Critical practicality problems are cause to search the presentation and contents according to user request and purpose in previous internet system. Recently, there are a lot of researches about dynamic adaptable ontology based system. We designed ontology based educational system which uses discrete probability and user profile. This system provided advanced usability of contents by ontology and dynamic adaptive model based on discrete probability distribution function and user profile in ontology educational systems. This models represents application domain to weighted direction graph of dynamic adaptive objects and modeling user actions using dynamically approach method structured on discrete probability function. Proposed probability analysis can use that presenting potential attribute to user actions that are tracing search actions of user in ontology structure. This approach methods can allocate dynamically appropriate profiles to user.

Structural supervision on the construction site has been performed based on visual inspection, which is highly labor-intensive and subjective. In this study, the remote technique was developed to improve the efficiency of the measurements on rebar spacing using a 360° camera and reconstructed 3D models. The proposed method was verified by measuring the spacings in reinforced concrete structure, where the twelve locations in the construction site (265 m2) were scanned within 20 seconds per location and a total of 15 minutes was taken. SLAM, consisting of SIFT, RANSAC, and General framework graph optimization algorithms, produces RGB-based 3D and 3D point cloud models, respectively. The minimum resolution of the 3D point cloud was 0.1mm while that of the RGB-based 3D model was 10 mm. Based on the results from both 3D models, the measurement error was from 10.8% to 0.3% in the 3D point cloud and from 28.4% to 3.1% in the RGB-based 3D model. The results demonstrate that the proposed method has great potential for remote structural supervision with respect to its accuracy and objectivity.

In this paper, we propose and implement an IoT based mobile smart monitoring system in the view point of safety inspection for solar power generation. The main features and contributions of proposed system are as follows. First, the proposed system model can evaluate periodically in the view point of safety inspection the conditions of the system and structure of solar power generation. Second, the proposed system automatically re-processes the measurement data of the system and structure for solar power generation and save it into database. Third, using the re-processed and saved information, the proposed system can provide the monitoring information with webpage form to both administrator and owner of solar power generation system, thus they can measure and confirm directly in the view point of safety inspection the conditions of the solar generation structure without visiting those places. Fourth, the provided web pages for the monitoring of solar power generation can be accessed regardless of the system structures. The performance evaluations of the proposed system show that the proposed monitoring system can save efficiently the data received from the sensors installed in the structure of solar power generation into the data base in the collecting server. And the proposed system can support that both administrator and user of solar power generation system access webpage in real time without considering places by using mobile phone and desktop computer and obtain the information for the conditions of the system and structure of solar power generation with graph forms.

Recently, earthquakes have occurred frequently in worldwide. These earthquakes cause various forms of natural and physical damage. In particular, liquefaction in which the ground shows liquid-like behavior causes great damage to the structure. Accordingly, various liquefaction damage reduction methods are being studied and developed. Therefore, in this study, a method of reducing liquefaction damage in the event of an earthquake applicable to existing structures was studied using the sheet pile method. The 1-G Shaking table test was performed and the ground was constructed with Jumunjin standard sand. A two-story model structure was produced by applying the similitude law, and the input wave applied a sine wave with an acceleration level of 0.6 g and a frequency of 10 Hz. The effect of reducing structure damage according to various embedded depth ratio was analyzed. As a result of the study, the structure settlement when the ground is reinforced by applying the sheet pile method is decreased by about 71% compared to when the ground is not reinforced, and the EDR with minimum settlement is "1". In addition, as the embedded depth ratio is increased, the calculation of the pore water pressure in the ground tends to be delayed due to the sheet pile. Based on these results, the relationship with structural settlement according to the embedded depth ratio is proposed as a relational equation with the graph. The results of this study are expected to be used as basic data in developing sheet pile methods applicable to existing structures in the future.

Recently, domain-specific demands with respect to practical applications and analysis scheme using spatial thematic information are increasing. Accordingly, in this study, GIS-based application program is implemented to perform spatial analysis in transportation geography with base road layer data. Using this program, quantitative estimation of circuity and accessibility, which can be extracted from nodes composed of the graph-typed network structure, in a arbitrary analysis zone or administrative boundary zone is possible. Circuity is a concept to represent the difference extent between actual nodes and fully connected nodes in the analysis zone. While, accessibility can be used to find out extent of accessibility or connectivity between all nodes contained in the analysis zone, judging from inter-connecting status of the whole nodes. In put data of this program, which was implemented in AVX executable extension using AvenueTM of ArcView, is not transportation database information based on transportation data model, but layer data, directly obtaining from digital map sets. It is thought that computation of circuity and accessibility can be used as kinds of spatial analysis functions for GIS applications in the transportation field.
One of the roles of the Semantic Web services is to execute dynamic intra-organizational services including the integration and interoperation of business processes. Since different organizations design their processes differently, the retrieval of similar semantic business processes is necessary in order to support inter-organizational collaborations. Most approaches for finding services that have certain features and support certain business processes have relied on some type of logical reasoning and exact matching. This paper presents our approach of using imprecise matching for expanding results from an exact matching engine to query the OWL(Web Ontology Language) MIT Process Handbook. MIT Process Handbook is an electronic repository of best-practice business processes. The Handbook is intended to help people: (1) redesigning organizational processes, (2) inventing new processes, and (3) sharing ideas about organizational practices. In order to use the MIT Process Handbook for process retrieval experiments, we had to export it into an OWL-based format. We model the Process Handbook meta-model in OWL and export the processes in the Handbook as instances of the meta-model. Next, we need to find a sizable number of queries and their corresponding correct answers in the Process Handbook. Many previous studies devised artificial dataset composed of randomly generated numbers without real meaning and used subjective ratings for correct answers and similarity values between processes. To generate a semantic-preserving test data set, we create 20 variants for each target process that are syntactically different but semantically equivalent using mutation operators. These variants represent the correct answers of the target process. We devise diverse similarity algorithms based on values of process attributes and structures of business processes. We use simple similarity algorithms for text retrieval such as TF-IDF and Levenshtein edit distance to devise our approaches, and utilize tree edit distance measure because semantic processes are appeared to have a graph structure. Also, we design similarity algorithms considering similarity of process structure such as part process, goal, and exception. Since we can identify relationships between semantic process and its subcomponents, this information can be utilized for calculating similarities between processes. Dice's coefficient and Jaccard similarity measures are utilized to calculate portion of overlaps between processes in diverse ways. We perform retrieval experiments to compare the performance of the devised similarity algorithms. We measure the retrieval performance in terms of precision, recall and F measure? the harmonic mean of precision and recall. The tree edit distance shows the poorest performance in terms of all measures. TF-IDF and the method incorporating TF-IDF measure and Levenshtein edit distance show better performances than other devised methods. These two measures are focused on similarity between name and descriptions of process. In addition, we calculate rank correlation coefficient, Kendall's tau b, between the number of process mutations and ranking of similarity values among the mutation sets. In this experiment, similarity measures based on process structure, such as Dice's, Jaccard, and derivatives of these measures, show greater coefficient than measures based on values of process attributes. However, the Lev-TFIDF-JaccardAll measure considering process structure and attributes' values together shows reasonably better performances in these two experiments. For retrieving semantic process, we can think that it's better to consider diverse aspects of process similarity such as process structure and values of process attributes. We generate semantic process data and its dataset for retrieval experiment from MIT Process Handbook repository. We suggest imprecise query algorithms that expand retrieval results from exact matching engine such as SPARQL, and compare the retrieval performances of the similarity algorithms. For the limitations and future work, we need to perform experiments with other dataset from other domain. And, since there are many similarity values from diverse measures, we may find better ways to identify relevant processes by applying these values simultaneously.

Maintainability indicates how easily a system can be restored to the normal state when a system failure occurs. Systems developed to have high maintainability can be competitive due to reduced maintenance time, workforce and resources. Quantification of the maintainability is possible in many ways, but only after prototype production or with historical data. As such, the graph theory and 3D model data have been used, but there are limitations in management efficiency and early use. To solve this problem, we studied the maintainability index of weapon systems using SysML-based modeling and simulation technique. A SysML structure diagram was generated to simultaneously model the system design and maintainability of system components by reflecting the maintainability attributes acquired from the system engineering tool. Then, a SysML parametric diagram was created to quantify the maintainability through simulation linked with MATLAB. As a result, an integrated model to account for system design and maintainability simultaneously has been presented. The model can be used from early design stages to identify components with low maintainability index. The design of such components can be changed to improve maintainability and thus to reduce the risks of cost overruns and time delays due to belated design changes.

The difficulties in opening and closing a sport utility vehicle (SUV) tailgate is important aspect of JD (James David) power's Initial Quality Survey (IQS) assessment, and affective quality has a big impact on the the success of thesedays products. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the perceived difficulty and satisfaction of customers by the opening and closing of the tailgate and to grasp the relationship between them and the opening and closing reaction force. The mechanical force required to open and close 42 domestic and overseas SUV tailgates was measured with the help of an auto company. In the experiment, 100 male drivers in their 20s to 50s evaluated perceived difficulty and satisfaction with opening and closing the tailgate. The results of the analysis showed that perceived difficulty and satisfaction were statistically different depending on the vehicle, but did not depend on the personal characteristics of the participants. The perceived difficulty and satisfaction regression model of tailgate opening and closing was developed by mechanical force variables and had a relatively high adjusted $R^2$ ranging from 0.62 to 0.73. The models showed that the the initial close and open force, the difference between initial and maximum close force and the difference between initial and auto-fall angle should be small for the low perceived exertion and high satisfaction. In addition, the correlation analysis between IQS score of tailages and perceived difficulty and satisfaction showed that the IQS scores were more related to the perceived difficulty and satisfaction of closing than those of opening. The results of the study will be helpful to design and test mechanical open and close structure of SUV tailgates.
Brick wall models with window opening, length 1.844m $\times$ height 0.6m, representing 2-story building was constructed on a scale of 1/10 of actual size of brick building for the investigation of damage mechanism. Six settlement troughs presenting six stages of excavation were simulated by Peck(1969) and O'Rourke et al.(1976) methods. The results from the model tests using Peck(1969) and O'Rourke et al.(1976) method indicated that angular distortion of brick wall by O'Rourke et at. method was 21% greater than that of Peck method. Horizontal displacement by O'Rourke et al.(1976) was 24% greater than that of Peck. When the degree of building damage for the O'Rourke et al. method of settlement trough is plotted on the damage level graph(Boscardin & Cording, 1989), damage level becomes much more severe than the level obtained by peck's method. Also, building stiffness and soil-structure interface are considered important factors of expressing building damage.

We conducted a phased electromagnetic forming process analysis (EFPA) over time through a coupling of electromagnetic analysis and structural analysis. The analysis is conducted through a direct linkage between electromagnetic analysis and structural analysis. The analysis process is repeated until the electric current is completely discharged by a formed coil. We calculate the forming force that affects the workpiece using MAXWELL, a commercial electromagnetic finite element analysis program. Then, we simulate plastic behavior by using the calculated forming force data as the forming force input to ANSYS, a commercial structure finite element analysis program. We calculate the forming force data by using the model shape in MAXWELL, a commercial electromagnetic finite element analysis program. We repeat the process until the current is fully discharged by the formed coil. Our results can be used to reduce the error in data transformation with a reduced number of data transformations, because the proposed approach directly links the electromagnetic analysis and the structural analysis after removing the step of the numerical analysis of a graph describing the forming force, unlike the existing electromagnetic forming process. Second, it is possible to simulate a more realistic forming force by keeping a certain distance between nodes using the re-mesh function during the repeated analysis until the current is completely discharged by the formed coil, based on the MAXWELL results. We compare and review the results of the EFPA using the peak value of the forming force that acts on the workpiece (which is the existing analysis method), and the proposed phased EFPA over time approach.
