3상전압을 이용한 중첩방전형 오존발생기의 특성 (The Characteristics of Superposed Ozonizer using Three-Phase Voltage)

  • In this paper, an ozonizer, which can generate individual and superposed silent discharge, using three-phase voltage has been designed and manufactured. The ozonizer consists of 3 electrodes(Central Electrode, Internal Electrode and External Electrode) and 2 gaps(gap between Central Electrode and Internal Electrode, gap between Internal Electrode and External Electrode). Ozone is generated according to voltage supplying method to each electrode by individual silent discharge and three-phase superposed discharge. The characteristics of ozone generation were investigated with variation of discharge power and the quantity of supplied gas($O_2$). In case of individual silent discharge, the maximum values of ozone concentration, ozone generation and ozone yield were obtained between internal electrode and external electrode, and its values were 2300[ppm], 570[mg/h] and 745[g/kWh] respectively. Each maximum values was 5039[ppm], 1773[mg/h] and 851[g/kWh] respectively, when three-phase superposed silent discharge was employed. Therefore, characteristics of ozone generation with three-phase voltage are improved compared with single-phase voltage because silent discharge is generated continuously.

  • This study is about to constructing BOM for managing and integrating information, which is drawing, technical data, attribution, design, ordering, cost, weight, process, service, etc. based on train's system, elements, substructure, assembly, components, parts during whole train's lifetime of the next generation. The BOM is the mostly basic structure information as hierarchical data what are parts consisted specific products. The BOM was utilized as essential elements for collectively managing through informing all of the business activity from ordering to supplying. The BOM in railroad is consist of two parts. One is Engineering BOM for design, the other is Production BOM for production, which are utilized in development calculating the quantity of materials. Also the Maintenance BOM is applied to suppling parts and managing malfunction in railroad corporation like the Seoul Metro. There are many kind of BOMs, because of the special character for each step. Therefore We have need to develop BOM which is able to integrate drawing, technical data for helping good circulation between RAMS applied maintenance using database and helpful know-how for development and production. Also the BOM of the next generation must be consisted regard to whole life-cycle.

북한산 국립공원의 고형 폐기물에 관한 연구 (A Study on the solid waste of Buk Han Mt National Park)

  • The number of visiters to Bukhan Mt. national park, generation quantity of solid waste and collection system were researched to consider a counterplan for the pollution control of the national park and study for developing the effective treatment of solid waste was tried through the proximate analysis of each component containing. Results obtained in this study were summerized as follows; The great part of visitors go on an excursion to the Bukhan Mt. national park during July and August and also, the solid waste was generated nearly a half of the total amount at the same period. The major collection facilities in the national park were waste basket and incineration box. But the incineration box was too large in volume and very far in distance, and its collection period was irregular, so it was cause to the congestion of solid waste and bad smell and dirty. Therefore, to complete collection of solid waste, we must set up the waste basket which able to find within 40~50m from the origination place of solid waste and induce the visitors to throw the solid waste. It was obtained as moisture content: 48.5 wt%, volatile solid: 28.4wt%, fixed solid: 23.1 wt%, lower heating value: 1,320kca1/kg from experimental analysis of solid waste. According to this analysis, the incineration operation is possible, but the generation quantity of solid waste was too small to construct incineration plant for heat recovery. It was found that it is suitable for the aerobic composting by mixing with the night soil which generate in the national park after the recovery of resources such as metals, glasses and plastics.

ICP-OES를 이용한 우유의 Selenium 분석 (Determination of Selenium in Milk by ICP-OES)

  • 우유의 셀렌 함량을 측정하기 위하여 ICP-OES를 이용한 분석법을 확립하였다. 시료전처리는 우유의 수분을 제거한 후 질산과 과산화수소를 이용하여 유기성분을 제거하였고, 최종적으로 다시 과산화수소로 미량의 유기성분을 산화시켰다. 셀렌은 휘발성 무기성분이므로 전처리된 용액에 NaBH$_4$와 HCl을 이용하여 셀렌의 수소화(hydride)반응으로 끓는점을 높이고 분석감도를 향상시켰다. 수소화 반응 중 HCl 농도의 최적조건은 2 mol/L에서 최대 cps(counter per sec)로 나타났고, NaBH$_4$와 시료 유속의 최적조건은 각각 1.5%와 1.2mL/min인 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 위의 HG 조건이 시료 메트릭스에 따른 간섭효과를 제거하였으며, 최적의 정량조건임을 알 수 있었다. 이 조건으로 표준물질을 이용한 셀렌의 직선성 상관계수(R)는 0.98로서 우유에 함유된 셀렌 분석에 적용할 수 있었다. Standard addition method를 이용한 회수율은 10 ppb에서 88.0% 이었고, 첨가된 농도가 증가할수록 회수율 및 RSD는 정확성 및 정밀성을 확보할 수 있었다.

개선된 램프형 오존발생기에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Improved Lamp Ttpe Ozonizer(ILO))

  • 본 논문에서는 환경개선 및 건강증긴 설비로써 활용되고 있는 Ultraviolet(U.V.) 광화학 반응을 이용한 lamp 형 오존발생기(LO)의 특성을 개선할 목적으로 LO에 연면방전을 중첩시킨 개선된 형태의 오존발생기(ILO)를 설계.제작하였다. 제작된 오존발생기는 전압인가 방식에 따라서 2가지 형태의 오존발생기 (LO 및 ILO)가 구성되고, 이들 각 오존발생기에 대하여 전력, 원료가스의유량에 따른 오존생성농도, 오존발생량 및 오존생성수율특성을 연구 검토하였다. 이때, 오존생성온도, 오존발생량 및 오존생성수율 등 ILO가 LO보다 우수한 것으로 나타나서, LO의 오존생성특성을 향상시킬수 있었다. 그 결과, 방전전력이 19[W]로 일정한 경우 ILO가 LO보다 오존생성논도,오존발생량 및 오존생성수율의 원료가스의 유량이 $1[\ell/min]$일 때 124[%], $6[\ell/min]$일 때 143[%]상승하였으며 본 연구에서는 712[ppm]의 오존생성농도, 128[mg/h]의 오존발생량과 6750[mg/kwh]의 오존생성수율을 얻을 수 있다.

다양한 색공간 정보를 이용한 눈 영역의 특징벡터 생성 기법 (A Technique of Feature Vector Generation for Eye Region Using Embedded Information of Various Color Spaces)

  • The researches of image recognition have been processed traditionally. Especially, face recognition technology has been received attractions with advance and applied to various areas according as camera sensor embedded into many devices such as smart phone. In this study, we design and develop a feature vector generation technique of face for making animation caricatures using methods for face detection which are previous stage of face recognition. At first, we detect both face region and detailed eye region of component element by Viola&Johns's realtime detection method which are called as ROI(Region Of Interest). And then, we generate feature vectors of eye region by utilizing factors as opposed to the periphery and by using appearance information of eye. At this point, we focus on the embedded information in many color spaces to overcome the problems which can be occurred by using one color space. We propose a feature vector generation method using information from many color spaces. Finally, we experiment the test of feature vector generation by the proposed method with enough quantity of sample picture data and evaluate the proposed method for factors of estimating performance such as error rate, accuracy and generation time.

수표면 방전에 투입된 유전체의 유전율에 따른 방전 및 오존발생특성 (Discharge and Ozone Generation Characteristics by Permittivity of Dielectric Material installed in Water Surface Discharge)

  • 수표면을 전극으로 사용한 부성방전형 오존발생기를 제안하고 수표면의 바로 아래에 유전체구를 설치함으로써 오존발생특성을 향상시킬 수 있었다. 이때, 서로 다른 유전율을 갖는 유전체구를 사용하여 수표면에 형성되는 방전조건을 변화시키고자 하였다. 전류-전압특성과 오존발생특성을 조사하였고 방전현상을 관찰하기 위해 유리구슬 유전체를 사용한 경우의 방전모양을 사진 촬영하여 분석하였다. 수표면에 발생되는 수돌기의 크기는 교락현상(breakdown)의 원인이 될 수 있고 따라서 오존발생량을 감소시킨다. 본 연구에서는 수표면 바로 아래에 서로 다른 유전율을 갖는 유전체구를 투입함으로써 과도한 크기의 수돌기(Tayler cone)의 놀이를 제한할 수 있었다. 이에 따라, 유전체구를 사용하지 않은 경우보다 많은 양의 오존을 발생시킬 수 있었다. 수중에 투입되는 유전체의 유전율이 증가함에 따라 방전이 시작되는 전압을 앞당길 수 있었고 강유전체구를 사용한 경우 최대 110[ppmv]의 오존발생량을 얻을 수 있었다.

A Proposal for Inverse Demand Curve Production of Cournot Model for Application to the Electricity Market

  • At present, the Cournot model is one of the most commonly used theories to analyze the gaming situation in an oligopoly type market. However, several problems exist in the successful application of this model to the electricity market. The representative one is obtaining the inverse demand curve able to be induced from the relationship between market price and demand response. In the Cournot model, each player offers their generation quantity to obtain maximum profit, which is accomplished by reducing their quantity compared with available total capacity. As stated above, to obtain the probable Cournot equilibrium to reflect the real market situation, we have to induce the correct demand function first of all. Usually the correlation between price and demand appears over the long-term through statistical data analysis (for example, regression analysis) or by investigating consumer utility functions of several consumer groups classified as residential, industrial, and commercial. However, the elasticity has a tendency to change continuously according to the total market demand size or the level of market price. Therefore it should be updated as the trading period passes by. In this paper we propose a method for inducing and updating this price elasticity of demand function for more realistic market equilibrium.

우리나라 오염총량관리제도의 개선 및 적용: 1. 안양천 유역의 오염부하량 산정 (Improvement and Application of Total Maximum Daily Load Management System of Korea: 1. Calculation of Total Amount of Pollutant Load in the Anyangcheon Watershed)

  • This study modifies the present total maximum daily load (TMDL) system of Ministry of Environment and applies to the Anyangcheon watershed. Hydrologic Simulation Program-FORTRAN (HSPF) model is used to simulate both runoff and non-point source pollution, simultaneously, instead of QUAL2E. The drought flow (355th daily flow) is proposed for the target water quantity since it is easier to satisfy low flow (275th daily flow) for the target water quality than drought flow. The increase of discharge is more than the increase of pollutant load except for the period under low flow. The measured unit loads for non-point source are used to consider the regional runoff characteristics. The measured water quantity and quality data are used since the ministry of environment supports only water quality. This analysis results show some reasons for the improvement of the present TMDL system of Korea.
