각종 야생대두의 생육습성과 단백질함량 (Growth Habit and Protien Content of Various Wild Soybean Strains)

  • Wild soybean plants(Glycine ussuriensis) collected from Korea(47 strains) and abroad(41 strains) were grown under field condition and classified according to the growth habit. Seeds were analyzed for protein content. The results were as follows: 1. Wild soybean plants were classified into three groups each by seed size, growth habit of stem, leaf size and flowering time. 2. Seed protein was higher in the strains with large leaves, tendril, stem or late flowering. 3. Glycine gracilis, supposed to be the intermediate species between cultivated and wild soybean(according to the stem growth habit, straight or semitendril, and seed size) was medium in protein content of seeds. 4. The average protein content of Glycine ussuriensis, 43.2%, was highest in comparison with those of others such as G. gracilis, 37.5%, or G. max, 36.2%. 5. One hundred seed weight of Amphicarpaea trisperm, similar to the wild soybean, was almost same as Glycine ussuriensis, but protein content of this species was lower than wild soybeans.

보리 파성 Near-isogenic Line 간의 출수 및 주요 형질비교 (Comparison among Traits Related to Heading of Barley Near-isogenic Lines for Growth Habit)

  • 5월 보리와 조강 Near-isogenic line을 선발, 계통화하여 파성정도, 일장반응성 및 포장에서 출수관련형질을 조사하였다. 1. 5월보리는 밀장 006에서 조강보리는 Hiproly나 상주백과쪽에서 파성유전자가 각각 유래된 것으로 추측되었다. 2. 5월보리 #1과 #2, 조강보리 #1과 #2은 파성 I로, 5월보리 #3과 #4, 조강보리 #3과 #4은 파성III으로 각각 분류되었으며, 5월보리 #1과 #2은 1쌍의 파성 열성유전자(sh)에 의해 파성이 발현된 것으로 생각된다. 3. 동일한 유전적 배경을 가진 isogenic line의 일장반응성, 협의의 조만성 및 출수지연율은 계통간 통계적 유의성이 인정되지 않았다. 4. 실외 추파시 isogenic line간에 출수기와 성숙기의 차이가 인정되었으며, 3월 11일 이후 춘파시 춘파성정도의 강ㆍ약에 따라서 같은 계통내 출수개체와 좌지된 개체가 함께 관찰되었다.

Contribution of the Interface Energies to the Growth Process of Cemented Carbides WC-Co

  • The driving forces and the probable processes of WC-Co grain growth are reanalysed from recent data of interface energy and microstructure. Grain growth is driven by the disappearing of the high energy WC/WC and WC/Co interfaces with habit planes different from {0001}, ${10\bar{1}0}$ and ${11\bar{2}0}$ facets and by the area decrease of the WC/WC and WC/Co interfaces with {0001} and ${10\bar{1}0}$ habit planes. Grain growth mainly results of dissolution-precipitation. Abnormal grains are likely formed by defects assisted nucleation.

Perceived Health Status and Health Promoting Behaviors among University Students

  • Objectives: This study aimed to investigate the relationship among perceived health status, dietary habit and health promoting behaviors of university students. Methods: The subjects were 464 university students. Data were collected by using self-reported questionnaires. The results were analyzed using descriptive statistics, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient and multiple regression analysis with the PASW 18.0 program. Results: The mean score of perceived health status was 3.24, dietary habit was 2.85 and health promoting behaviors was 2.24. There were significant differences in perceived health status according to gender, BMI, exercise and stress. There were significant differences in dietary habit according to residence, monthly allowance, drinking alcohol, exercise, sleeping hours and stress. In addition there were significant differences in health promoting behaviors according to gender, residence, BMI, smoking and exercise. Also, perceived health status significantly positively correlated between dietary habit and health promoting behaviors. Conclusions: As the results of multiple regression analysis, the related factors of perceived health status of university students were exercise, stress and spiritual growth factor. Therefore, it is necessary to develop multiple health promoting programs considering characteristics of university students. And various strategies have been developed to increase the physical activity should be run.

The Morphology and Crystallography of Isothermal Martensite in Yttria Stabilized Zirconia

  • A full retention of the tetragonal phase with coarse grains $(50\~60\;{\mu}m)$ was possible with the specimen $ZrO_2-1.9\;mol\%\;Y_2O_3$. In these coarse grains, $\{101\}_t$ annealing twins were frequently observed, although they do not exist in the usual fine grained specimens. The morphology and growth rate of the isothermally formed individual products are studied at an optical microscopic level. The habit planes of both products are also identified by performing two-surface trace analysis on the grains whose orientations are determined by the Electron Back Scattering Pattern (EBSP) method. The morphologies of isothermal martensite were well-defined thin plates and lenticular types. The growth rate in their longitudinal directions was quite slow and temperature-dependent. A two-surface trace analysis, incorporated with the EBSP method, identified the habit planes near $\{013\}_c$, in agreement with previous reports obtained from TEM works.

그늘하에서의 Kentucky Bluegrass와 Perennial Ryegrass 품종의 생육비교 (A Comparison of Vegetative Growth of Kentucky Bluegrass and Perennial Ryegrass Cultivars in Different Levels of Shade)

  • The purpose of this study was to determine the vegetative growth of two cool season turfgrasses during summer season in Korea. Ten respective cultivars of Kentucky bluegrass [Poapratensis L.] and perennial ryegrass [Lolium perenne L.] were exposed to unshaded, 30% and 60% shade for 4odays. First mowing height was 7cm, and then clippings were harvested every ten days at the same height. Shading increased the total length of clippings of all cultivars of two turfgrasses, but fresh and dry weight were significantly decreased. The highest shoot length obtained at 30% shade in Kentucky bluegrass and at 60% shade in perennial ryegrass. 'Rugky', 'Sydsport', 'Wabash' and 'Baron' of Kentucky bluegrass and 'Repel', 'Omega II', 'Ovation', 'Linn', 'Bell' and 'Manhattan' of perennial ryegrass showed relatively high tolerance to shade. Especially, in 'Citation II' perennial ryegrass, fresh and dry weight were increased by 30% shade. The number of tillers generally decreased with increasing shade. In 30% shade, 'Midnight' Kentucky bluegrass and 'Omega II' perennial ryegrass were least reduced and 'Baron' Kentucky bluegrass and 'Pennant' perennial ryegrass were most reduced. The cultivars of lower growth habit in full sunlight showed shade tolerance compared to those of higher growth habit.

  • 페포종 호박과 동양종 호박의 종간잡종 후대에서 자엽만 자라고 본엽이 전혀 나타나지 않는 생장점 결여현상이 발견되었으며, 이 특성은 유전분석 결과 두 쌍의 열성 동형접합인자에 의해 발현되는 것으로 밝혀졌다.

  • Single crystals of YBa2Cu3O7-x have been grown in BaCuO2 flux at temperature of 125$0^{\circ}C$ and examined using XRD, EDAX and light microscopy. The YBCO crystals were grown in a cavity which was formed by the reduction of CuO and became large by the directional solidification in the crucible. The observed crystal growth habit is square planar with the c-axis normal to the plane. The surface morphology of grown crystals were growth ledges and growth sprial paterns on a (001) face.

스마트워치의 지속사용에 관한 연구 : 획득유형에 따른 차이 분석 (Continuance Usage of Smartwatch : Differences by Acquisition Type)

  • In the growth of IT industry, interest in wearable device has been globally rising along with the evolution of technology. A Smartwatch is expected to be at the center of wearable device industry in the future. However, there are some concerns that most of its actual sales are caused by gifts or bundling. Motivated by these issues, this study propounds the ideas that to enter the mainstream market, the empirical research is required for actual consumers who continue to use a smartwatch. The purpose of this study is to identify key factors affecting user satisfaction and antecedents affecting continuance intention to use from consumer perspectives. Further, assuming consumers' perceptions will be different according to how they acquired smartwatch, this study classified the group as direct buyers and acquired users. To achieve the purpose of the research, this study analyzes the usage of smartwatch by integrating the IS Success Model and IS Continuance and Habit Theory. We implemented the survey of 338 smartwatch users, and the research findings indicate that information quality and system quality have significant effects on satisfaction, and consequently satisfaction and habit positively affect the continuance intention to use. Additionally, it is found that there was a significant difference in the relationship between satisfaction and habit in the group divided by acquisition type. Based on these findings, this study provides theoretical and practical implications.

보리의 파성정도가 유수분화 및 출수기에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Various Vernalization Duration and Growth Habit on Ear Primordium Development and Heading Date in Barley)

  • 파성소거정도가 보리의 유수분화 및 출수기에 미치는 영향을 검토하고자 파성이 다른 7개 보리품종의 최아종자를 3주 및 6주간 저온처리후 온실에 이식하여 온도 20/ 15$^{\circ}C$, 24시간 일장조건에서 실험한 결과를 요약하면 다음과 같다. 1. 3주 및 6주간 춘화처리구에서 주간엽수는 평균 6.7~7엽으로 품종간 변이가 적었으나 무처리구에서는 11엽으로 변이가 컸고, 추파성이 강할 수록 엽수가 증가하였다. 2. 주간엽수 1엽이 전개되는데 소요일수는 무처리는 3주 및 6주간 춘화처리에 비해 평균 1.3~1.5 일 지연되었다. 일반적으로 춘파성 품종이 추파성품종에 비해 엽 전개속도가 빨랐다. 3. 이중륭기가 형성되는 VI기는 6주처리구에서 품종간 변이가 적었으나 무처리구에서는 춘파성(강보리, 동보리 002)과 중간 및 추파성 품종간에 뚜렷한 2종류의 차이양상을 보였다. X기는 처리 및 품종간 차이가 현저하여 춘파성은 빠르고, 추파성이 강할 수록 지연정도가 컸다. 같은 파성내에서 조숙형이 만숙형에 비해 X기가 빨랐고 지엽전개기는 X기와 비슷한 변화 양상을 보였다. 4. 최초 급속한 절간신장기는 6주처리 13 일, 3주처리 18 일, 무처리 45 일로 파성이 잔존할 수록 그 시기는 지연되었다. 같은 처리내에서 추파성이 클 수록 지연되었으며, 같은 파성내에서는 조숙형이 만숙형에 비해 그 시기가 빨랐다. 내한성 및 단일감응성을 고려하여 월동후 절간신장기가 빠른 춘파성 계통을 선발하는 것이 보리품종의 조숙화에 효과적이라 생각된다. 5. 파성은 특히 무처리구에서 엽전개속도, 주간엽수, 최초 급속한 유수 및 절간신장기, X기, 지엽전개기와 고도의 정 상관이 인정되었으나 포장출수기와는 상관이 적었다.
