This study was carried out to investigate the effect of organic fertilizer(OM-1 : $300kgha^{-1}$, OM-2 : $600kgha^{-1}$), microorganism(ML : liquid form, MP : powder form) and seaweed extract ; ascophyllum nodosum(AF : foliar application, AI ; irrigation) on the growth and yield of the chinese cabbage. At the treatment of organic fertilizer OM-2 have appeared the best yield. According to the application of microorganism appeared certainly increasing yield of cabbage by application of powder form. The excess application of organic fertilizer OM-2 should not be occurred fertilizer damages and increased on the growth and yield by use of microorganism, In application of sewweed extract treatment, the cabbage yield increased by irrigation method.

We analyzed theoretically the removal efficiency and the particle growth inside the pulse corona discharge reactor to remove $NO_x$ and investigated the effects of process variables such as the NO and $NH_3$ input concentrations. Most of NO is converted into $NO_2$ and $HNO_3$ and the $HNO_3$ reacts with $NH_3$ to form the $NH_4NO_3$ particles. About 6.4% of NO is converted into $HNO_2$ which form the $NH_4NO_2$ particles by reaction with $NH_3$. Some of $NO_2$ follows the reaction pathway to form $NO_3$ and $N_2O_5$. The amount of particles formed inside the reactor is basically determined by the input $NH_3$ concentration. The ratio of NO to $NH_3$ affects the reactor length for particle formation significantly. The higher the input concentrations of NO and $NH_3$ are, the faster the particles grow.

This study reports three species in the genus Tubastraea from Korea: Tubastraea coccinea Lesson, 1829; Tubastraea faulkneri Wells, 1982; and Tubastraea micranthus (Ehrenberg, 1834). Tubastraea faulkneri and T. micranthus are newly recorded in Korea. The specimens of three species were collected in the subtidal zones off Jeju-do between 1991 and 2010. The two newly recorded species were described in detail based upon the morphological characters of skeletal structures. The previous records of T. coccinea in Korea were supplemented with additional data in the remarks. These three species have a straight septal arrangement or irregular septal fusion in common as a main character for the genus Tubastraea, but they differ with respect to the growth form, intercorallite distance, exsertness from common coenosteum, and the detailed characters of septal arrangement. Tubastraea faulkneri is similar to T. coccinea in its plocoid growth form, well developed common coenosteum, and corallite size. However, unlike the latter species, the former species is characterized by rare or absent budding adjacent to the corallite edges, wider intercorallite distance, and irregularly developed septal fusion near the columella. In particular, T. micranthus is distinguished by an axial dendroid growth form, and the smallest corallites in this genus.

Olmutinib, N-[3-({2-[4-(4-methylpiperazine-1-yl)aniline]thieno[3,2-d]Pyrimidin-4-yl}oxy)phenyl]prop-2-enamide dihydrochloride monohydrate, $Olita^{TM}$ is an oral, third-generation epidermal growth factor receptor tyrosine kinase inhibitor (EGFR TKI) that was developed by Boehringer Ingelheim and Hanmi Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). The aim of this work was to investigate the existence of polymorphs and pseudopolymorphs of olmutinib. Three crystal forms of olmutinib have been isolated by recrystallization and characterized by differential scanning calorimetry (DSC), thermogravimetric (TG) analysis and powder X-ray diffractometry (PXRD). From the DSC and TG data it was confirmed that Form 1 is monohydrate, Form 2 is dihydrate, Form 3 is 1.5 hydrate. The PXRD patterns of three crystal forms were different respectively. After storage of 1 month at $2^{\circ}C$, 24% RH (Relative Humidity), Form 1, Form 2, and Form 3 were not transformed.

The methods determining the growth rate of mold on beans were investigated in order to compare the growth of Aspergillus oryzae on lupinseed to that on soybean. The growth of A. oryzae on cooked whole or paste form of bean substrates was evaluated by the measurements of colony diameter and hyphae length of the mold. The mold showed characteristic lag times to form the colony on different types of substrate. The growth of colony diameter was coincided with the increase in $\alpha$-amino nitrogen content of the substrate when the moisture level of the substrates was similar each other. The colony diameter and the cultivation time after the lag period showed a straight line relationship, from which the growth rate was estimated. in general, lupinseed paste allowed faster growth of A. oryzae than soybean paste at the initial growth phase. The lag time to form the colony was 24.0 hrs on lupinseed paste and 44.4 hrs on soybean paste. The growth rate after colony formation was, however, 7.05 mm/day for lupinseed paste and 8.83mm/day for soybean paste, which indicated that the growth rate after the lag period was faster on soybean compared to lupinseed. The sporulation time of the mold was related to the lag time for the colony formation. The measurement of hyphae length on whole beans could be used as a simple and rapid method of estimating the growth property of mold on different substrates.11 showed that the growth of A. oryzae was partly hindered by the thick hull of the lupinseed.

Xenorhabdus nematophilus Kor-Al was cultured at flask and 5L jar fermentor at $28^{\circ}C$, 5% YS media condition. Antibiotic activity for X. nematophilus Kor-Al was experimented by paper disk method. As the result, antibiotic activity was growth associated form during culture time of X. nematophilus Kor-Al at flask. The maximum production and antibiotic activity were obtained at stationary period of cell growth. The optimum conditions of cell growth and antibiotic production at 5L jar fermentor were 400rpm agitation and 50% DO conditions.

This experimental study showed the tracking characteristics of contaminated insulating materials of RCD. Electrolytes is made by IEC(International Electrotechnical Commission) 60589, NaCl added to deionized water as each 0.1 wt%. The used test equipment is application to KS(Korean Industrial Standard) C IEC 60112. The used samples is RCD(Residual Current Device) of tree companies. It is investigated carbonic electric conductive pass growth time and tracking growth form that contaminated insulators materials of RCD. As a result, carbonic electric conductive pass growth time and tracking growth form was different each companies. Track growth time of contaminated insulating materials was faster than non-contaminated.

Odoo is an enterprise resource planning information system providing modules to support the basic business function in companies. This research will look into the development of an additional module at Odoo. This module is a data mining module using Market Basket Analysis (MBA) using FP-Growth algorithm in managing OLTP of sales transaction to be useful information for users to improve the analysis of company business strategy. The FP-Growth algorithm used in the application was able to produce multidimensional association rules. The company will know more about their sales and customers' buying habits. Performing sales trend analysis will give a valuable insight into the inner-workings of the business. The testing of the module is using the data from X Supermarket. The final result of this module is generated from a data mining process in the form of association rule. The rule is presented in narrative and graphical form to be understood easier.

This study explores the development process of an farmers' group in Asan City that now plays an important role in the development of organic farming of the region. While increase in income in general may be one of main purposes making farmers join or form a group, the farmers group in Asan, instead, has tried to form a cooperative of local organic farmers. In doing so, they experienced a lot of difficulties and leant by trial and error. As a result, the farmers' group has recently developed in terms of business and organisational growth. The growth is not merely due to the growth of organic food markets but also due to the strong internal ties and trust that made possible to expand into food processing as well as to do social and cultural activities fur the rural residents. It implies that trust and cooperative identity between farmers should be the most important thing to be locally embedded farmers groups in a specific region.
