북제주 내연기관 발전기는 설비 노후로 인하여 경미한 고장이 점차 확대되고 기관 핵심 부품들의 손상이 증가하여 발전원가를 상승시키는 주요요인이 되고 있었다. 즉 정비 부품 교체 비용이 증가하고, 복구 시간이 장시간 소요되는 등 문제점을 안고 있었다. 이러한 문제점을 해결하기 위하여, 기관의 핵심요소인 실린더와 베어링의 상태를 연속 감시하고, 고장을 미리 발견 조치할 수 있는 컴퓨터시스템에 대하여 논하고자 한다.

A time-varying nonhomogeneous poisson process approximation of the nonexponential stochastic Lanchester model is defined and evaluated over a range of combat parameters including initial force sizes. breakpoints. and interkilling random variables. The proposed approximation is far excellent and takes much less CPU time than the existing models. The sensitivity analysis was peformed to evaluate the efficiency of the proposed model and three recommended factors are suggested to guide the combat operators.

The performance analysis of water systems is very important to urban disaster mitigation. It will benefit the task of preparedness and emergency response through a more practical and more quantitative approach. In this research work, an overview of hydraulics of water system has been provided. A methodology for such implementation based on scenario simulation and hydraulic analysis has been developed. The water system of Taipei Water Department was selected as a test bed for case study. Its serviceability following a major earthquake around Taipei metropolitan area has been quantified.

A peptide that inhibits HIV-1 protease was isolated from a hydrolysate of oyster (Crassostrea gigas) proteins digested with thermolysin. The peptide was using membrane filtration, gel permeation chromatography, ion exchange chromatography, and reverse-phase high performance liquid chromatography. Amino acid sequence of the peptide was determined to be Val-Phe-Glu-Leu. Chemically synthesized Val-Phe-Glu-Leu showed an $IC_{50}$ value of 106 ${\mu}M$.

본 논문은 프로시저 내에서 데이터 토큰들간의 정보흐름을 모델링 하기 위해서 정보 흐름 그래프(IFG : Information Flow Graph)라고 하는 프로그램 표현 도구를 개발하였다. IFG는 기존 제어 흐름 그래프와는 달리 프로그램 내에서 관심 있는 변수 값의 변화 과정을 쉽게 탐색할 수 있고, 정보 흐름의 미세 변화를 잘 표현할 수 있으므로, 프로그램에 대한 이해를 증진시킬 수 있다.
