In this paper, we propose an algorithm that applies Rolle's theorem to automatically detect and label peak III and V of the normal, suprathreshold auditory brainstem response (ABR). ABR waveform were recorded from 55 normal-hearing ears at screening levels varying from 30 to 60 dBnHL. For each ABR waveform, the peak-finding algorithm proceeded in fourth steps: (1) Select maximum and minimum values of the target ABR waveform, (2) divide this range into n equal parts, (3) effective candidate peaks in the ABR waveform are identified using Rolle's theorem (4) peak III and V are identified from these candidate peaks based on their latency and morphology. As a result, proposed auto dectection method showed high correlation and accuracy with manual detection method performed by clinician. By using proposed algorithm, clinician can detect and label peak III and V faster and more efficient than manual detection method.

To develop reliable 3D face recognition system, many researchers also have focused on 3D face data acquisition system. Previous many 3D face acquisition systems use visible patterns to solve corresponding problem, and this pattern made anyone who wants to be verified uncomfortable. In this paper, we propose a new invisible infrared line-laser pattern for 3D face data acquisition.

The $\alpha$-amylase gene, amyL, from Bacillus licheniformis was expressed in Lactobacillus brevis 2.14 and Escherichia coli $DH5{\alpha}$ using two different shuttle vectors, pCW4 and pSJE. E. coli transformants (TFs) harboring either $pCW4T{\alpha}$ or $pSJET{\alpha}$ produced active $\alpha$-amylase but L. brevis TFs did not, as determined by enzyme assays and zymography. But amyL transcripts were synthesized in L. brevis TFs. In terms of plasmid stability, pSJE, a theta-type replicon, was more stable than pCW4, an RCR (rolling circle replication) plasmid, in L. brevis without antibiotic selection.

본 연구의 목적은 새로운 창업교육프로그램의 모델을 도출하여 창업대학원의 사례에 적용시켜 개선방안을 도출하는데 있다. 먼저 국내학자들이 창업교육에 대한 선행연구를 검토하고 이를 바탕으로 국외학자들의 창업교육에 대한 관점을 이론적 배경으로 하였으며, 미국의 창업교육대학원과 일본의 창업교육대학원의 교육프로그램을 분석하여 새로운 창업교육프로그램의 모델을 도출하였다. 창업교육프로그램의 모델은 창업교육의 이론적 범위, 교육체계 및 실천적 모델을 도출하였으며, 이를 창업대학원의 사례에 적용하여 개선방안을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 결과는 교육기관의 교육목적 및 교육대상에 따라 세부교과목은 변경될 수 있으나, 일반적으로 창업교육프로그램을 개발하는 과정에 대한 지침을 제공해 줄 수 있으며, 특정 목적에 합당하게 체계화된 교육의 교과과정을 개발하는데 적용시킬 수 있는 통찰력을 제공해 줄 수 있다.
