In 1994 Korea government began to develop the healthcare industry, since then the government has tried to create opportunities to promote the industry through various political efforts and policies. The biggest achievement was attracting foreign patients from 2009 to 2016 with a cumulative 1.56 million and total revenue of 3 trillion won. But Korea still loses the opportunity to become a global leader in the health care industry due to regulations and various ideological disputes. Accordingly, it is necessary to facilitate policy understanding and present a practical road map so that Korea's healthcare industry become a new growth engine that will lead the trend of global market in the future. It also suggests a national economic development paradigm, the health economy as health and economic value are rotated through a shift in view of health care. At this point, 20 years after the beginning of the healthcare industry development, it is necessary to evaluate the related policies and discuss effective future directions. In this sense, the purpose of this study is to examine the policies and limitations of the healthcare industry by each government division, and based on it, to propose political tasks for the future.

The purpose of this study was to analyze the current status and suggest tasks of future directions for development of the Korean Society of Sport Biomechanics(KSSB). KSSB was established in the 22th of Oct.,1988. It is one of the great National Society recognized by the Korean Research Foundation, and consists of almost 350 members over national Sport Biomechanists. Two roles-functions of KSSB are as follows; one is an Independent Society by KSSB, the other is a sub-Society under Korean Alliance for Health, Physical Education, Recreation and Dance(KAHPERD) run by 15 sub-Societies. The 2 great strategies toward all over the world of KSSB were Localization and Globalization. The grand four projects of KSSB in $2005{\sim}2006yrs$ are as followers: 1) The rationalization of organization-operating and decentralization, 2) The international levels of society, 3) The internationalizaton of quality of Korean Journal of Sport Biomechanics, and 4) The presentation award by quarterly and double-movements of members of KSSB. The tasks of future direction for development of KSSB are as followers : The localization and globalization of KSSB( see above as figure 4, table 12, 13, 14).

Recently BIM technology has been expanded for using in construction project. However its spread has been delayed than the initial expectations, due to the high-cost of BIM infrastructure development, the lack of regulations, the lack of process and so forth. In construction site phase, especially the analysis of current research trend about IT technologies, virtualization and BIM service, data exchange such as drawing, 3D model, object data, properties using cloud computing and virtual server system is defined as a most successful solution. The purpose of this study is enable the cloud computing BIM server to provide several main function such as edit a model, 3D model viewer and checker, mark-up, snapshot in high-performance quality by proper design of VDI system. Concurrent client connection performance is a main technical index of VDI. Through test-bed server client, developed VDI system's multi-connect control will be evaluated. The performance-test result of BIM server VDI will effect to development direction of cloud computing BIM service for commercialization.

Korean construction industry made a huge growth over several decades. However, domestic construction market has shrunk in recent years due to the domestic political environments and global economic crisis. Today, the international construction markets become more important to be investigated, and demands for international construction study have risen. The purpose of this study is to search for measures to compare the potential of Southeast Asian countries' construction markets and select strategic target countries where the Korean construction companies pursue to explore for future investments. The research team investigated a range of selection factors which can represent the construction market condition of each country. These factors included the size of the construction industry, economic growth potential, current relationship with Korea, the level of infrastructure development, political situation, etc. After collecting data, each selection factor was scored by experts' analyses and the total score was given to each country. As a result, the rating identified attractive countries for future investments: Myanmar, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. For the target countries, analytical methods were used for in-depth market analysis that can provide comprehensive insight and strategic clue for development of short-/mid-/long-term roadmap and action plans. The research findings would be used to support rational decision making of construction investment advancing to the Southeast Asian economic growth.

As domestic construction investment has been gradually reduced, expanding overseas construction is one of the most important issues for Korean construction companies. Among these issues, strategies for overseas CM services have widely been discussed, because the CM services have features of high growth potential and value-added area when compared with other construction sectors. Therefore, recent efforts focus on further development in advanced CM capabilities and expansion to overseas market. However, there has been lack of quantitative research to investigate current status and future direction of CM industry. In this sense, this research investigated what CM has achieved for the past 17years (between 1997 and 2013) and what CM should accomplish for future strategies. The purpose of this research is to statistically analyze total of 2,983 CM service contracts over the past 17 years published in KISCON (Knowledge Information System of Construction Industry) in order to examine current status of CM industry in terms of market type, contract size, commodity type, and owner's type. Based on this research, it is expected to suggest for future strategies and development directions from the CM industry perspective that could provide quantitative analyses, improve current CM statistics systems and strengthen the competitiveness in international CM market.

Workers' demands for new applications, especially mobile applications, are increasing. Many industry analysts, researchers and corporate executives say the demand for mobile applications is becoming increasingly difficult to follow in the IT department. Gartner predicts that by 2021, the demand for mobile application development within the enterprise will increase about five times faster than IT can deliver applications. The purpose of this paper is to provide an environment where non-developers who are in charge of business development can develop apps and webs for their work. The basic concept of a new innovative App development tool, Smart Maker Authoring Tool is to develop Apps on the level using easy-to-learn Word or Excel in a computer. The main feature is that the app is developed by a non-developer worker. The coding technology is perfectly optimized to the structure and operation mechanism of the IT Infra such as hardware devices and operating system, which are the targets for implementing a desired function. Rather, it shows excellent software productivity. The most important feature of future business development is that it is developed by a non-developer worker. In this paper, we propose a no-code and low-code platform for non - developers to develop their business. In the future, we will link the IoT based Arduino system and artificial intelligent interpretation system.

The Republic of Korea (Korea) and the Russian Federation (Russia) are actualizing the cooperation in the Arctic area. As a result, Korean companies have begun to enjoy real economic benefits. However, since there are some troublesome aspects associated with this cooperation, measures that can lead to sustainable development through the supplementation of relevant norms are critical. Russia is also aware of these problems in obtaining economic benefits in the future; cooperation between the two countries should be extended to sufficiently cover this point. The laws related to the region are vague and do not encompass every field. In addition, when it comes to national interests, many situations arise from areas where international and national laws are not clearly harmonized. Therefore, efforts should be made to reflect the interests of both sides and to maintain economic benefits, in case Korea participates in Russia's development of the area, as well as for the legal foundation to reduce negative issues. The Korea-Russia Free Trade Agreement (FTA) negotiation is on the track for the purpose. The two governments should consider various tasks, such as harmonizing with the former FTAs and dealing with the domestic law in accordance with the new FTA. The two countries also have to conduct researches on the efficient use of the FTA and for the 'Sustainable Arctic Development'.

Unlike housing development project that can ensure profit by selling built units, a hotel development depends on long-term business operation to be profitable due to characteristics of service industry. The expected cash flow has substantial uncertainty depending on room occupancy rate and room charge. Thus, even after construction is complete, business risk tends to rise. It is necessary to ensure strategic response to uncertainty in future value of a hotel. The objective of the study is to explore strategic measures to deal with risk and uncertain future value in hotel development project by adopting abandonment option, which is a type of real options. The case in analysis had sevenyears of project period: Two years for construction, and five years for operation; a plan was made to sell the hotel after five years' of operation. For the research purpose, option value ofrecoverable investment amount was estimated, and value of abandonment option was KRW 124.921 billion. When abandonment option is applied, the project value was deemed to be KRW 120.592 billion. Generally, the amount of loss is enormous when a real estate project like a hotel development fails, and therefore, application of option is expected to be an effective measure to leverage uncertainty of a project.

This study examines the current state of and the problems in privately financed station in Korea, and makes suggestions for improving future development of stations. Problems found in this research are as follows. First. the deployment of resting facilities needs to be planned according to whether the users of privately financed station buildings are electric railway passengers or national railway ones. Second, large scale developments with the object of raising operating revenues should be restrained. Third, there are not sufficient spaces for public benefit such as squares in front of stations. Fourth, the surroundings are congested due to lack of connection to neighboring areas through public transportation. Fifth, the absence of integrated development plans causes many inadequate effects on urban functions and views. Sixth, administrative processes for getting licenses and permits are complicated and relevant authorities are not cooperative. To solve these problems in privately financed station buildings, to contribute to the development of the community and to secure publicness, Many problems are not in station buildings themselves but come from insufficient consideration of relevant factors in constructing the buildings Thus, future development of station buildings and their surrounding areas should be planned in consideration of these problems. We expect that the development of areas surrounding railway stations not only improves railway stations themselves but also leads the environmental reform of urban spaces and activates the local community.

Because the development of Korea's water resources will reach its limit in the near future, preparations should now be begun to deal with problems that may come as a result. It will be too late to start preparations when the water resources have already reach their limitation and, as the preparations cannot be done in a day, it will take a long time to provide them. Now is the great turning point to accumulate our technical experiences and attain our plans gradually. The preparations against this are summarized as follows; 1)The transitory use of water should be turn into the recurrent use for the future. 2)A cooperative water control system of an area should be arranged. 3)Water saving, control of water demand, and the multiple use of water should be encouraged. To do this effectively, people should be informed of the value and rarity of water. 4)The development of freshwater reserviors at estuaries is closely related to the development of water utilization in the whole river basin. The development of water resources by the construction of freshwater reservoirs at the estuaries should be started, when the development of upstream water resources reaches their limitation. 5)The existing water utilization structures should be reorganized by water resources exchange planning, so the effective use of water in large areas be attained.
