게욱 첨가 설기떡의 품질특성 및 관능적 특성 연구 (Study on Quality and Sensory Characteristics of Seolgi Ttueok Added with Geuk)

  • In this study, Seolgi Tteok was made in order to increase consumption of Geuk, which possesses numerous nutritional advantages, and its optimum content as a new food coloring for rice cake was determined. Quality characteristics and quantitative description analysis (QDA) of Seolgi Tteok, in which Geuk was added at 0, 4, 8, and 12%, was conducted. Consumer acceptability test was also conducted. As the amount of added Geuk increased, moisture content of Seolgi Tteok increased as well. Brightness (L-value) was the highest in the control group, and more Geuk resulted in higher values of red index (a-value) and yellow index (b-value), which corresponded to the results of the sensory evaluation. As result of the mechanical texture measurement, only adhesiveness and resilience show a significant difference. As a result of the QDA, 17 sensory characteristic terms were assessed. Among them, only 13 showed a significant difference. Among the different sensory characteristics, almost all of them except for taste characteristics were significantly influenced by the amount of Geuk. The aroma and taste of Geuk were not largely influenced. It can be suggested that Geuk is not a factor that strongly influences flavor. In conclusion, Geuk does not have a strong influence on the taste or aroma of Seolgi Tteok but does on color characteristics. It can be suggested that Geuk is qualified as a coloring material for food, and the reasonable addition amount is 8%. As a result of this research, Geuk can be considered as a coloring material for other types of rice cake, traditional Korean sweets, and even confectioneries as well as for Seolgi Tteok. This implies that Geuk can be utilized to develop various new products as a coloring material with abundant nutritional content, which will contribute to the promotion of Geuk consumption.

  • Tough study of movement of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳), we understand Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) & essential movement. Theory about creator of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is indistinct. there are Jangsampung-theory(張三豊設), Wangjongak-theory(王宗岳設), Jinwangjung-theory(陳王廷設), Jinbok-theory(陳卜設). Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is military arts developed before Song empire(宋). Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) has many branch.(Jin-sik陳式, Yang-sik楊式, Mu-sik武式 O-sik吳式, Son-sik孫式) Tae-Geuk-Guan'(太極拳) manual movement use fist(拳), palm(掌), hook shape(鉤) and its using form has many type like Bung, Yi, Jae, An, Chae, Yul, Ju, Go. Its gait has many type like Sang-bo(上步), Tae-bo(退步), Jin-bo(進步), Deng-gak, Bun-gak(分脚), Bak-gak(拍脚). Essential theory of Tae-Geuk-Guan(太極拳) is Yi-Sim-Hang-Gi(以心行氣) & Yi-Gi-Un-Sin(以氣運身). It means mind(心) moves qi(氣) and qi(氣) moves body(身).

  • Tae-Geuk-Guan'(太極拳) Tae-Geuk(太極) is arranged Yum-Yang-O-Hang(陰陽五行) and created from Mu-geuk(無極). Mu-geuk(無極) means great chaos. Jin-sik Tae-Geuk-Guan(陳式太極拳) has tenth essential theory. There are Li(理), Qi(氣), Samjul(三節), Sacho(四稍), Ojang(五臟), Samhap(三合), Yukjin(六進), Sinbup(身法), Bobup(步法), Gangyou(剛柔). Li(理) is Rules of all things. Qi(氣) is body. Body is divided into Samjul(三節), Sacho(四稍). Ojang(五臟) is inside body and make human'body and Qi(氣). Samhap(三合) is union of mind & intention, Qi & power, muscle & bone. Yukjin(六進) is movement of body. Sinbup(身法) has Chong(縱), Hoeng(橫), Ko(高), Jeo(低), Jin(進), Toe(退), Ban(反), Chuk(側). Bobup(步法) has Jin(進), Toe(退), Ban(反), Chuk(側). Yang-sik Tae-Geuk-Guan(揚式太極拳) has tenth essential theo. There are Songyo, Heolungjungkyung(虛靈頂勁), Hamhungbalbae(含胸拔背), Chimgyunsuju, Bunheosil(分虛實), Yongeuibulyonglyuk(用意不用力), Sanghasangsu(上下相隨), Naeoeisanghap(內外相合), Sangyunbudan(相連不斷), Dongchungguchung(動中求靜).

태극침지표에 따른 사상체질감별에 대한 객관적 방법연구 (Classification of Sa-sang typology based on index signs for Tae-Geuk acupuncture: a narrative review)

  • Objectives: There are substantial variations on the methods of identifying Sa-sang typology in clinical practice. This review aimed to describe the clinical experiences on the classification of Sa-sang typology based on index signs for practice of Tae-Geuk acupuncture. Methods: Core physical signs and interpretation of treatment response for the classification of Sa-sang typology are suggested based on 42-year clinical experiences of the expert (the first author). Results: Epigastric tenderness and hepatic dullness sound are the most important physical sign in the classification of Sa-sang typology. Clinical experiences indicate that there may be a positive association between the presence of epigastric tenderness and hepatic dullness sound. Four sets of acupuncture points are matched for four types of Sa-sang institution, respectively. Appropriate match will resolve epigastric tenderness and hepatic dullness sound, while this will not happen if inappropriate match is employed. Conclusion: I suggest that two physical signs (i.e., epigastric tenderness and hepatic dullness sound) are essential for the classification of Sa-sang typology in Tae-Geuk acupuncture.

  • 우주의 암흑이 빛이 없음이 아니고 암흑물질이며, 무극ㆍ태극이 하나이고 빈 공간을 비어 있다고 하지 않고 무로 꽉 차 있다 하는 것처럼 미술에서 여백은 따로 존재하는 것이 아니고 negative space와 positive shape가 서로 연결되어 하나의 통일된 공감을 형성하고 소멸되는 살아있는 공간이다.
