본 연구는 유비쿼터스 환경에서의 Business GIS 발전을 위한 국가GIS(NGIS)의 역할과 발전방안을 제시하는 것을 목적으로 한다. 본 연구를 통해 위치기반 환경에서의 GIS 활용 현황 및 정보통신기술 환경과 GIS 기술수준을 분석하였다. 또한, GML(Geography Markup Language)과 TPEG (Transport Protocol Experts Group) 같은 국제표준을 준수하는 GIS 콘텐츠 개발과 GIS의 killer application 분야로서의 LBS(Location-Based Service), 텔레매틱스, ITS(Intelligent Transport System), gCRM(geographic Customer Relationship Management), DMB(Digital Multimedia Broadcasting), u(ubiquitous)-City, u-Town 등 다양한 신규 정보통신분야의 접목을 제시하였다. 마지막으로 Business GIS의 QoS, 표준화, 연구 및 개발, GIS 교육, 보안등을 위한 국가GIS 기반의 개념적 수익모델을 정립하였다.

GIS (Geographic Information Systems) technology is a necessary function to support location based on service by using GPS in the mobile environment. These mobile systems have basic functional limitations such as a low rate of processing, limited memory capacity, and small screen size. Because of these limitations, most of the mobile systems require development of a reduced digital map to overcome problems with large-volume spatial data. In this paper, we suggest using the reduced digital map format in order to use location based on service in a PDA environment. The processing of the proposed data format consists of map generation, redefinition of layers, creating polygons, and format conversion. The proposed data format reduces the data size by about 98% comparing with DXF format based on the digital map of Busan.

GIS를 이용한 공간정보의 교육은 이제 선택이 아니라 모든 산업분야에서 폭넓게 채택되고 있는 필수적인 분야이다. 그에 비해 GIS 콘텐츠는 GIS를 하나의 도구를 통해 공부하고자 하는 학생들에 있어 매우 생소한 분야이며, 그 정확한 의미와 학문의 범주를 파악하기가 어렵기 때문에 인터넷을 통해 공간 정보 콘텐츠를 쉽게 접근 하고자하는 의도에서 현재 사용하는 커리큐럼의 분석을 통해 GIS 콘텐츠 기반에서의 공간정보의 적용방안을 제시한 것이다. 그리고 참여자의 관심과 확인을 위해 제천지역의 GIS콘텐츠 사례를 추가적으로 보완하면 더욱 유익한 공간정보교육 사이트로 발전할 수 있을 것으로 기대된다.

GIS can be used on almost entire fields of the world, such as the national land management, environmental management, disaster management, enterprise activities, and general lives. GIS is called as an infrastructure of the knowledge information on the cultural society. For insuring the national power on the periods of the unlimited competition, it is very important to establish the national information infrastructure. Purpose of the NGIS project I is to development on living benefits of peoplethrough an efficiency of policy and rationalism of planning. In order to achievement of this purpose, the NGIS project I has been established using the national geographic information base planning. The NGIS project I consists of the master management part, the geographic information part, the technique development part, the standardization part, and the land Information part. These five GIS project parts are operated by four governmental ministers and related institutions, such as minister of transportation and construction, minister of science and technology, minister of information and communication, minister of administrative and home affaires. The NGIS I project is to establishment of the nation spatial information systems, such as various nationwide digital maps, GIS technique development, GIS education, GIS standardization, and GIS researches.

To overcome the mismatch of heat demand and heat supply is important as considering point on heat utilizing aspects in Urban area. At this point, It need to know the plan of heat networks on the heat balance aspects. The purpose of this study is to know the method of heat evaluation on heat network around costal area. It is need to building uses to calculate the amounts of heat demand. 25 different types of building uses were supplied, but it was reclassified 10 types and calculated the amounts of heat demand in the costal area. The results was described on the area with GIS mapping.

인구이동통계는 사회현상에 대한 공간적 이해와 공간과정의 사회적 영향 파악에 유용한 정보를 제공해줌에도 불구하고 데이터 구조의 복잡성 때문에 자료 서비스와 분석이 제한되어 왔다. 한편 인구이동통계를 탐색하고 시각화하는 효과적인 방법인 유선도 작성(flow mapping)은 아직 상용 GIS 소프트웨어서 완전히 구현되지 못하고 있다. 이에 본 연구의 목적은 Web GIS를 통한 유선도 제작과 이를 이용한 인구이동통계에 대한 탐색적 공간 분석이 가능함으로 보여주는 것이다. 데이터베이스, GIS, 지도학적 관점에서 인구이동통계의 특성을 고찰하였고, 이를 바탕으로 O-D 구조의 인구이동통계를 유선도 제작에 적합한 공간데이터로 변환하였다. 인구이동통계에 적합하도록 Web GIS의 사용자 인터페이스를 전문화하였고, 지도화의 시간, 공간 및 속성 범위의 설정을 통한 탐색적 시각화가 가능하도록 구성하였다.

In this paper, acoustic signals in GIS were analyzed by using wavelet transform and FFT to distinguish sound source caused by collision of particles and partial discharges. As a result, the analysis using wavelet transform was more accurate than that using FFT. Therefore, wavelet transform was useful technique to analyze the acoustic signals in GIS.

이 연구의 주된 목적은 7차 교육과정 한국지리 교과 내용 중 GIS에 관련된 평가 문항을 분석하여 그 특성을 밝히고, 그것이 시사하는 바를 제시하는 것이다. 이를 위해 먼저 선행연구 및 7차 교육과정 교과서에 대한 내용 분석을 토대로 평가의 내용 요소와 행동 요소에 초점을 둔 분석의 틀을 제시하였다. 이에 기초하여 대학 수학능력시험을 포함, 2004~2012년에 시행된 전국규모평가를 대상으로 문항의 특성과 정답율을 분석하였다. 분석 결과 문항의 유형과 관련하여서는 특정 문항에의 집중이 크게 나타나고 있었으며, 정답율의 경우 전체 평균 보다 다소 높았으나 문항의 유형별로 상이한 결과를 보였다. 이 분석의 결과를 바탕으로 평가 과정 및 교실 수업에 시사하는 바를 제시하였는데, 지형이나 인구와 같은 일반 교과 내용과의 연계, 탐구 지향형 평가의 문항의 강화 및 적정 난이도 유지 등이 개선 방향이 될 것으로 판단된다.

급속하게 발전하는 GIS분야의 사회적 수요와 대학교육간의 괴리를 해소하고 관련 분야의 미래지향적 인재를 양성하고, 공학인증제의 도입에 따른 GIS분야의 대응방안이 필요한 시기이다. 이를 위하여 본 논문에서는 서울시립대학교를 비롯한 국내외 학부과정의 GIS교과과정을 분석하였다. GIS분야의 공학인증 도입의 타당성을 분석하기 위하여 국내 공학인증의 현황과 문제점을 분석하고, 해외의 GIS관련 인증사례 분석을 통하여 바람직한 방안을 제시하였다. 아울러 해외 선진국에서 제시한 GIS분야의 핵심교과과정과 지식체계(Body of Knowledge)의 분석을 통하여 공간정보 표준교과과정(안)을 제시하였다. 이를 효과적으로 수행하기 위한 정책적 대안으로 측량 및 GIS관련학회를 중심으로 한 산학협력 포럼이나 협의체의 구성과 논의가 필요하다.

이 연구의 주된 목적은 공간 클러스터의 범역을 설정하는 GIS-기반 방법론을 개발하는 것이다. 주요 과제는 지리적 경계 분석과 LISA-기반 클러스터 탐지에 대한 기존 방법론을 비교 검토함으로써 진일보한 방법론을 고안하고, 그것을 실행하는 GIS-기반 프로그램을 개발하는 것이다. 주요 연구 결과는 다음과 같다. 첫째, 기존 방법론을 검토한 결과, LISA를 이용한 AMOEBA 기법이 가장 타당한 것으로 판단되었다. 둘째, 수정 AMOEBA 기법의 알고리즘을 확립했으며 실행 소프트웨어를 상용 GIS 프로그램의 확장 기능형태로 개발하였다. 셋째, 수정 AMOEBA 기법을 실험 데이터와 실 데이터에 적용한 결과 제안된 기법의 유용성이 확인되었다.
