With Public-private partnership PF (project financing) deals saw explosive increase in quantity since its introduction to Korea in 2001, but, met with severe recession in the fallouts of the financial crisis that hit the global economy in 2008. This study intends to identify the risk factors corresponding to issues of public-private partnership projects financing structure and classify and analyze them by project phase. Outcomes of this research are expected to help recognize risk factors in each project phase during project planning and develop risk control and mitigation strategy during project implementation.

Due to prolonged recession and limited spending of the consumers, domestic fashion brands are putting their efforts in pursuing competitiveness in order to survive in an intense competition, and because of this reason, VMD is being considered significant as a strategy for store environment improvement. An empirical research regarding analysis for systematic strategic VMD configuration factors of fashion retail store and relationship of repurchase intention that have effects on increase in sales was conducted. Thus, this study considers importance and spatial interrelation of VMD configuration factors of fashion retail store through theoretical consideration, and based on this, VMD configuration factors were restructured into reconcilability, attractiveness and epidemicity. An empirical validation through theoretical hypotheses and survey for relationships among VMD configuration factors, brand preference and repurchase intention was conducted. As a result of path analysis, VMD configuration factors reconcilability, attractiveness and epidemicity have effects on repurchase intention, and it was analyzed that epidemicity has the biggest effect on consumers. Also, it was found that brand preference has effects on repurchase intention and through this, as favorability and customer satisfaction for brand has effects on repurchase intention, it is judged that creating a strong brand image and brand image building is important the most for improving brand preference.

The most of international shipping cargoes are transported by ship and the shipping market has been continuously increasing. However, due to the recent global recession, the volume of trade decreased accordingly, and the competition between shippers to gain a competitive advantage in the shipping market continues deepening. To do this, researches on transportation costs savings as well as ways to improve customer service are needed and recently related researches are being pursued. Car carriers which transport more than 80% of car import and export volume in the world also make a lot of effort in order to reduce transportation costs, but in contrast related researches are seldom fulfilled. In this study, we developed an agent system that supports the efficient transportation of car carriers plan so that the car carriers can increase competitiveness through reduction of the logistics costs. To make this, we researched an algorithm for maritime transportation planning, and also developed a prototype of an agent system which can collect the necessary information in real time and establish a dynamic plan.

Companies are pursuing the management of small quantity batch production or JIT(Just-in-time) system for improving the delivery response and LOB(Line Balancing) in order to satisfy consumers' increasing demands in the current global economic recession. And in order to improve the growth of production for reducing manufacturing cost, improvements of the Load Balancing have become an important reformation factor. Thus this paper is aimed at warehouse which procures materials on the assembly line in procurement logistics of automotive logistics and proceed with research on heuristic algorithm development which can increase the Load Balancing of workers. As a result of this study, when applied the primary target value, it was verified that the whole workers decreased from 28 to 24. Furthermore, when specified the secondary target value and applied algorithm once more, it was verified that the Load Balance Ratio was improved from 44.96% to 91.7%.

An analysis of the correlation in port-related industries between minimum wage and employment effects, showed that it was very insignificant. However, there are some differences between commercial and temporary workers, those that are self-employed, and other workers in the private sector. Thus, while commercial workers are somewhat stable, they have a somewhat negative effect on temporary workers and self-employed people. At the Minimum Wage Council, the minimum wage hike is seen as stable because of the interaction between income and substitution effects in the labor market. According to the analysis, the port-related industries were affected more by the global economic recession and domestic economic volatility than the variables related to the minimum wage hike.

Purpose: The coronavirus pandemic has affected the tourism industry in a big way. The travel industry suffered intense damage from the pandemic and procedures acquainted to containing its spread because the pandemic outbreak has led to a decline in the number of tourists and a change in their behavior. At this point, this research is to investigate adequate solutions for tourism industry to overcome the crisis in a post-Covid 19 era. Research design, data and methodology: The current author gathered data from each included study to analyze and summarize the evidence when conducting a literature analysis. This stage involves gathering and reviewing intricate texts databases for the meta-analysis. Results: The current author found total five solutions from numerous literature contents, suggesting how to overcome the crisis in a post-Covid era for tourism industry. Solutions as follows, (1) Drawing beginning illustrations, (2) Introducing Government Backing Programs, (3) Increasing Promotion of Tourism Destinations, (4) Enhancing Safety and Security Measures, and (5) Improving Infrastructure and Facilities. Conclusions: This research suggests that although the global economic recession leads to reduced demand and intense competition from other sectors, the tourism industry will be well positioned to weather these challenges if practitioners of tourism organizations follow five solutions of this research.

Demand for air travel, which shrank sharply following the outbreak of the COVID-19, has recently recovered up to 80% before the spreading pandemic. As a result, the number of passengers are rapidly increasing again. However, financial difficulties and lack of skilled workers in the aftermath of a long-term recession and pandemic lead to a decrease in aviation safety awareness which is fundamental for safety culture. Consequently, this hazard can act as a potential risk factor for the global aviation industry preparing for a new leap forward in the post-pandemic era. Therefore, this study analyzed and defined the four key elements of aviation safety awareness; attitude, belief, perception, and value. Based on this analysis, this study combined the four key elements into the P-D-C-A cycle to derive what top management, middle managers, and workers should each do to continuously improve the positive safety culture.

Purpose : Due to the uncertainty of the global trade environment and the trade downturn, the shipping industry continues to face challenges. This study aims to investigate in-depth analysis of crisis overcoming strategies through case study of a company that is leader in the shipping and logistics industry. Research Desigh and Methodology : In order to conduct an in-depth analysis, a single case analysis was selected as a qualitative study. For this purpose, various secondary sources were used, and indirect interview data were also used. In this study, Maersk was selected because it has grown from a traditional shipping logistics company to a digital platform company. Results: Maersk has transformed itself into a comprehensive, digital logistics platform with several key strategies to respond to the long-term slump in the shipping industry. First, it leveraged Maersk's diversification and portfolio optimization strategy. Second, Maersk is transforming its logistics and transport processes through digitalization and technological innovation. Conclusion: Maersk, which is responding to the long-term recession facing the shipping industry, looked at how it has leveraged its strengths and explored new opportunities through a number of strategies and changes. This study provides insight into a digital logistics platform that will benefit the other companies as well.

The most direct influence on the development of Yoseba Kotobuki was the end of World War II. As city rebuilding projects began vibrantly overlapping, the vitalization in Kotobuki was adopted by the laborers coming in from various parts throughout of the country. Just as the period of economic revival from the special demand created by the Korean War got underway, the aftermath of the worldwide economic recession due to the oil crisis had a direct effect on even the labor market. Moreover, as the vitality of the labor market gradually fizzled out from the long-term economic recession caused by the burst of the economic bubble, the labor base that had once been the pillar of the Japanese economy began to age and could no longer perform this role. As these aging laborers came to receive public assistance, the doya managers began repairing the doya and Kotobuki began to change again. The historical times which affected the changes in Yoseba Kotobuki's locality are in the lives of its members--the laborers--and the times themselves, which operate on the micro level; however, in those times, the national and the global time of the nation-state interact and are linked in multiple layers.

Domestric Construction & Engineering market has been long in recession due to the global economic crisis. Domestic construction industries consequently looks at overseas construction markets where relatively more construction projects are constantly required. In order to provide meaningful information for Korean engineering companies to keep the pace with the changes in the construction industry, various construction related date and statistics are analyzed. In addition, previous research from the related organizations and construction engineering companies are closely reviewed. Investigation of preliminary data and research have been conducted to draw remedies for their overseas expansion. Moreover, it is attempted to classify foreign markets as the Asia, Africa and etc. (Europe, North America/the Pacific and Latin America) to provide the list of first target countries and its regional market information focusing on their bidding system. This study had tried to show comparative analysis of different bidding procedures between Korea and the selected countries to suggest measures of improvements for the domestic bidding system. Finally, this study suggested policy recommendations to meet the requirement of bid qualification to advance the global market that was suggested with validated clustering bidding data.
