대규모 그리드 접지전극의 과도접지임피던스의 측정 (The transient grounding impedance measurment of large grid grounding electrodes)

  • This paper presents the transient and conventional grounding impedance behaviors of large grid grounding system associated with the injection point of impulse current The measurement methods consider two possible errors in the grounding-system impedances: (1) ground mutual resistance due to current flow through ground from the ground electrode to be measured to the current auxiliary, (2) ac mutual coupling between the current test lead and the potential test lead The test circuit was set to reduce the error factors. The transient grounding impedance depends on the rise time and injection point of impulse current It is effective that grounding conductor is connected to the center of the large grid grounding system.

  • The route of surge arrester connection is very important because bends and kinds of leads increase the impedance to lightning surges and tend to nullify the effectiveness of a grounding electrode conductor. There is a need to know how effective installation of lightning surge arresters is made in order to control voltage and to absorb energy at high lightning currents. The effectiveness of a grounding conductor and bonding for 18[kV] metal oxide distribution line arresters was experimentally investigated with lightning and oscillating impulse voltages.

  • No matter how well the equally spaced grounding grid is designed, there are questions keep rising, such as leakage of current from comer conductor, high voltage of touch voltage in corners of grid than in center, and high material cost for grounding grid. The best-fitted design for unequally spaced grounding grid is a part that must be considered. Explain advantages of unequally spaced grounding grid and lead formula by dividing the number of grid division, j, into 20, instead of 7. Then present $D_{ij}$, which is optimum rate for unequally spaced grounding grid and verify safety and economy of the unequally spaced grounding grid by computer simulation with a poly-nominal function form.

  • In order to analyze ground potential rise of grounding system installed in buildings, the hemispherical grounding simulation system has been designed and fabricated as substantial and economical measures. Ground potential rise(GPR) has been measured and analyzed for shapes of grounding electrode using the system in real time. The system is apparatus to have a free reduced scale for conductor size and laying depth of a full scale grounding system and is constructed so that a shape of equipotential surface is nearly identified a free reduced scale with a real scale when a current flows through grounding electrode. The system was composed of a hemispherical water tank, AC Power supply, a movable potentiometer, and test grounding electrodes. The test grounding electrodes were fabricated through reducing grounding electrode installed in real buildings such as rod type, mesh grid type. When a mesh grid type was associated with a rod type, GPR was the lowest value. The proposed results would be applicable to evaluate GPR in the grounding systems. and the analytical data can be used 0 stabilize the electrical installations and prevent the electrical disasters.

  • 본 논문은 인하도선의 설치에 따른 접지시스템의 임펄스전류에 대한 과도임피던스 특성을 다루었다. 임펄스전류를 심매설 봉상 접지전각과 그리드 접지전극에 인가하였을 때 임펄스전류의 상승시간과 인하도선의 길이에 따른 전위상승과 실효임펄스접지임피던스를 측정하고 분석하였다. 과도접지임피던스는 접지전극의 형상과 크기 및 임펄스전류의 파형과 인하도선의 길이에 강하게 의존하며, 인덕턴스가 최소화되도록 인하도선을 설치하는 기법이 과도접지 임피던스의 저감을 위한 중요한 요소이다.

  • In electric power supply systems, an earthing system determines the electric potential of the conductors related to that of the Earth's surface. The choice of earthing system has implications for the safety of the power supply systems. There are considerably different regulations for earthing (grounding) systems in each country. A protective earth(PE) conductor ensures that all exposed conductive surfaces are at the same electric potential as the earth surface. This paper deals with that when PEN conductor of TN-C-S system is disconnected, dangerous touch voltage causes personnel body to be harmed and human being's property to be damaged seriously. For this reason, this paper explains how serious problems can occur when the fault current flows. As a consequence, we can understand how we can design earthing system properly to ensure the personnel safety against earth faults. The result shows the way that TN-C-S system can be applied safely in Korea.

  • When we design the grounding grid, dangerous voltage ANSI/IEEE Std. 80 method has been commonly used in the domestic area. However, the suitability of the ground rules for the design environment available. However, the suitability of the ground rules for the design environment available. In this paper, sticks according to the electrode conductor in combination with the mesh in order to design the ground by the IEEE Std.80 was designed. So in this paper, we examined of IEEE Std. 80 touch voltage method marginal utility and we induced for those problems by comparison between IEEE Std. 80 touch voltage value and simulation experimentation value. Furthermore, this paper presents a new design grounding system method that complements the IEEE Std. 80 method.

  • 본 논문은 임펄스전류의 인가위치에 따른 심매설 봉상 접지전극의 과도접지임피던스와 규약접지임피던스 특성에 관하여 기술하였다. 과도접지임피던스는 심매설 접지전극의 길이 및 임펄스전류의 상승시간과 인가위치에 강하게 의존하며, 접지전극의 자체 인덕턴스는 짧은 시간 영역에서 점지시스템의 과도접지임피던스에 크게 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 심매설 봉상 접지전극의 자체 인덕턴스의 저감은 과도접지임피던스 특성의 개선에 결정적인 역할을 한다. 접지도선의 길이는 최대한 짧게 하여 접지전극의 상단에 접속하는 것이 효과적이다.

  • This paper describes the EMTP modeling method using searching coil test for HVDC submarine cables. HVDC submarine cables consist of conductor, lead sheath and amore. It is different from general cable which is composed with just conductor and aluminium sheath. Therefore, the transient characteristics are totally different between HVDC submarine cable and general cable. However, the study on HVDC cable modeling and transient are insufficient. In this paper, EMTP modeling is performed according to grounding interval and grounding resistance, then they are compared with real test results by searching coil test.

  • This paper describes the self healing characteristics of a metalized polypropylene film(MPPF) used for energy storage capacitors. In the experiment, a d.c. voltage was applied to the MPPF, and the partial discharge inception voltages(PDIVs), the applied voltages at self healing, the burn out area and the current in the grounding conductor were measured and recorded. As a result, it was found that no PDs were found till the first pre-self healing occurred, and the applied voltage at self healing was increased with PPF thickness. Self healing was much more dependant on the shape of the air void than its diameter and the burn out area and the current in the grounding conductor at self healing was also increased with the applied voltage at self healing.
