멱승 알고리듬의 구현과 분석

  • 멱산연산 알고리듬에는 사전계산없이 g와 n이 주어지면$g_n$ 대해 서전 계산을 하여 그 결과를 메모리에 저장하여 두고 n이 주어지면$g_n$을 계산하는 알고리듬이 있다. Binary method, window method등의 알고리듬은 전자에 해당하는 것이고 BGMW method와 LL method등은 후자에 해당하는 것이다. 이러한 멱승연산 알고리듬을 PC486과 586에서 C언어로 구현하여 그 결과를 비교 분석하였다.

B.G.I 지반보강 공법에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Ground Reinforcement Method of B.G.I)

  • This paper is to investigate effect of B.G.I (Best Grouting Innovation) method on reinforcing ground. In this thesis, extensive literature review was performed to summarize theoretical backgrounds of grouting and to compare the applicability of different grouting methods. Unconfined compression test with specimen prepared by injecting different grouts of B.G.I, S.G.R and L.W methods and by changing the curing time were carried out to figure out characteristics of initial unconfined compression strength mobilized in the early stage. As results of test, the compression strength increases with curing times and specimen prepared with grouts of B.G.I method show greater values than others. On the other hands, the measured values of pH are in the range of 7-10 during tests. In field, preliminary construction to main construction at several sites were performed to confirm the effect of reinforcing the ground by application of B.G.I method. From the results of permeability test in field, SPT test and phenol reaction test, it was found that N values after grouting are greater than those before grouting and values of permeability in grouted ground is reduced significantly.

$_L$ =lysine에 의한 Microcystis sp.의 선택적 성장억제 (The Effect of $_L$=lysine on Growth Inhibition of Microcystis sp.)

  • 본 연구는 $_L-lysine \; (_{-2}$, 6-Diaminohexanoic acid)의 영향을 받는 남조류와 남조류에 영향을 주는 $_L-lysine $의 농도를 파악 하고자 20종의 Microcystis.를 실험에 사용하였다. 남조류의 생장 억제 능력은 double-layered agar method와 microplate method를 이용하여 측정하였다. L-lysine의 농도를 100-${\mu}g\; ml-1~300 ${\mu}g\; ml^{-1}$이상에서 처리한 경우 Microcystis ichthyoblabe NIER-10021외 7종의 Microcystis sp.에서 투명대가 형성되었다. Microplate method서는10~500${\mu}g\; ml^{-1}$의 농도에서 생장억제 및 lysis를 나타내어TEk. 그리고 Microcystis viridis NIER-10020 외 3종은 10${\mu}g\; ml^{-1}$이하의 낮은 농도에서도 생장억제 및 분해를 나타내는 높은 활성을 보였다.

콩가루 제조방법과 당의 종류와 양이 콩다식의 품질에 미치는 영향 (A Study on the Effects of Processing Method on the Quality of Soybean Da-sik)

  • Soybean Da-sik was prepared with various soybean powder processing methods (roasting, steaming, and steaming followed by roasting) and sugar types (honey, oligo-sugar), and their sensory and physical characteristics were evaluated to determine the optimum preparation method. The results were as follows: 1. For Sample 1 (roasting soybeans for 30 min at 150$^{\circ}C$ and grinding), the best appearance of Da-sik was obtained when the content of honey was adjusted to 35 g, and the color with 30 g of oligo-sugar by sensory evaluation. The optimum texture was obtained with 40 g of honey, and the optimum chewiness with 30 g of honey Overall, the optimum quality was obtained with 35 g of honey, and oligo-sugar seemed to have less influence on the quality. In case of Sample 2 (four rounds of steaming and drying for 35 min), 40 g of oligo-sugar was found to exhibit the best quality, and honey was less effective. For Sample 3 (three rounds of drying followed by 15 min roasting at 150$^{\circ}C$), the best appearance and color were obtained with 35 g and 40 g of honey, respectively. The texture was most favorable with 40 g of honey, while the chewiness was best with 30 g of honey, suggesting 35 g of honey was the optimum level for Sample 3 soybean powder than oligo-sugar. 2. The springiness, gumminess, hardness and chewiness measured by a texture analyser were highest with Sample 1 containing 30 g of honey, and the cohesiveness with 40 g of honey. 3. For color, the best brightness and yellowness were obtained with Sample 1 with 30 g of honey. The redness was highest with Sample 3 with 40 g of honey. Overall, the desirable recipe for soybean Da-sik was 35 g of honey for Sample 1 and Sample 3, and 40 g of oligo-sugar for Sample 2.

유아용 조제분유 내 Cronobacter muytjensii 검지를 위한 간접 비경합 면역분석법의 개발 (Development of an Indirect Non-Competitive Enzyme-Linked Immunosorbent Assay for the Detection of Cronobacter muytjensii in Infant Formula Powder)

  • Cronobacter muytjensii는 유아용 조제분유(IFP)의 잠재적 위험요인으로 중요한 식품 기인성 병원균이다. 이 연구에서는 C. muytjensii 검지를 위한 특이적 면역글로불린 G(IgG)를 개발하고, 이 anti-C. muytjensii IgG를 이용하여 간접 비경쟁 효소면역측정법(INC-ELISA)을 개발하였다. 그 결과, 새롭게 개발한 INC-ELISA 방법은 C. muytjensii에 매우 민감하고, 순수배양 시 $6.5{\times}10^3CFU/ml$의 검출한계와 유아용 조제분유에서 1 cell/25 g의 검출한계를 나타내었다. INC-ELISA 방법은 또한 C. muytjensii에 탁월한 특이성을 보이고, Cronobacter 속 외 11종의 다른 식품 기인성 병원균 계통과의 교차반응을 보이지 않았다. 이러한 결과는, 개발된 INC-ELISA 방법이 C. muytjensii에 매우 민감하고 효율적이며, 신속하고 용이한 검출을 위한 진단 키트 개발에 적용할 수 있음을 시사한다.

Hood Method를 이용한 직화구이 음식점의 미세먼지 배출 특성 (Emission Characteristics of Particulate Matters from Under-fired Charbroiling Cooking Process using the Hood Method)

  • Under-fired charbroiling cooking processes are known as important contributors of particulate matter (PM). In this study, we characterized the emission of particulate matters from under-fired charbroiling cooking processes using the hood method. Accumulated mass concentration of $PM_{10}$ was 92.2~99.5% and particle size of 2.0~2.5 ${\mu}m$ was highest. The concentration of PM increased very sharply at the beginning of charbroiling meats and then gradually decreased as the charbroiling continued. PM concentration also increased very sharply when gravy from meat spilled onto the frame of fire. However, mass concentration during charbroiling using only charcoals was very low compared to that of meats. We estimated the emission factors of charcoal, pork belly and pork shoulder respectively; 0.01~0.02 g/kg, 5.02~6.26 g/kg, 2.86~4.15 g/kg of $PM_{2.5}$, 0.01~0.03 g/kg, 7.44~7.91 g/kg, 4.54~5.56 g/kg of $PM_{10}$, and 0.02~0.05 g/kg, 7.59~7.95 g/kg, 4.93~5.68 g/kg of TSP. The emission factors of charcoal were negligible and the emission factors of pork belly were higher than that of pork shoulder. Emission rates of particulate matters from under-fired charbroiling cooking process were estimated as 578,009~1,265,152 kg/yr of $PM_{2.5}$, 917,539~1,598,619 kg/yr of $PM_{10}$ and 996.358~1,606,703 kg/yr of TSP. But emission factors should be verified with an in-stack cascade impactor because the reported method involves some assumptions.

전자파 강도 예측 모델을 통한 5G 기지국 평가 기법 연구 (Research on 5G Base Station Evaluation Method through Electromagnetic Wave Intensity Prediction Model)

  • 최근 5G 도입에 따라 생활 전반으로 전자파 방사원이 확산됨에 따라 국민 중심 전자파 안전관리 체계 구축이 필요한 실정이다. 특히 5G 안테나의 빔포밍 방식은 무선기지국 설치시 전자파의 전력밀도 측정은 10배 이상으로 증가되어 물리적인 측정으로 안전성을 판단하는 것은 무리가 있다. 따라서 체계적인 모델 분석을 통하여 계산에 의한 예측기법으로 생활속에 전자파 안전 유무를 판별할 필요가 있다. 본 논문에서는 이같은 문제를 해결하기 위한 방법으로 전자파 수치해석툴을 사용한 5G 무선기지국의 가능성을 확인하기 위해서 실제 기지국 측정값과 예측 모델을 통한 예측값을 상호 비교하는 신뢰도 평가를 통하여 가능성을 확인하였다.

  • 본 연구는 국제특허분류(IPC) 코드 기반의 특허 정보 분석을 통해 기술 트렌드를 파악하여 새로운 기술을 예측하는 기술예측에 관한 기초연구이다. 특허 분석 대상은 2011년 이후 국내에 특허 등록된 IPC 코드 분류 기준에서 전자상거래(G06Q)가 주분류인 특허이다. 2011년 이후 전자상거래 분야 중 가장 많이 특허 등록된 분야는 G06Q 50/10 (1,652건), G06Q 30/02 (816건), G06Q 50/30 (735건), G06Q 40/02 (713건), G06Q 50/22 (530건), G06Q 30/06 (489건) 순이다.

Trans-Resveratrol Contents of Peanut Seeds Depend on Varieties and Processing Methods

  • The high-performance liquid chromatography(HPLC) method for the determination of trans-resveratrol in 34 germplasms and processing methods of peanut seeds has been modified. Peanut germplasms contained trans-resveratrol contents of $0.14{\sim}4.96{\mu}g/g$, but findings for the testa color were not significant. However, two germplasms, 'KIGAN' and 'CS1', contained more trans-resveratrol contents than the other germplasms. The contents of their were $2.26{\mu}g/g\;and\;4.96{\mu}g/g$. The tested processing methods caused no significant changes in trans-resveratrol contents. The contents of fresh, boiled, and roasted peanuts were 0.36, 0.32, and $0.40{\mu}g/g$, respectively in cv. Palkwang, and 0.22, 0.22, and $0.26{\mu}g/g$, respectively, in cv. Jakwang. Differences were not significant among fresh, boiled, and roasted peanuts. The grains of 'Palkwang' and 'Jakwang' contained trans-resveratrol contents of $0.34{\mu}g/g\;and\;0.24{\mu}g/g$, and testa contained $1.12{\mu}g/g\;and\;1.00{\mu}g/g$, respectively. However, when comparing absolute quantity, the trans-resveratrol contents appears to be approximately $3{\sim}4$ times higher in the testa than in the grain of the peanut, although the total contents were not different because the ratio of testa was low in peanut seeds.

균열이 있는 선형 점탄성체의 변형에너지 방출률 G(t)에 대한 경계요소 해석 (Boundary Element Analysis of Strain Energy Release Rate G(t) for Cracked Viscoelastic Solids)

  • In this paper, the boundary element analysis of viscoelastic strain energy release rate G(t) for the cracked linear viscoelastic solids has been attempted. This study proposes the G(t) equation and the calculating method of G(t) by time-domain boundary element analysis for the viscoelastic solids. The G(t) is defined as the derivative of the viscoelastic potential energy II(t) with respect to crack length a. Two example problems are presented to show the applicability of the proposed method to the analysis of the cracked linear viscoelastic solids. Numerical results of example problems show the accuracy and effectiveness of the proposed method.
