Recently, the use of media has become a daily life due to Covid-19, and education using media has expanded for teenagers. The purpose of this study is to empirically verify how media usage characteristics affect social relationships and school adaptation through the self-efficiency and immersion of teenagers at the youth education site. This study was collected and distributed questionnaires to 250 high school students in Seoul from November 14 to November 21, 2020. The results of the study were derived with a total of 249 questionnaires, excluding one missing questionnaire, and the hypothesis was verified using a Covariance Structure Analysis. Research has shown that, first, the existing, individual, and utility among the characteristics of using youth media have a significant effect on self-efficiency, respectively. Second, only entertainment among the characteristics of youth media use was found to have a significant effect on immersion. Third, immersion has a significant definition effect on school adaptation, and self-efficiency has been shown to have a definition impact on social relationships. Based on this study, we believe that it will be used as a fundamental resource for the development of youth media usage and policy direction in the age of the ever-changing Covid-19.

This study analyzed the management efficiency of jujube, bitter persimmon, and chestnut farms using data envelopment analysis (DEA). And this study analyzed causes affecting management inefficiency of those farms using the two-step method. The main findings are as follows. First, as self and employment labor costs are increased, it is important to reduce labor costs which account for 60~70% of the total production cost. Second, efforts to improve management efficiency are needed as overall efficiency of farms were decreased. Third, a pesticide cost per 10a representing a level of pesticide had a negative effect or did not have a statistically significant effect on the management efficiency. This implies that expanding environment-friendly production by reducing pesticides is effective for improving the management efficiency. Fourth, as leading farms were more efficient than general farms, technology dissemination and education through leading farms are important for improving efficiency, and efforts are needed to promote exchange between leading and general farms.
The purpose of this study is to provide with basic information on application of hand acupuncture as a complementary and alternative therapy by giving some recognition of efficiency and effectiveness of hand acupuncture. According to socio-demographical analysis. the questioned could be classified firstly as age (40-49 : 32.5%. 30-39 : 24.9%. 50-59 : 21.9%. 60-69 : 14.7%. 20-29 : 6.0%). secondly gender (male 36.6%. female 63.4%). thirdly occupation (housewife: 43.8%. self-employed: 15.5%. company-employee: 14.8%). fourthly education (high school graduate: 41.9%, college graduate: 37.9%), and lastly monthly-income (1 to 2 million: 51.4%. 2 to 3 million: 20,3%) 2, As for the general aspects related to hand acupuncture. 80,0% of the respondents answered almost zero for the monthly average number of visit to hospital and 15.5% responded 1 to 2 visits, 6,2% of the respondents is complaining of a disorder of digestive system. 19,0% circulatory disease, 10.7% bad nervous system. By utilizing hand acupuncture, 84% of the questioned have following experiences in curing diseases: digestive system 47.3%, circulatory system 9.3%, nervous system 8.3%, 54,1% are curing 1 to 2 and 10.3% 3 to 4 patients on a daily basis with hand acupuncture. Research on the demerits of giving medical treatment with hand acupuncture shows 23,8% are feeling economic burden. 16.6% difficulty of learning and 16.2% weak theoretical backgrounds. 3. Among the efficiency recognition, possibility of general application is average 4,29 and simple treatment is 4,19. economic merits 4.36. possibility of establishment with supplementary and alternative medicine 4.17, medical effectiveness 4.09. 4, As a result of demographical analysis on the efficiency and effectiveness of hand acupuncture therapy, it appears that the recognition of efficiency based on occupation and the recognition of effectiveness based on monthly income are most significant to be noticed. In an orderly fashion. government-employee, self-employed, company-employee. and then housewife have perceived hand acupuncture very efficiently, And those who recognize hand acupuncture to be most effective are people earn 1 million to 2 million won a month, 5. The efficiency(p = .003) and effectiveness (p= .049) of hand acupuncture therapy by number of visit to hospital were statiscally significant, and effectiveness of hand acupuncture therapy by disease exist was statiscally significant (p= .033).
This study was done to determine the factors influencing smoking-cessation behavior in female university students. A total of 534 students participated in this cross sectional study by answering a questionnaire. The data collection was done between September 1 and October 31, 1997 The measurement tools used in this study were the self help change process scale (Cronbach's alpha=.9930 : developed by Oh & Kim, 1996) for smoking-cessation behaviors, the self efficacy scale(Cronbach's alpha=.8250 : developed by Sherer et al, 1982), the sex role acceptance scale (KR-20=.7757 : developed by Kim, 1991) and the social support scale(Cronbach's alpha=.9172 : developed by Park, 1985). The summarized results are follows : 1. The mean scores for smoking-cessation behaviors in smokers (N=150) was 91.72 that was considered a middle score compared to the total possible score of measurement tool (150.0). The mean score for smoking-cessation behaviors by smoking-cessation step showed significant different between the groups(F=11.71, p=.000). 2. The group with no experience in smoking(N=332) showed a high general self efficacy score (t=5.24, p=.000), and more openness to sex role acceptance(t=-2.15, p=.032) compared to the group with smoking experience (N=202). 3. General self efficacy, sex role acceptance, and social support were not different significantly between the groups according to the steps in smoking-cessation. 4. Significant factors influencing smoking-cessation behavior (total, sub concepts) were religion, sex role acceptance, social support, smoking duration, smoking attitude, time of smoking onset, amount of smoking, drinking, and perception of health status. 5. Smoking-cessation behaviors which explained 11% of the variance were smoking attitude, and smoking duration. In conclusion, this study identified factors influencing smoking-cessation behavior. Thereby it will help in the development of smoking-cessation intervention strategies. For future research, exploration other determinants of smoking cessation behaviors, evaluation of intervention efficiency, and comparative study by gender characteristics are needed.
High combustion efficiency of hydrogen could make it an ideal source of green energy in the future. At this time, high pressure vessel is the most reasonable method of storing hydrogen. However, such a high pressurized vessel could pose a critical threat if ruptured. For this reason, it is important to understand the mechanism of hydrogen's self-ignition when a high-pressure hydrogen released into air. This paper presents several visualization images as experimental results using high-speed camera. From the visualization images, the ignition is initiated near rupture disk immediately after failure of disk. And the initial ignition and flame is stronger as a rupture pressure increases. However, this ignition region do not affect the general self-ignition mechanism when a high-pressure hydrogen is released into air through tue after failure of disk.
