본 연구의 대상자는 G광역시에 소재한 G대학교 보건계열 3년제 학과 중에서 응급구조과, 물리치료과, 보건행정과를 임의선정하고 편의표집 한 390명으로 하였다. 조사기간은 2012년 6월 4일부터 6일까지의 기간 동안 구조화된 무기명 자기기입식의 설문조사에 의하였다. 최종 분석은 366부를 사용하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS WIN(Statistical Package for Social Science Windows) 12.0 프로그램을 사용하였으며, 모든 검정의 유의수준은 p<0.05이었다. 연구 결과 자살생각에 대한 우울과 사회적 지지의 상호작용 효과가 부적(-) 관계로 통계적으로 유의미하게 나타났다. 결과적으로 우울과 자살생각과의 관계에서 사회적 지지가 조절 효과를 나타내는 것으로 검증 되었다. 따라서 자살을 예방하고 자아존중감을 증진하기 위한 개별 및 집단 상담, 정규 교육 프로그램의 개발과 적용이 요구되며, 실천적 교육 프로그램을 실시하여 결과 및 효과성을 제시하는 연구가 필요하다.

Bio-filtration utilizes microorganisms fixed to a porous medium to metabolize pollutants present in an air stream. The microorganisms grow in a bio-film on the surface of a medium or are suspended in the water phase surrounding the medium particles. Therefore, bio-filter support media play one of the most important key roles in bio-filtration of gas phase pollutants. To characterize and select the appropriate support media, gas adsorption capacity and microorganism immobilization were investigated in lab-scale experiments for the selected target support media which were compost I (compost from lab-scale process), compost II (compost from municipal facility), bark, wood chip, orchid stone and vermiculite. As odor materials, ammonia and trimethylamine were utilized. From the result of experiments, bark was superior to any other support media tested in adsorption capacity as much as 12.5 mg ammonia per 1 g bark. In trimethylamine adsorption, bark and wood chip showed a remarkable results of 21.1 and 14.1 mg/g respectively. On the other hand, microorganism fixation test determined by the count of nitrogen oxidizing microbes population, the compost II and wood chips showed the best results. Considering the characteristics of materials and the operating condition of the bio-filter, bark, wood chip, and compost II are applicable to the support media of bio-filter when they are appropriately blended on the basis of studying the media pH, packing porosity and moisture contents.

본 연구는 자활근로사업 참여자의 참여 인식, 자기효능감, 자아존중감, 임파워먼트가 자활 의지에 미치는 영향을 파악하고자 수행되었다. 이러한 연구를 위해 G구 지역 내에서 자활근로사업 참여자를 대상으로 조사를 실시하였다. 연구 결과, 자활사업 참여자의 참여 인식과 자기효능감, 임파워먼트는 자활 의지에 정적(+) 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 또한, 자활사업 참여자의 참여 인식, 자기효능감, 자아존중감이 자활 의지에 영향을 미치는 과정에서 참여 인식과 자기효능감은 임파워먼트가 부분매개, 자아존중감은 완전매개하는 것으로 나타났다. 이러한 결과를 바탕으로 다음과 같이 자활사업 참여자의 자활 의지 향상을 위한 실천적 제언을 제시하면 다음과 같다. 첫째, 자활사업 참여자가 자활사업에 대해 올바르게 인식할 수 있도록 수급자 신청 및 선정, 자활계획 수립, 게이트웨이 교육과정에서 체계적인 교육과정이 필요하다. 또한, 참여자의 자활에 대한 희망을 강화시키기 위해 자활센터에서 제공하는 사례관리 시스템을 체계화하고 역할을 재정립할 필요가 있다. 셋째, 자활사업 참여자의 강점을 파악하여 자활에 대한 성과를 만들어내고, 자신의 문제를 스스로 해결하고 행동의 변화가 이루어질 수 있도록 잠재된 동기를 강화시키는 프로그램을 운영해야 한다. 넷째, 참여자들이 사업 참여 과정에서 경험하는 소외와 사회적 배제를 해소할 수 있도록 참여자의 임파워먼트 향상과 실무자의 전문적인 능력을 강화해야 한다.

본 연구의 목적은 중소병원 간호사의 사회적 지지와 직무만족이 직무배태성에 미치는 영향을 확인하는 것이다. G시에 소재한 중소병원 간호사를 대상으로 하였으며, 197명의 자료를 분석하였다. 자료는 기술적 통계, t-test, ANOVA, Pearson 상관분석, 위계적 회귀분석을 실시하였다. 연구결과 직무배태성은 사회적 지지 중 상사 지지, 동료지지, 직무만족과 정적 상관관계를 보였다. 연구모델은 직무배태성의 28.0%를 설명하였고, 이 중 직무배태성에 영향을 미치는 가장 강력한 변인은 직무만족(β=.33 p<.001)이었으며, 사회적 지지 중 상사지지가 직무배태성에 영향을 미치는 것으로 나타났다. 따라서 중소병원 간호사의 직무배태성을 촉진하기 위해 직무만족 및 사회적 지지의 상사지지를 증진시키기 위한 방안 마련이 필요함을 시사한다.

본 연구는 중년여성의 사회적지지, 회복탄력성 및 삶의 질의 관계를 확인하고, 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인을 확인하기 위한 조사연구이다. 연구대상자는 G광역시에서 거주하고 있는 40-64세의 중년 여성 162명으로, 자료수집은 자가기입식 설문지를 이용하여 2023년 5월 10일부터 6월 10일까지 실시하였다. 수집된 자료는 SPSS 25.0 program으로 기술적 통계, t-test, one-way ANOVA, Pearson's correlation coefficient, 다중회귀분석을 시행하였다. 연구대상자의 사회적지지 점수는 3.36±0.38점, 회복탄력성 3.39±0.42점, 삶의 질 3.18±0.50점으로 나타났다. 삶의 질은 사회적지지(r=.502, p<.001), 회복탄력성(r=.530, p<.001)과 각각 통계적으로 유의한 양의 상관관계가 확인되었다. 삶의 질에 영향을 미치는 요인은 회복탄력성(β=.422, p<.001), 사회적지지(β=.412, p<.001), 건강상태(β=.212, p=.001)로 나타났고, 삶의 질에 대한 총 설명력은 39.2%였다. 따라서 중년여성의 회복탄력성, 사회적지지, 건강상태의 향상을 통해 중년여성의 삶의 질을 높일 수 있는 효과적인 프로그램의 개발과 전략이 필요하다.

스마트 폰, 스마트 패드 등 다양한 모바일 기기의 등장으로 언제, 어디서나 이동 중에도 끊김없는 멀티미디어 서비스의 필요성이 증대하고 있다. 현재 4G 모바일 기기들은 4G (LTE)와 WLAN (WiFi) 인터페이스를 동시에 가지고 있으며, 이동 통신사업자들은 커버리지가 넓은 4G망 뿐만 아니라 WiFi zone을 통하여 무선 인터넷 서비스를 지원하고 있다. 일반적으로 사용자들은 WLAN 커버리지내에서는 LTE를 통한 서비스 보다도 데이터 사용량에 제한이 없는 WLAN을 통한 서비스를 선호하고 있다. 그러나 WLAN은 L2 핸드오버 지연이 매우 크기 때문에 핸드오버를 수행하는 동안에 끊김없는 서비스가 어려운 문제가 있다. 본 논문에서는 flow mobility를 기반으로 WLAN 간에 핸드오버를 수행하는 동안 서비스 반경이 넓은 4G망을 활용하여 끊김없는 서비스를 지원할 수 있는 방안을 제안하였으며, 테스트베드 구현을 통하여 제안 방안의 우수성을 검증하였다.

The introduction of new access technologies in 5G radio networks has had a considerable impact on the design of transport networks. Research activities are underway on new transport technologies in both the wireless and optical domains to support 5G transport. This paper provides an overview of the concept and requirements of a fronthaul. We also discuss the research activities of a new fronthaul interface for future 5G networks, a 5G integrated fronthaul/backhaul transport network (5G-Crosshaul), a next-generation fronthaul interface (NGFI), a mobile xhaul network (MXN), and a next-generation mobile fronthaul architecture with multi-IF carrier transmission scheme.

Ab initio calculations were carried out on the gas phase acid-catalyzed hydrolysis reactions of sulfinamide using the 3-21G* basis sets. Single point calculations were also performed at the MP2/6-31G* level. The first step in the acid-catalyzed hydrolysis of N-methylmethanesulfinamide, Ⅰ, involves protonation. The most favorable form is the O-protonated one, Ⅱ, which is then transformed into a sulfurane intermediate, Ⅲ, by addition of a water molecule. The reaction proceeds further by an intramolecular proton transfer from O to N (TS2), which is followed by N-S bond cleavage (TS3) leading to the final products. The rate determining step is the N-S bond cleavage (TS3) at the RHF/3-21G* level, whereas it becomes indeterminable at the MP2/6-31G*//3-21G* level of theory. However, the substituent effect studies with N-protonated N-arylmethanesulfinamide, ⅩⅢ, at the MP2/6-31G*//3-21G* level support the N-S bond breaking step as rate limiting.

The 5G MEC (Multi-access Edge Computing) technology offers network and computing functionalities that allow application services to improve in terms of network delay, bandwidth, and security, by locating the application servers closer to the users at the edge nodes within the 5G network. To offer its interoperability within various networks and user equipment, standardization of the 5G MEC technology has been advanced in ETSI, 3GPP, and ITU-T, primarily for the MEC platform, transport support, and MEC federation. This article offers a brief review of the standardization activities for 5G MEC technology and the details about the system architecture and functionalities developed accordingly.

Many companies are now trying to utilize SNS (social network service) by building it as marketing communication platform that delivers marketing messages and builds customer relationship. This study investigates the factors affecting consumers' intention to use of brand's SNS identity page (e.g., fan page in Facebook). It specifically focuses on four social support functions -self-esteem, informational, emotional and social networking support-in virtual space. Research model attempts to explore the impact of social supports on brands' SNS identity page adoption with modified technology acceptance model which includes perceived usefulness, ease of use and enjoyment. Empirical study adopts SEM (structural equation modelling) to test research model. The result indicates that perceived ease of use is influenced by informational support, and perceived usefulness is influenced by informational, emotional, and self-esteem support. And perceived enjoyment is influenced by emotional support. In addition, it reveals that there were no significant effects of social networking support on both perceived usefulness and enjoyment. These findings provide managerial implications for attracting potential and actual customers to brand's SNS identity page. And it also suggests the importance of managing sociability in brand's SNS identity page to make it as marketing communication platform.
