Roles of Park and Green Space Planning for Establishing Livable Communities in the Environmental Age through Encouraging Linkage of Academic and Practical Approaches

  • The significance and means of parks and green space planning have been changed dramatically in this century in Japan. The first priority must be given to define the means and purposes of planning., especially the role of ecological, social and economical management with the increasing trend of environmental concern, and the method to estimate values of park and green space from the point of view of regenerative society development. The role of planning parks and green space is reviewed in the following three aspects; as tools for land use control (master plan), as tools for finding appropriate lands for purchasing land (development plan) and tools for application of individual development technique of green space and landscapes(site plan and design). It is a serious issue that the existence of parks in urban setting which used to be considered as a top priority, is now being challenged in terms of economical, social and environmental benefits. In such processes, the most important issue is to define what makes parks and green spaces attractive and ecological to obtain social support to be developed.

야간 투시 영상시스템의 Green A에 적합한 작은 형태인자를 가진 LED에 관한 연구 (A Study on LED with Small Form Factor Suitable for Green A of Night Vision Imaging System)

  • In this study, we have successfully developed an unique NVIS Green A compatible LED by combining two technologies. One is white LED made with a black EMC (epoxy molding compound) lead frame. The other is NVIS Green A filter that shields the near infrared region made in the film method. The form factor of the developed NVIS Green A compatible LED was 2.0 × 2.0 × 0.95 mm. And it is possible to satisfy NVIS radiance and color limit specified in MIL-STD-3009 by controlling the concentration of Green A dye and the thickness of the NVIS filter as well as adjusting of color temperature of the white LED. From these results, we are expected that the developed NVIS Green A suitable LED is a promising solution for the weight reduction and the cost reduction of avionic applications.

Determinants of Green Total Factor Productivity of Agricultural Sector in Indonesia, 1980-2018

  • Purpose: This study aims to analyze the determinants of Green Total Factor Productivity (Green TFP) growth in the agricultural sector in Indonesia from 1980-2018. Research design, data, and methodology: The growth of Green TFP in the agricultural sector is calculated using the Growth Accounting Method. Moreover, this study uses multiple linear regression to analyze the determinants of the growth of Green TFP in the agricultural sector in Indonesia. Results: The survey results show that the average growth of Green TFP in the agricultural sector in Indonesia is still negative, which indicates that the efficiency of production factor or mastery of technology is still low. Inflation and patent applications are variables that significantly affect the growth of Green TFP in the agricultural sector, where the inflation variable has a negative effect. In contrast, the variable growth of patent applications has a positive impact. Conclusions: The government needs to continue to improve efficiency by organizing various programs related to increasing mastery of technology in the agricultural sector. The government also needs to advance research and development by promoting patents to become research incentives and impact the improvement of new technologies, especially those related to the environment. Moreover, economic stability needs to be maintained through inflation control.

개별건물 에너지소비량 보정기법 개발 및 적용방안 (Development and Application of the Calibration Method of Individual Building Energy Consumption)

  • Building energy consumption generally depends on living patterns of residents and outdoor air temperature changes. Although outdoor air temperature changes effect on building energy consumption, there is no calibration method for the comparison before and after Green Remodeling or BEMS installation etc., Big data of building energy consumption are collected and managed by 『National Integrated Management System of Building Energy』 in Korea, and they are utilized for the development of a calibration method for individual buildings as shown as the calibration method for small-area building stocks in the previous research. This study aims to develope a calibration method using big data of building energy consumption of individual buildings and outdoor air temperature changes, and to propose application of appropriate calibration methods for individual buildings or small-area building stocks according to the calibration purpose and conditions.

  • The analysis of flux distribution under stead-state in large power reactors with assymetry reactivity insertions requires the use of three-dimensional diffusion calculations. For the purpose, consistently formulated modern nodal methods based on higher order interface techniques have become popular tools for flux distributions in large commercial nuclear reactors. Among the earlier developments, the nodal Green's function method obtains its nodal interface equation from the transverse-integrated integral diffusion equation using a finite-medium Green's function. In this method, the outgoing current from a node surface is formulated as a response of the incoming currents and the spatially integrated neutron source within the same node. The well-known nodal expansion method is also based on an interface partial current formulation. Nodal methods high-level interface variables, i.e., interface net current and flux, may be more computationally efficient than the nodal Green's function method because they have one fewer unknown per interface. The Analytic Nodal Method(ANM), which can be classified as an interface net current technique and, was faster in solving some standard benchmark problems than the other two methods.(omitted)

녹차분말 첨가가 다식의 품질 특성에 미치는 영향 (The Effect of Green Tea Powder on Quality of Dasik)

  • This study was carried out to clarify the effect of addition of green tea powder on Dasik quality. The green tea powder was added as the ratio of 0%, 2%, 4%, 6% and 8%, respectively. The physio-chemical analysis and sensory test on the Dasik were performed. The flour and starch Dasik added to green tea powder showed lower moisture content compared to the non-added treatment, but the ash content was higher in the added Dasik. At the color test, Dasik of green tea powder showed lower L, a, and b value than the non-added treatment, respectively. These values were greatly decreased as the amount of green tea powder was increased. Addition of green tea powder had a tendency to show high hardness, cohesiveness, springiness, and gumminess but brittleness was low in the non-added treatment. Therefore, addition of green tea powder made Dasik texture more dense, and this tendency of texture was distinct at the flour Dasik compared to the starch Dasik. At the sensory test, surface color and green tea flavor were strong as the adding amount of green tea was increased, but sweetness was weak. There were not significant differences in the overall preference among 0%, 2% and 4% treatments, but the preference was greatly decreased from the above 6%. In conclusion, 4% addition of green tea powder would be the useful method to enhance quality of Dasik, and the flour Dasik showed better result than the starch Dasik.

FIA에 의한 유기산의 해리상수 측정에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Measurement of Dissociation Constant of Organic Acid with FIA)

  • 빠른 시간내에 적은 시료로(mg 단위) FIA와 Diode Array Spectrophotometry를 이용하여 해리상수를 구할 수 있는 방법을 개발하는 데 실험의 비중을 두었고, 그 대상으로 Bromo Cresol Green을 사용하였다. 소량의 산 염기를 가할 때 제일 sensitive한 발색반응을 보이는 지시약의 pK는 7.0임이 컴퓨터에 의해 계산되었다. Spectrophotometry를 이용한 Bromothylmol Blue와 Bromocresol Green은 Kielland 방법에 의한 Activity를 보정해 준 후 pKa가 각각 7.31과 4.82를 얻었다(Reported value by Bishop 7.30, 4.79). FIA에 의한 Bromocresol Green의 pKa값은 4.78을 얻어 다른 방법과 유사함을 알 수 있었다.

십자와 적록 조합시표를 이용한 노안 가입도 측정 (Measurements of Presbyopic Addition Using a Combination Chart of Cross-Grid and Red Green)

  • 목적: 노안에서 십자와 적록을 조합한 시표를 사용하여 얻어진 잠정가입도와 최종가입도를 비교하기 위해 실시하였다. 방법: 대상자는 41~60세(평균연령 51.7세) 사이의 노안이 있는 60명으로 하였다. 잠정가입도는 십자시표(CG), 적록시표(RG) 및 두 가지 시표를 조합하여 만든 적록십자시표(RGCG)를 사용하여 결정하였으며, 최종가입도는 검사거리 40 cm에서 각 대상자에 맞게 잠정가입도를 조정하여 결정하였다. 결과: 측정 방법별 잠정가입도와 최종가입도 사이의 유의한 차이가 있었으며, 적록십자시표에 의한 방법이 높은 신뢰도(repeatability)를 나타냈다. 결론: 적록 십자시표(RGCG)는 노안 가입도 결정에 필요한 적절한 데이터를 얻을 수 있으며, 양안시 임상에서 가입도 처방의 진단 평가에 유용할 것이다.

유·무인 항공영상을 이용한 심층학습 기반 녹피율 산정 (Derivation of Green Coverage Ratio Based on Deep Learning Using MAV and UAV Aerial Images)

  • 녹피율은 행정구역면적 대비 녹지가 피복된 면적의 비율로, 실질적인 도시녹화 지표로 활용되고 있다. 현재 녹피율은 토지피복지도를 기반하여 산출되는데, 토지피복지도의 낮은 공간해상도와 일정하지 않은 제작시기는 정확한 녹피율 산출과 정밀한 녹피분석을 어렵게 한다. 따라서 본 연구는 새로운 녹피율 산출방안으로 항공영상과 심층학습을 활용한 방안을 제안한다. 항공영상은 높은 해상도와 비교적 일정한 주기로 정밀한 분석을 가능하게 하며 심층 학습은 항공영상 내 녹지를 자동으로 탐지할 수 있다. 지자체는 매년 다양한 목적을 위해 유인항공영상을 취득하여 이를 활용해 신속하게 녹피율을 산출한다. 하지만 미리 취득된 유인항공영상은 취득 시기와 해상도, 센서와 같은 세부사항을 선택할 수 없어 정밀한 분석이 어려울 수 있다. 이러한 한계점은 다양한 센서의 탑재가 가능하고 낮은 고도의 비행으로 인해 고해상도 영상을 취득할 수 있는 무인항공기를 활용하여 보완될 수 있다. 이에 두 가지 항공영상으로부터 녹피율을 산출하였고 그 결과, 모든 녹지 유형으로 부터 높은 정확도로 녹피율을 산출할 수 있었다. 하지만 유인항공영상으로부터 산출된 녹피율은 복잡한 환경에서 한계가 있었다. 이를 보완하고자 활용한 무인항공영상은 복잡한 환경에서도 높은 정확도의 녹피율을 산출할 수 있었고 추가밴드 영상을 통해 더 정밀한 녹지 영역 탐지가 가능했다. 추후 기존 유인항공영상에 새로 취득한 무인항공영상을 보완적으로 사용해 녹피율을 효과적으로 산출할 수 있을 것이라 기대된다.

직교이방성 함유체를 포함하는 등방성 기지에서의 탄성파 산란 수치해석 모델 (Numerical Modeling of Elastic Wave Scattering in an Isotropic Medium Containing an Orthotropic Inclusion)

  • 다수의 이방성 함유체를 포함하는 등방성 무한고체에서 이들 이방성 함유체에 의한 탄성파의 산란문제 해석을 효과적으로 수행할 수 있는 새로은 수치해석 방법으로 체적 적분방정식법을 제시하였다. 체적 적분방정식법에서는 등방성 무한고체에서의 Green 함수만 구할 수 있으면 이방성 함유체에서의 Green 함수를 구하지 않고서도 탄성파 산란문제 해석이 가능해지는 장점이 있다. 이 방법은 임의의 형상을 갖는 다수의 이방성 함유체가 포함된 일반적인 탄성동역학 문제 해석에도 적용이 가능하다. 한 개의 직교이방성 함유체가 등방성 무한기지에 포함된 무한고체에서 직교이방성 함유체에 의한 종과(P파) 및 횡파(SV파) 산란문제 해석을 통하여, 체적 적분방정식법이 일반적인 이방성 함유체가 포함된 무한고체에서의 탄성파 산란문제 해석에 있어 정확하고 효과적인 수치해석 방법임을 입증하였다.
