신변보호사 자격취득 학생들의 자격활용 인식에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Utilizing Certificate Awareness for Student Certificate Holders of Private Security Guard)

  • 2005년 안황권 교수의 도입제안에 따라 경비협회가 시작한 신변보호사 자격제도는 지금까지 7회를 실시하여 국가로 부터 공인을 받았다. 신변보호사 자격제도는 시민생활안전을 충족시키고 아울러 자격 검증을 통해 전문 직능을 보유한 신변보호 전문가를 확보하고자 함이다. 그러나 7회에 걸쳐 신변보호사 자격 검정을 통해 배출된 많은 수의 자격 취득자들은 산업 현장에서의 우선적 채용 인적자원 또는 가산점 부여 등과 같은 혜택을 받지 못하고 있다. 또한 실제 자격을 취득하였음에도 대부분 활용되고 있지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구자는 신변보호사 제도와 자격증을 취득한 학생들을 대상으로 활용 실태와 인식에 대하여 탐구하여 문제점을 살펴보고 향후 발전 방안을 제시하고자 한다.

  • A guard lamp system has been installed at the PV positive center, located at Gwangju in Korea. Digital environment that is represented to internet is displacing business way of industry and business achievement way with the fast speed being giving great change on life whole, improve existence business process utilizing internet and Web connection technology, information superhighway to tradition industrialist manufacture and e-transformation's propulsion that wish to maximize productivity and administration efficiency is spread vigorously. In this paper, we wish to accomplish generation equipment's heighten stability and believability through remote monitoring and control of guard lamp system. This paper describes the design of the monitoring system for the sensing data and indirect controlling of the guard lamp system. Most of the conventional monitoring systems depend on the special hardware and software. The essential design of monitoring system is to provide the convenience for the user and the portability for the system. In order for the system to fulfill its requirements, it was designed using Labview GUI facility based on the Windows 2000 environment of IBM PC compatible and Add-on card based on the TCP/IP protocol. Advantage of the monitoring system are a personnel expenses curtailment effect, of the place restriction and unmanned system of the generation plants, etc..

  • 2 K superfluid helium cryogenic system is the crucial component of many large accelerators. When the cryogenic system is operating at 2K@3129Pa, many room-temperature parts are connected to superfluid helium via tubes. Air Leakage in these connections may lead to air contamination of the cryogenic system. Air contamination may cause equipment failure in cryogenic systems and, in extreme cases, render the entire accelerator system inoperable. Helium guard is a technique that guards against air contamination of these sub-atmospheric pressure connections in 2 K superfluid helium cryogenic system. This paper introduces a typical 2 K cryogenic distribution design for large accelerators, and make risk analysis of air contamination. Finally, the analysis of specific leakage points and detailed engineering design are presented, which may be used as a reference when designing of a 2 K superfluid helium cryogenic distribution system.

사이즈 적합성과 효율성이 향상된 야구 다리보호대 개발을 위한 그레이딩 편차 선정 (Selection of Grading Deviations to Develop Improved Baseball Leg Guards for Size Suitability and Efficiency)

  • Baseball is a life sport that gives vitality to people. However, currently available leg guards do not have a variety of sizes and it is very difficult to purchase a leg guard that is suitable for the size of a specific consumer. Therefore, this study investigated the size system of a leg guard sold in the market and suggested a grading deviation suitable for the legs of Korean males. The results of the study were as follows. First, most brands were sold only in three size systems as children's, teenagers, and adults. Adult size systems were not subdivided. Second, Korean male legs were classified into Group 1 (large girth and height and lower body muscle) and Group 2 (small girth and height and low underbody muscle). Third, the size system is based on vertical items such as height and mid-thigh circumference. Each group produced 10 sizes. The smallest height or the largest height was also found to be about 4.5 to 5.0cm smaller or larger than the sample size for each group. The total length of the leg guard was about 2.5cm when the height was increased or decreased by one size. It was confirmed that the deviation of the circumference of the mid-thigh should be about 2.0cm larger or smaller than the sample size even if the height is the same. The deviation of the knee circumference and ankle circumference was smaller than the other circumference. In conclusion, the dimension combinations of the leg guard must be set differently to provide a leg guard with high size suitability according to leg type.

철도 선로안전시설에 관한 기초연구 (A Fundamental Research on the Safety Facilities of Railroad)

  • In this research, safety requirements for guard rail, buffer stop, car stop scotch block, protection device, fire protection facilities, safety siding, escape facilities and inundation protection facilities are studied to establish a standard. First, various kinds of guard rails and their construction methods are investigated. Researches on the level difference of main track and guard rail, joint, length, and fastening force of guard rail are done. Second, the classification of buffer stop and car stop scotch block and its characteristics are examined, and the impact force, speed limit and capacity of buffer stop are summarized. Details of protection device, fire protection facilities, safety siding, escape facilities and inundation protection facilities are also investigated. From this fundamental research results, basic data on the safety facilities of railroad system are established.

스포츠 마우스가드의 기능성과 안정적인 착용감을 위한 제작 증례 (Fabrication of a sport mouse guard for performance and comfortable wearing)

  • Here, we studied the sports mouse guard as an oral device system, to minimize the sports related facial and dental injuries, jawbone fracture and brain injury, and by layering the hardened sheets for improving the activity performance and stable wearing. By pressuring and layering 2 soft- and 1 hard-layers of ethylene vinyl acetate (EVA) thermoplastic materials, for a category of martial art, record sports and leports, here we introduce a methodology for thickness control of layers to protect the teeth and oral structure. A personally customized mouse guard optimized for sports by layering a mixture of soft and hardened sheets is not easily detached during the sporting activity, easy to breathe through, comforts to wear, and also improves the sporting record. A designed EVA thermoplastic material for individual sports is used as the mouth guard, which is stably attached, easily removed, and convenient for breathing through the mouth.

A half subcarrier guard band spectrum assignment scheme for multi-user FBMC systems

  • Traditionally, in multi-user multi-carrier systems, the neighboring subband will be gapped by one subcarrier, which is set as guard band to reduce multiple access interference (MAI) between neighboring subbands. The empty subcarrier for guard band will degrade the spectral efficiency of the whole system. In order to enhance the spectral efficiency of multi-user filter bank multiple carrier (FBMC) systems, a new subband allocation method is introduced, in which the neighboring subband is gapped by half subcarrier instead of one subcarrier. Meanwhile, in order to implement the proposed resource allocation scheme, an optimized FBMC prototype filter is designed to decrease the inter-subband interference to the neighboring subband. The detailed simulations about the comparison between the proposed spectrum assignment and traditional FBMC are given, as well as the performance in the different interference scenarios. The simulation results show that the combination of the proposed spectrum assignment scheme and the optimized filter has better performance compared to the traditional scheme. The proposed scheme can be used in the system which serves massive users to get higher spectrum efficiency.

항만보안 인력의 전문화를 위한 교육시스템 개선방안 (A Study on Improvement Plan of Training System for the Specialization of Port Security Guard)

  • 우리나라는 3면이 바다이면서 북한의 대남도발의 가능성이 높기 때문에 항만보안의 중요성을 간과할 수 없으며, 국제범죄의 증가와 기법의 발달 등으로 인하여 외국으로부터 국내로의 위협요소의 유입을 차단하기 위한 실질적인 보안활동이 항만과 인접 해상구역에서 요구되고 있다. 이에 따라 항만보안의 실질적이며 효율적인 수행을 담보하기 위해서는 항만보안 담당 인력의 전문성이 담보되어야 하며, 이를 위해서는 항만보안 인력에 대한 교육시스템이 제대로 정립되어 있어야 한다. 항만 또한 국가중요시설로서 이에 대한 위협과 안전사고 방지 및 국가안보와 질서유지를 위한 실질적인 보안활동이 이루어져야 하며, 이를 위한 선결조건이 바로 보안인력의 전문화이며, 전문성을 확보한 인력의 배출은 바로 교육을 통해서 이루어지게 된다. 그러나 현행 항만보안 인력에 대한 교육체계는 일원화되어 있지 않으며, 항만보안의 특수성에 맞춘 교육은 시행되고 있지 않고 있으므로 항만보안 인력의 전문화를 확보하기 위한 교육시스템이 개선되어야 한다. 그 방안으로 첫째, 항만보안에 대한 일원화 체계화 된 입법이 이루어져야 하며, 이를 토대로 항만보안 교육지침이 수립되어야 하며, 둘째, 항만보안 인력의 업무별 특화된 교육이 이루어져야 한다. 그리고 마지막으로 항만보안 인력의 전문성을 갖추기 위한 관련 자격제도가 도입되어야 한다.
