정보통신분야 중소벤처기업의 글로벌화 정책방안 우선순위 도출 (Priority Derivation of Policy Plans for ICT SMEs and Ventures' Globalization)

  • 최근 ICT산업의 글로벌화 패러다임의 변화에 따라, 정보통신분야 중소벤처기업의 글로벌화 지원정책에 대한 심층적인 인지지도 분석을 하고, AHP모형을 활용하여 세부 정책방안에 대한 내용과 그 중요도에 대한 우선순위를 제시하였다. 인지지도 실증분석 결과, 전반적으로 정책목표변수가 정책수단변수에 비해 많이 제시되고 있어 향후 정책수단 발굴이 시급함을 보여주고 있다. 미래부의 IT중소벤처기업 지원정책의 인지지도에서는 피드백 루프가 없다는 특징을 찾을 수 있었다. 이는 정책구도가 순환적이라기보다는 정책수단에서 정책목표에 이르는 일방적인 구도에 가깝다는 것을 의미한다. 그리고 창조경제 정책변수는 정책수단 변수로는 전혀 인지하지 않고 있으며 정책목표변수로만 사용하고 있어, 이는 ICT중소벤처기업의 글로벌화 지원을 통해 궁극적으로 창조경제 구현이라는 결과를 기대하고 있음을 보여주고 있다. 마지막으로, 세부 정책방안에 대한 우선순위는 글로벌 창업센터 구축, 글로벌 전문가 채용 및 활용, ICT R&D 국제공동 연구 활성화, 글로벌 투자네트워크 확대, 대-중소기업 해외동반 진출 등이 각각 중요한 것으로 나타났다.

  • The present study is a basic research for promoting the globalization of Korean food, aiming to analyze Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong, an international city successful in globalization, focused on their spatial characteristics and food related characteristics and to use the results as basic materials. The results of this study are as follows. As to the characteristics of indoor spaces and food of Japanese restaurants in Hong Kong, first, the locations of Japanese restaurants were mostly easily accessible luxury hotels, office buildings or shopping malls. They displayed Japanese styles well and used conspicuous signs. Their trade names were given after traditional place names, food names, greetings, etc. Second, the spaces of Japanese restaurants expressed contemporary and, at the same time, traditional styles moderately and elegantly by applying emphatic articles such as traditional furniture, tools and folk paintings to contemporary spaces with traditional air, and by doing so, they showed various possibilities. Third, as to the characteristics of food culture, menus were diversified from traditional menus such as kaiseki to everyday menus such as vinegared rice, ramen, skewered roast meat and fusion dish, and at the same time, differentiated by concept. In addition, some restaurants succeeded in globalization and modernization with chains throughout the world. Furthermore, while table setting, food dishing and tableware image were harmonized with the concept of the restaurant space, if tradition needed to be displayed it was used at a minimum, showing the Japanese aesthetic sense through the restaurant space and food. In globalizing Korean restaurants based on the results of this study, we need to link trade name, facade, sign, menu and space with served food, and to plan a consistent story so that Korean culture and images are expressed. In addition, if a manual is made by benchmarking the Japanese government's support policies and relevant businesses' efforts and ideas and provided to Korean restaurants, it will be helpful for Korean restaurants, which spread Korean food culture, to be more competitive and graceful.

글로벌 시대의 물류전문인력 육성 과제 (Korea's Logistics Education and Certification System to Support Globalization)

  • Recent trends in globalization and informatization underscore the importance of logistics. As a result, there is a need for skilled and specialized logisticians. Third Party Logistics (TPL) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) require logisticians with a broad base of knowledge in areas such as multimodal transport, international trade, information technology computers, finance, operations management, etc. This study conducted a survey to find out the opinions of demanders and suppliers. The results of the surrey show that there are more skilled logisticians in the field of management, computer works in manager level and system management. The survey also found that the certificate exam, which the Ministry of Construction and Transportation started in 1997 as the "Certified Logistics Manager" exam, should have more questions in areas such as foreign languages, computers, logistics information, management skills, etc. To produce better logisticians in Korea, the government will have to invest more into their education, especially near the major ports and metropolitan areas. In addition, it is important that universities and companies work together to provide students with internship and other field-experience teaming opportunities. Logistics education centers should be built at the national level. In addition, the existing certification should be divided into two separate certifications: one for ordinary logistics, and one for international logistics. To further improve the certification system, short-answer or essay questions should be added to the second exam, and an additional certification for the highest level logisticians, a so-called "professional logisticians certificate," needs to be introduced.ntroduced.

  • In recent years, urban landscapes across the globe have undergone a remarkable transformation marked by a substantial surge in skyscraper development. This paper offers a comprehensive overview of the contemporary evolution of tall buildings, with a particular emphasis on the Middle East. It surveys tall building development in the ten "tallest cities" across the Middle East, including Dubai, Doha, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Riyadh, Manama, Tel Aviv, Kuwait, Mecca, and Jeddah, while listing the tallest ten buildings in each city. The focus sharpens on Dubai, UAE, serving as a compelling case study that vividly illustrates the city's swift metamorphosis from a low-rise to a high-rise urban center. Through meticulous examination, the study aims to unveil the key drivers propelling the construction of the world's tallest buildings, asserting that globalization factors play a pivotal role in fostering this transformative shift. The impetus behind this surge is rooted in the aspiration to project a modern and progressive image on the global stage. With Dubai at the forefront, cities in the Middle East strategically endeavor to reshape their international image and reclaim historical grandeur through ambitious skyscraper projects.

  • 본 연구는 1980년 이후부터 국제이주의 현상이 세계화, 다변화로 외국인 근로자들의 노동시장의 유입과 여성결혼이민자 증가로 인해 '다문화가족지원법'을 탄생시키게 된다. 다문화가족이라는 사회문제가 공공의제로 부각하여 '다문화가족지원법'의 제정으로 연결될 때 참여자들은 누구인가?를 알아보고자 한다. 또한 사회문제 중에서 정부의 공식의제로 확정하여 추진하는 과정에는 동원형, 외부주도형, 내부접근형의 3유형에서 동원형을 선택하여 설명할 것이다. 사례의 특성을 염두에 두고 기존 이론과 모형을 바탕으로 분석할 것이며, 연구논문과 서적, 신문, 일간지, 선거공약, 시민단체, 인터넷, 세미나자료 등을 사용하는 사례분석방법을 택하여 연구할 것이며, 시간적범위는 2003년 11월 21일 "이주노동자 추방반대 재외동포법 개정하라" 한 시점에서 '다문화가족지원법안(대안)'을 제271회 임시국회 제7차 본회의에서 재석 165인 중 165인 찬성으로 입법되는 2008년 2월 19일까지로 한정짓는다.

다문화가족지원 관련 법제 연구 (A Study on Multicultural Families Support Act)

  • 본 연구는 국내 다문화가정을 위한 '다문화가정지원법'에 대한 고찰과 개정방안을 모색하고자 하였다. 이를 위하여, 다문화가족의 현황 및 지원정책과 더불어, '다문화가족 지원법'을 살펴보았다. 분석결과, 현행법에 대하여 다음과 같은 개정방안을 제안하였다. 첫째, 법 제1조에서의 '삶의 질 향상'과 '사회통합'에 기여하는 법률의 목적을 실현하기 위하여 '제3조 5항(기본이념)'의 반영을 제안하였다. 둘째, 현행법은 5년마다 지원 및 관련 정책 시행을 규정하고 있고, 3년마다 계획 및 실사조사를 실시하도록 되어있어, 지원정책수립과 계획 및 실사조사 기간의 불일치에 대한 재검토의 필요성을 제안하였다. 셋째, 법조항에서 임의규정(~을 할 수 있다)을 의무규정(~을 해야만 한다)으로의 개정 방안을 제안하였다. 마지막으로, '다문화가족의 날'을 지정하거나 다른 가족의 날과 함께 지정하는 방안을 제안하였다. 21세기에 접어들어 빠르게 변화되어온 글로벌화는 '다문화'라는 새로운 가족구성단위로 이어지면서, 그들을 위한 법제도적 장치에 대한 검토 및 지속적인 관리가 그 어느 때보다 필요할 것으로 사료된다.

Effect of Component Factors of Innovation Clusters on the Corporate Business Activity: The Moderating Effect of Financial Support

  • Globalization and knowledge-based economy have increased the importance of local areas as the units of global competition. Therefore, the meaning of localities has been emphasized as the core value of economic activities. In this context, innovation cluster has been recognised and emphasized as effective policy measure for innovation. Therefore, most countries have been trying to develop innovation clusters with their expectation for a rapid growth of economy. Nevertheless, there have been minimal empirical researches on innovation cluster. Therefore, for suggesting implications that activation factors of innovation cluster are to have an effect on tenant's business activities, this study conducted a literature review for the theories of regional innovation system(RIS) and innovation cluster. As a result, the activation factors of innovation cluster were classified into institutional, physicals, and social factor. The case of Gyeonggi province's innovation cluster policy was examined for an empirical analysis. Data were analyzed using ordered logistic regression. The results were as follows:First, Institutional and Infra factors had a positive influence on firms' business activities in every empirical test, so they were the most important activation factors of innovation cluster. Second, regarding the interactive effects of financial support, the interactive effects between financial support and Infra factor had a positive influence on the firms' business activities, according to the result of the empirical test.

외국인 환자 유치를 위한 지원 및 마케팅 방안: 서비스믹스를 활용한 브랜드 마케팅 (Government Support and Marketing for Medical Tourism: Brand Marketing Strategy utilizing Service Mix)

  • Medical tourism in Korea has been rapidly grown for last couple of years, based on exclusive support from Korean government. About 60,000 foreign patients received medial services in 2009, an initial stage of entering medical tourism business, and the number of foreign patients received medical services in Korea hiked to more than 266 thousands in 2014, which is showing 34.7% of annual average increase between 2009 and 2014. Diversification of target markets and service areas contributed on this remarkable growth. This paper describes current status of medical tourism in Korea as well as various supports from government for the growth of medical tourism. In addition, the paper presents approaches for brand marketing, by utilizing 7Ps, the marketing mix (a.k.a. service mix), in order to increase awareness and competitiveness of medical services of Korea in global market.

화재피해자의 긴급복구를 위한 민·관 융합형 지원시스템 방안 (Globalization Development Plans of the Convergence Systems and Policies for Domestic Fire Industry)

  • 본 연구는 국내 화재피해자의 긴급복구를 위한 민 관 융합형 지원시스템 방안에 대한 것으로, 화재피해자의 긴급복구활동에 대한 현황과 문제점 분석을 통하여 정부와 민간 협력기반의 통합적 지원시스템 구축방안을 제시하였다. 전체적으로 국가는 시스템 운영의 관리 감독기관의 기능을 담당하고 민간에서 실질적 긴급복구 전담기관의 기능을 담당하는 시스템을 의미한다. 결과적으로, 화재피해 긴급복구 지원을 위한 법제도 정비, 지원사업의 민간위탁 시스템 구축, 소요재원의 안정적 조달 및 민 관 긴급복구의 융합기능 강화를 위한 지원시스템 방안을 도출하였다. 특히, 긴급복구 소요재원의 안정적 조달 방안은 긴급복구를 위한 기금의 신설 및 민간 수탁법인의 자체 재원 조성의 세부방안을 논의하였다. 본 연구결과는 향후 국가 소방안전복지와 사회안전망의 강화에 기여할 것이다.

광주.전남지역 김치산업의 육성과 수출활성화 방안에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Methods for Promoting Gwangju.Jeonnam Region Kimchi Industry and Stimulating the Export of Kimchi)

  • This study shed light on the status of Korean Kimchi industry in overseas markets and presented methods for promoting Kimchi industry of Gwangju Jeonnam metropolitan city and stimulating the export of Kimchi produced in Gwangju Jeonnam, a city that has come to the fore as the center of Kimchi industry, which aimed to explore the ways of ratcheting up competitiveness of Kimchi industry in the global market as Kimchi has become more likely to be globalized amid the recent "Korea Trend" boom and the growing consumption of fermented food. Therefore, methods for promoting Kimchi industry and stimulating the export of Kimchi should be explored to ensure the promotion of Kimchi industry and the stimulation of the export of Kimchi, ultimately restoring the status of Korea as the home of Kimchi, in consideration of the great spillover effect on the regional economy, through a series of measures such as the clusterization of Kimchi industry, expansion of cultural experience projects related to Kimchi for the globalization and the increased consumption of Kimchi, government support to increase Kimchi companies in size and achieve the modernization of Kimchi companies, introduction of Kimchi KS audit system and quality certification system, development of new product targeting global market and making Kimchi a high-end product, expansion of export, support of export market diversification, assurance of safety and price competitiveness of Kimchi, differentiated production and marketing strategy by means of technological research, and others.
