A Phenomenological Study for the Expansion of Youth Leisure Experiences in Marine Sports

  • This study explore the possibility of water sports activities as juvenile pleasure, and was performed for the purpose of looking for ways to develop it. In order to do this, I was conducted interviews with the water sports of seven experts to achieve. As the development direction of the main contents of the interview is youth leisure activity, specific details are expected to be young and effect change through the application of Maritime youth sports programs, potential problems, and direction of water sports youth development program, primarily part of the effort needed and so on is composed of. Interview data was categorized as a job that has undergone a similar topic by phenomenological analysis of Giorgi. Findings water sports activities despite having plenty of potential to contribute to the holistic growth of the youth, the conclusion was drawn that various constraints exist. Management of water sports agencies as a way to solve this problem, provided supervision, property development program for adolescents and youth professional guidance workforce, youth water sports activities such as infrastructure presents a proposal.

Maternal Nursing Online Practice Experience

  • This study was phenomenological analysis of maternal nursing of online practice experience. The study participants were students in between the ages of 20 to 25 who participated in the online practice of maternal nursing and conducted to a total of three interviews until the meaning were no longer derived. The data collection period was from May 26 to June 5, 2021, and analysis was conducted simultaneously with the datas have collected. The collected data were analyzed using the Giorgi's Phenomenological Analysis Method, and the study resulted in five categories (Opportunity to repeat, Systematic Scenarios, Immediate nursing intervention feedback, Beneficial hands-on experience, Different case experiences), 11 subcomponents, and 21 Semantic units. Based on the results of this study, the following conclusions were obtained. In maternal nursing, nursing students could experience more systematic and diverse case online than experiences throughout clinical practice, and achievement was also increased in theory learning for online practice. In other words, the online practice of maternal nursing was suitable for various content compositions that could not be experienced in clinical practice, but it is deemed urgent to have a program in Korean suitable for Korean culture. In future studies, this researcher hope to produce a maternal nursing practice program in Korean.

노인요양시설 물리치료사의 클라이언트 관계경험을 통한 정체성 탐색 (Finding Identity through Client Relationship Experience of Physical Therapists in Elderly Care Facilities)

  • Purpose: This study was conducted to understand the client relationship experience of the physical therapists working at elderly care facilities and to lay the foundation for finding the identity of physical therapists. Methods: In-depth interviews were conducted on eight incumbent physical therapists who had experienced working in elderly care facilities for at least one year. Data collection was conducted between June and September 2017, and the interview took an hour to an hour and a half to complete. After an in-depth interview, it was arranged as a file and analyzed according to the four steps of the phenomenological research method of the Giorgi. Results: Data were collected and analyzed; 19 categories, 6 themes and 5 domains were derived. Six themes were presented according to the 5 domains; the subject of relationships included 'diversity elderly'; context of relationships included 'the world of elderly nursing homes I did not know'; influence of relationships included 'the physical therapist is heartbroken because of the tormenting elderly'; condition of relationships included 'a reality that is tied to work'; aspects of relationships included 'how to reestablishing relationships with the elderly' and 'recognized and identified as a physical therapist'. Conclusion: This study shows that physical therapists working in elderly care facilities generally tend to fulfill their responsibilities and interact with clients; we found that identity of physical therapists was primarily defined by relationship experiences with patients.

임상간호사의 돌봄대상자로부터 언어폭력 경험 (Clinical Nurses's Experience of Verbal Violence by Care Recipients)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study are to understand the meaning and essential structure of clinical nurses' experiences of verbal violence and find nursing intervention for them by applying phenomenological research method. Methods: The participants in this study were seven clinical nurses with experience of verbal violence. Data collection were conducted from August 2016 through January 2017 until data saturation. Data analysis was performed through a cyclical process of data collection and analysis by applying Giorgi's phenomenological method. Results: Four categories were identified: A weapon of the mind: the shock of verbal abuse; negative emotions that shake my heart; skepticism about the value and meaning of a job; an unforgettable wound. Conclusions: The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of the pain caused by verbal violence experienced by nurses from their care recipients. These results suggest that nursing interventions for nurses with experience of verbal violence will contribute to resolving the problem.

인턴상담자의 꿈 통찰 과정에 관한 현상학적 연구 -꿈통합예술치료를 기반으로- (A phenomenological study on the dream insight process of intern counselor -Based on Dream Integrated Art Therapy-)

  • 본 연구는 인턴상담자의 꿈 통찰 과정에 관한 현상학적 연구이다. 연구의 목적은 인턴상담자가 무의식에 대한 통찰을 통해 자신의 경험에 의미를 부여하고 인식하는 과정을 바탕으로 전문상담자로서의 성장을 도모하는 것이다. 이에 자신과 타인, 세계에 대한 기대를 명백하게 나타내는 무의식적 꿈을 인식하는 과정을 갖도록 하며, 이러한 과정을 보다 유연하게 탐색할 수 있도록 하는 꿈통합예술치료를 활용하였다. 연구참여자는 홍보를 통해 지원한 참여 희망자 중 석·박사과정에 재학 중인 3명을 선발하였으며, 자료 수집 및 분석은 연구참여자를 대상으로 심층 인터뷰를 통하여 진행하는 현상학적 Giorgi 연구방법을 채택하였다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 인턴상담자들은 꿈통합예술치료를 통해 자신의 무의식적 통찰을 원하는 동기를 가지고 있었고 자신의 무의식 속에서 드러나는 문제들을 꿈, 음악, 미술 매체들을 통해 스스로 통찰할 수 있었다. 둘째, 인턴상담자들은 공통적으로 최근 꿈, 음악, 미술 매체들을 통하여 집중력이 깊어짐과 편안함을 느끼는 것으로 나타났다. 셋째, 꿈통합예술치료의 병행없이 드러났던 방어기제로는 자신을 드러내고 싶지 않아하는 회피적 성향이 공통적으로 나타났으나, 이는 점진적으로 줄어드는 양상을 보였다. 넷째, 인턴상담자들은 앞으로의 성장방향에 대해 스스로를 위한 유연함이 생겼고 자신을 받아들이게 된 기회였으며 전문상담자가 되기 위한 미래방향에 대한 계획을 갖게 되었다고 보고되었다. 따라서, 다양한 매체들을 활용한 후속 연구와 꿈통합프로그램 효과 검증 연구 및 다양한 사례연구가 필요함을 제언한다.

한국거주 중국동포의 자원봉사활동에 관한 현상학적 탐구 (phenomenological study on the volunteering experiences of Chinese-Korean in South Korea)

  • 본 연구는 한국거주 중국동포들의 봉사활동에 왜 참가하게 되었으며 그들은 봉사활동을 통하여 어떠한 경험을 하며 경험의 의미는 무엇인가에 대한 연구이다. 연구를 위하여 중국동포 집거지역에서 봉사단체에 가입하여 활동하는 중국동포 8명이 참여하였으며 심층면접과 참여관찰을 통해 자료를 수집하고 분석하였다. 수집한 자료에 대하여서는 Giorgi의 해석학적 현상학 연구방법에 따라 자료를 범주화하여 분석하였다. 분석결과 한국거주 중국동포의 봉사활동 경험의 본질에 대하여 3개의 주제묶음을 도출하였다. 이들은 봉사활동을 통하여 주류사회에 의하여 훼손되고 낙인화 된 이미지 개선을 위하여 봉사활동을 하고 있었으며, 봉사활동을 통하여 자존감이 향상되었으며 정보를 얻고 한국사회 적응에 도움을 받았다. 또한, 봉사활동을 통하여 한국사회에 대한 책임감이 증가하고, 한국에서의 자신들의 위치를 재정립하였다. 이를 바탕으로 미래를 위한 글로번 시민으로 가능성을 꿈꾸고 있었다. 이와 같은 연구결과를 바탕으로 한국거주 중국동포의 봉사활동 경험의 본질에 대해 논의하고 이주민 자원봉사활동 활성화가 다문화사회 통합에 긍정적으로 기여함을 밝히고자 한다.

Computer use experience of nurses working in hospital

  • The purpose of this study was to examine the meaning and structure of nurses' computer using experience. To do this, we conducted a total of three interviews with 11 nurses working between the ages of 26 and 48. Interview data were interpreted using Giori method (1985) and Lincoln & Guba method (1985). As a result, 112 semantic units were derived, and then 18 sub-components were divided into 5 final components. As a result of the analysis, the computer experience that the nurses used in the hospital consisted of 'used for almost every task', 'usefulness', 'important', 'convenience', 'burden', 'anxiety', desire', simple work level', 'no problems', 'eye, muscle and movement discomfort', 'depends on task', 'more complex', 'accuracy', 'organize contents', 'simple', 'incomparable', and 'easy'. Based on the above conclusions, the nurses' experiences of using the computer in the hospital could be concluded as follows. Currently, almost all nursing jobs in hospitals are using computers. However, most of the tasks related to simple computer tasks related to the ability to use the computer was low, and because of this, the computer did not work properly, or when new programs were introduced to feel the burden and anxiety, want more systematic computer education Found. Especially, according to the career, the difference between computer and hand work was different, Nurses over 20 years said that computers can handle simple tasks that are a bit more complicated than manual tasks, whereas emotional tasks were handicapped, in the 10 to 20 years of experience, computer work was more accurate and appropriate to organize content, Nurses under 10 years were not only easy to work with computers but also have no experience in manual work, they could not compare the computer and the hand work. This study suggests that the use of computers in nurses' work is essential and that more systematic computer-based education should be provided. In addition, due to the nature of the nursing service, the professional opinions of the nurses should be reflected in the development of programs for the emotional nursing work.

중고령 실직자 재취업 과정에 대한 현상학적 연구 (Phenomenological Study for re-employment process for middle or old-age people the Unemployed)

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the meaning and essence of concrete and practical experience on a series of debates to reveal factors that could be exposed when middle or old-aged people are in the process of re-employment process when they were unemployed by exploring the phenomenon of experience on the courses for the unemployed focusing on middle or old-aged people for employment support program. Depth consultation interviews were conducted and the structure of this phenomenon was revealed and described by applying Giorgi's phenomenology technical as a procedure for analyzing participants' statements by concentrating on the essence of the experience in this study. The meaning of the experience of the unemployed re-employment process structure as a result of analysis on the nature of re-employment experience on the basis of research participants and the information stated through this study showed respectively such as , , , , , and "Reemployment Success Factors>. It is a significant meaning that middle and old-aged people were able to confirm that they experienced Dynamic pursuit of hopes and dreams and got the chance to participate in society Toward a new life By strengthening employ ability skills by undertaking vocational training, obtaining licenses, and regaining confidence and employment determination, and a lot of desire using the card for learning tomorrow, government support system.

성학대 피해 자녀를 둔 어머니의 경험에 관한 현상학적 연구 (Study on Mothers with Sexually Abused Children)

  • 본 연구는 자녀의 성학대 피해 이후 어머니의 경험에 대해 현상학적 연구방법을 통해 참여자의 경험 본질을 탐색하고 실천적 함의를 제언하고자 하였다. 이를 위해 연구자는 아동과 관련한 사회복지 시설과 기관을 통해 성학대 피해아동의 어머니 5명을 추천받아 2회 이상의 심층면접을 실시하여 자료를 수집하였다. 연구자는 선이해를 드러냄으로써 연구자의 선견과 편견을 괄호치기 하여 분석하였다. 본 연구결과 참여자는 자녀의 성학대 경험을 통해 '나락 아래로 영혼마저 사라짐'과 같은 절망감을 느끼며, 자녀의 성학대 사건 이후 '망가짐, 벼랑끝, 아이와 가족이 같이 무너짐' 같은 고통을 겪었다. 게다가 참여자는 '처절함, 내 아이를 지키기 위해 몸부림 침' 속에서 '한줄기 빛, 버틸 수 있는 힘을 얻음'으로 삶을 포기하지 않고 살아간다. '하지만 절망, 외면, 아이의 상처까지 마음속에 벽으로 쌓아두고 살아감'으로 분석되었다. 이러한 연구결과를 토대로 성학대 피해아동의 어머니에 대한 사회복지 실천은 동반자적 입장으로 사건발생 10여 일 전후로 개입이 절대적으로 필요하다.

The Cadaver experience of the nursing students

  • Anatomy is one of the basic subjects of the nursing course, which is included in the curriculum of the nursing. Anatomy is a basic course for understanding major in nursing and it is the first gateway to acquire expertise. It is mainly opened in nursing and first to second grades. Therefore, students who have advanced to the nursing department have great interest and expectation on the anatomy subjects. In general, nursing students are studying anatomy with theories and models, and some universities practice on tour after dissection of medical consortium for short time. This is called the Cadaver practice. This study was carried out to investigate the thoughts and experiences of bioethics through nursing students' Cadaver practice. The interview data were processed through the analysis and interpretation process using the phenomenological research method, Giorgi method. As a result, 48 semantic units were derived, and then they were divided into 10 subcomponents and divided into 6 categories. As a result of the analysis, the experience of nursing students' bioethics was tied to the topic of six questions. For example, 'what about the respect and responsibility of nursing students in Cadaver?', 'What about your experience with the Cadaver experiment and bioethics?', 'What was the academic achievement of the actual human body structure viewing experience with cadaver?', 'What was the connection with theory?', 'What was your intention to recommend to others?', 'What was your perception and interest in the Cadaver experiment?'. Analyzes were integrated into 10 structures; "Thank you for your donation", "want others to refuse donation", "Burden of practice", "Good opportunities for learning", "Understand better", "Should study harder", "Memory is better", "Compared to theory", "Good experience", "Want to rejoin". The general structural description of the participants' meanings is summarized as follows. Nursing college students who participated in the Cadaver had a gratitude for the donor, but they said they would like to talk to others about donating organs. Before they went to practice, they felt a lot of pressure on the dissection of the cadaver, but they went to the practice and thought that it was a good opportunity to learn by doing well. Specifically, they understood that they had better understanding than the theoretical lesson, and that they were more eager to study their major through practice. In other words, most of them were more memorable and they would like to participate again if the opportunity comes next time. The results of this study show that the practice of Cadaver in nursing college students is very positive in terms of educational effectiveness. However, in terms of bioethics, it can be seen that the education process is somewhat unsatisfactory. Therefore, the systematic bioethics education should be prepared before the practice in the nursing college students' Cadaver practice.
