MeOH-MeCN 혼합용매계에서 4-치환-2,6-이니트로 염화벤젠과 아닐린 치환체와의 반응에 대한 속도론적 연구 (Kinetic Studies on the Reaction of 4-Substituted-2,6-dinitrochlorobenzenes with Substituted Anilines in MeOH-MeCN Mixtures)

  • MeOH-MeCN 혼합용매계에서 4-치환-2,6-이니트로염화벤젠과 아닐린 치환제 사이의 친핵성 치환반응속도를 전기 전도법에 의해 측정하였다. 기질의 고리에 있는 치환기의 치환기변화에 따른 속도상수의 크기순서는 4-$NO_2{\gg}4-CN {\gg}$4-$CF_3$이었고, 아닐린 고리에 있는 치환기에 의한 속도상수의 크기는 p-O$CH_3 {\gg}p- CH_3{\gg}H {\gg}p-Cl{\gg}m-NO_2$ 순서였다. MeOH함량이 많은 용매에서 속도상수가 MeCN 함량이 많은 용매속에서의 속도상수보다 컸다. MeOH-MeCN 혼합용매계와 친핵체 변화에 대한 속도론적 연구로 볼 때 Cl의 이탈단계가 속도결정단계로 보여졌다. MeOH에 의한 친전자적 촉매작용은 알코올의 수소와 이탈기 염소원자 사이의 전이상태에서 수소결합 형성으로 이루어지고 친핵성 촉매작용은 전이상태에서 알코올의 산소와 아민의 수소사이의 수소결합에 의한 것으로 생각 되었다. 모든 이의 사실로 보아 본 반응은 제 2단계가 속도결정단계인 $S_N$Ar메카니즘으로 진행됨을 알 수 있고 이와 같은 메카니즘은 PES모형으로도 설명할 수 있다.

  • In this paper, I have shown how to associate a musical beat with a note within the framework of Optimality Theory. And the following hierarchy of constraints is suggested to associate a sub-beat with a note. Alternation Sub-beat CCC Head $\gg$ Beat-to-Note $\gg$ Note-to-Beat EQ-Beats Smaller Note Furthermore, I have tried to explain Sprung Rhythm with a musical beat system. I have suggested the following hierarchy for Sprung Rhythm. Head $\gg$ SCSR Using a sub-beat on the basis of Head $\gg$ SCSR shows the abrupt change of Sprung Rhythm well.

《미월전(芈月傳)》과 《여의전(如懿傳)》의 여주인공 형상

  • 從播放《甄嬛傳》以後, 在屛幕里不斷地出現了以女性爲主角的古裝劇, 《羋月傳》·《如懿傳》也是其中之一. 在本硏究里進行了對兩部劇作中的女主角的形象和其成就的探索. 首先, 進行了對羋月和如懿的歷史原形人物宣太后和那拉皇后的探索, 從歷史社會文化方面來看, 她們都大膽地挑戰了以男權為中心的社會, 而且具有進步思想. 但是由于這些性格特点再被召唤在現代社會的羋月和如懿幷非在塑造人物形象上達到一定的水平。從羋月的身上可以看到勇敢的對抗男性旧勢力的堅强的面貌, 但她的政治成功不僅需要男人的認可和幫助, 也是以惠文王的政治理想爲自己的理想, 因此她幷没有脫離以男權爲中心的精神枷鎖。這不僅沒有正確解讀原形人物宣太后的歷史文化意義, 也不符合現代社會對女性形象的要求. 反之, 如懿是一個以深刻的反省和獨立的意志, 打破了父權制的束縛, 找回自我的女人. 因此可以設她是一个有个性和特点的人物形象。

《논어(論語)》 《맹자(孟子)》 중(中)의 양사운용(量詞運用)

  • 漢語量詞有着悠久的歷史傳統, 種類和數量也豊富多彩。在先秦典籍中的稱數方式, 數詞直接修飾名詞爲最普遍的語法現象。最初量詞起於度量衡和貨幣單位, 以逐漸擴大到普通名詞, 雖名詞代替量詞角色, 而詞性仍是无法改變而保持着實詞功能, 因此在量名的語法功能上混淆不清。量詞随着社会變化和發展而大量出現, 也逐漸脱离名詞角色而獨立活動, 詞性也虚化而變成完整的量詞。《論》 《孟》時期乃爲量詞的初期階段, 雖然能見到名量詞的出現, 而動量詞尚未達到成熟階段。《論語》中的量詞出現不甚多, 結构類型也可以看到初期量詞的形狀。《孟子》中的量詞多于《論語》中的出現頻度, 但不能算是大幅度地增加, 二書所有的用例313个當中, 出現在《孟子》的235个例子占有總數的75.1%。幷且類似于現代漢語的量詞類型就是"數量名"結构形式, 《孟子》中一共有64个例子出現, 占有總數的80%。這是表明在先秦時期中的量詞認眞地遵從語言發展的規律。

  • Objectives : The following study was undertaken in order to seek the acupuncture operation method of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun(傷寒論)${\gg}$ Liu- Jing-Bian-Zheng(六經辯誇). Methods : Based on tile documents quoted in ${\ll}$Sang Hang Za Bing Lun Xu Wen(傷寒雜病論 序文)${\gg}$ of 'Zhang, Zhong-Jing(張仲景)', the relativity of the theory of Jing-Mai(經脈) and Liu-Jing-Bian-Zheng of convalescence, and from the Liu-Jing-Bing(六經病), the origin and implication that caused Jue-yin-Bing(厥陰病) to form was studied on the basis of acupuncture medicine publications and e commentary writing of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$. Results : 1. ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ Liu-Jing-Bian-Zheng has succeeded and was developed based on Liu-Jing-Fen-Zheng(六經分證) of ${\ll}$Su Wen Re Lun(素問 熱論)${\gg}$. In addition, the summary of Liu-Jing-Bing became the general pnnciple of Fen-Jing(分經) and Ding-Zheng(定證) that may be applicable to Fenghan(風寒), Wenre(溫熱), Lili(疫癩) and Eating(雜病). 2. Most commentators of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ in the Song, Ming and Ching Dynasties of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$ interpreted the Jue-Yin-Bing in physiological and pathological aspects of Rong-Wei(榮衛) as the disease of the Sim Po and Liver meridian. 3. From the Liu-Jing-Bing of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$, the region of acupuncture treaaent of Jue-Yin-Bing is treated with the needle from the point of view of Bing-fheng-Lun-fhi(辨證論治) with the basis of the important region of acupuncture of the Sim Po of meridian and Liver of meridian.

From the Liu-Jing-Bing of ${\ll}$Sang Han Lun${\gg}$, the region of acupuncture treatment of So-Yang-Bing is treated with the needle from the point of view of bing-Zheng-Lun-Zhi(辯證論治) with the basis of the important region of acupuncture of the Triple Energizer meridian and Gallbladder of meridian.

Association Between the Pre-mir-218 Polymorphism and Cancer Risk in the Chinese Population: a Meta-Analysis

  • Background: Several recent studies have explored associations between pre-mir-218 polymorphism (rs11134527) and cancer risk. However, published data are still inconclusive. To obtain a more precise estimation of the relationship in the Chinese population, we carried out a meta-analysis for the first time. Materials and Methods: Through retrieval from the PubMed, Medline, Embase, Web of Science databases, China National Knowledge Infrastructure and the Chinese BioMedical Literature Database, a total of four studies were analyzed with 3,561 cases and 3,628 controls for SNP pre-mir-218 rs11134527. We calculated odds ratios (ORs) and 95% confidence intervals (95%CIs) to explore the strength of associations. Results: The results showed that the rs11134527 polymorphism was associated with decreased cancer risk in GG versus AA and GG versus AA+AG models tested ( GG vs AA: OR=0.82, 95%CI: 0.71-0.94; GG vs AA+AG: OR=0.84, 95%CI: 0.74-0.96), and significantly decreased cervical cancer risk was observed in GG versus AA and GG versus AA+AG models (GG vs AA: OR=0.79, 95%CI: 0.66-0.94; GG vs AA+AG: OR=0.80, 95%CI: 0.68-0.94). However, no significant association between the rs11134527polymorphism and hepatocellular carcinoma risk was observed in all comparison models tested (AG vs AA: OR=0.94, 95%CI: 0.79-1.11; GG vs AA: OR=0.88, 95%CI: 0.70-1.10; GG+AG vs AA: OR=0.92, 95%CI: 0.79-1.08; GG vs AA+AG: OR=0.91, 95%CI: 0.75-1.11). Conclusion: The findings suggest that pre-miR-218 rs11134527 polymorphism may have some relation to cancer development in Chinese. However, well-designed studies with larger sample size and more detailed data are needed to confirm these conclusions.

담초 『화서』의 이론 체계에 관한 연구 - 도, 허, 형의 관계를 중심으로 - (A Study on the Theoretical System of Huashu - Centered on the relationship with Tao, Empty, Variation -)

  • ${\ll}$화서${\gg}$는 당 말기의 도사 담초가 쓴 도교경전이다. 이 책은 그리 두껍지 않지만 구성이 복잡하고 내용 또한 심오하다. 이처럼 복잡하고 심오한 책을 이해하기 위해 먼저 알아야할 핵심 용어가 있다. ${\ll}$화서${\gg}$는 일정한 논리적 체계를 갖추고 있으며, 이러한 체계는 특정한 용어의 관계를 통해 이루어졌다. 그러므로 ${\ll}$화서${\gg}$를 효과적으로 이해하기 위해 먼저 ${\ll}$화서${\gg}$에 나오는 핵심용어의 의미와 이론체계를 이해해야 한다. ${\ll}$화서${\gg}$에 나오는 용어 가운데 가장 중요한 것은 '도(道)' '허(虛)' '형(形)' '화(化)이다. 담초는 이러한 용어의 관계를 통해 한편으로 '자연' '인간' '사회'의 변화를 이야기하며, 다른 한편으로 이러한 변화를 이끌어가는 주체적인 인간의 모습을 상상한다. 담초에 의하면 '자연' '인간' '사회'는 생성에서 소멸에 이르는 과정을 따라 끊임없이 변화한다. 그러나 인간은 이러한 변화를 바꿀 수도 있고 이끌어갈 수도 있다. 만약 사람이 태어나서 죽음에 이르는 과정을 겪는다면 이러한 과정에 역행하면 죽음을 미룰 수도 있고 초월할 수도 있다. 만약 사회가 생성에서 쇠락에 이르는 과정을 겪는다면 이러한 과정을 거스르면 쇠락을 늦출 수도 있고 오랫동안 안정된 사회를 유지할 수도 있다. 이처럼 담초가 ${\ll}$화서${\gg}$에서 보여주는 것은 자율적이고 주체적인 인간의 모습이며, 자신의 운명을 스스로 주제할 수 있다는 신념이다. 이러한 신념은 나의 삶을 스스로 이끌어갈 수 있다는 신념이며, 사회의 변화에 참여해 능동적으로 사회를 이끌어 갈 수 있다는 신념이다. "나의 운명은 나에게 달려있는 것이지 하늘에 달려있는 것이 아니다." 도교에서 인간은 자신의 운명을 타율적 자연의 흐름에 맡기는 것이 아니라 자율적으로 조절할 수 있는 주체적이고 능동적인 존재이다. 담초는 이러한 도교사상의 영향을 받아 운명을 결정하는 주체는 하늘이 아니라 자기 자신이라는 것을 명확하게 지적한다.
