양면 마이크로 패턴 차량용 후육 라이트 가이드의 사출성형 패턴 전사성에 관한 연구 (Study of injection molded pattern transferability of double-sided micro-patterned automotive thick light guides)

  • In this study, we investigated the injection molding technology of thick-walled light guides, which are parts that control the light source of automotive lamps. Through injection molding analysis, the gate position that can minimize product shrinkage and deformation was selected, and a mold reflecting the analysis results was manufactured to evaluate the effect of injection speed and holding pressure on transferability during micro-pattern molding through experiments. When designing an injection mold for products with varying thicknesses, it was found that installing the gate on the side of the thicker part was advantageous for reducing volume shrinkage and deformation. It was found that the effect of shrinkage due to thickness may be greater than the position of the gate on pattern transferability. The pattern transfer error decreased as the injection speed and holding pressure increased, and it was found that increasing the injection speed was relatively effective.

As use the above natural princile and equipment, we can remove the large quantity oil by developed oil skimming ship.ming ship.

  • In this paper, a digital signal processing circuit for Position Sensitive Detectors(PSDs) is introduced to substitute the conventional analog signal processing circuit and to compensate disadvantages of the PSD. In general, the analog circuits have the problems such as noise accumulation, sensitivity for environmental changes, and high cost for manufacturing. Moreover, the intrinsic nonlinearity problem of the PSD makes it hard to measure the position accurately because it is difficult to be overcome the problem by using the conventional analog circuits, which can be solved by using the digital signal processing circuit. The circuit is implemented by using a Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA).   • The molding process can be divided into five separate steps: plastification, injection, holding, cooling, and finally ejection. In the plastic injection molding, the effect factor such as mold temperature, injection speed, packing pressure and inhomogeneous cooling under packing process affects both the article dimension and physical characteristics. Especially, the packing pressure is the most critical factor to affect molded articles quality among the packing parameters. In this paper, the CAE simulation considering the molding condition is performed to predict the faulty cause which appears in the packing process between cavities of injection molding machine. From the results of CAE simulation, the packing phenomena according to the product form and the gate position was investigated to improve the article quality and minimize the various molding defects. The effect of packing pressure and gate number on the injection molding was discussed.

  • Triode field emitters with planar-carbon-nanopaticle (CNP) cathodes were successfully fabricated using the conventional photolithography and the hotfilament chemical vapor deposition. Electron emission from a CNP triode emitter with a 12-${\mu}m$-diameter gate hole started at the gate voltage of 45 V, and the anode current reached the level of ${\sim}120$ nA at the gate voltage of 60 V, respectively. For the quantitative analysis of the Fowler-Nordheim (F-N) type emission from a CNP triode emitter, we carried out 2dimensional numerical calculation of electrostatic potential using the finite element method. As it turned out, a radial variation of electric field was very important to account for the emission from a planar emitting layer. By assuming the graphitic work function of 5 eV for CNPs, we were able to extract a consistent set of F-N parameters, together with the radial position of emitting sites.

  • 본 논문에서는 VLSI layout CAD에 있어서의 새로운 그로발 라우팅(global routing) 기법을 제안하고 이에 관하여 논하였다. 종래의 그로발 라우터에서는 핀의 위치를 모두 셀의 중앙에 두었기 때문에 신호선의 채널 사용량을 정확히 산출할 수 없었다. 그 결과 디테일드 라우팅 (detailed routing)시 배선량 overflow가 발생하여 100% 결선을 저해하는 많은 요인을 내포하고 있었다. 본 논문에서는 이러한 문제점을 모두 보완하기 위하여 핀순서를 고려한 새로운 방법의 그로발 라우팅 알고리즘을 제안하였다. 이 알고리즘을 사용하여 그로발 라우터를 실현하고, 계산기상의 실험 결과를 통하여 제안한 알고리즘의 유용성을 보였다.

  • 영상의 질 향상과 물질 분석 등을 위해 엑스선을 카운팅하여 검출하기 위한 연구가 활발하다. 본 연구에서는 MPPC 어레이를 사용하여 엑스선 포톤 카운팅을 위한 검출기를 설계하였고, 시뮬레이션을 통해 검출기 특성을 평가하였다. GATE를 사용하여 엑스선과 섬광체와 반응한 위치 정보를 획득하였고, 이 정보를 DETECT2000의 빛 발생 위치로 사용하였다. 0.5 mm와 1 mm 두께의 GAGG 섬광체를 사용하였으며, $4{\times}4$ 어레이의 MPPC를 통해 발생된 빛을 획득하였다. 각 채널별로 획득한 빛의 신호를 통해 영상을 재구성하여 설계한 검출기의 분해능을 확인하였다. 0.5 mm와 1 mm 두께의 GAGG 섬광체에서 모두 2 lp/mm 이상의 영상을 획득하였다. 본 검출기를 엑스선 시스템에 사용할 경우 포톤 카운팅이 가능한 저비용의 시스템을 구축할 수 있을 것이다.

  • The fiber-reinforced plastics and cellular injection molding process can be used to efficiently reduce the weight of battery housing components of mild hybrid electronic vehicles(MHEV) made of metal. However, the fiber orientation of fiber-reinforced plastics and the growth of foaming cells are intertwined during the injection molding process, so it is difficult to predict the mechanical properties of products in the design process. Therefore, it is necessary to evaluate the mechanical properties of the materials prior to the efficient stiffness design of the target product. In this study, a study was conducted to evaluated the mechanical properties of fiber reinforced cellular injection-molded specimens. Two types of fiber-reinforced plastics that can be used in the target product were evaluated for changes in tensile properties of cellular injection-molded specimens depending on the foaming ratio and position from the injection gate. The PP and PA66 specimens showed a decrease of tensile modulus and strength of approximately 30% and 17% depending on the foaming ratio, respectively. Also, the tensile strength decreased approximately 26% and 17% depending on the position from the injection gate, respectively. As a result, it was confirmed that the PP specimens have a significantly mechanical property degradation compared to the PA66 specimens depending on the foaming ratio and position.

  • In this paper, we have developed a general purpose motion controller using an FPGA(Field Programmable Gate Array). The multi-PID controllers on a single chip are implemented as a system-on-chip for multi-axis motion control. We also develop a PC GUI for an efficient interface control. Comparing with the commercial motion controller LM 629 it has multi-independent PID controllers so that it has several advantages such as space effectiveness, low cost and lower power consumption. In order to test the performance of the proposed controller, robot finger is controlled. The robot finger has three fingers with 2 joints each. Finger movements show that position tracking was very effective. Another experiment of balancing an inverted pendulum on a cart has been conducted to show the generality of the proposed FPGA PID controller. The controller has well maintained the balance of the pendulum.

  • The injection molding technique is a processing method widely used for the production of plastic parts. In this study, the gate position, gate size, packing time, and melt temperature were optimized to minimize both the stress and deformation that occur during the injection molding process of medical suction device components. We used a central composite design and Latin hypercube sampling to acquire the data and adopted the response surface method as an approximation method. The efficiency of the optimization of the injection molding problem was determined by comparing the results of a genetic algorithm, sequential quadratic programming, and a non-dominant classification genetic algorithm.
