The steel industry is becoming more important around the world and the demand of steel is increasing. Korea is the 5th country of steel producing in the world and the attention in the steel industry is growing. The steel industry is one of the key industry in leading the economic growth in Korea. This study attempts to analyze by time-series the economic impacts of the steel industry using an inter-industry analysis Specifically, the study investigates production-inducing effect, value added inducing effect and employ-inducing effect of the steel industry based on demand-driven model and the study deals with supply shortage effect and sectoral price effect of the steel industry by using supply-driven model and Leontief price model.

SW industry is important at entire industry in Korea and also one of new growth engine industry. This paper deals with the economic effect of SW industry through input-output analysis. We reconstruct the SW industry by extracting and combining SW portion from other industries of the inter-industry relation table. We obtain that production inducement coefficients, value added inducement coefficients, employment inducement coefficients, and job position inducement coefficients are higher than average inducement coefficients of all industries.

Automobile market was grown up by 1.7% at the first half of 2012 comparison with 2011 in China and this growth trend will be continued for a while. Under this market environment the China automobile companies expand the production capacity and result in heightening the intense competition for companies. This paper deals with the more efficient production line and production logistics through SPS(Synchronized Production System) with construction of MES(Manufacturing Execution System) in H automobile company in China. In plastic painting line we can simultaneously prepare the production quantity and delivery time according to assembly production plan by introducing MES. We can reduce the excess production and result in extreme reduction of inventory.

The study deals with the problem of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in information environment. The role of reflection as a mechanism of formation of a modern teacher's self-consciousness was cleared up. The technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills was characterized and tested. The main stages of the technology were: a motivational and cognitive stage, a problematic and practical stage, and a reflective and operational stage. The substantiated pedagogical conditions of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were adhered. The criterial and evaluative characteristics of the formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills were worked out: components (reflection of personal conformity, reflection of the psychological and pedagogical barriers, reflection of professional growth); criteria (criterion of consistency, criterion of difficulty, criterion of potential); indicators (cognitive-evaluative, value-motivational, activity-creative). The levels of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills (insufficient level, acceptable level, and optimum level) were determined. The analysis of students' surveys showed the effectiveness and expediency of using the technology of formation of pre-service teachers' reflective skills in the process of professional training.

This paper examines how the design of female characters in Disney animations is evolving over time, and explores whether these changes are related to the social status of women in modern society. We analyze in detail how Disney's female character design has undergone changes in form, characteristics, and personality with the transition from 2D animation to 3D animation, and show that the change in perception of women in modern society is behind this change. It shows. It deals with changes in the design and personality of female characters, focusing on major Disney animation works before and after 2010. Starting with the movie <Rapunzel>, released in 2010, female characters showed stronger and more active characteristics and changed from traditional Disney princesses. Disney is bringing about this social change by breaking away from the image of an independent woman and showing the growth process of overcoming hardships based on one's abilities and the support of one's family, as well as the increasing number of female characters of various races and appearances. The conclusion was reached that it shows a conscious and active willingness to accept it.

The present work deals with the effect of agar and auxins concentrations on vitrification in tissue culture of Gypsophila paniculata L. cv. 'Bristol Fairy' in vitro. The results were summarized as follows. 1. Plant growth, that is, plant height, fresh weight and branching were decreased as increasing agar concentration. On the other hand, addition effect of IAA 1.0mg/l+NAA 0.5mg/l and IAA 2.0mg/l+NAA 1.0mg/l on the plant height were increased strikingly. 2. Addition effect of auxins on the days to rooting were little. And the root development showed same tendency as plant growth. 3. The rate of non-vitrified plants were gradually increased as rising agar concentration. But the addition of agar 1.5g/l in the medium resulted in poor growth. 4. From these results, it was found that following media were the most effective for increasing of non-vitrified and good plant growth in Gypsophila paniculata L. tissue culture.

Purpose - The objective of this study is to investigate the dynamic relationships among Advertising Cost (AD), Newly Registered Users(NRU), and Buying Users(BU) of Social Network Game(SNG). SNG is getting pervasive mainly due to the rapid growth of mobile game and Social Network Service(SNS). It would be helpful for marketing researchers interested in SNG and related practitioners to understand the changes in AD, NRU, and BU with time as well as the effects on one another in mutual and dynamic way. Research Design, Data, and Methodology - Necessary data were collected from Social Network Game(SNG) company. AD, NRU, and BU are endogenous variables, but new event such as launching (event) and holidays(holiday) are exogenous dummy variables. Vector Auto regression (VAR) model is generally used to examine and capture the dynamic relationships among endogenous variables. VAR model can easily capture dynamic and endogenous relationships among time-series variables. Vector Auto regression with Exogenous variables(VARX) is a model in which exogenous variables are added to VAR. To investigate this study, VARX is applied. Result - By estimating the VARX model, the author finds that the past periods' NRU affect negatively and significantly the present AD, and past periods' BU have a positive and significant impact on the increase of AD. In addition, the author shows that the past periods' AD and BU have a positive and significant effect on the increase of NRU, and the past periods' AD affect positively and significantly BU. While the impact of AD on NRU happens after 3 or 4 days (carryover effect), that of AD on BU comes about within just 1 or 2 days (immediate effect). The effect of BU on NRU can be considered as word of mouth (WOM effect). Therefore, SNG companies can obtain not only the growth of revenue but also the increase of NRU by increasing BU. Through those results, the author can also find that there are significant interactions between endogenous variables. Conclusion - This study intends to investigate endogenous and dynamic relationships between AD, NRU, and BU. They also give managerial implications to practitioners for SNS and SNG firms. Through this study, it is found that there exist significant interactions and dynamic relationships between those three endogenous variables. The results of this study can have meaningful implications for practitioners and researchers of SNG. This research is unique in that it deals with "actual" field data and intend to find "actual" relationships among variables unlike other related existing studies which intend to investigate psychological factors affecting the intention of game usage and the intention of purchasing game items. This study is also meaningful by showing that the increase of BU can be a good strategy for "killing birds with one stone" (i.e., revenue growth and NRU increase). Although there are some limitations related with future research topics, this research contributes to the current research on SNG marketing in the above mentioned ways.

As one of the fundamental studies for the breeding of marine algae, this paper deals wit_the effects of plant hormone on the growth of microscopic filamentous gametophyte of Undaria pinnatifida. The results obtained are summarized as follows: (1) All zoospores were settled on slide glass, germinated and developed into gametophytes, without the growth of germination tubes when treated with 0.1 mg/l of 2.4-D, or 0.1, 1.0, or 5.0 mg/1 of Keinetin. (2) The best growth effect in total average was observed at 0.1 mg/1 of Keinetin, when the growth-rate was $248.9\%$ in contrast with control, and was followed by 1.0 mg/1 of IAA ($243.3\%$), and 0.05 mg/1 of 2.4-D ($205.6\%$). (3) It was certain that the growth-effect by each plant hormone had some differences between male and female gametophytes. IAA was very effective in the growth of male gameto-phytes but Keinetin in that of females. Especially in females, the efficiency of Keinetin was recorded best at $239.0\%$ at 5.0 mg/l and $222.0\%$ at 0.1 mg/1. On the other hand, it was $195.1\%$ in its best at 0.5 mg/1 of IAA, and $146.6\%$ was recorded best in 2.4-D at 0.05 mg/1.

This study deals with the "Dissemination Stage", the final step in the R&D process consisting of R&DDD($R&D^3$ : Research & Development, Demonstration, Dissemination). At the "Dissemination Stage", the newly configured technical design is compared with other alternatives to come up with the most desirable selection. The assessment conducted at this stage is not a simple procedure. It goes through the complex evaluation process in which various elements including economic effects and technical characteristics are considered. The reason for taking such a complex procedure is that the assessment, selection and application of the desirable technical alternative is critical for the company's competitive edge in every field of industrial sectors, thus influencing its survival and continuous growth. This study reviews the AHP method for assessing technical alternatives of the heat supply system design. And, to show the practical validity of the AHP method, it is applied to the evaluation of waste heat system alternatives in the field of energy supply system technology.
