  • 복잡한 플랜트 환경에서의 안전관리는 인적 요인에 의해 좌우되고 있는 상황이다. 이로 인해 인적 오류에 의한 상황 파악의 실패는 심각한 사고의 원인이 되고 있다. 이를 위해 본 논문에서는 청각 정보에 의해 상황을 인지할 수 있도록 함으로써 복잡한 환경에서의 안전점검의 새로운 수단을 제시하고자 하며, 인간에 의한 경험적 정보를 수반한 상황 인지율을 달성하기 위해 지능이론의 기법 중에서 퍼지이론을 적용하여 음향 정보를 이용한 안전진단 시스템을 제안하고자 한다. 고압가스 충전시설은 매우 단순한 형태이며, 향후 더욱 복잡한 플랜트 시설에 적용이 가능할 것으로 전망한다.

  • In this paper, each parameter was identified by the gradient descent method to overcome difficulty deciding fuzzy rules of FLC for the unknown process and the type of membership Junctions. Usually PID or optimal control theories have been mostly usee in control field so far. However, optimal control requires much time for calculation because of adaptation for disturbance and nonlinearity. And intricate technique such as MRAS which can be realized only by an expert are limited to be used in the systems requiring rapid and precise response because of comparatively longer calculating time and complicateness. Gradient descent method is a method to find Z minimizing a function about a certain vector Z. And required output of FLC is gained using gradient approaching method in order to adapt control rule parameters of FLC. Simulation proved validation of this algorithm.

집적과 클러스터: 개념과 유형 그리고 관련 이론에 대한 비판적 검토 (Reconsidering the Concept, Typology and Theories of Agglomeration and Cluster in Economic Geography)

  • 1990년대 이후 산업 집적 혹은 지역혁신 관련 연구들은 폭발적으로 증가해 왔고, 그와 관련된 다양한 이론적 논의들이 활발하게 전개되고 있다. 그럼에도 불구하고, 경제지리학의 가장 핵심적인 연구 분야의 하나인 산업 집적과 관련된 용어와 개념들의 구체성은 오히려 결여되고 있어, 새로운 학문적 조류와 환경 변화에 대응한 이론 체계의 발전에 걸림돌이 되고 있다. 이에 본 논문에서는 지식기반경제 혹은 학습경제로의 전환을 상징적으로 나타내는 경제활동의 공간적 실체인 집적 및 클러스터와 관련된 용어와 개념 그리고 이론들을 주요 연구 문헌들의 고갈을 토대로 검토하였는바, 그 핵심적 주장은 다음과 같다. 첫째, 집적과 클러스터의 용어 및 개념적 구분이 명확히 이루어질 필요가 있다. 클러스터는 집적의 다양한 존재 형태 가운데 일부를 나타내는 개념임에도 불구하고 포괄적인 의미로 사용됨으로써 개념적 불명료성과 혼동을 가중시키고 있다. 둘째, 집적지, 혹은 클러스터에 대한 개념적 정의를 명확하게 하지 앓은 결과, 다양한 형태로 존재하는 집적지의 유형을 구분하는데 있어서도 혼란이 초래되고 있다. 다수의 연구에서 그들이 사용한 집적지 관련 용어에 대한 개념정의를 명확하게 하지 않고 유형 구분을 함으로써 집적지 유형 구분에 대한 의의를 반감시키거나 해석상의 오류를 유발하는 문제점을 노출하고 있다. 셋째, 산업 집적지 혹은 클러스터 관련 이론들 간의 수렴 현상이 나타나면서 이론들 간의 차별성과 정체성이 상실되는 문제점이 나타나고 있다.

An analytical model for assessing soft rock tunnel collapse risk and its engineering application

  • The tunnel collapse, large deformation of surrounding rock, water and mud inrush are the major geological disasters in soft rock tunnel construction. Among them, tunnel collapse has the most serious impact on tunnel construction. Current research backed theories have certain limitations in identifying the collapse risk of soft rock tunnels. Examining the Zhengwan high-speed railway tunnel, eight soft rock tunnel collapse influencing factors were selected, and the combination of indicator weights based on the analytic hierarchy process and entropy weighting methods was obtained. The results show that the groundwater condition and the integrity of the rock mass are the main influencing factors leading to a soft rock tunnel collapse. A comprehensive fuzzy evaluation model for the collapse risk of soft rock tunnels is being proposed, and the real-time collapse risk assessment of the Zhengwan tunnel is being carried out. The results obtained via the fuzzy evaluation model agree well with the actual situation. A tunnel section evaluated to have an extremely high collapse risk and experienced a local collapse during excavation, verifying the feasibility of the collapse risk evaluation model. The collapse risk evaluation model proposed in this paper has been demonstrated to be a promising and innovative method for the evaluation of the collapse risk of soft rock tunnels, leading to safer construction.

퍼지 셋 이론을 이용한 전기제품의 프로그레시브 가공에 관한 연구 (A Study on Progressive Working of Electric Product by the using of Fuzzy Set Theory)

  • This paper describes a research work of developing computer-aided design of a product with bending and piercing for progressive working. An approach to the system for progressive working is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the system is formulated from plasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. The system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD with a personal computer and is composed of four main modules, which are input and shape treatment, flat pattern layout, strip layout and die layout modules. The system is designed by considering several factors, such as bending sequences by fuzzy set theory, complexities of blank geometry, punch profiles, and the availability of a press equipment. Strip layout drawing generated in the strip layout module is presented in 3-D graphic farms, including bending sequences and piercing processes with punch profiles divided into for external area. The die layout module carries out die design for each process obtained from the results of the strip layout. Results obtained using the modules enable the manufacturer for progressive working of electric products to be more efficient in this field.

  • Not only in building design but also in HVAC system design, it is important to ensure an objectivity in schematic design. In the study, the author suggested a method to make a logical decision for quality design factors a(footing the selection of HVAC type in initial design process, and to provide objective design values. Fuzzy theory, one of the theories describing in quantitative way the ambiguous-natured linguistic values, was used to determine the qualitative design factors of linguistic parameter nature. It was found that it has a potential as a method to determine a HVAC type satisfying the required values of qualitative design factors involved in selection of the system type. But this needs further studies to be settled in the selecting of HVAC type.

  • This paper illustrates the process of developing and configuring the prototype Computer Analysis System for Controlling Occupational WORKload (CAS-COWORK). The software interface between the database and expert system was attempted. The database is used for storing and retrieving series of data entered by general users and the expert system is used for identifying and solving occupational problem areas. Two theories were applied in developing the algorithm base of CAS-COWORK that were used to calculate overall workload stress level. The fuzzy set theory was introduced to capture the subject‘s workload stress perception. The Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) was introduced to estimate the importance of the task and workplace variables. The purpose of the system development is for future prediction and problem solving which would be highly valuable to the industrial engineer.

젯트팬 종류식 터널의 퍼지응용 제어로직에 관한 연구 (The Study of Jet Fan Control Logic for Longitudinal Ventilation in Road Tunnel)

  • In tunnel ventilation, the Purpose of ventilation control is to keep the required pollution level with minimum consumption of energy But tunnel ventilation has large disturbances caused by discharge of pollutants, traffic forces especially strong for longitudinal ventilation. Hence in this paper, the tunnel ventilation control logic applying fuzzy control theories is proposed and the simulation program of tunnel ventilation control is developed. The characteristics of longitudinal ventilation with jet fans are estimated and the effect of the proposed tunnel ventilation control is verified by the simulation program.

  • 본 논문은 퍼지지식베이스에서 러프 집합과 요인공간이론을 적용하여 최소 결정규칙 생성과 근사추론 연산을 수행하는 두 개의 알고리듬을 제안한다. 최소 결정규칙의 생성은 속성요인에 관련한 상관분석과 베이지안 정리를 응용한 데이터의 분류기법과 리덕트에 의해 수행된다. 이 결정규칙으로 이루어진 최소지식 베이스의 탐색공간에서 소속함수와 t-norm의 합성 연산을 정의한 근사추론 방식에 의해 특정 객체를 검색한다. 본 연구의 러프와 퍼지연산 모듈을 수행하는 제안 알고리듬 기법을 객체및 속성수를 증가시키는 시뮬레이션을 통해 다른 검색이론 및 합성연산 방식과 비교하였다. 그 결과 다른 제 방법보다 본 연구에서 제안하는 기법이 특정 객체를 추출하기 위한 검색연산 시간에 있어 보다 빠르게 검색됨을 입증하였다.

Short Term Load Forecasting Algorithm for Lunar New Year's Day

  • Short term load forecasts complexly affected by socioeconomic factors and weather variables have non-linear characteristics. Thus far, researchers have improved load forecast technologies through diverse techniques such as artificial neural networks, fuzzy theories, and statistical methods in order to enhance the accuracy of load forecasts. Short term load forecast errors for special days are relatively much higher than that of weekdays. The errors are mainly caused by the irregularity of social activities and insufficient similar past data required for constructing load forecast models. In this study, the load characteristics of Lunar New Year's Day holidays well known for the highest error occurrence holiday period are analyzed to propose a load forecast technique for Lunar New Year's Day holidays. To solve the insufficient input data problem, the similarity of the load patterns of past Lunar New Year's Day holidays having similar patterns was judged by Euclid distance. Lunar New Year's Day holidays periods for 2011-2012 were forecasted by the proposed method which shows that the proposed algorithm yields better results than the comprehensive analysis method or the knowledge-based method.
