 제U 목적인 강하로 이탈 거리 제거와, 착지 기동시 제어 목적인 고도 제어의 관점에서 새로이 제안하고 있는 착륙 유도 법칙은 기존 방법에 대등 또는 우수한 결과를 얻을 수 있었다. 기준 궤적의 설정에 따라 다양한 비행 궤적 추종이 가능하므로 향후 무인기의 자동 착륙이나 기동 비행의 설계시 적용할 수 있을 것이다.

This study is to make a protype of forecast guidance for forecasters from analyzing the characteristics of Korea Fog. The trend of Korea fog showed the decline in the number of foggy days and the duration time, the gradient is -1.24days/year under 3 miles and -0.98days/year under 1 mile and -1.64hours/year under 3 miles and -3.18hours/year under 1 mile in duration time in 27 ROKAF base. To find the protype of inland and coastal forecast guidance, Daegu base as a representation of the inland base and Gangneung base as the representation of the coastal base were chosen. For Daegu base, the mixture of relative humidity, sky condition, and the position of high pressure were selected for the forecast guidance. For Gangneung base, pressure pattern, sea surface temperature, sea currents, and 850hPa temperature patterns were selected for the forecast guidance.

A Captive Flight Test(CFT) is used to verify the performance of missile component such as seeker and guiding algorithm of missile. Recently most of surface to air missile adapts multi-mode guidance method which include command guidance and active/passive guidance. A CFT system for missile system adapting multi-mode guidance method consists of pod equipment, command transmitting system and measuring system. In this paper, we proposed CFT system and testing method for missile which adapt multi-mode guidance, and system integration procedure by using distributed missile system integration method and procedure. The proposed CFT system and system integration method was applied to CFT of surface to air missile, and brought successful result.

For safe evacuation in the fire disaster, the evacuees must find the exit and evacuate quickly. Especially, if the evacuees don't know the location of the exit, they have to depend on the evacuation guidance system. Because the more smoke spread, the less visibility is decreasing, it is difficult to find the way to the exit by the naked eye. For theses reasons, the evacuation guidance system is highly important. However, the evacuation guidance system without change of direction has the risk that introduce to the dangerous area. In the evacuation safety assessment scenario by the evacuation simulation has the same problem. Because the evacuee in the simulation evacuate by the shortest route to the exit, the simulation result is same like the evacuation without the evacuation guidance system. In this study, it was used with MAS (Multi Agent System)-based simulation program including the evacuation guidance system to implement the change of evacuation by fire. Using this method, confidence of evacuation safety assessment can be increase.

The author recommends the creation of a nationwide career guidance program at the national level through the establishment of a long-term cohort, involving collaboration among medical schools nationwide. This cohort would be constructed for the purpose of analyzing correlations from admission to medical school to post-graduate education, facilitating the development of a career guidance program. This will aid in career development through students' self-analysis and competency building. Each medical school should operate a systematic career guidance program. Career guidance for post-graduate major selection should be included in the regular curriculum. Schools are advised to operate student counseling rooms for various career guidance services. For example, medical schools can operate 1:1 career counseling, academic counseling, career guidance surveys, psychological tests, and counseling. It is advisable to establish a mentor-professor system, connect mentor professors, and build a network of experts related to majors to provide immediate support according to students' needs. Professional mentor training should be provided to mentor professors. To provide opportunities for students to experience their career paths in advance, early clinical exposure, long-term integrated clinical practice, community-based clinical practice, participation in student research programs, career fairs, and student internship programs are recommended. In South Korea, it is necessary to systematically operate the internship system and make improvements to facilitate optical career choices. Additionally, considering the significant influence of social factors on students' career choices in South Korea, efforts should be made to identify and address the issues related to these social factors.

이 연구의 목적은 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 현황을 살펴보고 향후 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 과제를 탐색하는 데 있다. 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 경우 ①진로 진학 상담 교사 자격요건은 법령에 따른 일정한 교육 및 연수를 통해서이다. ②진로 진학 상담 자격 취득 후 '진로 진학 상담' 교과교사로 전환 발령을 받는 것은 또 다른 선발 기준에 의한다. ③진로 진학 상담 교사는 학교당 1명 이상을 배치하여야 한다. ④서울시교육청에서 제시하는 중등 진로 진학 상담 교사 공통직무는 진로 진학상담부장 교사로서 학교의 진로 교육을 총괄하는 업무를 중심으로 15개 항목으로 제시하고 있다. ⑤교육부에서는 중등학교에서 진로지도를 할 때 참고할 진로지도 지침 진로지도 모형을 활용하고 있다. 둘째, 진로 진학 상담 교사 제도의 과제는 ①진로지도 지침에서 제시하고 있는 진로지도 모형의 이론적 근거에 대한 검토가 필요하다. ②전 교사의 진로 교사 화가 필요하다. ③중학교와 고등학교에 현재 1명으로 배치 되는 진로 진학 상담 교사의 수를 확대할 필요가 있다. ④교과 통합형 진로 교육을 확대할 필요가 있다.

In the previous paper, we presented a new guidance law for a missile during boost phase. Thus, this paper deals with the guidance law for a missile after the thrust cutoff against an accelerating and turning target. It is essentially based on the concept of proportional navigation. Some simulation studies were performed using a three dimensional mathematical model of an air-to-air missile and the effectiveness of the guidance law presented was shown.
