Many companies have implemented ERP systems to enhance their process competitiveness. Since most ERP systems down to date are implemented and managed on each separated business-unit or company level, such systems run short of the consideration about global business processes and global system managements. In order to integrate a successful global ERP, it is essential to apply the well-systematic implementation methodology which considers global standardization and global IT requirements. It is, however, the actual circumstance that such well-structured methodologies for global ERP implementation are hardly shown not only from domestic site but from foreign one. This paper indicates the global ERP implementation guideline with integrated approach including; the standard process design for efficient execution of global business; the ERP implementation method considering global IT requirements; and, the management method for global system operation. GSI ERP methodology is composed of 3 Phase：Global Strategy Planning, Global Template Construction and Global Roll-Out. Phase1; Global Strategy Planning contains Environment Analysis, GSI direction and Implementation Plan. Phase2; Global Template Construction contains Business blueprint, GSI operation design and Global template implementation. Phase3; Global Roll-out contains local business analysis, local ERP implementation and Global ERP Operation.

This paper describes an algorithm that can recognize gestures constructing subspace gesture symbols with hybrid feature information. The previous popular methods based on geometric feature and appearance have resulted in ambiguous output in case of recognizing between similar gesture because they use just the Position information of the hands, feet or bodily shape features. However, our proposed method can classify not only recognition of motion but also similar gestures by the partial feature information presenting which parts of body move and the global feature information including 2-dimensional bodily motion. And this method which is a simple and robust recognition algorithm can be applied in various application such surveillance system and intelligent interface systems.

To understand the fluctuation of global carbon levels caused by the biogeochemical cycle within the ocean interior, it is essential to achieve comparability of global oceanic nutrient data to a fairly high degree. The Scientific Committee on Ocean Research (SCOR) commissioned a working group (WG147) to establish a system for achieving comparability of oceanic nutrient data within 1% among laboratories around the world. The introduction of international activities for improving nutrient comparability will facilitate the use of nutrient reference material of seawater by researchers within Korea, which will help in meeting international standards of nutrient comparability and promote international cooperation.

This paper examines the brand strategies of competitive product issuing C/O company in choongnam. Today, the global brand is very important range. The ubiquity of global brands has become one of the defining features of modern life and one of the core function of modern marketing. Therefore, company was conducted several interesting characteristics as follows: company employing brand marketing were found to engage in independent market research. Also, they tend to export products whose levels of quality are as competitive as to those of competing products from industrialized countries. Thus, global consumers may react powerfully against the increasing ubiquity of global brands and their homogenized identities.

This study is to investigate global logistics strategies of Korean electronics companies. in terms of service parts. According to the survey, Korean electronics companies were pursuing multi-level global logistics network such as global, continental, national, regional and service center echelon for improving the efficiency of service parts global logistics. Especially there was a tendency of developing new continental distribution centers. And the companies were exploiting efficiency through inventory control by multi-level echelon, demand forecasting by the product life cycle and supply and service lead time management. But there were some insufficient factors for the efficiency of global logistics operation at the construction of worldwide real time logistics information system and pursuit of the efficiency on the whole network including subcontractors. For the future competitive advantage of the Korean electronics companies, the following are suggested: 1) the establishment of arranged logistics channel adjusting each company's global strategy, 2) the construction of worldwide real time logistics information system, 3) the reengineering of all logistics procedures such as order processing, shipping, inventory control, etc., 4) the enhancement of the ratio of the supply from the external companies and the internal manufacturing subsidiaries at each continent, 5) and the pursuit of operational internalization of external subcontractors.

본 논문에서는 EMOTIV사의 뇌파 측정기 EPOC을 통한 뇌파의 측정과 이를 활용한 게임 시나리오를 제안한다. 이 방안은 다소 복잡하고 어려운 뇌파의 측정과 활용을 EMOTIV사에서 제공하는 응용 프로그램을 이용하여 쉽게 뇌파를 측정하고 이를 실시간으로 아케이드 게임 시나리오와 연동이 가능하게 한다. EPOC Control Panel을 통해 뇌파의 측정 및 훈련을 하고 윈도우상의 키보드 값에 대응 시켜 여러 가지 활용이 가능하다.

Global land related datasets such as land use, land cover, vegetation cover percentage, forest cover percentage, are part of important global geospatial environmental datasets for global change studies. Since land cover varies place by place, continental production of dataset is a usual approach. Western academically developed countries have some projects to describe land cover related information in digital form using remote sensing technology in African, American continent and Oceania. In this paper, the author introduce his initiative to coordinate Asian scientists in order to develop land related dataset of Asia for our better understanding of the environment of Asia and for contribution to the development of global dataset. This paper explains activities by Land Cover Working Group (LCWG) of the Asian Association on Remote Sensing(AARS), Data and Information System(DIS) sub-committee of Japan national committee for the International Geosphere and Biosphere Program(IGBP), and the International Society for Photogrammetry and Remote Sensing(ISPRS) Working Group IV/6 on Global databases supporting environmental monitoring.

지속 가능한 발전을 위해 전기자동차의 관심 및 수요가 늘어나는 상황에서 전기자동차 충전소 및 주차공간에 대한 정보 습득은 더욱 중요해졌다. 서비스 이용자는 본인의 위치를 기반으로 하여 가까운 주차장과 전기 충전소의 유무를 확인할 수 있는 DBMS를 설계하고 구축하였다. 이용자에게 주차장 및 전기 충전소에 대한 정보를 얻는 과정에서 더욱 편리함을 안겨주는 것을 목표로 하였다.

인구가 감소하고 있는 농어촌의 지역경제를 살림과 동시에 지역 소멸을 예방하고, 정착 지역 탐색에 많은 시간을 할애하는 귀농희망자들을 위해 도움을 줄 수 있는 데이터베이스를 설계하고 구축하였다. 사용자는 이 데이터베이스를 활용하여 사용자가 원하는 조건에 맞는 상위 5개 지역을 추천받을 수 있다. 정부와 기업이 귀농 지역 추천 데이터베이스를 활용하여 귀농을 희망하는 사람들의 행태를 알아보면 농촌 지역과 지방 소도시 지역 개발 및 활성화를 긍정적으로 예상할 수 있고, 이러한 관심이 결과적으로는 우리나라의 국토 균형발전에 큰 도움이 될 것이다.

This paper examined the factors affecting the implementation of information technology in Korean Global Logistics Companies. Nowadays, the spread of electronic commerce using internet demands a large changes doing business with company to company and give that company a change to recognize logistics. To support logistics activity, all kinds of companies are using the computer and are recognized that the efficient using of Cyber Logistics Information will mainly play a roll to strength the companies competition power. We gathered detailed data on our sample companies mainly from publicly available sources : Korea International Freight Forwarder Association (KIFFA), and companies' web sites. A structured questionnaire was used to collect information about: (1) the company (2) To investigate the factors of the three contexts described above on korean Global Logistics companies's electronic trade adoption and implementation. (3) Usage level of electronic logistics. Most of the approximately 70 questions enumerated in the questionnaire were open-ended, which was consistent with our primary objective of developing a conceptual framework that was informed by empirical evidence. This study suggests that top management support and influential power are main factors for the Korean Global Logistics Companies.
