스키리조트 서비스품질 개선 우선순위 도출 (Analysis on the Improvement of Ski Resort Service Quality with the Performance Model)

  • This paper reorganized five service qualities dimensions of ski-resorts, then derived the improvement priority order of the service quality through a satisfaction measure considering the importance. There're more competitive situations to guarantee customers using the skies and snowboards is a major sports in winter season. In these competitive environments, this paper's going to propose a predominant-competitive strategies for improving the service quality of ski-resorts. This study measured the satisfaction considering the importance of service quality target on customers has an experience ski resort service quality to improve ski resort service quality. This study using Performance Model decide a priority order about a particular item improvement, then is going to present a guideline that can improve the service quality more exactly. As a result of the study the factors that is important to the customer were prime physical factor, access, assistance physical factor, staff service and assistant service, an improvement priority order were accommodation and eating-drinking facilities, waiting time of a slope and lift/gondola, entertainment/shopping facilities in the resorts, equipment rental and lift fare.

유비쿼터스 서비스 상태지속을 지원하는 안전한 Jini 서비스 구조 (Secure Jini Service Architecture Providing Ubiquitous Services Having Persistent States)

  • 유비쿼터스 서비스 환경에서는 연결의 신뢰성이 낮고 서비스를 제공하는 시스템에 대한 침입이나 서비스 실패가 발생할 확률이 높다. 따라서 정당한 사용자가 보안상 신뢰할 수 있는 서비스를 중단이나 방해 없이 이용할 수 있게 하는 것이 중요하다. 본 논문에서는 표준 Jini 서비스 환경의 문제점을 지적하고 결함감내 Jini 서비스 개발을 돕는 Jgroup/ARM 프레임워크를 분석한다. 분석을 토대로 보안성과 가용성, 서비스 품질을 만족하는 안전한 Jini 서비스 구조를 제시한다. 본 논문에서 제시한 Jini 서비스 구조는 네트워크 분할이나 서버 붕괴와 같은 결함뿐만 아니라 취약점을 악용한 공격으로부터 시스템을 보호할 수 있으며 Jini 서비스 개체 간에 동적 신뢰를 확립할 수 있는 보안 메커니즘을 제공한다. 또한 사용자 세션별로 서비스 복제를 할당할 수 있어 사용자의 서비스 상태정보 일치를 위한 높은 연산비용을 유발하지 않는다. 테스트베드를 통해 실험한 결과, 서비스 품질 저하를 무시할 수 있는 수준에서 사용자의 서비스 상태지속을 보장하고 높은 보안성과 가용성을 제공할 수 있음을 확인하였다.

외식 상품의 서비스 품질이 관광 만족도에 미치는 영향 평가 (An Evaluation on the Effect of Service Quality of Food Products on Tourist Satisfaction)

  • 본 연구는 외식 상품의 서비스 품질이 관광 만족도에 미치는 영향 평가에 대해서 분석하였다. 본 연구의 실증분석을 위해서 외식 상품의 서비스 품질은 유형성, 쾌적성, 신뢰성, 친절성, 보증성 요인으로 측정하였고, 외식 상품의 관광 만족도는 기대 효과, 구전 의향, 재구매 의도 요인으로 측정하였다. 외식 상품의 서비스 품질과 관광 만족도 간의 관련성을 검증하기 위하여 전체 120개의 조사 표본을 활용하여 다음과 같은 연구 결과를 얻었다. 첫째, 외식 상품의 서비스 품질 특성에 기초하여 서비스 품질 유형을 도출하였다. 둘째, 외식 상품의 서비스 품질은 구매 행동의 만족도에 정의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 외식 상품의 서비스 품질 유형과 구매 행동 만족도 간의 유의한 차이가 있는 것으로 나타났다.

AOP를 이용한 신뢰성 있는 서비스 어플리케이션의 SOA 기반 프레임워크 (A SOA based Framework Using AOP for Reliable Service Applications)

  • Loosely coupled properties of SOA(Service Oriented Architecture) services do not guarantee that service applications always work properly. Service errors may also influence other services of SOA. These characteristics adversely affect software reliability. Therefore, it is a challenge to effectively manage system change and errors for operating services normally. In this study, we propose a SOA based framework using AOP(Aspect Oriented Programming) for reliable service applications. AOP provides a way to manipulate cross-cutting concerns such as logging, security and reliability and these concerns can be added to applications through weaving process. We define a service specification and an aspect specification for this framework. This framework also includes service provider, requester, repository, platform, manager, and aspect weaver to handle changes and exceptions of applications. Independent Exception Handler is stored to exhibited external Aspect Service Repository. When exception happened, Exception Handler is linked dynamically according to aspect rule that is defined in aspect specification and offer function that handle exception alternate suitable service in systematic error situation. By separating cross-cutting concerns independently, we expect that developer can concentrate on core service implementation and reusability, understanding, maintainability increase. Finally, we have implemented a prototype system to demonstrate the feasibility of our framework in case study.

소프트웨어 기반 모바일 VoIP 서비스 품질 측정 (Software-based Quality Measurement of Mobile VoIP Services)

  • 스마트폰을 이용한 모바일 인터넷 전화 서비스의 사용이 급속도로 확산되고 있다. 기존의 전화망이나 이동 전화망을 통한 전화 서비스와는 달리 인터넷 전화는 서비스 품질이 보장될 수 없다는 문제점이 있고 특히 무선 환경을 통한 모바일 인터넷 전화 서비스의 경우 이 문제점은 더 심각해 질 수 있다. 따라서 모바일 인터넷 전화의 성공적인 정착과 활성화를 위해서는 보다 체계화된 철저한 품질 관리가 요구된다. 기존의 계측기를 이용한 측정 기반의 사후 품질 관리를 개선하기 위해서 본 논문에서는 서비스 이용자 단말에 설치되어 각종 품질 지표를 측정할 수 있는 소프트웨어를 개발하였다. 개발된 소프트웨어를 이용하면 모바일 음성 서비스의 품질을 상시적인 그리고 서비스 이용자의 능동적인 품질 측정이 가능하다는 장점이 있다.

A Dynamic QoS Adjustment Enabled and Load-balancing-aware Service Composition Method for Multiple Requests

  • Previous QoS-aware service composition methods mainly focus on how to generate composite service with the optimal QoS efficiently for a single request. However, in the real application scenarios, there are multiple service requests and multiple service providers. It is more important to compose services with suboptimal QoS and maintain the load balance between services. To solve this problem, in this paper, we propose a service composition method, named as dynamically change and balancing composition method (DCBC). It assumes that the QoS of service is not static, and the services can adjust the value of QoS to gain more opportunities to be selected for composition. The method mainly includes two steps, which are the preprocessing step and the service selection step. In the preprocessing step, a backward global best QoS calculation is performed which regarding the static and dynamic QoS respectively; then guided by the global QoS, the feasible services can be selected efficiently in the service selection step. The experiments show that the DCBC method can not only improve the overall quality of composite services but also guarantee the fulfill ratio of requests and the load balance of services.

  • In a recent wireless network environments, dynamic host configuration protocol (BHCP) service is used to assign IP addresses to mobile terminals. In IPv6 networks, it is necessary to introduce the concept of handoff to support a seamless service to mobile terminals. In a general soft handoff technique used by code-division multiple acces (CDMA) communication systems, the powers received to base station are simply compared to determine which base station will handle the signal to and from each mobile termins. However, in IPv6 network, to transmit data-oriented services, it is necessary to support an enhanced soft handoff technique with more security and quality of service. In this paper, we propose a scheme to reduce a signaling process of handoff in IPv6 network. Also, we propose a technique to reduce wasted reservation resources and to guarantee quality of service (QoS) using DHCP.

  • Multiple types of information in a multimedia service are delivered though multiple virtual connections on ATM network, while each virtual connection may be controlled independently. A multimedia service requires an associative relationship among multiple information streams to provide required harmonization. There may be required additional traffic descriptors to guarantee the required harmonization among multiple information streams in a multimedia service. For buffering of large bandwidth information stream(e.g., video), extremely large buffer size is necessary, but this approach should not be efficient way to compensate a severely delayed cells/blocks experienced at network. The best way to solve this problem will be minimization of relative-delayed-transfer of cells/blocks to application processes through ATM network control. To minimize a delayed transfer the mapping between relative delay parameter(i.e., associative Group QoS parameters) and per-VC traffic descriptor will be necessary. This paper is present additional functions and parameters to interpret the mapping between relative delay parameters(i.e., associative Group QoS parameters) and per-VC traffic descriptors in ATM API for multimedia application services.

  • Recently, the fusion of communication and broadcasting surfaces streaming service such as IPTV with killer application of BcN. In this paper, Premium IP multicast is called as transport service technology that transfer streaming service such as IPTV through integrated, controllable, maintainable network in order to guarantee end-to-end QoS to predefined person. It capacitates billing of multicast service instead of network operator guarantees high quality QoS to subscriber. So, network operators are able to create benefits and find benefit models. The other side, subscribers can use various high quality streaming services.

  • To secure a service continuity is one of the most important mission in the ower distribution system operation. In this paper the necessary and sufficient condition to guarantee 100% service restoration capability for any fault on the system is reported. An evaluation methodology of the restoration capability(or restorability) is developed based on the developed restoration conditions. Applications of the developed concept to the system operation in the normal and emergency states, that would enhance the supply reliability of the system are described. They include enhancement of restoration capability adapting to load change, identification of best open switch and supervised switch positions.
