IPTV functions not only as media player that does play the broadcasting industry's contents, also as the gateway is guaranteed of QoS(Quality of Service). This is for free contents-sharing that device stores contents using home network circumstance, and is for watching with seamless network service. Also this have required next QoS model that can handle stably as it may contain more data of the small computing device in next generation home system. We need ubiquitous-oriented QoS's design and development project that focuses on internal and external media service, not the existing QoS nor one-sided QoS of media sevice industry. This paper focuses on network module development. This supports IPTV in media industry and two-way capability of QoS highlighting multimedia service in network industry. In additional, this can handle stably the multiplex signal of USN/RFID as the representative ubiquitous and home network that services high-speed wire and wireless interface, and support the seamless u-QoS.

2005년 유틸리티 산업분야 국제표준 규약으로서 IEC61850이 발표된 이후, 변전소 자동화 시스템 설계 및 구현을 위한 새로운 패러다임으로 인식되고 있다. 현재, 유럽시장을 중심으로 IEC61850 규약과 호환되는 많은 제품들이 출시되고 있고 다양한 구현사례를 통해 그 적용가능성 및 타당성이 검증되고 있다. 그러나, 변전소 자동화의 기본 통신규약으로서 IEC61850이 도입될 경우, 이미 기존에 설치되어 운용중인 수많은 전력설비 감시/제어 시스템 및 상위 제어센터와의 통신 호환성 문제가 발생되며, 향후, IEC61850 기반의 디지털변전소 확대 적용에 장애 요인으로 대두되고 있다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위해 IEC61850 기반의 변전소자동화 용 게이트웨이 시스템을 설계하고 구현하였다. 제안된 시스템은 기존에 운용되고 있는 전력설비 감시/제어 시스템과의 호환성 제공은 물론, 변전소 내의 IEC61850 IED들과 상위제어센터 내의 송변전 SCADA 시스템간 통신 및 상호운영성을 제공한다. 또한, 시스템의 가용성 및 신뢰성을 보장하기 위한 이중화 메커니즘을 지원한다.

TCN(train communication network) standard was approved in 1999 by the IEC (IEC 61375-1) and IEEE (IEEE 1473-T) organizations to warrant a reliable train and equipment interoperability. TCN defines the set of communication vehicle buses and train buses. The MVB(multifunction vehicle bus) defines the data communication interface of equipment located in a vehicle and the WTB(wire train bus) defines the data communication interface between vehicles. The WTB and each MVB will be connected over a node acting as gateway. Also, to support applications demanding a high reliability, the standard defines a redundancy scheme in which the bus may be double-line and redundant-node implemented. In this paper we have presented protocol analysis platform for the WTB redundancy which is part of TCN system, to verify communication state of high-speed trains. As a confirmation of its validity, the technology described in this paper has been successfully applied to state monitoring and protocol verification of redundancy WTB based on TCN.

최근 많은 산업용 기기들은 외부 모니터링과 제어 시스템에 프로토콜 호환성 문제에 직면하고 있다. 본 논문은 산업, 통신 프로토콜 변환과 제어 및 모니터링을 지원하기 위해 메인 제어 보드를 제작하였다. 산업용 통신 게이트웨이 모듈은 CAN 버스 및 이더넷 프로토콜을 지원하도록 설계되었다. 메인 보드 프로세서는 ATMEGA2560 사용하고, 서브 보드 RS485 시리얼 슬롯 4개를 배치하였다. 이들 슬롯을 통하여 아날로그 및 디지털 I/O를 제공하여 제어 및 모니터링에 사용할 수 있다.

Purpose In this study, the difficulties were analyzed with the field data from two domestic and interview with industry practitioners. And We presented initiatives with feasibilities to overcome the hurdle for progress of easy-payment. Design/methodology/approach We collected industry data from two domestic credit card companies and analyzed that data to prove 7 proposition in detail. Also We had interview data from industry practitioners who can understand the relationship between stakeholders. For this analysis, we used the causal loop diagram to find activation inhibition and activation elements about easy-payment. Findings The Fintech easy-payment industry has been organically involved in various partners such as customers, merchants, PGs, VANs, credit card issuers, banks, payment providers, terminal manufacturers, etc. and they have been competing against each other to hold leader position in the easy-payment market. Because of the reasons, the easy-payment does not spread out as much as it expects. In this study, the difficulties were analyzed with the field data and interview with industry practitioners and proposed five initiatives with feasibilities to overcome the hurdle for progress of easy-payment. This study helps to understand current situation and issues of Fintech and easy-payment for related research in future.

본 논문에서는 GPRS망으로 이동한 이동 ISP 가입자가 GPRS망을 접속하여 무선 인터넷 서비스를 받을 때 필요한 홈 ISP망의 동적 내 주소할당에 대한 문제점을 살펴보고 그 해결 방안으로 홈 ISP망 내 특수(specific) DHCP Relay를 개발하여 운영하는 방법을 제시했다. 실제 GPRS core network testbed와 ISP망을 구축하고 특수 DHCP Relay를 개발해서 GPRS망으로 이동한 이동 ISP 가입자에게 홈 ISP망의 동적 IP 주소 할당을 과정과 결과를 시뮬레이션을 통해 확인하였다.

본 논문에서는 인터넷 정보가전 제어를 위하여 무선 통합 서비스를 설계 제안한다. 무선 통신은 블루투스와 CDMA를 사용하고 휴대폰과 PDA와 같은 무선 단말기로 집안의 정보가전을 원격에서 제어한다. 정보가전 제어를 위하여 XML 메시지와 SMS 정보가전 메시지 형식을 설계한다. 흠 게이트웨이에는 모바일 에이전트와 정보가전 메시지 처리기를 설계 구현한다. 휴대폰과 PDA용 정보가전 통합 리모콘을 설계 구현하고 검증을 위해서 웹상에 동작하는 정보가전 시뮬레이터를 구현하여 테스트한다.

본 논문은 기존의 헬스케어 서비스의 한계를 극복하기 위해 최근 대두되고 있는 스마트 헬스케어 서비스(smart healthcare service)에 관한 연구이다. 스마트 헬스케어는 스마트폰의 기능에 맞추어 기초체력 운동 지수, 섭취 칼로리, 심박 체크 등의 다양한 서비스를 제공할 수 있지만, 최근에는 보건의료서비스에 특화시켜 환자와 의사가 직 간접적으로 진료를 할 수 있게끔 하는 스마트폰 환경에서의 원격진료 서비스가 부각되고 있다. 그러나 스마트 헬스케어 시스템에 기존의 병원정보시스템과 연동되기 위해서는 의료정보전송 표준인 HL7을 지원해야 한다. 이에 본 논문에서는 스마트 헬스케어 시스템의 게이트웨이에서 동작하는 HL7 표준 변환 모듈을 설계 구현하였다.

The major source of carbon monoxide (CO) at the Earth's surface is the incomplete combustion of biomass and fossil fuels. Because the global lifetime of CO is about two months, it can be used as a tracer for pollution from anthropogenic activities and biomass hurtling. In this paper, we introduced the principle and algorithm of the Measurement of Pollution in the Troposphere (MOPITT) instrument for global CO monitoring. The MOPITT instrument, which was launched on the Satellite Terra in 1999, measures CO column and mixing ratio based on gas correlation radiometry. CO levels can be determined by a retrieval algorithm based on the maximum likelihood method minimizing the difference between observed and modeled radiances. MOPITT level 2 data (HDF format) can be downloaded through the Earth Observing System (EOS) data gateway of NASA. ASCII files of CO parameters can be extracted from HDF files, and then temporal and spatial distributions can be obtained. Finally, we showed an example of CO monitoring in April 2000. The locations of forest fires and distribution of MOPITT CO clearly indicated that not only anthropogenic emissions but also forest fires play an important role in CO levels and global CO distribution. Our introduction to MOPITT and the example of MOPITT data interpretation would be helpful for scientists who want to use the EOS data.

시스템에 접근하려는 합법적 이용자를 구분하거나 승인하는 수단으로, 아이디(ID)와 패스워드 조합을 통한 인증 기법은 사용자에게 익숙하고, 단순하며, 비교적 수월하게 적용할 수 있다. 그러나 단일 요소를 이용하는 현재의 패스워드 인증 기법은 강력한 보안을 제공하지 않으며, 관리의 허술함으로 많은 문제점을 포함하고 있다. 또한 개별 사용자에게 패스워드 관리에 대한 모든 책임을 부과할 수 없기 때문에 보안성이 강화된 개선된 인증 기법이 필요하다. 이 논문에서는 반응시간의 적절한 범위를 확인하고, 수신 장치를 통해 SMS를 이용한 양방향 이중 인증의 새롭고, 개선된 기법을 제안한다.
