21세기에 들어오면서 자연재해의 원인이 폭염, 지진, 해일, 태풍 등으로 다양화되고 있을 뿐만 아니라, 자연재해의 발생 빈도와 규모가 증가되면서 그로 인한 인명과 재산 피해의 규모도 대형화되고 있는 실정이다. 이에 세계 50여개 국가는 지구시스템 변화의 이해, 감시, 예측에 필요한 지구관측을 담당할 지구관측그룹(GEO) 설립에 동의하여 활동하고 있다. 우리나라도 GEOSS 과학기술 국제협력을 국가 차원에서 효과적으로 대응하고, 한국 GEOSS 구축 사업을 성공적으로 수행하기 위하여 KGEO 사무국이 개설되어 활동하고 있다. 좀 더 발전적인 GEOSS 구축을 위하여 KGEO 사무국과 한국과학기술정보연구원(KISTI)이 협력하여 GEOSS 9개 편익분야에 관한 국내 현황조사를 실시하였다. 본 조사는 표준화, 정보시스템 운영 및 관리, 원시자료 및 메타데이터 보유현황, 인프라스트럭처, 기타 일반사항 등 5개 부분으로 나누어 진행하였으며, 조사 결과는 향후 국가 전지구관측시스템 구축방안 수립을 위한 기초 자료로 활용하게 될 것이다.

USNs, NFC, M2M에서 확장된 사물인터넷은 새로운 컨버전스 기술로써 주요 이슈가 되고 있다. 사물인터넷은 인간의 개입 없이 센싱 네트워크와 프로세싱 간에 공동으로 지능형 연결을 구축할 수 있는 네트워킹으로 정의된다. 본 연구의 목적은 사물인터넷이 물류 산업에 기여하는 것과 미래 사회에 대한 변화를 예측하는 것이다. 실제 세계 시장의 리더가 되기 위해서는 물류 산업의 사물인터넷 개발을 더 많이 요구하고 새로운 서비스 창조와 차별화된 시장을 위한 전략이 필요하다. 그러므로 물류 산업의 세계 리더가 되기 위해서는 다른 것들 보다 사물인터넷 표준화, 사생활 보호, 보안문제 등이 중요하다는 것을 알 수 있다. 따라서, 본 연구에서는 물류 산업의 사물인터넷 개발을 위해서 고객편의를 높이도록 노력하고 소비자의 수요를 잘 고려하여 차별화된 사물인터넷 물류 서비스를 제공할 수 있게 하여야 한다는 것을 보여주고자 함이 본 논문의 목적이며, 이를 위해 국내외 사례를 분석하고자 한다.

In order to implement e-trade infrastructure through the radical innovation of trade process, e-trade platform which is called 'uTradehub' has been developed for three years. After pilot operation of this platform in 2007, the formal service of e-trade such as logistics, customs and foreign exchanges had been provided in 2008. However, the usage of e-Trade platform is not the level of users' satisfaction because trade-related communities have not actively participated into e-trade platform and several functions with users requirements are necessary to develop additionally. In this regard, there are strong demands to suggest some strategies for application and usage proliferation of e-trade platform. Therefore, this paper would like to evaluate the current status of e-trade platform service and usage by the theoretical consideration of preceding researches and practical analysis of statistical data. Then, it will explore several service improvement ideas in terms of system supplementation and integration, electronic documents standardization, radical change of using fee, global connection, user oriented education and advertisement.

Purpose - This study analyzes how Hanssem, which ranks first in domestic market in the furniture industry, responds to the expansion of IKEA, a large overseas furniture maker, and investigates the recent strategic changes of Hanssem and IKEA. Research design, data, and methodology - As a research method, a general method of case studies, literature research, is carried out through academic research results, reports, articles, and statistics. In addition, methods such as field observation and interview with stakeholder were performed to collect in-depth understanding and information about the companies. Results - Along with its core competences, Hanssem has pursued strategic changes to compensate for its weaknesses. IKEA has also used a variety of strategies changes to match the situation in Korea. Conclusion - Both companies have properly balanced localization elements and standardization strategies that value the needs of local consumers. In particular, Hanssem has implemented various strategies based on its core competence in response to IKEA's strategy. In addition, Hanssem and IKEA are actively managing and have good performance not only in Korea but also in foreign markets.

Today, as globalization continues and international trading blocks are formed, world markets are intensely competitive and abound in product variety, volume, complexity and environmental management. Specifically, green consumer's needs and expectations are changing and diversifying, resulting in a changed global environment for industry. Due to these changes, domestic companies are striving to achieve the Environmental Management System (ISO 14000) certification. This is considered a basis step in meeting the guiding principle and practice of ISO/TC 207/SC 3 resolution. In this paper, we will present three type(I, II, III) of Environmental Labelling programs to build a model for environmental management system by analysing practitioner and stakeholder. After companies establish an ISO 9000 quality system these companies should focus on improve toward their own Environmental Labelling program and continue to build ISO 14000.

The domestic solar radial ion data have been measured at 16 different sites all over the country since the beginning of 1980. It is very important that the fundamental data for the estimation and assessment of local solar radiation can be secured this project. In order to estimate available energy resource from solar radiation, it is necessary to have enough data, more than 30 years In any country. However since we have collected solar radiation(global radial ion including direct normal radiation) data only for 10 years we still need to measure insolation to secure the reliability and standardization of measured local solar radial ion data. In brief, the major activities on this R&D include rout me maintenance of the national network for insolation data measurement, evaluation of the collected data, and reliability enhancement for assessing the quality of solar radiation data as well.

The air traffic are getting a lot of the impact of the weather delays, cancellations, etc. occur frequently. In particular, the phenomenon of global warming, extreme weather events have not experienced one after another and the various damage to users and operators are constantly occurring. In this respect, Take-off Minima of this study are presented need for standardization of ICAO Doc 9365(All Weather Operations). And Incheon International Airport to the introduction of a comprehensive improvement process will be introduced in the future to look forward to take advantage of domestic and international airport officials. In addition, implementation of the Take-off Minima to get direct and indirect economic effects, and will be introduced.

In this paper, time comparison is performed with standardization institution in Japan using a Two-Way Satellite Time and Frequency Transfer (TWSTFT) technique as one of the methods for high precision time comparison. To analyze the performance of time comparison in the TWSTFT method, time comparison results via the Global Positioning System (GPS) code and carrier wave are analyzed. Through the time comparison performance, frequency stability is analyzed using modified Allan deviation and by this result, characteristics of time comparison of the TWSTFT that is utilized in international time comparison are presented.

Third generation mobile radio systems (3G) are currently being deployed in different regions of the world. Future systems beyond 3G are already under discussion in international bodies and forums such as ITU, WWRF and R&D programs of the European Union and in other regions. These systems will determine the research and standardization activities in mobile and wireless communication in the next years. Based on the experience of 3G future systems will be developed mainly from the user perspective with respect to potential services and applications including traffic demands. Therefore, the Wireless World Research Forum (WWRF) was launched in 2001 as a global and open initiative of manufacturers, network operators, SMEs, R&D centers and the academic domain. WWRF is focused on the vision of such systems the Wireless World - and potential key technologies. This paper describes the international context of activities on systems beyond third generation, the goals, objectives and structure of WWRF, the user perspective as the starting point for a future system design and the key enabling technologies for the Wireless World.

RFID 기술은 전파 신호, 즉 라디오 주파수를 이용한 무선 인터페이스를 통해 사물의 정보를 원격으로 주고 받을 수 있는 기술로서, 기존 바코드의 단점을 보완하여 사물의정보화를 촉진함으로써 향후 USN 환경의 핵심 기술로 활용될 것이다. 특히 RFID 기술은 기존의 자동식별 매체에 비해 인식거리 및 제작가격 등에서 서비스 창출과 시장 활성화에 유리한 특징을 갖고 있으므로 현재 물류 및 유통 업계를 중심으로 테스트베드구축과 실증실험이 진행되고 있다. 따라서, 본 고에서는 국제 표준화기구인 ISO/IEC및 RFID 기술 규격화 단체인 EPC global, 그리고 국내 표준화 그룹을 중심으로, RFID기술의 표준화 및 관련 기술 동향을 정리한다.
