Objectives: Among adolescent development tasks, being independent of parents is an essential process for emotional and physical separation. There are many conflicts of separation and individuation between parents and adolescents; however, most clinicians explore the process of separation and individuation only from adolescents' perspective. Whether simultaneously or sequentially, separation-individuation occurs between adolescents and parents, respectively. The authors have already introduced the theory of synchronized individuation in a clinical case to explain the concept of this intersubjective phenomena. This study also attempts to prove the synchronized individuation theory through the interaction of characters in a movie and a fairy tale. Methods: The authors present the basis for the theory of synchronized individuation of adolescence through the growing process of Mason Junior, the main character of the movie "Boyhood," and from the process of the separation of a hen, Sprout, and an orphaned duckling in "The hen who dreamed she could fly." Results: Synchronized individuation was developed and observed from Mason, the son's perspective in "Boyhood," and Sprout, the mother's subjective perspective in the story of the hen. Conclusion: Increasing conflict and mutual impact in the relationship between adolescents and parents, ambivalent feelings for separation, selective identification of each other, mutual respect through mutual recognition, and role changes in relationship position were confirmed. Sons and mothers were individualized with synchronization.
Injection molding is a process widely used across various industries for molding plastics, and it is the most commonly applied process in root industries utilizing molds. Among the different types of injection molding, insert injection molding, where busbars are used as inserts, is increasingly being applied in the electric vehicle industry. However, currently, the insert injection molding process is manually performed, with workers placing insert components by hand before injection molding. This results in issues related to productivity, safety, and quality. Additionally, there is a growing demand for automation of such production lines due to hazardous working conditions, economic difficulties in the manufacturing industry, and the decline in the labor force caused by an aging population. This study focuses on the application of an automated system for the insert injection molding process used in electric vehicles. The development of an automated system for the transport and insertion of insert components, as well as the inspection and stacking processes after injection, has resulted in over a 25% improvement in productivity and more than a 27% reduction in defect rates.

The Systems Engineering, as a methodology for engineering and management of today's ever-growing complex system, is a comprehensive and iterative problem-solving process. The process centers on the analysis and management of the stakeholders' needs throughout the entire life-cycle of a system and searches for an optimized system architecture. There are many essential needs and requirements to be met when a system development task is carried out. Systems Engineering Management Plan(SEMP), as a specification for system development process, must be established to satisfy constraints and requirements of stakeholders successfully and to prevent cost overrun and schedule delay. SEMP defines technical management functions and comprehensive plans for managing and controlling the entire system development process, specialty engineering processes, etc. Especially. in the case of a large-scale complex system development program where various disciplinary engineering such as mechanical; electrical; electronics; control; telecommunication; material; civil engineering etc. must be synthesized, it Is essential to develop SEMP to ensure systematic and continuous process improvements for quality and to prevent cost/schedule overruns. This study will enable the process knowledge management on the subject of SEMP as a core systems engineering management effort, that is, definitely defining and continuously managing specification of development process about requirements, functions, and process realization of it using a computer-aided systems engineering software. The paper suggests a systematic SEMP development process and demonstrates a data model and schema for computer-aided systems engineering software, RDD-100, for use in the development and management of SEMP. These are being applied to the systems engineering technology development task for the next-generation high-speed railway systems in progress.
The crop growing conditions make accurate predictions of yield ahead of harvest time difficult. Such predictions are needed by the government to estimate, ahead of time, the amount of crop required to be imported to meet the expected domestic shortfall. Corn and soybean especially are widely cultivated throughout the world and a staple food in many regions of the world. On the other hand, the CASA (Carnegie-Ames-Stanford Approach) model is a process-based model to estimate the land plant NPP (Net Primary Productivity) based on the plant growing mechanism. In this paper, therefore, a methodology for the estimation of corn/soybean yield ahead of harvest time is developed specifically for the growing conditions particular to Iowa and Illinois. The method is based on CASA model using MODIS data, and uses Net Primary Productivity (NPP) to predict corn/soybean yield. As a result, NPP at DOY 217 (in Illinois) and DOY 241 (in Iowa) tend to have high correlation with corn/soybean yields. The corn/soybean yields of Iowa in 2013 was estimated to be 11.24/3.55 ton/ha and Illinois was estimated to be 10.09/3.06 ton/ha. Errors were 6.06/17.58% and -10.64/-7.07%, respectively, compared with the yield forecast of the USDA. Crop yield distributions in 2013 were presented to show spatial variability in the state. This leads to the conclusion that NPP changes in the crop field were well reflected crop yield in this study.
While the corporate practice of sponsoring major events has existed since the turn of the century, it has only recently become one of the fastest growing areas of advertising and promotion. Despite its long history and recent growth, however, event sponsorship has yet to receive the same kinds of rigorous theoretical and methodological attention that marketing researchers have devoted to other areas of advertising and promotion. Also, the recent Olympic Games in Sydney serve as excellent showcase of the sponsorship phenomenon. On the hand it becomes very clear that an event of such magnitude cannot take place without the commercial support of the sponsors. At the same time, there is a growing concern that the Olympic Games are losing their spirit and are over-commercialized because of the excessive sponsorship-linked marketing activities. At the centre of the debate is the impact and the reaction of the consumers to the growing use of sponsorship to stage major events. While the Olympic Games might be an extreme example of the growth and impact of sponsorship, the proliferation of the phenomenon is widespread across other sports events as well as other cultural and community based events. But a comprehensive model of sponsorship is not currently available in the literature. This research is the aim of the current research to investigate consumer attitude constructs towards sponsorship such as sport involvement, attitude towards the event, attitude towards commercialization. The results still have potentially significant applied and theoretical implication. First, This investigation is the first known effort, grounded in consumer behavior theory, to model antecedent variables believed to influence consumer response to event sponsorship in Korea. Second, these findings are in line with previous research, as sports involvement attitude towards the event, and attitude towards commercialization are found to be significant influences on respondents' ability, motivation and opportunity to process sponsorship information, as well as directly and indirectly impacting emotional response.

In this paper, the algorithm that can automatically segment the lung, the airway and the pulmonary vessels in a chest CT was proposed. The proposed method is progressed in three steps. In the first step, the lung and the airway are segmented by the region growing law through the optimal threshold and three-dimensional labeling. In the second, from the start point to the first carina of the airway is segmented by the deduction operation, and the next airway of the bifurcations are segmented by applying a variable threshold technique. In the third step, the left/right lungs are divided by the restoration process for the lung, and the outside of lungs for abnormal is checked by applying the advanced rolling ball algorithm, and if abnormal is found, that part is removed, and it is restored to the normal lungs by connecting the outside of the lung in the form of second-order polynomial. Finally, pulmonary vessels are segmented by applying the three-dimensional connected component labeling method and three-dimensional region growing method. As the results of simulation, it could be confirmed that the pulmonary vascular is accurately divided without loss of tissue around lung.
Twelve growing male lambs ($10.05{\pm}0.41kg$, 5 months age) were assigned to three equal groups in a completely randomized design and fed respectively wheat straw (WS), ammoniated wheat straw (AWS) or urea supplemented wheat straw (USWS) along with concentrate mixtures of varying protein and energy contents to meet their requirements as per NRC (1985). Despite comparable nutrient intake and digestibility, the lambs fed A WS based diet digested lower (p<0.05) crude protein. The digestibility of NDF and hemicellulose were lower while the digestibility of cellulose was higher in lambs on AWS as compared to lambs on USWS based diet. The lambs of all the three groups were in positive and comparable N, Ca and P balance except higher Ca balance in lambs fed WS based diet. The body weight change, average daily gain and feed conversion efficiency were similar among the dietary groups. All the parameters of rumen fermentation pattern were comparable between lambs of AWS and USWS based diets except ammonia-N concentration that was higher in the latter however it was lower in WS fed group. Though, the feeding cost per unit gain was comparable in lambs fed all the three diets, the cost incurred towards roughage during 120 days of experimental feeding was significantly less in lambs fed AWS than UTWS. Thus, feeding of USWS can be practiced to minimize labour cost and environmental pollution involved in the process of urea treatment without affecting the performance of growing lambs.
This study investigated the difference of the effects of public loan programs in fishery industry on management performance from a balanced score card (BSC) perspective depending on the type of loan, scale of fund, period of support and business category, using the financial data of fisheries firms having the balance of loan at the end of 2014. The key factors influencing credit rating change were also analyzed after public loan support. From a integrative perspective, results show that the firms supported by working fund have higher management performance than the firms supported by facility fund. The firms received large scale fund showed higher management performance than the firms received small scale fund. While management performance was decreasing or slowing down over time after financial support, management performance of the firms supported by facility fund improved over time. From a non-financial perspective, the firms received facility fund invested more in education and growing perspective than the firms received working fund. As the size of fund increased, the investment in education, growing, internal process and customer increased. Personnel expenses and employee benefits for education and growing has increased over time. However, the firms with facility fund restricted the expenses of education, personnel expenses and employee benefits as time goes by. Because the effects of public loan on credit rating of fisheries corporations have no statistical significance, it has become known that the financial support of public loan program has no influence on the change of credit rating of fisheries corporations. This study attempted performance analysis from a BSC perspective which combine factors of non-financial perspective with factors of financial perspective. Findings from this study suggest the direction of microscopic performance analysis of public loan in fishery industry.

For the special usage, the effort of developing AlN single crystals has been very hot in the world. The AlN-base UV LEDs are used on the field of sterilization, purification, curing and analyzing, which can advance human's living and medical processes etc.. AlN single crystals were grown by the PVT (Physical vapor transport) method. On the growing process, carbon crucibles with three different types such as normal size, taller than normal and wider than normal were used for comparison. The processing temperature was in the range of $1900{\sim}2100^{\circ}C$ and ambient pressure was 200~1 Torr. When the taller crucible was used, the sublimation mass was greater than normal dimension one but the best condition of growth changes widely. However the wider one gave much sublimation mass and growing condition was more stable than normal dimension. On limited growing furnace system, the changes of crucible dimension of PVT method provide the change of best condition for growth rate, as-grown crystal quality and growth condition stability.

Image segmentation technique is becoming increasingly important in the field of remote sensing image analysis in areas such as object oriented image classification to extract object regions of interest within images. This paper presents a new method for image segmentation in High Resolution Remote Sensing Image based on Improved Seeded Region Growing (ISRG) and Region merging. Firstly, multi-spectral edge detection was done using an entropy operator in pan-sharpened QuickBird imagery. Then, the initial seeds were automatically selected from the obtained multi-spectral edge map. After automatic selection of significant seeds, an initial segmentation was achieved by applying ISRG to consider spectral and edge information. Finally the region merging process, integrating region texture and spectral information, was carried out to get the final segmentation result. The accuracy assesment was done using the unsupervised objective evaluation method for evaluating the effectiveness of the proposed method. Experimental results demonstrated that the proposed method has good potential for application in the segmentation of high resolution satellite images.
