Because chronic pain disorder may has multiple causes or contributing factors, including physical, psychological, and socio-environmental variables, the treatment of patients with the disorder requires biopsychosocial approaches in a multidisciplinary setting. In treating chronic pain, it is important to address functioning as well as pain, and treatment should be to increase functional capacity and manage the pain as opposed to curing it. Therefore treatment goal should be adaptation to pain or minimizing pain with corresponding greater functioning. Treatment begins with the initial assessment, which includes evaluation of psychophysiologic mechanisms, operant mechanisms, and overt psychiatric comorbidity. Psychiatric treatment of the patients requires adherence to sound pharmacologic and behavioral principles. There are four categories of drugs useful to psychiatrist in the management of chronic pain patients : 1) narcotic analgesics, 2) nonsteroidal antiinflammatory drugs, 3) psychotropic medications, and 4) anticonvulsants, but antidepressants are the most valuable drugs in pharmnacotherpy for them. Psychological treatments tend to emphasize behavioral and cognitive-behavioral modalities, which are divided into self-management techniques and operant techniques. Psychodynamic and insight-oriented therapies are indicated to some patients with long-standing interpersonal dysfunction or a history of childhood abuse.

We construct the test process site about X-Internet and X-Forms base software. This software is developed with X-Forms base web UI tool. Basically, this software is operated on the Client. Even in operating process, this kind of software could be updated because of user's request, improvement in efficiency, reformation and addition in functions and so on. In order to test a updated software, V-Model will be extended and transformed test process will be proposed. This proposed test process is starting with test plan which defines test object and activities for attainment of process's goal. The following steps are recognizing testcase and data, analysis and design for constructing process environment, setting forth testcase in detail, realization of test methodology, and the arrangement of results. This paper will be helpful to build more efficient process site by managing and recording the test process.
This study was conducted to investigate the antecedents of teachers' science teaching efficacy in day-care setting. Also, this study aimed to identify relationships between day-care teachers' personal science teaching efficacy and their perspectives on early childhood science education. The subjects were 176 day-care teachers in rural area of ChoongCheongNam-Do. The survey method was used to collect data from the day-care teacher. The instrument were Rigg & Enochs(1990)'s Science Teaching Efficacy Belief and Kim(l998)'s scales for the Goa1s in Early Childhood Science Education. Main results were as follows: 1. Day-care teachers' personal science teaching efficacy were significantly related with the personal variables such as teachers' education, in-service science workshops, science book reading, science-related hobby but not with teachers' age, pre-service science credits and total years of teaching experience. 2. Among the environmental variables, science activity areas were significantly associated with day-care teachers' personal science teaching efficacy. However, location of day-care center, age of children, number of children, teacher-child ratio, facilities for science education and scheduled time for science education did not affect it. 3. Day-care teachers of high content- and process-oriented goals in early childhood science education were highly efficacious teacher, while the teachers of low content- and process-oriented perspectives gained the lowest score. However, the content-oriented teachers and the process-oriented teachers did not differ in terms of day-care teachers' personal science teaching efficacy.

Objective : The goal of this study was to evaluate the biomechanical features of human cadaveric spines implanted with the Activ L prosthesis. Methods : Five cadaveric human lumbosacral spines (L2-S2) were tested for different motion modes, i.e. extension and flexion, right and left lateral bending and rotation. Baseline measurements of the range of motion (ROM), disc pressure (DP), and facet strain (FS) were performed in six modes of motion by applying loads up to 8 Nm, with a loading rate of 0.3 Nm/second. A constant 400 N axial follower preload was applied throughout the loading. After the Activ L was implanted at the L4-L5 disc space, measurements were repeated in the same manner. Results : The Activ L arthroplasty showed statistically significant decrease of ROM during rotation, increase of ROM during flexion and lateral bending at the operative segment and increase of ROM at the inferior segment during flexion. The DP of the superior disc of the operative site was comparable to those of intact spine and the DP of the inferior disc decreased in all motion modes, but these were not statistically significant. For FS, statistically significant decrease was detected at the operative facet during flexion and at the inferior facet during rotation. Conclusion : In vitro physiologic preload setting, the Activ L arthroplasty showed less restoration of ROM at the operative and adjacent levels as compared with intact spine. However, results of this study revealed that there are several possible theoretical useful results to reduce the incidence of adjacent segment disease.
Olanzapine, an atypical antipsychotic, has been widely used for the treatment of schizophrenia and bipolar disease. Although olanzapine is less associated with extrapyramidal symptoms and neuroleptic malignant syndrome compared to existing typical antipsychotics, the use of this drug has a problematic side effect of weight gain, which may cause metabolic syndrome such as type 2 diabetes. However, there are few hospitals practicing body weight monitoring of the patients on olanzapine or other atypical antipsychotics. The goal of this study was to identify the incidence and severity of weight gain associated with the use of the drug in Korea. We performed body weight monitoring of the patients who were on the drug in a hospital setting. Mean of the weight gain (as of one-month-transformation) was 4.33 and 3.39 kg for the male and female patients, respectively. The incidence in the young patients was higher than that observed in the old patients, and the severity was the highest in patients in their thirties followed by twenties or younger. This result suggests that the pattern of the weight gain associated with the use of olanzapine in Korea is similar to the reports performed and documented in US and European countries. Therefore, it appears that healthcare professionals in Korea should also watch on the weight gain issue in patients who are on olanzapine or other atypical antipsychotics.
The Korean pharmacy education has introduced new curriculum since 2011. In the new curriculum, pharmacy students have been provided strenthen experimental education and clinical pharmacy has been more important than previous curriculum. Thus, faculties in the college of pharmacy should prepare the circumstances correlated with the changed curriculum. To accomplish successful setting, all faculty and practice experts must work together and need financial assisstant from the college. However, there are many different obstacles among 35 colleges of pharmacy in Korea. In order to narrow a gap among students and find the way to overcome it together, we studied the problem of preparation process in Korean colleges of Pharmacy. We studied the process of practical education in college of pharmacy by means of self-reporting questionnaire from November 29th 2012 to December 31th 2012. The questionaire comprised of syllabus related to clinical pharmacy, the number of professor in charge of clinical pharmacy or pharmacotherapeutics, the plan of securing faculties in the field of clinical pharmacy, the budget, site, instrument for preparing experimental education, the lesson time number of experimental education, MOU, education and treatment of preceptor in the practice site and committee of experimental education in the college. Total 21 of 35 colleges participated in this survey. They showed different composition of syllabus, budget, the circumstances of experimental education, the education and treatment of preceptor. Most colleges are unclear the site and preceptor of experimental education and they did not contract the MOU with the sites. 9 of 21 also did not have the committee of experimental education in the colleges. From 2013, some colleges of pharmacy start actual experimental education. Inadequete preparation and different quality of education can make student incomplete pharmacists, so it will be negative effect on public health. To overcome challenge and obtain desirable goal, funding/administrative assistant from the college and networking within 35 colleges of pharmacy are needed.
The purpose of this study is to present various analysis result of energy consumption that is a statistical analysis of high school facilities in Korea for setting the goal of energy saving. This study enforced analysis after it provided used energy consumption for the year 2008 and general in formation from 2202 high school facilities in 16 cities in South Korea by the relevant agency. Consequently, it represents that the average energy consumption of electric power was 428.7MWh(65.7%), gas consumption for heating was 129.5MWh(19.8%), oil consumption was 84.6MWh(13.0%), district energy was 10.0MWh(1.5%) in nation after changing as unit 'kWh' only for comparison with every energy source. This result describes that consumption of electric power was large greatly and it reflects the expectation that it will climb the demand regarding this energy in the future. In additionally, it analyzed average energy consumption with $98.3kWh/m^2$ by the unit area of air-conditioning and the district which has large energy consumption was Gyeonggi-do with $115.9kWh/m^2$. Furthermore, it described the average energy consumption of $60.8kWh/m^2$ by the unit area of floor area and the average energy consumption of a student analyzed with 1157.0kWh.
Korea has experienced serious changes during the last several decades of industrialization. Limited land resources and excessive rural-to-urban migration inevitably resulted high-rise apartment housing development. However, apartment housing couldn't follow up social change and residents' needs. Turning into the 21st century, there are great demands for the diversification of housing style and amenity of housing, which include enhancing community lift through proper collective environment. To solve these problems, cohousing has been introduced in Scandinavian countries. A primary goal of cohousing is the desire of residents to live in a socially supportive setting. People can do housework together and also can promote active mutual relationship among residents in the community. Physical feature of cohousing, in combination with social organization factors, may serve to enhance or support the sense of community sought by residents. In this point of view, the purpose of this study is to find out the physical feature of cohousing in Denmark and Sweden. First, it is to figure out the background and development of cohousing in Denmark and Sweden. Then, by making clear physical features between similarity and difference of two countries of cohousing through case study; such as housing type, the circulation patterns, common facilities and etc. This paper could suggest a possibility of application of cohousing in Korea to present how they encourage emphasize design aspects that increase the possibilities for social contacts and the sense of community. Also, it goes on to suggest that the educational program and the support from the government.

The aim of this study was to analyze effects of a blended learning program based on case study approach and to suggest implications in appropriately evaluating blended learning in practices for corporate education and training. In order to achieve the goal, issues such as the ones related to blended learning including development and status quo of blended learning programs in the field of corporate education and training and operation models for the blended learning were reviewed. Then, the outcomes of a blended learning program were completely analyzed through systems approach. The methodology of the study was a mixed research method which was comprised of quantitative and qualitative approaches. The results of quantitative analysis showed that blended learning itself seemed to have significant effects on the leadership capability in general assessment and self assessment. The most viable effects of blended learning in leadership training are said to be actual change of actions and activities in leadership capability of the participants followed by changes in their job tasks contributing to improving the managerial performance of the company, good transfer to current job tasks, and implementation of the practice plans.

With the data base subject of first grade paper test of information handling technician, We proposed special method of evaluating learning ability directivity to judge that student can understand the contents of each chapter exactly or not, using assigned function and fuzzy deduction in this thesis. Using fuzzy logic, the proposed method of evaluating learning ability is dividing the presenting frequency of setting questions for examination about the subject of database into three rank and we can define this as the important. We applied the fuzzy assigned rate about the number of times of studying through the important of studying and the fuzzy assigned rate about formative evaluation to each of nine fuzzy deduction theories and than evaluated comprehension rate of learning. With the fuzzy grade about learning comprehension of each chapter and assigned rate about the score of generalized evaluation; We applied these two thing to the deduction rule of fuzzy and made it as defuzzifier and finally evaluated learning. We made that the result of eventual evaluating learning is very useful for learners to diagnosis learned contents by themselves and also it can be great material to judge that learners can get the goal of learning or not synthetically.
