녹차소비자의 추구편익과 선택속성의 관계 (Canonical Correlations between Benefit Sought and Selection Attributes of Green Tea Consumers)

  • This study aims to investigate relationships between benefit sought and selection attributes of green tea consumers. For data collection, a total of 595 copies of questionnaires were collected by convenience sampling in the Seoul and Gyeonggi-do area. The data were analyzed by using SPSS 15.0. The factor analysis identified four dimensions of the benefit sought : health benefit, sensory, sociality, and self-esteem. Six dimensions of selection attributes were identified as manufacturing, design, sensory appeal, recommendation, utility and brand. The results of the canonical correlation analysis indicated that health benefit, sensory, sociality of benefit sought and manufacturing, design, sensory appeal, recommendation, utility, brand of selection attributes were highly correlated, and the self-esteem of benefit sought and recommendation of selection attribute were highly correlated. This means it is important to place an emphasis on safety production, package design, sensory characteristics, product description, utility and brand for consumers who seek health benefit, flavor and sociality. It is also important to place an emphasis on product description for consumers who pursue self-esteem benefits. Green tea marketers should consider benefit sought aspects as the most important factors affecting selection attributes on green tea purchasing.

파래 분말 첨가에 따른 어묵의 품질 특성 (Quality Properties of Fish Paste Containing Green Laver Powder)

  • This study was conducted to promote the utilization of fish paste added with green laver powder as a food product. The tested concentrations of green laver powder were 0, 3, 5, and 7%. The pH of the samples ranged from 6.71 to 6.90, and moisture content ranged from 70.03 to 70.57%. The L and a values of the samples decreased as the concentration of green laver powder increased and b value increased. Folding test in all test samples showed AA that mean good flexibility. In the texture meter test, hardness, cohesiveness, and springiness increased according to increasing concentration of green laver powder. However, gumminess and brittleness of the fish paste decreased upon addition of green laver powder. In the sensory evaluation, fish paste prepared with 5% green laver powder was preferred over other fish pastes. These results suggest that green laver powder can be applied to fish paste for the purpose of high quality and functionality.

지리적 표시제 도입이 지역 문화산업 진흥에 미치는 영향 -보성녹차를 사례로- (The Impact of Geographical Indication on the Promotion of Cultural Industry of a Region : A Case Study of Boseong Green Tea)

  • 지리적 표시제란 농산물 등 상품 및 그 가공품의 명성 품질 기타 특징이 본질적으로 특정 지역의 지리적 특성에 기인하는 경우 당해 상품 및 그 가공품이 그 특정지역에서 생산된 특산물임을 표시하는 제도를 의미한다. 우리나라에서는 1999년에 제정된 농산물품질관리법을 통해 지리적 표시제가 본격적으로 시행되고 있다. 본 연구에서는 우리나라에서 지리적 표시제가 공식적으로 도입된 이후 최초로 인증을 얻은 보성녹차의 사례를 중심으로 지리적 표시제가 지역 문화산업 진흥에 미치는 영향 및 시사점을 분석한다. 연구결과 지리적 표시제 도입 이후 지리적 표시품인 보성녹차의 제품이미지 상승과 품질향상이 이루어짐으로써 지역 특산품인 보성녹차의 재배와 생산이 증가하였을 뿐만 아니라 녹차연계 관광산업의 개발 등을 통해 지리적 표시제가 지역 문화산업의 진흥에 전반적으로 긍정적인 기여를 하고 있는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 연구결과는 지리적 표시제의 도입이 지역 특산의 국산 명품 브랜드를 육성함으로써 향후 수입자유화에 대비한 우리니라 통상정책 측면에서 유효한 대응책이 될 수 있음을 시사한다. 또한, 지리적 표시제가 지역문화 정체성 제고와 장소마케팅을 위한 효과적인 수단을 제공할 수 있음을 시사한다.

일부 청소년에서 음료섭취, 식행동, 인성과의 관련성 연구 (Interrelations Among Beverage Intake, Food Behavior and Personality in Adolescents)

  • This study investigated the influences of the beverage intake on food behavior and personality for 1295 adolescents. The results were as follows. The favorite beverage was 'fruit juice', and preference of 'coffee' was the lowest. 'Milk and dairy product' was highest and 'milkshake' was lowest in intake frequency of beverage. The preference correlated positively(r = 0.391) with the intake frequency of beverage, especially high in 'green tea and black tea'(r = 0.622), 'coffee'(r = 0.581), 'carbonated drink'(r = 0.538), and 'milk and dairy product'(r = 0.501). The explanation power(R2) of beverage preference on beverage intake was 0.153. The explanation power($R^2$) of beverage intake on food behavior was 0.127, and 'carbonated drink' and 'coffee' as well as 'milkshake' had a negative influence on food behavior: however, 'milk and dairy product', 'green tea and black tea', and 'fruit juice' had a positive influence on food behavior. The relationship of beverage intake and sociality was very low($R^2$= 0.013), and 'isotonic drink' and 'green tea and black tea' had a positive influence on sociality. The relationship between beverage intake and anger expression was also very low. 'Coffee' showed a positive relationship with anger-in. 'Carbonated drink' and 'milkshake' showed a positive result with anger-out. 'Milkshake' showed a negative relation with anger-control, but 'green tea and black tea' and 'milk and dairy product' showed a positive relation. From these results, it was necessary to develop the practical nutritioneducation program on proper beverage choice for adolescents leading to better metal and physical status.

폴리페놀을 다량 함유한 커피박 및 녹차박 추출물의 수준별 첨가가 반추위 발효 및 메탄 발생량에 미치는 영향 (Effects of Addition Levels of Coffee and Green Tea By-products Extract including Polyphenols on in vitro Rumen Fermentation and Methane Emission)

  • This study was conducted to investigate the effect of addition levels of coffee and green tea by products extract including polyphenols through hot water extraction on rumen fermentation. The treatment groups consisted of coffee extract (CO), green tea extract (GR) and mixed extract (MIX), and the addition level was 10 µL, 20 µL and 30 µL of three levels. The experiment consisted of a total of 10 experimental groups including the control group, and a full factorial design was used. The effect of polyphenol addition in coffee and green tea by-products was analyzed through main and interaction effect of statistical analysis. The total polyphenol content of the extracts was 106.15, 79.10 and 185.25 ㎍ GAE/g DM for coffee by-product, green tea by-product and mixture, respectively. Total gas production was significantly lower in the treatment groups than in the control (114.00 mL/gDM) (p<0.05). Methane emission tended to decrease as the polyphenol addition level increased. Moreover, the MIX showed the lowest methane emission when 30 µL was added (p<0.05). Volatile fatty acids showed a significant difference compared to the treatment group as a control (98.06 mM) (p<0.05), but there was no change according to the level of polyphenols. As a result of the main effect and interaction, it is thought that the effect on methane reduction and improvement of rumen fermentation in MIX20 can be expected. In a series of studies, the addition of 20 µL of a blended extract of coffee and green tea by-products is thought to reduce methane to levels that do not inhibit rumen fermentation.

척도모수가 미지인 임의중도절단자료의 EDF 통계량을 이용한 지수 검정 (Testing Exponentiality Based on EDF Statistics for Randomly Censored Data when the Scale Parameter is Unknown)

  • 수명시간 분석에서 가장 간단하고 또한 자주 이용되는 분포는 지수분포이다. Koziol과 Green (1976)은 Cram$\acute{e}$r-von Mises 통계량을 Kaplan-Meier의 product limit 경험분포함수를 이용하여 임의중도절단자료에 대해서 일반화하였다. 그러나 이 통계량은 모수의 값이 주어진 단순귀무가설을 가정하고 있으므로 실제 자료에 적용하기에는 어려운 점이 있다. 본 논문에서는 척도모수가 미지인 지수분포의 적합도 검정에 모수를 추정하여 Koziol-Green 통계량을 적용하였다. 그리고 같은 방법으로, 전통적인 Kolmogorov-Smirnov 검정통계량을 일반화하고 두 가지 통계량의 검정력을 모의실험을 통하여 비교하였다. 그 결과 전반적으로 일반화된 Koziol-Green 통계량이 Kolmogorov-Smirnov 통계량보다 지수분포의 검정에 있어서는 좀 더 좋은 검정력을 보여주었다.

임의중도절단자료에 대한 로그정규성 검정 (Testing Log Normality for Randomly Censored Data)

  • 수명시간에 대한 모형으로 로그정규분포가 자주 사용되며, 이는 자료의 변환에 의하여 정규성 검정과 동일한 문제로 생각할 수 있다. 따라서 자료의 로그정규성 검정을 위하여, 정규성 검정에 자주 이용되는 Shapiro-Wilk 형태의 검정통계량을 Kaplan-Meier의 product limit 경험분포함수를 이용하여 임의중도절단자료로 일반화한다. Cram er von Mises 통계량을 임의중도절단자료로 일반화한 Koziol과 Green (1976)의 통계량과 비교하였으며 이를 위하여 단순귀무가설을 가정하였다. 중도절단분포에 대한 모형으로는 Koziol과 Green (1976)에서 제시한 모형과 이와 유사한 다른 모형 두 가지를 고려하였다. 검정력 비교 결과 제시한 통계량이 로그정규성 또는 정규성 검정에 더 좋은 검정력을 보여주었으며 검정력은 중도절단분포 모형보다는 자료의 중도절단비율에 영향을 받는다는 것을 볼 수 있었다.

  • Paralleled with the development of new materials we need to develop methods and techniques to reveal the environmental interaction and impact of the new materials. Small changes in the chemical structure or product formulation may render the product less environmentally adaptable. Degradation products formed from PLLA were identified after aging in different environments and their assimilation in the biotic environment was shown. Green and degradable hydrogels could be designed from renewable hemicelluloses and lactic acid. Hemicelluloses are a renewable and highly interesting raw material source for new green polymers.

한살림의 친환경농산물 그린마케팅 추진실태와 시사점 (Implications and Situations of Hansalim's Green Marketing for Environmentally Friendly Agri-Products)

  • Hansalim is a cooperative organization dealing with environmental-friendly/organic products(EFOP), which is pursuing both movement and business. Hansalim consists of producer's organizations and consumer's organizations, and always talks over organization structures and management directions all together. Hansalim has the movement goal of values and a world view for all lives, and so produces, distributes and consumes the EFOP as a way of achieving the goal. Hansalim was founded in 1986, and has about 130,000 members, the total sales of about 93.6 billions, 19 regional hansalims and one logistics center in 2006. Product strategy and promotion strategy are remarkable among green marketing mix of hansalim. Product strategy focuses safety, the environmental intimacy, differentiation and superiority of products. And the characteristics of promotion strategy are spontaneity, the self-control, cooperative spirit, mutual trust and close relationship among producers, consumers and staffs in charge.
