The study investigates the relationship and influence between religiosity, reward, and engagement in the public administration sector, both directly and causally via moderation. This study involved one hundred and twenty-three respondents in three local government organizations in Malang City, East Java Province, Indonesia, namely, the Malang City General Hospital, the Population and Civil Registry Office, and the Investment Office. The sampling method uses stratified random sampling from the total population of civil servants in Malang in the three institutions. The data analysis model of this study uses a quantitative approach with a unit of data analysis using the path analysis method. The analytical tools used are smart-PLS and SPSS. The results reveal that the direct combined effect of reward and religiosity has a positive and significant influence on the engagement. However, moderation between reward and commitment, which is bridged by religiosity, does not show positive and significant results. The non-positive relationship shown by testing moderation concludes that there is a separation of purpose between the portion of religiosity in the world of work, where religiosity in this study is only described as part of the concept of worship, and the relationship between the person and his God.

We consider the development of an integer programming model and algorithm for the ATM switching node location problem. There are two kinds of facilities, hub facilities and remote facilities, with different capacities and installation costs. Each customer needs to be connected to one or more hub facilities via remote facilities, where the hub(remote) facilities need to be installed at the same candidate installation site of hub(remote) facility. We are given a set of customers with each demand requirements, a set of candidate installation sites of facilities, and connection costs between facilities, We need to determine the locations to place facilities, the number of facilities for each selected location, the set of customers who are connected to each installed hub facilities via installed remote facilities with minimum costs, while satisfying demand requirements of each customer. We formulate this problem as a general integer programming problem and solve it to optimality. In this paper, we develop a branch-and-cut algorithm with path variables. In the algorithm, we consider the integer knapsack polytope and derive valid inequalities. Computational experiments show that the algorithm works well in the real world situation. The results of this research can be used to develop optimization algorithms to solve capacitated facility location problems.
This study describes associated factors of readmission of 213 inpatients from an university hospital in Seoul. This retrospective study reviewed medical records of patients who discharged from a hospital stay for general diseases between 1 August 1995 and 31 October 1995, Cases were 68 discharge patients with an unplanned readmission within 30 days of discharge from an index stay. And the other cases are 145 patients who had more than two discharges and didn't have an unplanned readmission within 30 days. Logistic regression model was analyzed and the results were as follows; 1. duration of readmission, rate of unpayed, room, path, and risk of disease were more likely to be readmitted unexpectedly than the expected readmission patients. 2. early readmission, low risk condition group, and inadquateness of discharge plann for patients had unplanned radmissions rather than planned readmissions. Therefore, discharge planning education to health care provider is required and assessement of discharge planning should be evaluated. Readmissions are usually for related problems that arose during the original hopitaliztion and caused cost problems. Especially the unplanned readmissions are frequently preventable. Ultimately, models for readmissions can serve as a valuable clinical tool for target high-risk patients and older patients and with this kind of tools we can reduce hospital readmissions and maintain high-quality of inpatient care.
Using a successive removal approach the mechanism of sampling capture efficiency of blue crabs by dredges was studied in Chesapeake Bay during winter 1992. For the twenty-six field experiments no significant statistical differences were detected in dredge efficiency using general linear model analysis by factors including bottom sediments, water depths, and sampling vessels. Dredge efficiency (i.e., catchability) was estimated by two methods, Leslie (Leslie and Davis, 1939) and a simple revised method. Mean catchability was estimated at 0.26 (SE=0.03), indicating that only $26\%$($95\%\;C. I.=20{\sim}32\%$) of crabs present in the path of the dredge of a given sampling area are caught with a single dredge tow. Dredge efficiency declined exponentially as crab density increased.
Temperature variation according to space and time on the inner parts of engineering constructions(e.g.: dam, slope) can be a basic information for diagnosing their safety problem. In general, as constructions become superannuated, structural deformation(e.g.: cracks, defects) could be occurred by various factors. Seepage or leakage of water through these cracks or defects in old dams will directly cause temperature anomaly. Groundwater level also can be easily observed by abrupt change of temperature on the level. This study shows that the position of seepage or leakage in dam body can be detected by multi-channel temperature monitoring using thermal line sensor. For this, diverse temperature monitoring experiments for a leakage physical model were performed in the laboratory. In field application of an old earth fill dam, temperature variations for water depth and for inner parts of boreholes located at downstream slope were measured. Temperature monitoring results for a long time at the bottom of downstream slope of the dam showed the possibility that temperature monitoring can provide the synthetic information about flowing path and quantity of seepage of leakage in dam body.

Nowadays, it is expected that mobility loads such as electric railways and electric vehicles will be penetrated gradually and affect on the power system stability by their load characteristics. Various researches have been carried out about electric vehicles for the recent decade though the load of electric railway could be forecasted because of the specified path and timetable, is a field with a long historic background. Some precise 5th polynomial equations are required to analyze the power system stability considering mobility load to be increased in the immediate future while the electric railway dispatching simulator uses load models with constant power and constant impedance for the system analysis. In this paper, seasonal urban railway load models are established as the form of 5th polynomial equations and substation load modeling methods are proposed merging railway station load models and general load models. Additionally, load management effects by the load modeling are confirmed through the case studies, in which seasonal load models are developed for Seoul Subway Line No. 2, Gyeongui Line and Airport Railroad and the substation load change is analyzed according to the railway load change.

While previous studies on service failures mainly focused on general services, this study examines the effects of failed financial services on the psychological process and behavioral responses of consumers. The important factors of financial service (relational benefits, convenience, branch satisfaction, product diversity, company stability, and product profitability) are regarded as antecedents in our model. We study how each factor of failed financial service affects the negative emotions of consumers through the attribution process and how these arising emotions influence their behavioral responses. Through path analysis, this study shows that failure of service factors of relational benefits, branch satisfaction, and convenience induces disappointment, with the mediation effect of external attribution. Meanwhile, failure of service factors of product diversity and product profitability induces regret, with the mediation effect of internal attribution. Disappointment leads to complaint behavior, and regret leads to switching behavior. Unlike previous studies, the present one considers the important factors of financial service and their effects on the affective and behavioral responses of consumers.
The purpose of this study was to investigated on the degree of interest of manners education before and attitude and behavior change satisfaction of post-manners education for Women's University Students. The data for this study were collected from 518 subjects, who were Sookmyng Women's University Students in November, 1996. The subjects were analyzed by Cronbach's α, Frequency, Percentage, Mean, Anova, Factor analysis, Multiple Regression, and Path Analysis. The results were as follows; 1) The general tendency of students' degree of interest of manners education before for Women's University Students was high. 2) Attitude and behavioral change satisfaction of post-manners education was some high. Among the variables, individual life manners, family relations manners, job manner, and wedding ceremony were some high then the other manners areas. 3) The variables of the positive influences for students attitude and behavioral change satisfaction of post-manners education were degree of interest of manners education before, mother's age, grade, major, university life-satisfaction, and mother's job, negative influence variables was family life-satisfaction. 4) The intermediated variable of attitude and behavioral change satisfaction of post-manners education was degree of interest of manners education before and university life-satisfaction. We hope this study to be used as basic data for developing manners education model in university. We also expect further studies on university manners education with precise scale and sampling.
Debt was defined as all kinds of borrowings made by families in including credit card debt. The purpose of the study was to investigate the effects of family debt management on financial satisfaction. A model of debt management and financial satisfaction was developed based on the Deacon-Firebaugh's systems approach to family resource management and the variables comprising input throughput and output were based on the theoretical background asnd previous researches. Data were collected from 763 households' money managers residing in Seoul during Summer of 1995 and the statistical methods utilized included correlation coefficient multiple regression and path analyses. It was responded about 82% of the households had been indebted indicating the use of debt being a general way of living in this society. The results showed that financial satisfaction lowered with larger amount of monthly debt payment and with their uncertiainty regarding their capability to repay debt. The input which exerted direct effects on financial satisfaction were income asset financial expectations and family life cycle. And consumption demand on debt and easiness in extending credit had strong indirect effects on financial satisfaction via the throughput variables. The most powerful predictor of financial satisfaction via the throughput variables. The most powerful predictor of financial satisfaction was perceived difficulty in managing debt which was the instrumental output.
Despite the increasing influence of the game, the general perception of the game is still negative. In addition, there is a lack of understanding of game users. Therefore, this study aimed to grasp the user's motivation factors related to the good use of the game and to understand the positive and negative effects of the game on the user's attitude. The results of this study can be used to improve understanding of game users in the future, strengthen the competitiveness of the game industry, and improve youth guidance.
