A Numerica analysis on the lift-off motion of Free Conducting Particle in GIS (GIS내에 함유된 자유 도전성 파티클의 거동해석)

  • In this work, the behavior of conducting wire type particles existing inside the cylinder type coaxial electrode has been systematically investigated by charge simulation method and electrostatic force analysis from the view point of the acquired charging before being lifted off into the gap under the high ac voltage. Spheroidal charge are adopted as a image charge for the CSM analysis in order to calculate the acquired charges of the particles which are erected on the surface of the outer electrode. For this purpose, different material of the particle and their lengths and diameters have been considered in view to calculate their lift-off field, acquired charge and to understand their effect on the lift-off voltage. The results imply that the particle lengths and diameter have an different influence on the particle behavior in GIS system.

  • 본 논문은 전기사업법 제61조의 공사계획인가 및 신고대상인 차단기에 대하여 동법 제63조에 의거해 실시하는 사용전검사의 항목 및 검사수행 방법에 대하여 서술하였다. 차단기는 전력계통을 이상전압에서 보호하기 위한 밀폐형 개폐장치로서 전기사업용 전기설비인 변전소에 설치되는 차단기는 대부분 GIS(Gas Insulated Switchgear)화 되고 있는 실정이다. GIS는 정상전류의 차단, 설비사고의 억제 및 파급사고 확산방지에 중추적인 역할을 수행하고 있기 때문에 그 중요성은 더욱 더 높아지고 있다고 볼 수 있다. 이에 핵심 전력설비인 GIS의 사용전 검사항목 및 검사수행 방법을 고찰함으로써 안정적인 전력공급과 전력계통의 신뢰도 제고에 기여하고자 한다.

  • There are two approaches to construct mobile GIS, Vector and Raster methods, according to the map data transformation format from server to mobile client. Each method requires a different implementation architecture of server and client modules for mobile map services. And each have advantages and disadvantages at the different aspects. This thesis implements these two approaches, thus, compares the each merits, by experiments. They include the transmission performance, map quality, and so on.

  • 점차 지리정보시스템(GIS; Geographic Information System)에서 표현의 다양화가 요구되어지며 특히 위성영상의 데이터는 거대하기 때문에, 지라공간의 자세한 연구를 원하는 사용자에게 많은 처리시간과 고가의 비용이 요구된다. 바면 웹에서 성능향상을 위해 공간데이터의 양을 줄인다 보면 공간데이터를 다양하게 표현하지 못하는 경우가 발생하게 된다. 그러므로 본 논문에서는 사용자의 공간데이터에 대한 양적 부담을 줄이고 공간데이터의 정확도를 유지할 수 있는 Multi-Scale에 따른 Multi-Resolution(MS-MR) 기법을 제안하고자 한다. 즉, 서버에서 축척의 정량화를 통해 레이어가 추가될 지점과 다중 해상도의 구간을 정하여 맵을 점차 확대함에 따라 다중해상도의 레스터맵이 클라언트에게 점진적으로 전송된다. 이는 인터넷 연결상태와 GIS 사용목적에 따라 적절한 다중 해상도의 레스터맵을 제공하게 되며, 사용자가 진화적으로 시스템 추구로 빠른 정보습득과 의사결정을 돕는 효과를 기대할 수 있게 한다.

  • The measurement of very fast transients generated by disconnecting switches in gas-insulated switchgear(GIS) have to deal with the problems such as reliability, interference pich-up, optimal design of high voitage equipments. This paper presents a new developed voltage sensor to measure the very fast transients, the basic theory of the measuring method, the design, structure of planar capacitive voltage probe are described. Finally the examples of modelling tests on an actual site GIS are discussed.

  • 웹 GIS에서의 인터넷 서비스 이용자의 집중 현상으로 발생하는 서버의 과부하 현상을 막고 안정적인 서비스 제공을 위해서는 웹 클러스터링 기술의 도입이 필요하다. 공간 질의는 웹 데이터와는 달리 인접 영역에 대한 질의가 매우 잣으며, 질의 처리 결과가 대용량이라는 특성을 가지고 있다. 이러한 공간 질의의 특성을 고려하지 않을 경우, 서버에서 처리되는 질의들의 지역적 인접성이 낮아지고 낮은 버퍼 재 사용율은 디스크로의 접근 빈도를 높여 질의 처리 비용을 증가시키는 원인이 된다. 본 논문에서는 웹 GIS 클러스터링 시스템을 위한 질의 영역의 인접성을 이용한 로드 밸런싱 기법을 제안한다. 제안하는 기법은 공간 데이터를 타일을 기반으로 인접한 타일의 그룹을 생성하여 각 서버에 할당하여, 질의 영역 및 공간 연산을 고려하여 서버에서 질의가 처리되는 동안 버퍼 재사용율이 최대가 되도록 클라이언트의 질의 요청을 적절한 서버에 전달한다. 제안하는 기법은 서버의 버퍼를 공간 인덱스 탐색에 최적화함으로써 서버의 버퍼 재상용율을 높이고, 클러스터링 시스템에서 디스크의 접근 횟수를 낮추어, 전체적인 서버 시스템의 처리 능력을 형상시킨다.

  • Urban sound environments consists of various sound sources such as traffic noise, sounds of people and natural sounds affecting the perception of soundscape in a place. However, noise maps based on sound pressure levels could not distinguish different sound sources and limited to represent perception of acoustic environments. Accordingly, soundscape map based on perception of sounds is necessary to provide useful information for the description of the acoustic environment. Therefore, the aims of this study are to examine soundscape perception in different urban contexts including commercial, office, park and residential spaces and to suggest a method for soundscape maps using GIS techniques. Soundscape perceptions and physical characteristics of acoustic environments at various urban contexts were obtained from surveys and acoustic measurements, respectively. The results show that dominant factors affecting soundscape perceptions were different in urban contexts and spatial variations of urban soundscape are closely related to various urban contexts.

  • The purpose of this study is to understand the appropriateness of land aptitude assessment system and to draw up the improvement of this method. The land aptitude assessment system is used to evaluate the effective demand of land development and land conservation. But, this assessment system has the technical problem of selection standards because the land development and the land conservation are against each other. In terms of the relation between development and conservation of land aptitude assessment system, development was increased rapidly as the economic pressure of local government. The application of the land aptitude assessment system using GIS methods was very useful for local plan. However, this system need to improve the selection standards of GIS parameters and statistical methods for the desirable land assessment system.

  • This study analyzed the change of flowout and suspend solid in Andong and Imha basin according to the climate change to develop evaluation index about turbid water occurrence possibility and to support the countermeasures for turbid water management using GIS-based Soil and Water Assessment Tools (SWAT). MIROC3.2 hires model values of A1B climate change scenario that were supplied by Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) were applied to future climage change data. Precipitation and temperature were corrected by applying the output value of 20th Century Climate Coupled Model (20C3M) based on past climate data during 1977 and 2006 and downscaled with Change Factor (CF) method. And future climate change scenarios were classified as three periods (2020s, 2050s, 2080s) and the change of flowout and suspended solid according to the climate change were estimated by coupling modeled value with SWAT model.

  • In this paper, we carried out studying for real-time monitoring method about water distribution information of flow, flux, pressure and the vibrations, that facility management system checks it by using UFSN sensors. We developed UFSN sensing generator, gateway, and middleware, and defined UFSN sensing data format. Also we verified sending sensing data. We have monitored water distribution based on GIS drawing in real-time by storing sensing data in existing Underground Facility Management System.
