선천성 식도폐쇄를 가진 식이장애 환아의 치아우식 치료 증례 보고 (DENTAL CARIES TREATMENT IN FEEDING PROBLEM PATIENT WITH CONGENITAL ESOPHAGEAL ATRESIA : A CASE REPORT)

  • 저자는 선천적 식도폐쇄로 인한 섭식장애를 가진 5세 환아에 대한 임상적 및 방사선학적 관찰을 통해 다음과 같은 지견을 얻었다. 1. 환아는 식도-기관 누공을 동반하는 선천성 식도폐쇄로 인해 위절제술 및 식도 문합술을 시행받았다. 2. 환아는 잦은 음식 섭취와 구토로 치아부식과 함께 다발성 치아우식증 소견을 보이고 있다. 3. 환아의 구강 위생 관리 및 우식 예방을 위해 정기적인 치과 내원과 가정에서 체계적인 관리가 필요하며, 식이와 관련된 재활 치료가 필요하다.

Computer-Based Training Program to Facilitate Learning of the Relationship between Facial-Based and Situation-Based Emotions and Prosocial Behaviors

  • Individuals with autistic spectrum disorders (ASD) have difficulty inferring other people's feelings from their facial expressions and/or from situational cues, and therefore, they are less able to respond with prosocial behavior. We developed a computer-based training program to help teach the connection between facial-based or situation-based emotions and prosocial behavioral responses. An 8-year-old male school child with ASD participated in the study. In this program, he was trained to identify persons in need of help and appropriate prosocial responses using novel photo-based scenarios. When he misidentified emotions from photographs of another's face, the program highlighted those parts of the face which effectively communicate emotion. To increase the likelihood that he would learn a generalized repertoire of emotional understanding, multiple examples of emotional expressions and situations were provided. When he misidentified persons expressing a need for help, or failed to identify appropriate helping behaviors, role playing was used to help him appreciate the state of mind of a person in need of help. The results of the training indicated increases in prosocial behaviors during a laboratory task that required collaborative work. His homeroom teacher, using a behavioral rating scale, reported that he now understood another's emotion or situation better than before training. These findings indicate the effects of the training are not limited to the artificial experiment situation, but also carried over to his school life.

ICD 연계 한의질병분류를 위한 전제로서의 공통개념어 연구 (Study on Common Conceptual Terms as a Premise for Korean Classification of Disease in Oriental Medicine in Connection with ICD-10)

  • In order to classify diseases of oriental medicine in liaison with International Classification of Diseases, there should be intermediation and sharing concepts between the two in addition to proper classification. Classification units were settled for differentiation of diseases or syndromes first. And second, the standard forms of disease classification system were proposed. Third, this classification system was made of serial groupings of syndrome under the traditional disease name. Fourth, the location of disease and the interrelation between different syndromes were depicted with diagram in order to define more clearly. As the results and conclusion, The classification units were composed of 2 categories; topology, organ, meridian, somatic structure, body fluid units for description and various regulatory unit terms of western and traditional medicine for explanation. The mixed classification model of western diseases and traditional syndromes(證) was adopted as a fundamental classification system containing disease by exterior pathogen, systemic internal diseases, psychoneuronal diseases, metabolic diseases, diseases of sense organs, supportive structure diseases, obstetric-gynecology diseases, child diseases, 4-type constitutional diseases. And those were differentiated with generalized, localized, functional, oncogenic, environmental features in detail. The cause, site, condition, dispositions must be expressed in each disease name too. The types of diagnosis using classification system are principal and final diagnosis, principal procedure, main conditions, and these are applied to this Korean classification system equally. For more clarification of differentiation, a plane topological map and three dimensional coordinates were proposed to manifest the location, features and relation of disease itself or each other.

  • 성능기초설계를 위한 기존의 설계방법 및 지침은 플랫 플레이트구조의 내진성능을 정확히 예측하지 못한다. 이전의 연구에서는 슬래브-기둥 접합부에 대하여 비선형 유한요소해석를 이용한 변수연구를 수행하였으며, 해석결과 및 기존실험결과에 근거하여 플랫 플레이트 접합부의 휨모멘트 강도와 최대변형능력을 추정할 수 있는 설계방법을 개발하였다. 본 연구에서는 선행연구결과와 비선형 해석결과에 근거하여 플랫 플레이트구조의 일반화된 모멘트-변형각의 관계를 제안하였으며, 기존 실험결과와의 비교를 통해 검증하였다. 또한 풍하중을 받는 플랫 플레이트구조의 변형을 쉽게 구할 수 있도록 0.2% 층간변위비에 대한 슬래브의 강성보정계수를 제안하였다.

예비중등교사의 수학화 경험을 위한 교수단원의 설계: 수 분할 모델의 탐구 (A design of teaching units for experiencing mathematising of secondary pre-service teachers: Inquiry into number partition models)

  • 본 연구에서는 예비중등교사의 수학화 경험을 위해, 초보적인 상황의 문제를 기반으로 수를 분할하는 문제로 일반화하여, 수의 분할에 관한 일련의 문제 및 상황을 제공하는데 적절한 수 분할 모델을 고안하고, 그것을 탐구하는 교수단원 <분할 모델의 탐구>를 Wittmann의 교수단원 사상에 따라 설계한다. 이 연구에서 설계하는 <분할 모델의 탐구>는 (1) 실마리 문제 (2) 분할 관점에서의 통합 (3) 분할 모델의 정의 (4) 분할 모델을 활용한 탐구의 네 단계로 이루어진다. 이 교수단원이 예비중등수학 교사교육에 기여할 수 있는 바는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 예비교사들로 하여금 수학화를 경험할 수 있게 해준다. 둘째, 예비교사들로 하여금 학교수학과 학문수학의 연결을 볼 수 있게 한다. 셋째, 에비교사들의 수학적 창의력을 기르는데 도움이 될 수 있다.

Bandwidth Management of WiMAX Systems and Performance Modeling

  • WiMAX has been introduced as a competitive alternative for metropolitan broadband wireless access technologies. It is connection oriented and it can provide very high data rates, large service coverage, and flexible quality of services (QoS). Due to the large number of connections and flexible QoS supported by WiMAX, the uplink access in WiMAX networks is very challenging since the medium access control (MAC) protocol must efficiently manage the bandwidth and related channel allocations. In this paper, we propose and investigate a cost-effective WiMAX bandwidth management scheme, named the WiMAX partial sharing scheme (WPSS), in order to provide good QoS while achieving better bandwidth utilization and network throughput. The proposed bandwidth management scheme is compared with a simple but inefficient scheme, named the WiMAX complete sharing scheme (WCPS). A maximum entropy (ME) based analytical model (MEAM) is proposed for the performance evaluation of the two bandwidth management schemes. The reason for using MEAM for the performance evaluation is that MEAM can efficiently model a large-scale system in which the number of stations or connections is generally very high, while the traditional simulation and analytical (e.g., Markov models) approaches cannot perform well due to the high computation complexity. We model the bandwidth management scheme as a queuing network model (QNM) that consists of interacting multiclass queues for different service classes. Closed form expressions for the state and blocking probability distributions are derived for those schemes. Simulation results verify the MEAM numerical results and show that WPSS can significantly improve the network’s performance compared to WCPS.

남북상사중재에 있어 중재인 선정방식에 관한 연구 (A Study on Improving a Method of the Appointment of Arbitrators in Inter-Korean Commercial Arbitration)

  • Appointment of arbitrators is very important in arbitration. As it has been a long laps since Korean peninsula was devided into two parts, South and North, it has come to be too much gaps between South and North in the law, social system, commercial practice and etc.. South Korea is familar to international commercial practice and capitalistic legal system generalized internationally in modern times. On the other hand as North Korea was closed society for a long time, they are not familar to international commercial practice and market economy. In this connection, commercial disputes arising from the transactions between South and North will occur frequently and it will be very difficult to select governing law or commercial practice referred to the disputes. Under the circumstances, when and if an arbitrator from South or North will be appointed as presiding arbitrator in the tribunal composed by three arbitrators, the part from which the presiding arbitrator come will be a majority, and it will be advantageous to the parties came from the part of which the presiding arbitrator come from. Such being the case, sole arbitrator or presiding arbitrator needs to be appointed among foreigner. Otherwise I recommend the tribunal composed by two arbitrators and umpire system. As to arbitrator's fee, as there is a big gap in its economic aspects between South and North, I supposed to need establishing the fund made by corporation with South and North in order to compensate arbitrators from South or abroad for their fee. Finally it is more important to prevent disputes arising from transactions between South and North. In order to prevent the disputes, education for North Korean about international commercial practice and skill to make a contract of international sale of goods and investment are needed.

전자무역 확산을 위한 글로벌 인증시스템의 개선방안에 관한 연구 -아이덴트러스 인증시스템을 중심으로- (A Study on Improved Global Certification System for Global Electronic Trade Expansion -Based on the Identrus Certification System-)

  • The objective of this study has two folds. The first is to investigate current global certification system and the second is to suggest some possible solutions for expanding global e-trade networks. Both research and industrial communities recognize the importance of global certification problems in connection with global e-trade payment because global e-trade volume continue to grow. But not many research results have been reported to the communities in identifying some barriers against active global certification systems. This paper intents to suggest some possible solutions for improved global certification system and the results are summarized as follows: First, strict certification structure has to be relaxed by considering diverse mutual certification methods in global e-trade practice. This paper provides some comparative results about mutual certification methods among different nations. Second, numerous business models have to be derived such that they can be applied to other global certification applications than global e-trade. Third, global certified networks have to be expanded beyond mutual certification level. Once the certified structure among different nations have been established then diverse certified authority channels have to be implemented. Finally, since Korea has already established very good public certification infrastructure within the nation this platform has to be positioned in the center of global e-trade networks. This paper has of course to accept a critique such as this study provided limited results to generalized global e-trade certification model, and therefore empirical study for assessing robust model should be pursued in the future.

부분강절로 연결된 평면뼈대구조의 엄밀한 접선강도행렬 및 안정성 해석프로그램 개발 (Exact Tangent Stiffness Matrix and Buckling Analysis Program of Plane Frames with Semi-Rigid Connections)

  • 일반적인 강구조물의 연결은 강절(rigid) 또는 활절(hinge)로 취급되고 있으나 실제 강구조물은 연결부위에서 부재간의 상대적인회전이 허용됨으로 인해 부분강절(semi-rigid)의 특성을 갖게 된다. 본 연구에서는 부분강절을 회전스프링으로 가정하여 부재 단부에 적용시킨 평면 뼈대구조물의 엄밀한 접선강도행렬을 유도하고 이를 다시 탄성강도행렬과 기하학적 강도행렬로 분리 유도함으로써 부분강절을 갖는 평면 뼈대구조물의 안정성해석을 위한 일반화된 해석방법을 제시하고자 한다. 이를 위하여, 보-기둥부재의 좌굴조건을 만족시키는 처짐함수로부터 안정함수(stability function)를 유도하고, 횡변위(sway)를 고려한 힘-변위관계와 적합조건을 고려하여 정확한 접선강도행렬을 제시하였다. 본 연구의 타당성과 실용성 제고를 위해 두 가지 방법에 의한 수치해석프로그램을 개발하였고 다양한 해석예제를 통해, 타 연구자 해석 결과와 비교하고 부분강절이 구조물의 좌굴강도에 미치는 영향에 대하여 조사한다.

다중체계 인증을 이용한 중요 시스템 보안 접근에 관한 연구 (A Study of Authentication of Using Multi-factor)

  • 현재 인터넷에 대한 사고는 급증하는 추세이고, 대부분의 웹서버들이 해킹 및 스파이웨어 등의 방법을 통해 위협을 받고 있다. 많은 보안사고중 커다란 비중을 차지하고 있는 사고는 인증정보의 분실 및 인가되지 않는 내부의 사용자에 의해 이루어지고 있다. 또한 중요 정보시스템에 접근하여 작업을 하고자 할 때는 보안의 중요성이 더욱 강조되고 있다. 이에 많은 곳에서는 생체인증을 통하여 접근하는 방식을 사용하고 있다. OTP로 여러 시스템에 접근하고자 할 경우 여러 개의 디바이스를 지녀야 하며 생체인증의 경우 오인식율과 오거부율의 위협을 안고 있다. 또한 OTP를 분실 하였을 경우 중요 정보시스템에 접근이 가능하여 보안 문제를 유발할 수 있다. 이에 본 연구에서는 모바일 RFID리더와 Tag, 접근자의 휴대폰을 분리하여 분실에 대한 위험을 감소시키고, 모바일 RFID리더와 Tag의 접촉으로 난수 인증키를 관리 시스템에서 발생하도록 하였다. 발생된 난수 인증키의 경우 미리 등록이 되어 있는 사용자의 휴대폰으로 전송하므로 기존의 ID Password의 접속 방식보다 한 차원 높은 보안방식이다. 즉 아직까지 보편화되지 않는 모바일 RFID를 중요 정보시스템에 접근하는 인증방식의 도구로 사용하는 방법에 대해 연구하였다.
