The fundamental design goal of wireless sensor MAC protocols is to minimize unnecessary power consumption of the sensor nodes, because of its stringent resource constraints and ultra-power limitation. In existing MAC protocols in wireless sensor networks (WSNs), duty cycling, in which each node periodically cycles between the active and sleep states, has been introduced to reduce unnecessary energy consumption. Existing MAC schemes, however, use a fixed duty cycling regardless of multi-hop communication and traffic fluctuations. On the other hand, there is a tradeoff between energy efficiency and delay caused by duty cycling mechanism in multi-hop communication and existing MAC approaches only tend to improve energy efficiency with sacrificing data delivery delay. In this paper, we propose two different MAC schemes (ADS-MAC and ELA-MAC) using closed-loop control in order to achieve both energy savings and minimal delay in wireless sensor networks. The two proposed MAC schemes, which are synchronous and asynchronous approaches, respectively, utilize an adaptive timer and a successive preload frame with closed-loop control for adaptive duty cycling. As a result, the analysis and the simulation results show that our schemes outperform existing schemes in terms of energy efficiency and delivery delay.

The goal of supply chain integration is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of supply chain for creating customer values. Supply chain integration can be classified into IT integration and structural integration. Also, structural integration can be collapsed into three dimensions: internal, supplier and customer integration. In this study, we investigate the relevance between customer value and supply chain integration. To explore the current study, we collected from 73 Korean firms. The results are as follows: First, customer value has a positively significant effect on IT integration. Second, customer value influences on customer integration but does not has an effect on internal and supplier integration. Third, IT integration improve internal, supplier and customer integration. Finally, each of structural integration positively influences firm performance. These results indicated that declaration of customer value is important factor in supply chain integration.

Global pig production has increased by 140% since the 1960s. The increase in global population, coupled with improving socioeconomic conditions of many countries has led to an increased consumption of meat globally, including pork. To keep up with demand and capitalize on economic opportunities, the countries of China, the United States (US), and the European Union (EU) have become the top 3 pork producers globally. China is of particular interest, as it is the both the largest country in pork production and pig numbers, as well as being the largest importer of pork from other countries. Globally, the efficiency of pork production has improved, in relation to the integration of pig production and the dramatic increase in research efforts in pig nutrition and production. Through integration, large producers can consolidate resources and maximize profits and efficiency. The increased research interest and efforts in pig production have given scientists and producers the opportunity to collaborate to adapt to challenges and identify possible solutions to issues brought on by a volatile global market. Intestinal health (23%), general nutrition and growth (23%), and amino acid nutrition (15%) were the top 3 areas (61%) leading research trends in pig nutrition and production. Major dietary interventions with feed additives evaluated include functional amino acids, feed enzymes, pre-/pro-/post-biotics, and phytobiotics with a common goal to improve the growth efficiency by enhancing nutrient utilization and intestinal health. With increasing global issues with environment, pig producers and the supporting scientists should continue their efforts to improve the production efficiency and to reduce the environmental footprint from pig production.

One of the characteristics of academic writing is the inclusion of citations and references. As the development of reference styles used for international scholarly communication has mostly been led by Western academic societies, the reference styles developed in Western nations do not reflect the characteristics of Korean names. As a result, it is hard to distinguish Korean authors through citations based on Western reference styles, which in turn decreases the retrieval efficiency of relevant authors and ultimately the efficiency of scholarly communication. This paper intends to analyze author name disambiguation of Korean authors indicated according to Western reference styles. It aims to suggest the necessity for enhancing name disambiguation of Korean authors and revision of reference styles. Its ultimate goal is to increase the efficiency of scholarly communication through the improvement of name disambiguation of Korean authors. For this purpose, this study collected and analyzed name data of Korean researchers and compared name disambiguation of authors by reference style. Based on research results, this study confirmed a necessity for revising reference styles to improve name disambiguation of authors and suggested a necessity for research into the improvement of plans for revision.

There is a limit to technology of improving luminous intensity uniformity and glare, known as a weakness of existing LED lamp. Because of Using many LED, LED lamp not only waste energy but have bad effect on efficiency. Our goal is to develop security lights solution which is contented with suitable area in KS(Korean Industrial Standards) and to remove glare by combining asphere in optical system with different concept. To improve luminous intensity uniformity, a reflect mirror system was used after an aspheric optical system design for this study. We made a mirror and measured it after analysing luminance changes depend on aspheric shapes with simulation program to see if aspheric shapes effect luminance distribution. We made progress to find problems and improve them by comparing measured data and analysed data. This result of the study will contribute to industry of LED lighting through developing solution of emotional illumination of LED security lights by knowing the importance of reflectivity with this study and improving luminous intensity uniformity with solving the problem.

이 연구는 고등학교, 대학교 무용 전공자들의 능력믿음이 성공적인 목표지향에 어떤 영향을 미치고 목표의 변화는 무용 공연자신감에 어떤 영향을 미치는지 인과관계를 검증하고자 하는 목적으로 수행되었다. 이에 172명의 무용 전공자들을 표집해 무용 능력에 대한 믿음과 접근 및 회피의 숙달 목표 지향 및 무용 공연 자신감 척도에 대한 자료를 수집하여 상관분석 및 구조방정식 분석과 경로분석을 통해 연구결과를 도출하였다. 분석결과는 각각의 변수 간 타당도 분석결과 선행연구에 기초하여 타당한 요인구조와 신뢰도를 보여주었다. 이에 연구변수에 대한 구조방정식을 통해 이론적 가설이 적합함을 확인하였으며, 경로분석을 통해 각각의 변수의 경로를 확인하였다. 분석결과 능력은 노력에 의해 향상시킬 수 있다고 생각하는 증가된 믿음은 목표에 대한 노력행동을 향상시키고 결과적으로 무용 자신감을 증진시키는 것으로 나타났다. 또한 능력은 고정된 의미의 변화되지 않는다고 지각하는 고정된 믿음은 회피목표에 영향을 미치고 자신감을 감소시키는 것으로 분석됐다. 이러한 결과는 자신의 능력을 노력에 의해 변화시킬 수 있다고 믿을수록 목표를 이루고자하는 행동을 강화시켜 결과적으로 무용 자신감을 향상시키는 결과를 가져온다고 해석할 수 있다. 따라서 후속연구에서는 이러한 모형의 경로가 전공이나 무용 경력에 의해 차이가 있는지를 알아보고, 실제 공연의 성공여부를 측정할 수 있는 변인을 투입하여 이러한 연구 변수의 설명력을 강화할 수 있는 연구가 이뤄져야 할 것으로 판단된다.

디지털트랜스포메이션 추진 목표의 주요 내용중 하나인 생산성 향상 및 비용 절감, 의사결정 효율성 향상 등을 위하여 많은 기업들이 디지털 전환을 위한 다양한 IT도입을 추진중에 있다. 정보기술(IT : Information Technology)은 경쟁력을 결정하는 핵심수단이며, 전 세계적으로 IT도입은 매년 증가하고 있다. 금융산업도 수익창출, 업무 효율성 제고, 전략적 경쟁우위 확보 등을 위해 매년 막대한 IT도입이 활발히 이루어지고 있다. 공공⋅기업부문의 IT도입에 대한 연구는 어느 정도 진행된 것에 비하여 금융산업의 특성을 반영한 실증연구는 미흡한 실정이다. 본 연구에서는 디지털트랜스포메이션 촉진을 위한 금융산업의 IT도입 여부에 영향을 미치는 요인을 도출하고 가중치와 우선순위를 분석하는 것을 목표로 하였다. 금융 IT도입시 요인들의 상대적 우선순위가 각 그룹별로 차이가 존재한다는 점을 데이터 분석을 통하여 밝혀냄으로써 각 그룹별 관점에서 어떤 요인을 우선적으로 고려하여 IT도입을 하여야 하는지에 대한 준거모형으로 활용 할 수 있다는 점에서 그 의의가 있을 것이다.

Concerning this nation's M&A system, it is expected that standards of limitation on ownership is considerably modified and alleviated. This would allow companies to freely merge with each other, raising the efficiency of the whole national economy and ultimately benefiting all economic subjects. Another goal of business merger lies in adjusting net income or reducing tax amount. The income and the amount are to be financially reported. If merger between companies does not create any synergy effect, but just contributes to net income increase or tax reduction for the purpose of the parties' financial reporting, it might distort a rational distribution of wealth over all facets of economy. Merger whose goal is to create the most desirable synergy effect should be positively encouraged, but that whose goal lies in tax avoidance needs to be strongly restricted. Thus the purpose of this study was to find how to improve this nation's merger-related taxation system. For the purpose, this researcher investigated problems of existing tax supports to merger, which meets related taxation requirements, especially in terms of liquidation income, appraisal profit from merger, fictitious dividend and requirements for taxation. Among the problems, the study found, the biggest thing was that liquidation income or deficit carried forward, if any, is subject to be prior deducted from surplus, so the income is likely to generate. To raise the consistency of this nation's taxation on business restructuring, existing local systems in regard to merger, division, investment in kind and dividend-exclusion method need to be reconsidered following the introduction of consolidated taxation system.

VVC (Versatile Video Coding)는 기존 HEVC에 비해 약 2 배 높은 부호화 효율을 목표로 HD / UHD / 8K 및 HDR (High Dynamic Range) 비디오를 지원하기 위하여 개발되어 현재 표준화의 막바지에 이른 새로운 최신 비디오압축 국제표준기술이다. 또한 스크린 컨텐트 부호화, 적응적인 해상도 변경 및 독립적인 서브 픽처와 같은 다양한 기능의 지원도 목표로 한다. 본 논문에서는 VVC의 색차 인트라 예측모드를 위한 효과적인 부호화 방법을 개발하기 위해 색차신호의 인트라부호화 모드를 위한 신호방법을 조사하고, 이중 DM모드 (Derived Mode) 가 사용되는 경우 휘도블록의 각도 (angular) 모드 참조 시 단순화된 방향을 적용하여 색차블록에 적용되는 화면 내 예측모드를 간략화 시킬 수 있는 방식을 제안한다. 이 기술은 시스템의 복잡도는 낮추면서 DM모드의 선택확률을 높여 부호화 효율을 높일 수 있으며, 이때, 블록의 크기까지 고려할 경우, 부호화 효율을 더욱 높일 수 있는 장점이 있다.

과거 건설공사의 목표는 원가절감과 공사기간의 단축을 통한 효율성 증진이었다. 하지만 최근 안전관리의 중요성이 부각되고 있으며, 고용 노동부는 산업 재해로 인한 사망자를 절반으로 감소하겠다는 목표를 설정하였으며, 이에 따라 제도적 및 법적 개선이 추구되고 있으며 안전에 대한 필요성이 강조되고 있다. 하지만 일부 대형 건설 회사를 제외한 대부분의 건설업체는 안전관리에 많은 부족함을 보이고 있다. 이러한 건설현장의 안전문제를 해결하기 위하여 본 논문에서는 스마트 안전모와 비콘을 이용하여 건설현장 안전관리 시스템을 설계 및 구현하였다.
