라이브 커머스의 왕홍 마케팅이 중국 소비자의 패션상품 구매의도에 미치는 영향 - 왕홍의 특성과 소비자 공동경험의 매개효과를 중심으로 - (Effects of Wanghong marketing in live commerce on chinese consumers' purchase intention toward fashion products - Focusing on the mediating effect of Wanghong's characteristics and consumers' co-experience -)

  • Real-time two-way communication has become an important factor in the relationship between consumers and broadcasters in the Live Commerce environment. To clarify, the relationship of the factors, and the effect of Live Commerce's on consumer purchase intention were examined. In addition, the role of Wanghong, who broadcasts Live Commerce and Co-experience that occurs between consumer and broadcasters influences consumer purchase intention. An online survey method was conducted for 403 subjects in their 20s that were Live Commerce users in Shanghai, Beijing, and Guangzhou, China. The number of final the data used for the analysis was 274 and anlaysis was conducted using SPSS 26.0 program and a Sobel test was employed. Based on the analysis of the data, it was found that Live Commerce's characteristics consisted of interactivity, security, and Wanghong's characteristics consisted of honesty, originality, and expertise. Also, it revealed that Co-experience was consisted of responsiveness and vividness. Second, for Live Commerce's characteristics, the Wanghong's characteristics, and Co-experience had a positive effect on the consumers' purchase intention. Third, the Wanghong's characteristics and vividness, a factor of Co-experience, had significant mediating effects on the relationship between Live Commerce's characteristics and the consumers' purchase intention. Finally, responsiveness of Co-experience had a noteworthy mediating effect on the relationship between the interactivity of Live Commerce's characteristics and the consumers' purchase intention. This study confirmed the important role of Live Commerce's characteristics, the Wanghong's characteristics and Co-experience in relation to the consumers' purchase intention. In addition, the Wanghong's characteristics and Co-experience were proposed as a significant mediating factors.

An Offloading Scheduling Strategy with Minimized Power Overhead for Internet of Vehicles Based on Mobile Edge Computing

  • By distributing computing tasks among devices at the edge of networks, edge computing uses virtualization, distributed computing and parallel computing technologies to enable users dynamically obtain computing power, storage space and other services as needed. Applying edge computing architectures to Internet of Vehicles can effectively alleviate the contradiction among the large amount of computing, low delayed vehicle applications, and the limited and uneven resource distribution of vehicles. In this paper, a predictive offloading strategy based on the MEC load state is proposed, which not only considers reducing the delay of calculation results by the RSU multi-hop backhaul, but also reduces the queuing time of tasks at MEC servers. Firstly, the delay factor and the energy consumption factor are introduced according to the characteristics of tasks, and the cost of local execution and offloading to MEC servers for execution are defined. Then, from the perspective of vehicles, the delay preference factor and the energy consumption preference factor are introduced to define the cost of executing a computing task for another computing task. Furthermore, a mathematical optimization model for minimizing the power overhead is constructed with the constraints of time delay and power consumption. Additionally, the simulated annealing algorithm is utilized to solve the optimization model. The simulation results show that this strategy can effectively reduce the system power consumption by shortening the task execution delay. Finally, we can choose whether to offload computing tasks to MEC server for execution according to the size of two costs. This strategy not only meets the requirements of time delay and energy consumption, but also ensures the lowest cost.

  • 노년층의 삶의 질 개선과 높은 수준의 간병·요양서비스 및 니즈를 충족시킬 대안으로 향기치유기반 융·복합 사회 서비스 전문인력 양성 교육프로그램 개발을 적용하여 개선안을 마련하는 기초 사례가 되고자 한다. 광주광역시 거주자 중 교육생 30명을 대상으로 2021년 6월 14일부터 16일간 교육 전 선호도 조사 및 만족도 조사를 2021년 9월 23일부터 7일간 설문지조사를 진행한 결과 교육 선호도 에서는 향기요법 교육이 42.11%로 가장 높게 조사되었고, 교육프로그램의 적용 후 향기요법과 정의 필요성은 50%, 만족도는 48%로 가장 높게 조사되었다. 이에 본 연구는 고령 친화 산업활성화 기초 자료로 활용되고 시니어 간병·요양서비스의 집적화 및 고부가가치 융·복합 사회서비스 관련 우수인력 확보에 기여하고자 한다.

A ResNet based multiscale feature extraction for classifying multi-variate medical time series

  • We construct a deep neural network model named ECGResNet. This model can diagnosis diseases based on 12-lead ECG data of eight common cardiovascular diseases with a high accuracy. We chose the 16 Blocks of ResNet50 as the main body of the model and added the Squeeze-and-Excitation module to learn the data information between channels adaptively. We modified the first convolutional layer of ResNet50 which has a convolutional kernel of 7 to a superposition of convolutional kernels of 8 and 16 as our feature extraction method. This way allows the model to focus on the overall trend of the ECG signal while also noticing subtle changes. The model further improves the accuracy of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular disease classification by using a fully connected layer that integrates factors such as gender and age. The ECGResNet model adds Dropout layers to both the residual block and SE module of ResNet50, further avoiding the phenomenon of model overfitting. The model was eventually trained using a five-fold cross-validation and Flooding training method, with an accuracy of 95% on the test set and an F1-score of 0.841.We design a new deep neural network, innovate a multi-scale feature extraction method, and apply the SE module to extract features of ECG data.

대학생의 사회적 지지와 희망이 삶의 만족도에 미치는 영향: 외동자녀 지위의 조절매개 모형 (Effects of Social Support and Hope on Life Satisfaction of College Students: Moderated Mediation Model of Only-Child Status)

  • 본 연구의 목적은 대학생의 사회적 지지와 삶의 만족도 간의 관계에서 희망의 매개효과를 외동자녀 지위가 조절 매개하는지를 규명하고자 하였다. 본 연구의 대상은 중국 광둥성의 한 대학에서 의도적으로 표집한 302명의 대학생이다. 자료는 SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였으며, 적용된 통계 기법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도분석, 상관관계분석, 조절된 매개효과 분석이다. 연구 결과 첫째, 사회적지지, 희망, 삶의 만족도 간에 정적인 유의미한 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 조절된 매개효과 분석 결과 외동자녀가 그렇지 않은 자녀에 비해 사회적 지지가 희망을 경유하여 삶의 만족도에 미치는 간접효과가 높았다. 이를 바탕으로 삶의 만족도 향상을 위한 제언을 하였다.

Homogeneity of XEN Cells Is Critical for Generation of Chemically Induced Pluripotent Stem Cells

  • In induced pluripotent stem cells (iPSCs), pluripotency is induced artificially by introducing the transcription factors Oct4, Sox2, Klf4, and c-Myc. When a transgene is introduced using a viral vector, the transgene may be integrated into the host genome and cause a mutation and cancer. No integration occurs when an episomal vector is used, but this method has a limitation in that remnants of the virus or vector remain in the cell, which limits the use of such iPSCs in therapeutic applications. Chemical reprogramming, which relies on treatment with small-molecule compounds to induce pluripotency, can overcome this problem. In this method, reprogramming is induced according to the gene expression pattern of extra-embryonic endoderm (XEN) cells, which are used as an intermediate stage in pluripotency induction. Therefore, iPSCs can be induced only from established XEN cells. We induced XEN cells using small molecules that modulate a signaling pathway and affect epigenetic modifications, and devised a culture method which can produce homogeneous XEN cells. At least 4 passages were required to establish morphologically homogeneous chemically induced XEN (CiXEN) cells, whose properties were similar to those of XEN cells, as revealed through cellular and molecular characterization. Chemically iPSCs derived from CiXEN cells showed characteristics similar to those of mouse embryonic stem cells. Our results show that the homogeneity of CiXEN cells is critical for the efficient induction of pluripotency by chemicals.

Three-dimensional numerical parametric study of shape effects on multiple tunnel interactions

  • Nowadays, more and more subway tunnels were planed and constructed underneath the ground of urban cities to relieve the congested traffic. Potential damage may occur in existing tunnel if the new tunnel is constructed too close. So far, previous studies mainly focused on the tunnel-tunnel interactions with circular shape. The difference between circular and horseshoe shaped tunnel in terms of deformation mechanism is not fully investigated. In this study, three-dimensional numerical parametric studies were carried out to explore the effect of different tunnel shapes on the complicated tunnel-tunnel interaction problem. Parameters considered include volume loss, tunnel stiffness and relative density. It is found that the value of volume loss play the most important role in the multi-tunnel interactions. For a typical condition in this study, the maximum invert settlement and gradient along longitudinal direction of horseshoe shaped tunnel was 50% and 96% larger than those in circular case, respectively. This is because of the larger vertical soil displacement underneath existing tunnel. Due to the discontinuous hoop axial stress in horseshoe shaped tunnel, significant shear stress was mobilized around the axillary angles. This resulted in substantial bending moment at the bottom plate and side walls of horseshoe shaped tunnel. Consequently, vertical elongation and horizontal compression in circular existing tunnel were 45% and 33% smaller than those in horseshoe case (at monitored section X/D = 0), which in latter case was mainly attributed to the bending induced deflection. The radial deformation stiffness of circular tunnel is more sensitive to the Young's modulus compared with horseshoe shaped tunnel. This is because of that circular tunnel resisted the radial deformation mainly by its hoop axial stress while horseshoe shaped tunnel do so mainly by its flexural rigidity. In addition, the reduction of soil stiffness beneath the circular tunnel was larger than that in horseshoe shaped tunnel at each level of relative density, indicating that large portion of tunneling effect were undertaken by the ground itself in circular tunnel case.

Seismic control of high-speed railway bridge using S-shaped steel damping friction bearing

  • In this study, a new type of isolation bearing is proposed by combining S-shaped steel plate dampers (SSDs) with a spherical steel bearing, and the seismic control effect of a five-span standard high-speed railway bridge is investigated. The advantages of the proposed S-shaped steel damping friction bearing (SSDFB) are that it cannot only lengthen the structural periods, dissipate the seismic energy, but also prevent bridge unseating due to the restraint effectiveness of SSDs in the large relative displacements between the girders and piers. This study first presents a detailed description and working principle of the SSDFB. Then, mechanical modeling of the SSDFB was derived to fundamentally define its cyclic behavior and obtain key mechanical parameters. The numerical model of the SSDFB's critical component SSD was verified by comparing it with the experimental results. After that, parameter studies of the dimensions and number of SSDs, the friction coefficient, and the gap length of the SSDFBs were conducted. Finally, the longitudinal seismic responses of the bridge with SSDFBs were compared with the bridge with spherical bearing and spherical bearing with strengthened shear keys. The results showed that the SSDFB can not only significantly mitigate the shear force responses and residual displacement in bridge substructures but also can effectively reduce girder displacement and prevent bridge unseating, at a cost of inelastic deformation of the SSDs, which is easy to replace. In conclusion, the SSDFB is expected to be a cost-effective option with both multi-stage energy dissipation and restraint capacity, making it particularly suitable for seismic isolation application to high-speed railway bridges.

학업성취, 교사의 자율성 지지 및 행복의 관계에서 성장 마인드셋의 조절된 매개 모형 (Moderated Mediation Model of Growth Mindset in the Link between Academic Achievement, Teachers' Autonomy Support and Happiness)

  • 본 연구는 학업성취와 행복의 관계에서 교사의 학생에 대한 자율성 지지의 매개효과를 성장 마인드셋이 조절 매개하는지를 검증하여 대학생들의 행복을 높이는 기초자료를 제공하는데 목적이 있다. 조사대상은 광저우의 한 대학에 재학 중인 공대생 중 기업실무 프로젝트를 수행한 396명을 의도적으로 표집하였다. 자료수집은 설문지 방법을 활용하였으며, 수집된 자료는 SPSS PC+ Win. 27.0과 PROCESS macro 4.2.를 이용하여 분석하였다. 적용된 통계기법은 빈도, 신뢰도, 상관관계, 조절된 매개효과분석을 수행하였다. 연구결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 학업성취, 교사의 자율성지지, 성장 마인드셋, 행복은 서로 유의미한 정적 상관관계가 있었다. 둘째, 성장 마인드셋은 학업성취가 교사의 자율성 지지를 경유하여 행복에 미치는 영향을 상승시키는 역할을 하였다. 따라서 성장 마인드셋이 학업성취와 행복의 관계에서 교사의 자율성 지지의 매개효과를 높이는 것으로 확인되었다. 연구결과를 토대로 대학생들의 행복을 향상시킬 수 있는 방안을 제언하였다.

중국 고등학생의 그릿이 학습몰입을 경유하여 학업성취에 미치는 영향에서 젠더의 조절된 매개효과 (The moderated mediating effect of gender in the impact of Chinese high school students' grit on academic achievement through learning engagement)

  • 본 연구는 중국 고등학생을 대상으로 그릿이 학습몰입을 경유하여 학업성취에 미치는 영향에서 젠더가 조절하는지를 확인하는 데 연구의 목적이 있다. 자료는 중국 광동 지역의 한 고등학교에서 유의표집한 고등학생 345명을 대상으로 온라인 설문조사를 통하여 수집하였다. 수집한 자료는 SPSS PC+ Win ver. 25.0과 SPSS PROCESS macro ver. 4.2를 활용하여 분석하였다. 적용된 통계방법은 빈도분석, 신뢰도 분석, 상관분석 및 조절된 매개효과 분석이었다. 연구의 결론은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 그릿은 학습몰입, 행복과 유의한 정적인 상관관계가 있었으나, 젠더와는 유의미한 상관관계가 없었다. 학습몰입은 젠더 및 학업성취와 정적인 상관관계를 보였다. 둘째, 그릿이 학습몰입을 경유하여 학업성취에 미치는 영향을 젠더가 조절 매개하였다. 즉, 그릿이 학습몰입을 경유하여 학업성취에 미치는 조건부 간접 효과는 여자보다 남자가 높았다. 이러한 결과를 토대로 본 연구는 고등학생들의 학업성취 증진을 위하여 그릿과 학습 몰입의 활용을 젠더에 따라 다르게 활용할 수 있는 방안을 제시하였다.
