스마트콘텐츠 현황분석을 통한 기본요소 추출 (Study on Basic Elements for Smart Content through the Market Status-quo)

  • ICT(Information and Communications Technologies : 정보통신기술)는 창조경제의 핵심이 되는 기술중 하나로 기존산업과 기업의 인프라를 연결하는 매개로 사용되어 기존 상품과 서비스를 고도화하고, 새로운 상품과 서비스를 만들어내고 있다. 이와 더불어 빅데이터, 모바일, 웨어러블 등 새로운 디바이스 부문까지 주목을 받으며 신시장 개척에 귀추가 주목되고 있다. 더 나아가 IoT(Internet of Things :사물인터넷)는 인간과 인간, 인간과 사물, 사물과 사물을 연결하며 ICT기반의 사회를 더욱 곤고히 만들어 주는 역할을 하고 있다. 이는 제조업 중심의 하드웨어 개발이 소프트웨어의 개발과 함께 동시다발적으로 융합되어야 한다는 의미로 볼 수 있다. 하드웨어와 소프트웨어의 융합에서 꼭 필요한 것이 OS인데, 선두주자 구글과 애플을 필두로 관련 기업에서는 소프트웨어의 중요성을 인지하고 소프트웨어 개발에 집중 착수하였다. 이에 현 보고서(한국산업기술평가관리원: 디자인전문기술개발사업) 진행을 위해 소프트웨어 시장현황을 조사한 결과, 소프트웨어 플랫폼을 기반으로 한 구글의 안드로이드(Android)와 애플의 iOS가 전 세계시장을 장악하고 있었으며, 후발주자는 새로운 패러다임을 제시하기 위해 Web기반 OS, 유사 OS 등 을 출시하여 다양한 경로에서 시장진입을 시도하고 있다. 이러한 사회의 변화는 OS를 기본으로 누구나 개발자가 될 수 있는 스마트콘텐츠 활용에 대한 연구 필요성이 대두되었으며 범용적으로 활용할 수 있는 스마트콘텐츠에 대한 정의가 필요하며 빠른 시장변화에 대처할 수 있는 시장분석이 필요하다. 이에 본 연구에서는 문헌조사 및 스마트분류체계에 따른 앱마켓(App Market)분석, 현 콘텐츠시장 트랜드 분석을 실시하였고 스마트콘텐츠의 범용적 정의와 앱마켓에서 나타난 애플리케이션의 현황과 콘텐츠 시장현황을 비교하여 공통요소 5가지의 흐름을 파악하였다. 분석을 통하여 스마트콘텐츠 시장은 독립적이지만 서로의 연결고리를 가진 형태로 하나의 유기체와 같은 형태로 발전할 것이라 예상하였으며 기존의 기술적 관점, 문화적 관점, 비즈니스적 관점, 소비자 관점에 사회적 관점을 포함한 다시점 관점에서의 분류체계와 개발이 이루어 져야 한다.

생각하지 않는 현자(賢者)? 플로티누스의 비-숙고적 행동 모델 (An Unthinking Sage? Plotinus' Model of Non-Deliberative Action)

  • 본 논문의 목적은 플로티누스에게 귀속된 소위 '자동적 행동 이론'을 비판적으로 검토하는 것이다. 이 이론에 따르면, 플로티누스적 현자(賢者)는 추론이나 숙고 없이 자동적으로 행동할 수 있다. 이 이론은 현자의 행동을 외부 자극에 대한 기계적인 반사 작용으로 축소함으로써 행위자를 자동기계로 만들 위험이 있다는 우려를 불러 일으켰다. 우리는 플로티누스가 묘사한 현자의 비-숙고적인 행동이 자동적이지 않음을 논증함으로써 플로티누스가 '자동적 행동 이론'을 주장하지 않았음을 보이려고 한다. 우선, 플로티누스가 인간 행동의 이상적 모델로 제시한 세계이성(즉, 세계영혼의 이성)의 비-숙고적 행동 방식에 주목할 것이다. 사실, 플로티누스는 세계이성이 세계를 '마치 자동적인 것처럼' 통치한다고 언급한다. 이 언급은 세계 통치의 자발적이고 자연스러운 방식을 가리키기 위한 것으로 해석된다. 이런 측면에서 세계이성의 작동 방식은 자연(즉, 세계영혼의 생산 능력)의 그것에 비교된다. 하지만 플로티누스는 세계이성은 자신이 무엇을 하는지 알면서 하지만, 자연은 모르면서 한다는 점을 지적한다. 이와 관련해서, 플로티누스는 세계이성이 무엇을 할지 이미 알기 때문에 추론하거나 숙고하지 않는다고 밝힌다. 이 점을 규명하기 위해 우리는 플로티누스가 제시한 슬기와 기술의 유비를 살펴 볼 것이다. 플로티누스는 세계이성을 아무런 의혹과 망설임, 어려움 없이 자신감 있게 작업하면서, 숙고의 매개 없이 자신의 지성을 표현하는 고도의 숙련 기술자 또는 예술가에 비유한다. 이런 시각에서 슬기에 따른 비-숙고적 행동은 숙고적 행동보다 우월한 것으로 나타난다. 플로티누스는 항상 상황 전체를 통제할 수 있는 세계이성과 달리 숙련 기술자에게는 계산이나 숙고가 필요한 어려운 상황들이 있음을 인정한다. 그렇지만 그는 숙련 기술자라면 쉽게 해결책을 찾을 수 있다고 확신한다. 이것은 현자가 보통 때에는 거장이나 대가처럼 숙고 없이 행동할 수 있지만, 비상 상황에는 숙고를 사용하되, 수월하고 창의적으로 도전에 대응할 것임을 암시한다. 나아가, 우리는 칙센트미하이의 '몰입' 개념과 그것을 적용한 안나스의 덕과 기술의 유비 논변을 사용하여 플로티누스적 현자의 행동 모델을 설명하려고 시도할 것이다. 마지막으로 현자의 유덕한 행동은 습관화된 행동이지만, 수동적이고 판에 박힌 자동적인 행동이 아니라, 능동적이고 유연하며 지적인 행동임을 보일 것이다.

유가 공부론과 명상 - 퇴계 활인심방(活人心方)을 응용한 수양치료 모형 - (Confucian Cultivation of Mind and Meditation - The Care Model of Cultivation Applied by Toe-gye' 『The Method on Preservation of Human mind (活人心方)』)

  • 이 논문은 유가 공부론과 명상의 관계에 대해 살펴본 것이다. 최근 우리 사회에는 마음의 병에 대한 관심이 높아지고 있다. 흔히 세계관과 인생관, 가치관에 대한 왜곡된 인식에서 비롯된 마음의 병은 정신의학적 방법으로 치료될 수 없다는 점에서 신경정신과적 질병과는 구분된다. 철학을 비롯하여 문학, 예술 등 다양한 인문학을 활용한 대체치료가 주목받고 있는 것도 이러한 이유에서이다. 명상 또한 이들 가운데 하나이다. '명상'은 흔히 불교에서 발전해 온 것으로 생각되지만, 유학과도 밀접한 연관성을 가지고 있다. 불교의 명상은 현실의 삶을 부정하지만, 유가의 명상 철학은 현실과 자아를 인정하는 데서 출발하고 있다. 또한 유가의 수양론과 명상 철학은 방법론적으로 중요한 의미를 지니고 있다. 일반적으로 진행되는 정신치료나 심리치료는 그 방법이 대개 대화를 통해 이루어진다. '대화치료(talking cure)'는 내담자 스스로 자신의 현 상황을 인지하고, 그 문제를 스스로 발견하는 것을 전제로 한다. 일반적으로 현재 인문학을 응용한 치료가 대상으로 삼고 있는 교정기관이나 군부대와 같은 특수기관 수용자에게는 사용하기에도 적합한 방법이 아니다. 이 점에서 '마음 다스리기'를 강조한 유가의 공부론과 명상법은 응용할 만한 충분한 가치가 있어 보인다. 여기에서는 유가 공부론과 명상의 관계가 이론적으로 어떤 관계인가를 살펴보고, 퇴계의 『활인심방』을 응용하여 인문치료의 한 모형을 제시하였다. 동양의 수양론이 '마음의 병'에 대해 의미있는 이론을 제시하고 있긴 하지만, 이를 구체적으로 현장에서 응용하기란 쉬운 일이 아니다. 이는 수양론 자체가 일생을 두고 수행해야 할 지침이며, 그 성격상 일시적인 수행이나 실습을 통한 효과를 기대하기 어렵기 때문이다. 여기에서 제시하는 수양 치료 모형은 이러한 한계를 전제로 한 것으로, 인문치료의 한국적 모형 개발이라는 목적에 따른 시도이다.

Digital Native의 4차산업혁명 기술수용 영향 요인: FinTech 및 AR(증강현실) 기술을 중심으로 (Factors Influencing Digital Native's Acceptance and Use of 4th Industrial Revolution Technology : Focusing on FinTech and AR (Augmented Reality) Technology)

  • 4차산업혁명과 코로나19 팬데믹이라는 2중의 파도속에서 이 파도를 타는 기업은 승승장구 할 수 있지만, 그렇지 못한 기업은 파도 속에 빠져 허우적거릴 것이다. 4차산업혁명과 관련하여 다양한 기술들이 나오고 상용화되고 있다. 이러한 시점에서 소비자 특히 태어나면서부터 디지털과 함께 온 디지털 네이티브 들은 이러한 기술을 사용 함에 있어서 어떠한 요인들이 사용 의도에 영향을 미치며 그 요인 중에서 가장 중요하게 영향을 미치는 것이 무엇인지를 규명하고자 했다. 이를 위해 디지털 네이티브인 20대 150명을 대상으로 FinTech 기술과 AR기술의 사용의도에 영향을 미치는 요인에 대해 데이터를 설문조사를 통해 수집하였다.이를 토대로 통계분석을 실시한 결과 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 기술의 종류에 상관없이 전체적으로 분석을 한 결과는 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적영향, 습관이 디지털 네이티브의 4차산업기술 사용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 반면, 촉진조건과 쾌락적 동기는 유의한 영향관계가 검정되지 않았다. 영향력은 사회적영향과 습관이 매우 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 이를 보다 세분화하여 본 연구에서 대상으로 삼은 FinTech와 AR의 경우 나누어 분석한 결과 다른 양상이 나타났다. 실용적인 가치를 중시하는 FinTech 기술의 경우 성과기대, 노력기대, 사회적영향, 습관이 사용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 영향력은 습관과 사회적 영향이 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 쾌락적 가치를 중시하는 AR의 경우 본 연구에서 채택한 모든 변인들이 기술 사용의도에 정(+)의 영향을 미쳤다. 쾌락적 동기와 사회적 영향이 큰 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 분석결과를 종합해보면 사회적 영향은 4차산업기술의 종류와 관계없이 중요한 영향 변수로 나타났다. 서비스가 보편화되고 있는 모바일 뱅킹과 같은 FinTech 기술은 습관이, 아직은 보편화 되어 있지 않고 엔터테인먼트 위주로 서비스 되고 있는 AR의 경우 쾌락적 동기가 중요한 영향 요인으로 나타났다. 본 연구는 디지털 네이티브들의 4차산업 기술 수용에 영향을 미치는 요인을 위와 같이 확인함으로써 이를 토대로 학술적 및 실무적 시사점을 제시할 수 있었다.

상제 강세지 객망리 일대의 풍수지리적 의미에 관한 연구 -지맥의 연결과정을 통한 형기론을 중심으로- (A Study on the Birthplace of Kang Jeungsan, Gaekmang-ri, and Neighboring Areas from a Feng Shui Perspective: Focused on the Theory of Connecting Geomantic Veins)

  • 본 논문은 대순진리회 성지(聖地)인 상제 강세지에 대해 현장 풍수 답사를 통해 형기론을 중심으로 강세지 일대와 그와 관련된 전반적인 풍수 국세를 탐색하였다. 연구방법의 중심은 전통적인 풍수지리 이론 중에서 형기론적인 관점에서 시루산 일대까지 이어지는 지맥의 연결과정을 통해 상제 강세지의 전반적인 풍수 국세를 고찰하였다. 고찰의 방법으로 풍수 형기론을 기반으로 객망리 일대의 풍수적 국세와 시루산을 이루기까지 지맥의 과정을 답산하고 객망리 일대의 지세와 형국, 물의 흐름과 지맥 등을 살펴 전반적인 풍수 국세를 밝히고자 하였다. 현장답사 과정에서 먼저 호남의 삼신산 중에서 영주산이라고도 불리는 두승산과 방장산을 살피고, 그다음으로 동죽산과 망제봉, 매봉산, 시루산으로 이어지는 지맥의 흐름이 연면부절하고 기복변화하는 과정에서 시루산을 이루기까지 전체적인 용맥의 변화와 산과 물의 흐름을 형기론의 관점에서 전래 된 전통 지리서 등 제반 이론들을 토대로 학술적 접근을 통해 근 본의를 논증하고자 하였다. 결과적으로 풍수적 관점에서 현지답사를 통해 살펴본 상제 강세지 객망리 일대의 지맥의 연결과정과 풍수적 특징과 요건들을 종합하여 볼 때 호남정맥으로부터 호남의 삼신산을 비롯해 유기적인 관계를 형성하며 뻗어내린 뭇산들과의 상호 결합 등으로 인해 대국의 풍수적 국세를 형성하고 있음을 알 수 있다. 신인조화의 땅을 이룰 지리적 조건과 상제의 강세를 예시한 주변의 지명 등을 고려해 볼 때 풍수의 공간적 배합이 잘 이루어진 국세를 간직한 곳이며, 인간의 힘으로는 가늠할 수 없는 천혜의 큰 기운이 응집된 혈(穴)을 간직한 곳으로 판단된다.

항공기(航空機) 사고조사제도(事故調査制度)에 관한 연구(硏究) (A Study on the System of Aircraft Investigation)

  • The main purpose of the investigation of an accident caused by aircraft is to be prevented the sudden and casual accidents caused by wilful misconduct and fault from pilots, air traffic controllers, hijack, trouble of engine and machinery of aircraft, turbulence during the bad weather, collision between birds and aircraft, near miss flight by aircrafts etc. It is not the purpose of this activity to apportion blame or liability for offender of aircraft accidents. Accidents to aircraft, especially those involving the general public and their property, are a matter of great concern to the aviation community. The system of international regulation exists to improve safety and minimize, as far as possible, the risk of accidents but when they do occur there is a web of systems and procedures to investigate and respond to them. I would like to trace the general line of regulation from an international source in the Chicago Convention of 1944. Article 26 of the Convention lays down the basic principle for the investigation of the aircraft accident. Where there has been an accident to an aircraft of a contracting state which occurs in the territory of another contracting state and which involves death or serious injury or indicates serious technical defect in the aircraft or air navigation facilities, the state in which the accident occurs must institute an inquiry into the circumstances of the accident. That inquiry will be in accordance, in so far as its law permits, with the procedure which may be recommended from time to time by the International Civil Aviation Organization ICAO). There are very general provisions but they state two essential principles: first, in certain circumstances there must be an investigation, and second, who is to be responsible for undertaking that investigation. The latter is an important point to establish otherwise there could be at least two states claiming jurisdiction on the inquiry. The Chicago Convention also provides that the state where the aircraft is registered is to be given the opportunity to appoint observers to be present at the inquiry and the state holding the inquiry must communicate the report and findings in the matter to that other state. It is worth noting that the Chicago Convention (Article 25) also makes provision for assisting aircraft in distress. Each contracting state undertakes to provide such measures of assistance to aircraft in distress in its territory as it may find practicable and to permit (subject to control by its own authorities) the owner of the aircraft or authorities of the state in which the aircraft is registered, to provide such measures of assistance as may be necessitated by circumstances. Significantly, the undertaking can only be given by contracting state but the duty to provide assistance is not limited to aircraft registered in another contracting state, but presumably any aircraft in distress in the territory of the contracting state. Finally, the Convention envisages further regulations (normally to be produced under the auspices of ICAO). In this case the Convention provides that each contracting state, when undertaking a search for missing aircraft, will collaborate in co-ordinated measures which may be recommended from time to time pursuant to the Convention. Since 1944 further international regulations relating to safety and investigation of accidents have been made, both pursuant to Chicago Convention and, in particular, through the vehicle of the ICAO which has, for example, set up an accident and reporting system. By requiring the reporting of certain accidents and incidents it is building up an information service for the benefit of member states. However, Chicago Convention provides that each contracting state undertakes collaborate in securing the highest practicable degree of uniformity in regulations, standards, procedures and organization in relation to aircraft, personnel, airways and auxiliary services in all matters in which such uniformity will facilitate and improve air navigation. To this end, ICAO is to adopt and amend from time to time, as may be necessary, international standards and recommended practices and procedures dealing with, among other things, aircraft in distress and investigation of accidents. Standards and Recommended Practices for Aircraft Accident Injuries were first adopted by the ICAO Council on 11 April 1951 pursuant to Article 37 of the Chicago Convention on International Civil Aviation and were designated as Annex 13 to the Convention. The Standards Recommended Practices were based on Recommendations of the Accident Investigation Division at its first Session in February 1946 which were further developed at the Second Session of the Division in February 1947. The 2nd Edition (1966), 3rd Edition, (1973), 4th Edition (1976), 5th Edition (1979), 6th Edition (1981), 7th Edition (1988), 8th Edition (1992) of the Annex 13 (Aircraft Accident and Incident Investigation) of the Chicago Convention was amended eight times by the ICAO Council since 1966. Annex 13 sets out in detail the international standards and recommended practices to be adopted by contracting states in dealing with a serious accident to an aircraft of a contracting state occurring in the territory of another contracting state, known as the state of occurrence. It provides, principally, that the state in which the aircraft is registered is to be given the opportunity to appoint an accredited representative to be present at the inquiry conducted by the state in which the serious aircraft accident occurs. Article 26 of the Chicago Convention does not indicate what the accredited representative is to do but Annex 13 amplifies his rights and duties. In particular, the accredited representative participates in the inquiry by visiting the scene of the accident, examining the wreckage, questioning witnesses, having full access to all relevant evidence, receiving copies of all pertinent documents and making submissions in respect of the various elements of the inquiry. The main shortcomings of the present system for aircraft accident investigation are that some contracting sates are not applying Annex 13 within its express terms, although they are contracting states. Further, and much more important in practice, there are many countries which apply the letter of Annex 13 in such a way as to sterilise its spirit. This appears to be due to a number of causes often found in combination. Firstly, the requirements of the local law and of the local procedures are interpreted and applied so as preclude a more efficient investigation under Annex 13 in favour of a legalistic and sterile interpretation of its terms. Sometimes this results from a distrust of the motives of persons and bodies wishing to participate or from commercial or related to matters of liability and bodies. These may be political, commercial or related to matters of liability and insurance. Secondly, there is said to be a conscious desire to conduct the investigation in some contracting states in such a way as to absolve from any possibility of blame the authorities or nationals, whether manufacturers, operators or air traffic controllers, of the country in which the inquiry is held. The EEC has also had an input into accidents and investigations. In particular, a directive was issued in December 1980 encouraging the uniformity of standards within the EEC by means of joint co-operation of accident investigation. The sharing of and assisting with technical facilities and information was considered an important means of achieving these goals. It has since been proposed that a European accident investigation committee should be set up by the EEC (Council Directive 80/1266 of 1 December 1980). After I would like to introduce the summary of the legislation examples and system for aircraft accidents investigation of the United States, the United Kingdom, Canada, Germany, The Netherlands, Sweden, Swiss, New Zealand and Japan, and I am going to mention the present system, regulations and aviation act for the aircraft accident investigation in Korea. Furthermore I would like to point out the shortcomings of the present system and regulations and aviation act for the aircraft accident investigation and then I will suggest my personal opinion on the new and dramatic innovation on the system for aircraft accident investigation in Korea. I propose that it is necessary and desirable for us to make a new legislation or to revise the existing aviation act in order to establish the standing and independent Committee of Aircraft Accident Investigation under the Korean Government.

고려의 원시영역 유목초지, 그 부르칸(불함)이즘과 한국축산의 비전 (Burqanism from the Origin of the Pastoral Nomadic Koryo Region and the Vision of Korean Livestock Farming)

  • Khori(高麗) refers to the Chaabog(reindeer) that live on lichens(蘚) on Mt. Soyon(鮮) in which pastures are the cold and dry plateau of North Eurasia. Thus, the origin region of the Khori or Koguryo that are the ancestors of the reindeer-herding pastoral nomads(馴鹿 遊牧民) can be said to be the Steppe-Taiga-Tundra pastoral areas of North Eurasia and North America. When the pastoral nomads moved on to the great mountain(大山) zone of the Jangbaek(長白) to the Baekdu(白頭) Mountains, they could have been in contact with pastoral farmers or agricultural farmers living there and they became the farmers remaining on agricultural farms. They were the Koryo people, the ancestors of Korea. Staying in one place, they gradually forgot the origin of their reindeer-herding pastoral nomadic history in the Northwest area of Mt. Soyon, the small mountain(小山) zone of the Steppe-Taiga-Tundra pastoral areas. In other words, they lost their identity as reindeer-herding pastoral nomads when they entered the agricultural area after leaving the pastoral area. However, since their basic genes had already formed when they lived on the cold and dry plateau of North Eurasia, it is possible to study their pastoral nomadic history focusing on 'the minority living in the broad area(廣域少數)', by utilizing highly advanced biotechnological science and focusing on genes and information technology innovation, and removing various past hindrances in research. Therefore, it is not so difficult to restore the reindeerherding pastoral nomadic history of the Koguryo(高句麗) people and secure their pastoral nomadic identity, of which the first steps have already been taken into their historical stages. The Eurasian continent and the Korean peninsula, especially the cold and dry plateau of North Eurasia and the Korean peninsula have been closely related to each other ecologically and historically. They can never be a separate space at all. The Eurasian continent lies horizontally east to west and thus, the continent forms an isothermal zone. Also, since the time of producing their own foods, it was relatively easy for people with their technology to move to other places owing to the pastoral nomadic characteristic of mobility. Unlike the Chungyen(中原) region, western Asia and the regions covering the Siberia-Manchu-Korean peninsula where food production revolution was first made were connected to the Mongolian lichens route(蘚苔之路: Ni, ukinii jam) and steppe roads. Although the ecological conditions of nature have changed a bit throughout a long history, it was natural for the many tribes in North Asia living on the largest Steppe-Taiga-Tundra area in the world to have believed 'the legends related to animals in relation to their founders and ancestors(獸祖傳說)'. Assuming that Siberian tigers and the tigers living on Mt. Baekdu were connected ecologically and genetically because of the ecological characteristics of the animals, and their migration from plateau to plateau, we would suspect that the Chosun(朝鮮) tribe living on Mt. Baekdu were ethnically and culturally more closely connected to the farther removed Ural-Altai tribes that lived on the cold and dry plateau region than to the Han(i14;) tribe who lived in Chungyen(中原) that was close to Mt. Baekdu. More evidence is the structure of the Korean language which has the form of 'Subject + Object + Verb', which is assumed to have originated from the speedy lifestyle of the reindeer-herding pastoral nomads. The structure is quite different from that of the Han(漢) language, which is based on agricultural life. Also, it is natural for reindeer riding reindeerherding pastoral nomads or horse-riding sheep-herding pastoral nomads(騎馬, 羊遊牧民) to have held military and political power over the region and eventually to have established an ancient pastoral nomadic empire in the process of their conquest of agricultural regions. The stages for founding global empires in the history of mankind maybe largely divided into two, in terms of ecological conditions and occupations. They are the steppes and the oceans. Of course, the steppe-based empires were established based on the skills to deal with horses and the ability to shoot arrows while riding horses, along with the use of iron ware in the 8th century BC. The steppe-based empires became the foundation for an oceanic empire, which could have been established by the use of warships and warship guns since the 15th Century. Based on those facts, we know that Chosun, Puyo(夫餘), and Koguryo are the products of a developmental process of pastoral nomadic empires on the steppes. Maybe we can easily find the pastoral nomadic identity of the Koguryo more than we expected when we trace the origins and history of the Korean tribe living in the pastures located in the northwest area of Mt. Jangbaek by focusing on pastoral nomadic mobility and organization just as we have investigated the historic origins of Anglo-Saxons in America by focusing on the times before the 15th Century. In the process, we should keep in mind that English culture originated from the Industrial Revolution and was directly delivered to the American continent, although America was far from England and was not an intermediate point on long sojourns either. Further, American culture came back to England in a more advanced form later. The most important thing currently to be resolved is to cause Koreans to look back on their own history in a freer way of thinking and with diverse, profound, and sharp insight, taking away the old and existing conventional recognition that is entangled with complicated interests with Korean people and other countries. The meanings of Chosun, Khori, and Solongos have been interpreted arbitrarily without any historic evidence by the scholars who followed conventional tradition of fixed-minded aristocrats in an agricultural society. If the Siberian cultural properties of the stone age, the earthenware age, the bronze age, and the iron age are analyzed in such a way, archaeological discovery will never be able to contribute to the restoration of the Koguryo's pastoral nomadic identity. One should transcend the errors that tend to interpret the cultural properties discovered in the pastoral nomadic regions as not being differentiated from those of agricultural regions and just interpret them altogether from the agricultural point of view. A more careful intention is required in the interpretation of cultural properties of ancient Korean empires that seem to have been formed due to mutual interactions of pastoral nomadic and agricultural cultures. Also, it is required that the conventional recognition chain of 'reverse-genes' be severed, which has placed more weight on agricultural properties than pastoral nomadic ones, since their settlement on agricultural farms was made after the establishment of their ancient pastoral nomadic empires. There is no reason at all to place priority on stoneware, earthenware, bronze ware, and iron ware than on wooden ware(木器) and other ware which were made of animal skins(皮器), bones and horns(骨角器), in analyzing the history in the regions of reindeer or sheep pastures. Reading ancient Korean history from the perspective of pastoral nomadic history, one feels strongly the instinctive emotions to return to the natural 'mother place'. The reindeer-herding pastoral nomadic identity of the Koguryo people that has been accumulated in volumes in their genes and hidden deep inside and have interacted organically could be reborn with Burqanism(Burqan refers to 不咸 in Chinese), which was their religion by birth and symbolized as the red willow(紅柳=不咸). The mother place of the Koguryo's people is the endless vast green pastures of North Eurasia and North America, where we anticipated the development of Korean livestock farming following the inherent properties in the genes of the reindeer-herding pastoral nomads with Korean ancestors. We anticipate that the place would be the core resource that could contribute to the development of life of living creatures following the inherent properties of their genes and biotechnological factors. In other words, biotechnology used for a search for clues on the well-being of humans could be the fruit brought by Burqanism of the Koguryo people and the fruit of the globalization of Korean livestock farming. It is the Chosun farmer in China come from the vast nomadic reindeer pastures of North Eurasia that resolved the food problem of a billion Chinese people with lowland paddy rice seeds (水稻) by transforming Heilongjiang Province(黑龍江省) into an oceanic lowland paddy rice field(水田). Even Mao Tse-tung(毛擇東) could not resolve the food problem by his revolution campaigns for tens of years. Today is the very time that requires the development of special livestock farming following the inherent properties of the ancient Korean reindeer-herding pastoral nomads that respected the dignity of life on the cold and dry plateau of North Eurasia and the America continent. I suggest that research should be started from the pastures of the Dariganga Steppe in East Mongolia that was the homeland of Hanwoo(韓牛) and the central horse-herding steppe place(牧馬場) of Chingis Khan's Mongolia. The Dariganga Steppe is awash with an affluent natural environment for pastoral nomadic living however, the quality of life of the pastoral nomads there is still low. I suggest we Koreans, the descendents of the Koguryo, should take our first steps for our livestock farming business project and develop the Northern nomadic pastures, here at the pastures of the Dariganga Steppe, which is the Mongolian core place of state-of-the-art technology for military weapons.

일부(一部) 중학생(中學生)의 성(性)에 대한 의식행태조사(意識行態調査) (A study on the Awareness and Behavior about Sex of Middle School Students -from middle school students in Taegu area-)

  • A survey was made of 976 students who were selected among students of 5 middle schools at Taegu so that it could furnish basic knowledge about sex education of adolescents by analyzing students recognition of sex, acquaintance with the opposite-sex, sex-education, The survery took a month from Nov. 1, to Nov 30, 1991. The results of this study are summarized as follows. 1. The general characteristics of the surveyed students. The survey consisted of 332 boys middle school student & 325 girls middle school students, 157 male & 162 female students of coeducational middle schools. 32.9% of them were from the first grade, 33.2% from the second grade & 33.9% from the third grade. 35.7% of them believed in Buddhism, 19% Christianism and the mode of their living standard, 86.7%, fell on 34.7% of their parents engaged in commerce and they were followed by salary man and public officals, 93.1 % of the students, parents were alive. 44.9% of their fathers were graduates of high school and 42.2% of their mothers middle school. 2. Sexual maturity 89.1 % of the surveyed girls had experienced menstruation. The mode of first menstruation, 48.2%, was at the age of 13 and the mean of it was 12.9, 3.7% the surveyed boys had exprienced a wet drem before. The mode of the first wet dream, 40.0%, was at the age of 14 and the mean was 13.4. 21.3% of surveyed students had the experience of masturbation but the number of girls fell far short of that boys. The mode of the first masturbation, 37.0%, was at the age of 14 and the mean was 13.4. 3. The acquaintance and sexual relations with the opposite sex 1) Analyzing the students actual conditions with the opposite, I found out that 52.3% of them wanted to have any kind of relations with the opposite and that 30.25 had already had some kind of relations. 73.2% of the students having relations with the opposite thought the other sex merely as a friend and the number of students who were thinking that way was distributed evenly among schools. 28.8% of the students had got acquainted with the other sex through their frieds and there were not much difference between boys and girls in the method of getting acquainated with the opposite. About 35.2% of the students having relations with the opposite came from the third grade. 47.8% of them answered that the meeting place was not fixed and 26.4% answered that they were meeting their parthers outdoors. 60.7% replyed that they were not disturbed in their studies by the relations with the other sex. 2) Most of the students 79.4%, answered that they had never had sexual relations and 16.3% of the rest said that thery were expressing their feelings by grasping each other's hand. 3) 16.6% of the surveyed students asid that they had the exprience of smoking, 1.1 % of an illusion caused by inhaling chemical addhesives, 44.0% of drinking and 41.4% of warching pornographic films. 4. The knowledge and attitude about the sex 1) The distribution and analysis according to schools and grades : 64.8% of the surveyed students answered correctly to the questions about mensturation, 49.3 % did so about wet dreams, 94.3 % did so about conception, 60.6% did so about child birth, 73.9% did so about AIDS and 50.1 % did so about sexual diseases. Roughly speaking, they had not much knowledge of sexual diseases. 2) The recognition of sex according to schools and grades : 39.0% of the students said that they had worries about sex. 33.1 % of what they worried was concerned with their bodies and 26.8% was about the acqaintance and relationship with the opposite sex. The girls were much more concerned about the former and the boys the latter. 51.1 % of the students asid that they had no specific opinion of masturbation but 19.2% said that's alright if self-restrained. About the sexual intercourse before marriage, 75.7% said negatively. 5. The need for sex education most of the students, 99.4% said they needed sex education and there was not much difference in that thought among schools. And 49.7% answered that schools, families, and societies were equlally important in sex education. About half of the students, exactly 50.2%. considered it as the main reason of sex education to prevent accidents cauesd by ignorance of sex. 81.4% said that they had had some kind of sex education. Most of the educations, 87.0%, had taken place at schools but 5.2% said they were getting most of the knowledge about sex from therir friednds, juniors and seniors. 59.5% of the students who had ever had a sex education said "Just so, so" when asked of the level of their contentment but the number of students who said "satisfied" was only a few, 16.1 %. 20.7% of the survered answered that thery wanted sex education to be made in the course of home life, and 26.6 % of the students most wanted to know about the acquaintance and relationship with the oppostie sex, 29.0% preferred nurse teachers as proper councellors of sex education. The mode of their present councellors, 42.0%, was friends but only 7.6% answered they dicussed with teachers. 6. The correlation analysis between general characteristcs and sexual behaviors of the surveyed students revealed that sex had a signigicant(P<0.001) positive correlation with parents' love toward students(P<0.01), the experience of masturbation, smoking, an illusion caused by inhaling chemical adhesives and the experience of watching pornographic films. And the standard of living had a significant(P<0.01) positive correlation(P<0.01) with grade point average, parents' existence(P<0.01) and parents' love, but a significant(P<0.01) negative correlation with sexual worries. grade point average had a significant(P<0.01)negative correlation with the experience of an illusion caused by chemical adhesives(P<0.01) and smoking. Parents' existence had significant(P<0.01) positive correlations with parents' love and smoking but a significant(P<0.01) negative correlation with the experience of an illusion by chemical adhesives. There was a significant(P<0.01) negative correlations between parents' love and the experience of an illusion by chemical adhesives, and a significant(P<0.001) positive correlation among masturbation and sexual worries, smoking, an illusion by chemical adhesives and the experience of watching pornographic films. There was a significant(P<0.001) positive correlation among acquaintance with the opposite sex, smoking, the experience of an illusion by chemical adhesives and watching pornographic films. Sexual worries had significant(P<0.01) positive correlations with smoking, the experience of an illusion by chemical adhesives and watching pornographic films. smoking had a significant positive correlation with drinking the experirence of, an illusion by chemical adhesives and watching pornographic films. Finally, there was a significant(P<0.01) positive correlation between the drinking experience and the illusion experience by chemical adhesives. According to the results mentioned above, the fact is certain that there is a great need for sex education of adolescents. Therefore, it is desirable that the schools teach sexual physiology and normal positively and that sex education including hygien education be an independant course in the curriculums. Furthermore, it is essential that the schools should have enough nurse teachers to take up sex education, expand training opportunities for them and that they develop educational materials. Considering the unbalance of the level of sex educations between boys and girls, I want to suggest that all boys and girls have sex education evenly and lead happy lives by correction irrational thought about sex, that is to say, sex discrimination, Sex education programs, especially of middle school students, should be reexamined if it is to give the students effective and profitable knowledge about sex. In addition, the government should establish a policy of adolescents' sex education to have healthy opinions of sex settled nationwide.

한국(韓國)에서의 도열병(病) 발생(發生), 만연(蔓延)과 그 방제(防除) (Epidemiology and Control of Rice Blast in Korea)

  • 한국(韓國)에서 농업관계연구(農業關係硏究) 기관(機關)에 의해 벼도열병(病) 방제(防除)에 관(關)한 실질적(實質的)인 연구(硏究)가 시작(始作)된 것은 전북일부지방(全北一部地方)에 목도열병(病)이 격발(激發)한 다음해인 1927년(年)부터였다. 과거 55년간(年間)에 걸쳐 많은 수도관계학자(水稻關係學者), 특(特)히 식물병리학자(植物病理學者)들의 노력(努力)에도 불구하고 도열병(病)은 아직도 가장 피해(被害)가 심(甚)하고 광범위(廣範圍)하게 발생(發生)하고 있는 병(病)중의 하나이다. 벼도열병(病)은 병원균(病原菌)의 특이(特異)한 병원성(病原性)의 변이(變異)때문에 방제(防除)가 매우 어렵다. 지난 70 년 동안의 병발생(病發生) 추이조사(推移調査)에서 도열병(病)의 발생(發生) 양상(樣相)에는 잎도열병형(病型), 목도열병형(病型), 지속적(持續的)인 발생형(發生型)의 3가지 각기 다른 발생(發生) 양상(樣相)이 존재(存在)함을 알았다. 일반적(一般的)으로 도열병(病) 발생(發生)은 잎도열병(病) 발생(發生)은 적어도 목도열병(病)은 심(甚)한 소위 잎도열병(病)과 목도열병(病)의 불연속현상(不連續現象)이 존재(存在)하는 특징(特徵)이 있다고 한다. 따라서 수량(收量)에 직접 영향(影響)을 미치는 목도열병(病)의 방제(防除)에 주의를 기울여야 한다. 과거 70 년 동안의 도열병(病)에 관(關)한 광범(廣範)한 조사(調査)와 연구(硏究)에서 도열병(病) 발생(發生)을 야기(惹起)시키는 주요인(主要因)은 병진항성(病振抗性)의 역전(逆轉), 질소질비료(窒素質肥料)의 과용(過用)과 만식(晩植), 그리고 지속적(持續的)인 강우(降雨)등으로 밝혀졌다. 그동안 한국(韓國)에서는 주(主)로 그룹 A에 속하는 곡양도(穀良都), 다마금(多摩錦), 은방주(銀坊主), 풍옥(豊玉) 둥 일본형(日本型) 수도품종(水稻品種)이 30 년이상(年以上) 재배(栽培)되어 왔다는 사실이 학자(學者)들에 의해 주목(注目)되어 왔다. 도열병(病)의 경우 동일(同一)그룹내(內) 품종간(品種間)의 포장지항성 차이(差異)는 매우 적으나 때로는 역학적(疫學的)으로 상당한 차이가 발견(發見)되기도 해서 도열병(病)의 성공적(成功的)인 방제(防除)를 위해서는 포장지항성 연구(硏究)에 보다 많은 관심을 기울여야 하겠다. IR 계통(系統) 품종(品種)들에 대(對)해 질소비료과용(窒素肥料過用)은 잎도열병(病)보다 목도열병(病) 발생(發生)에 더 조장(助長)하며 질소비료(窒素肥料) 소량시비시(少量施肥時)에도 IR 계통(系統) 품종(品種)들의 목도열병(病) 발생(發生) 비교적 심(甚)했고 도열병(病) 발생(發生)에 대(對)한 저온(低溫)의 영향(影響)은 매우커서 잎도열병반(病斑)의 전염능력(傳染能力)과 수잉기(穗孕期)의 엽초내 목도열병(病)의 감염(感染)을 현저히 증가(增加)시켰다. 출수전(出穗前) 3회(回), 출수후(出穗後) 2회(回)의 약제살포(藥劑撒布)가 도열병방제(病防除)에 가장 효과적(效果的)인 것으로 추정(推定)되었으며 도열병(病)에 대(對)해 완벽(完壁)한 단독(單獨) 방제방법(防除方法)은 없고 1950년경에 작성(作成)된 혼합방제법(混合防除法)이 수도(水稻)가 재배(栽培)되는 한 가장 효과적(效果的)일 것이다.

편백(扁栢)의 수간성장(樹幹成長)에 관(關)한 해석적(解析的) 연구(硏究) (An Analytical Study on Stem Growth of Chamaecyparis obtusa)

  • 편백(扁栢) (Chamaecyparis obtusa)은 1924년(年) 일본(日本)에서 도입(導入)된 후(後) 한국(韓國) 남부지방(南部地方)의 주요조림종(主要造林種)으로 식재(植栽)되고 있다. 그러나 현존(現存)하는 편백림(扁栢林)의 대부분(大部分) 유령림(幼令林)에 속(屬)하고 있으며 임목(林木)의 다각적(多角的) 용도(用途) 개발(開發)이라는 최근(最近)의 추세(趨勢) 고려(考慮)할 때, 합리적(合理的)인 경영관리(經營管理)에 필요(必要)한 종합적(綜合的)인 정보구명(情報究明)이 시급(時急)한 과제(課題)라고 할 수 있다. 이러한 관점(觀點)에서 전남(全南) 장성군(長成郡) 삼서면(三西面) 식재(植栽)된 23년생(年生) 편백림(扁栢林)을 대상(對象)으로 83본(本) 표본목(標本木)을 선정대목(選定代木)하여 각종(各種) 수간장성인자(樹幹長成因子)들을 측정(測定)한 후(後) 정준상관분석법(正準相關分析法), 주성분분석법(主成分分析法) 및 인자분석법(因子分析法)을 적용(適用)하여 성장(成長) 특성(特性), 성장인자간(成長因子間)의 관계(關係), 잠재적(潛在的) 및 종합적(綜合的) 정보구명(情報究明)을 위하여 조사분석(調査分析)한 결과(結果)를 요약(要約)하면, 간재적(幹材積)과 질적성장인자(質的成長因子)의 정준상관분석(正準相關分析)에서 정준상관계수(正準相關係數) $0.988^{**}$이며, 정준변량(定準變量) 계수(系數)에서 비대성장인자(肥大成長因子)에서는 흉고직경(胸高直徑), 상장성인자(上長成因子)에서는 수고(樹高)가 유력(有力)한 인자(因子)로 밝혀 졌으며, 흉고직경(胸高直徑)과 수고(樹高)를 1조(組)로 선형(線形) 종합(綜合)한 정준변량(正準變量)과 간재적간(幹材積間)의 상관(相關)을 분석(分析)한 결과(結果)는 간재적((幹材積)에 대한 영향력(影響力)은 흉고직경(胸高直徑)이 수고(樹高)에 비(比)하여 높았다. 12개(個)의 수간(樹幹) 제성장인자(諸成長因子)들에 대(對)한 주성분(主成分) 분석결과(分析結果)에서 설정(設定)된 유효목표(有效目標) 85.00%에 합당(合當)하도록 채택(採擇)된 제(第)1~(第)2 주성분(主成分)까지의 누적기여율(累積奇與率)은 88.16%이며, 제(第)1, 제(第)2 주성분(主成分)은 각각(各各) "크기인자(因子)", "형상인자(形狀因子)"로 해석(解釋)되었다. 유효주성분(有效主成分) 각변량(各變量)에 대한 기여율(奇與率)은 수관직경(樹冠直徑), 지하고(枝下高) 및 망고(望高)를 제외(除外)한 모든 변량(變量) 정보(情報)가 87.00% 이상(以上)을 설명(說明)해 주었다. 상관행렬(相觀行列) 대각선요소(對角線要素)를 SMC로 하여 얻어진 고유치(固有値) 의(衣)해서 공통인자(共通因子)를 2개(個)로 정하였으며 $f^*_1$은 수간(樹幹) 비대성장계(肥大成長系)의 $f^*_1$은 상장성장수(上長成長系)의 형질인자(形質因子)의 잠재적인자(潛在的因子)로 해석(解析)되었다. 각종성장인자(各種成長因子)의 내재현상(內在現像)은 지하고(枝下高), 수관직경(樹冠直徑)을 제외(除外)한 공통성(共通性)이 78.62~98.30%의 높은 설명력(說明力)을 가진다. 공시목(供試木) 83본(本)은 인자득점(因子得點)의 표준편차(標準偏差)(1)를 반경(半徑)으로 한 원내(員內)의 표준목(標準木)은 중간형(中間型)으로 그리고 제(第) 1, 2, 3, 4 상한별(象限別)의 수간형질분류(樹幹形質分類)는 각각(各各) 비대(肥大), 수고성장(樹高成長)의 총합형(總合型), 세장형(細長型) 왜소형(矮小型) 및 단비형(短肥型) 등(等)의 5개유형(個類型) 분류(分類)할 수 있다.
