선물동기에 따른 모바일 메신저 디지털 쿠폰 선물 증여 모형 (Digital Coupon Gift-giving Model through Gift-Giving Motivation)

  • 스마트폰의 보급으로 인해 인터넷 이용자의 91%가 장소를 불문하고 인터넷을 주된 목적을 채팅과 메신저로 사용하고 있으며 이는 음성/영상통화의 점유율을 앞지르고 있다. 이는 특히 10대에서 30대사이의 젊은 연령층에서 확연히 나타나고 있는 현상으로써, 모바일 메신저를 이용한 쇼핑으로 연결되었다. 본 연구는 이러한 모바일 환경하에서 메신저 사용자가 전통적인 사회적 행위인 선물의 증여를 메신저의 디지털 쿠폰을 사용하여 전달하는 행위의 동기를 찾고, 동기에 따른 구매의도에 기술수용모형의 두 가지 요인인 유용성과 용이성이 어떠한 매개적 영향을 미치는지 알아보았다. 연구결과 모바일 디지털쿠폰을 통해 선물을 증여하는 사용자는 경험적, 의무적, 실용적인 동기 모두 구매의사에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났으며, 선물의 유용성 보다는 용이성이 모바일 디지털쿠폰을 통해 선물을 하는 매개변수로써 매개효과를 보이고 있음을 알 수 있었다. 즉, 모바일을 통해 디지털 쿠폰을 선물의 수단으로 사용하는 사람들은 기존의 오프라인 선물과 같은 동기로 접근하나, 기술로 인해 선물이 쉬워짐으로써 더 강한 구매의도를 가지게 되는 것으로 나타났다.

  • Purpose: The purpose of this research is to develop a model tat explains the motivation of mobile coupon gift intention in mobile instant messenger service. Methods: This study utilized Structural Equation Model to clarify factors those influence mobile coupon gift intention under mobile messenger environment. Results: The research model in this study is verified with two hundreds sample data. This study found that mobile coupon gift-givers's giving intention is influenced by experimental and obligated motivation, price utility, social value of gift-giving, and perceived ease of use of the technology. Conclusion: This study verified five factors those influence to mobile coupon gift-giving intention. Although this study initially suggests and verify gift-giving intention model, we expect further research that related to other factors affecting the intention and other recent technology factors such as personal innovation and others.

  • 선물 증여 행동은 소비자의 기본적 커뮤니케이션 방법 중의 하나이며 최근 스마프폰의 대중화와 함께 휴대폰 문자 메시지로 전송되는 바코드 형태의 모바일 쿠폰 선물 시장이 성장하고 있다. 그러나 아직까지 모바일 환경에서의 선물 증여 행동이 어떠한 동기요인에서 비롯되었으며 이에 영향을 미치는 구체적인 소비 행태가 어떠한 가에 대하여는 충분히 연구되지 못하였다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 모바일 환경에서의 선물 증여 행동에 영향을 미치는 요인으로 제품 혁신성과 소비자 혁신성의 혁신성 차원 및 소비자 기술수용 특성이 선물 증여 행동에 어떠한 영향을 미치는 가를 확인해 보고자 하였다. PLS를 이용하여 연구가설을 검증하였으며 연구 결과 제품 혁신성과 기술 수용 특성은 소비자의 모바일 쿠폰 선물 행동에 긍정적 영향을 미치는 것으로 파악되었다. 조절효과와 관련하여 소비자 혁신성이 높은 소비자가 소비자 혁신성이 낮은 소비자 보다 제품 혁신성과 모바일 쿠폰 선물 태도의 관계에 더 긍정적인 것으로 나타났다.

외식업체의 어린이 대상 판매촉진 유형별 고객유인효과 분석 (Customer Attraction Effects of Restaurant Promotion for Kids)

  • The purpose of this study was to analyze customer attraction effects of restaurant promotion for kids. The questionnaires were distributed to 300 parents who have children under 12 years old and a total of 269 questionnaires were collected and used in analysis(usage rate 90.0%). The data was analyzed using SPSS 12.0 for descriptive analysis and paired t-test. The major results were as follows; First, customers mainly got information on coupon from mail. In case of premium and membership, the information was obtained when customers were visiting restaurants. Second, among the types of promotion for kids, coupon was mostly preferred by customers. 'Discount coupon' for the coupon, 'free gift' for the premium and 'pay-back' program for the membership were more preferable than other types of kids promotion. Third, A 'discount coupon' was more effective than 'free coupon'(p<.0l) in term of customer inducement. In case of premium, 'free gift' was more effective than 'lottery'(p<.05) and in case of membership, the customer attraction effect was not significantly different according to the types of membership. In case of coupon and membership, it was more effective in family restaurant than fastfood restaurant(p<.05), but the effect of premium was not significantly different in family vs fastfood restaurant. The results of the study revealed that 'coupon' was the most preferred type of promotion for kids and specifically customers preferred 'discount coupon', 'free gift' and 'pay-back program'.

  • 모바일 시대를 열었다고 해도 과언이 아닌 스마트폰의 대중화로 인해, 우리는 다양한 생활 양식의 변화를 겪어왔다. 특히 의사소통의 수단이 음성/영상 통화에서 텍스트로 변화되게 한 모바일 메신저는 이제는 선물하는 방식에도 변화를 가져오고 있다. 디지털 바우처에 대한 연구는 다양하게 연구되고 실증되었으나, 본 연구에서는 이러한 모바일 바우처 선물동기를 선물동기이론, 기술수용이론, 소비자 가치이론을 통해 실증한 지난 연구를 기반으로 표본의 인구통계학적 특성에 따른 선물빈도 차이를 의사결정나무를 통해 밝히고, 집단을 구분하여 특정 집단간 선물동기이론이 다르게 적용되는 지에 대해 실증했다. 결론적으로 선물 빈도에 따라 3개의 집단으로 분되며 각 집단은 다른 동기결과를 나타냈다.

  • 2002년 2월 침체된 국내 게임제공업소의 활성화와 문화산업 인구저변 확대를 위해 경품취급게임산업에 경품용 상품권 사용 제도가 도입되었으나, 현재에 이르러서는 상품권과 관련하여 사행성 상승 문제가 심각한 사회적 문제로 이슈화되고 있다. 그에 따라, 본 논문에서는 경품취급게임산업의 건전화 및 활성화를 견인함으로써 세계 게임시장과의 산업구조상의 괴 리를 극복하고 더 나아가 국가경쟁력을 확보하기 위해, 경품용 상품권의 문제점 분석 및 해결방안인 MCTF Management System 구축안을 제시하였다. 본 논문은 현재 논란의 대상이 되고 있는 상품권과 관련된 문제점들을 근본적으로 해결하는데 유익한 자료가 될 수 있다.

모바일 쿠폰 특성 지각에 따른 소비자 반응과 변인간 인과관계 연구 (Consumer responses towards mobile coupon characteristics perception and causal relationships among variables)

  • Purpose of the study is to explore the effect of the types of mobile coupons(text- vs. image-focused coupons; free-gift vs. discount coupons) on characteristic perception of mobile coupons, and the causal relationships among characteristic perception, attitude, and use intention of mobile coupons. A total of 140 university students participated in experiments with questionnaires including one of the four stimuli. Important findings are as follows. First, image-focused mobile coupons generated more enjoyment than did text-focused coupons. However, the text/image-focused coupons were not different in perception of informativeness and credibility of mobile coupons. Second, enjoyment perception was significantly increased when image-focused contents were combined with discount coupons whereas enjoyment perception was decreased when text-focused contents were combined with free-gift coupons. This interaction effect reflects that the level of enjoyment of consumers can be changed in terms of the combination of the value-provision types of coupons and the text-image focused contents. Third, it was found that consumer perception of coupon characteristics formed attitudes toward mobile coupons, and use intention of mobile coupons was determined by attitudes toward mobile coupons. Study findings may fill the void of research investigating the effect of text-image contents and the types of coupons on consumer reponses toward mobile coupons. Mobile coupons have limited quantity of information within a small size of mobile phone screen, therefore, the results were not consistent with prior research tested with mobile advertisements indicating the effect of text-image contents on perception of informativeness and credibility.

소비자 기반 브랜드 자산이 모바일 e-쿠폰에 관한 브랜드 태도와 행동 의도에 미치는 영향: 치킨프랜차이즈 브랜드를 중심으로 (The Effect of Customer-Based Brand Equity on Brand Attitude and Behavioral Intention for Mobile e-coupons: Focusing on Chicken Franchise Brands)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study is to investigate the effect of customer-based brand equity on brand attitudes and behavioral intentions in the mobile e-coupon service market for foodservice franchises. Research design, data, and methodology: The sample comprised customers who had used a chicken mobile exchange voucher from a foodservice franchise brand, among KakaoTalk gift mobile exchange vouchers, within the last three months. The survey was conducted by distributing an online self-administered questionnaire, in which participants responded directly. The hypotheses were assessed through confirmatory factor analysis and structural equation modeling using the AMOS 22.0 statistical software. Result: The results of the hypotheses are as follows. First, among the sub-dimensions of foodservice franchise customer-based equity, brand awareness, brand image, perceived quality, and brand loyalty were found to have a positive effect on brand attitudes toward foodservice franchise mobile e-coupon services. Second, brand attitude toward the foodservice franchise brand mobile e-coupon service was found to have a positive effect on the intention to use and word-of-mouth. Conclusions: The results suggest that foodservice franchise brands with strong customer-based brand equity also have a competitive advantage in the mobile e-coupon service market.

판매촉진 이용성향이 화장품 구매행동에 미치는 영향 (A study on the Impact of Consumers' Deal Proneness on Purchasing Behavior of Cosmetics)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify the variables influencing consumers' deal proneness. The data were collected from 385 college female students living in Daegu, Korea via self-administered questionnaires and were analyzed by frequency, factor analysis, Cronbach's ${\alpha},\;X^2-test$, t-test and stepwise regression analysis. The results of the study were as follows: 1) There was found significant differences of demographic variables between domestic and imported cosmetics' consumers. 2) Deal proneness which were Consumers' responses to sales promotion were classified into six factors which were mileage proneness, display proneness, gifts proneness, sample/coupon proneness, sweepstakes proneness, make-up show proneness. 3) Domestic cosmetics' consumers who had higher gift proneness, sample/coupon proneness, mileage proneness had significantly positive influence on the buying experience of promoted cosmetics. Imported cosmetics' consumers who had higher sample/coupon proneness and lower make-up show proneness had significantly positive influence on the buying experience of promoted cosmetics.

패밀리레스토랑의 마케팅 활동에 대한 여성고객의 인지, 매력, 만족에 관한 연구 (A Study on Awareness, Attraction, Satisfaction of Women Customers in Family Restaurant Marketing Activity)

  • This study performed a analysis of customer purchasing behavior in family restaurant. The type of family restaurant marketing activity was classified to free gift promotion, special menu promotion, discount promotion, membership program, coupon, co-marketing promotion were assumed to stimulus. The awareness of stimulus and exposure, attention, comprehension process was assumed to attraction and the contribution of stimulus was assumed to satisfaction on this study. A sample of study is assigned women customers are core customer group not family restaurant but all of industry. The study has showed co-marketing is the most outstanding marketing activity in family restaurant all of aspects and the awareness and attraction of co-marketing is higher than satisfaction. A result of t-test for awareness and attraction of discount and coupon promotion is attended. Attraction of them is higher than awareness. But satisfaction of them is lower than attraction means that family restaurants should makes an effort to develop the customer satisfaction to ensure customer loyalty through the discount and coupon promotion. On one-way ANOVA of awareness, attraction and satisfaction by age, discount and coupon promotion is related to it Speciality as low age as sensitive in awareness, attraction, satisfaction of discount promotion.
