Today SOC(system on a chip) is a trend in VLSI design society. Especially MML(merged memory Logic) process provides designers with good chances to implement SOC which is consists of DRAM, SRAM, Logic and A/D mixed mode ciruit blocks. Designers need good circuit library which is reliable and easy to tune for specific design. For this need we present semi-automated analog compiler methodology. And we aplied this design methodology to resistor-string DAC design.

In this paper, design and performance analysis of switched reluctance motor(SRM) according to design parameters are researched. The parameters which are senstive to the performance are examined and selected to have good performances. Some effective guide lines to have a good performance motor are suggested. Prototype machines are constructed to compare with the simulated and tested results.

본고의 목적은 심볼디자인을 하는데 있어서 첫째, 디자이너들이 심볼의 굿디자인을 동양의 음양오행사상에 바탕을 시각적 분석을 통하여 새로운 적응방법을 모색하는 것이며, 둘째 심볼의 구조형태 분석과 감성인식 방법을 다른 각도에서 파악하여, 새로운 장조기법의 하나로서 심볼디자인의 사고영역을 넓히는데 그 목적을 둔다.

The densified mixture design algorithm (DMDA) was employed to manufacture high-performance lightweight concrete (LWAC) using silt dredged from reservoirs in southern Taiwan. Dredged silt undergoing hydration and high-temperature sintering was made into a lightweight aggregate for concrete mixing. The workability and durability of the resulting concrete were examined. The LWAC made from dredged silt had high flowability, which implies good workability. Additionally, the LWAC also had good compressive strength and anti-corrosion properties, high surface electrical resistivity and ultrasonic pulse velocity as well as low chloride penetration, all of which are indicators of good durability.

Analog and Digital Speed Control Systems have mutually complementary properties. Analog System has good dynamic characteristics and moderate steady-state accuracy and can be implemented economically with operational a ampliers. Digital System, on the contray, has good static accuracy, but relatively poor dynamic property. So, a hybrid system which uses both digital and analog control can have good static and dynamic characteristics. In this paper, it is shown that a simple digital controller can improve steady-state accuracy of existing analog control system satisfactorily, and some design criteria are presented also.

This paper studies the evaluation of mechanical design plans through fuzzy cluster. Plans are classified into two sets, 'good' and 'bad'. The membership of a plan to the 'good' set is numerically equal to the distance to the 'bad' set. The central parameter of the 'good' set is defined as '1', and that of the 'bad' set '0'. This will greatly simplify calculations. The result of the calculating example proves the method available.

To be a good architecture, resident' needs should be defined as possible as definitely. A Multi-family housing is not easy to define of resident' needs, because the user is ambiguous and the needs is multi aspects. Byker housing project have a good approach to define ambiguous and many aspects of residence' need. In this view points, Byker redvelopment project show the process of resident' participation as a new customers, and design process architect with people, in spite of the early 1970s' project in terms of the user participations. This approach of residence participation is a good lesson how to communicate with recidence, how to identify the need, and its design is satisfied in the residence. And its project are discussed with residence how to manage of rehabilitation.

2001 우수산업디자인(Good Design)상품이 선정됐다. 우수산업디자인(이하 GD상품) 선정제도는 1985년부터 시행되어 왔으며 현재 국내에 시판 중에 있거나 시판 예정인 상품을 대상으로 디자인이 우수한 제품에 정부가 우수디자인임을 인증하는 GD마크를 부여하는 제도이다. 올해에는 총 750개 상품이 출품,되어 249개 상품이 선정되었으며, 포장디자인분야에는 90개 상품이 출품 32개 상품이 선정되고 3개의 상품이 한국디자인진흥원장상(장려상)을 수상
