PDP 패널용 전도막 광학 필터 제조에 관한 연구 (A Study on the Manufacture of Optical Filters for PDP Panel in Conductive Types)

  • The functional dyes, which has various optical characteristics that can be applicable to field of electronic, photo electronic, such as sensor or electrode, were synthesized. Physical property and optical stability was studied with preparation of conductive type film as a kind of optical filter of plasma display panel, by adapting neon cut off dye, which can selectively absorbing between 580 and 610nm wavelength. The filter was prepared with PSA resin, which has functional group of - COOH and - OH, as binder. And the characters such as spectroscopy, heat-proof / wet-proof, thermal stability and commerciality, which must be held by functional dyes, were examined. Conductive type film is the kind of film includes only neon cut off dyes. For the neon cut off dyes, cyanine dyes can be applied. And it is observed that spectrum of before and after the durability test are not changed due to stability of dyes, as the result of coating on the mesh film with PSA binder.

Expression of Polyhistidine-Containing Fusion Human HepG2 Type Glucose Transport Protein in Spodoptera Cells and Its Purification Using a Metal Affinity Chromatography

  • In order to develop procedures for the rapid isolation of recombinant sugar transporter in functional form from away from the endogenous insect cell transporter, gene fusion techniques were exploited. Briefly, BamH1-digested human HepG2 type glucose transport protein cDNA was first cloned into a transfer vector pBlueBacHis, containing a tract of six histidine residues. Recombinant baculoviruses including the human cDNA were then generated by allelic exchange following transfection of insect cells with wild-type BaculoGold virus DNA and the recombinant transfer vector. Plaque assay was then performed to obtain and purify recombinant viruses expressing the human transport protein. All the cell samples that had been infected with viruses from the several blue plaques exhibited a positive reaction in the immnuassay, demonstrating expression of the glucose transport protein. In contrast, no color development in the immunoassay was observed for cells infected with the wild-type virus or no virus. Immunoblot analysis showed that a major immunoreactive band of apparent Mr 43,000~44,000 was evident in the lysate from cells infected with the recombinant baculovirus. Following expression of the recombinant fusion protein with the metal-binding domain and enterokinase cleavage site, the fusion protein was recovered by competition with imidizole using immobilized metal charged resin. The leader peptide was then removed from the fusion protein by cleavage with porcine enterokinase. Final separation of the recombinant protein of the interest was achieved by passage over $Ni^{2+}$-charged resin under binding conditions. The expressed transport protein bound cytochalasin B and demonstrated a functional similarity to its human counterpart.

적인 함유량에 따른 LDPE 수지 film의 특성연구 (Characteristics of LDPE resin film depending on RP contents)

  • 할로겐계 난연제의 환경적 문제로 인한 규제가 강화되면서 비할로겐타입의 인계화합물을 기초로 한 난연제의 비중이 높아지고 있으며, 기능성 film 제조에 있어 난연 효과를 보이는 적인 첨가에 따라 수지의 물성 및 열적 특성이 확연히 달라진다. 난연 효과를 높이고자 난연제 과량 첨가시 수지의 물성은 크게 저하되며, 수축 또는 방청 등 기능성 film에 적용되기 어렵다. 본 연구에서는 적인MB의 함유량에 따른 LDPE film을 blow 타입의 사출공청을 통해 제조하였고, 이에 대한 난연성 시험과 인열 강도 및 수축률, 방청성 평가를 통해 적인-LDPE film의 기계적 특성 및 물성특성에 미치는 영향력과 함유량에 따른 적인난연 film의 특성연구를 그 목적으로 하였다. 난연성의 경우 VTM 0를 보였으며, 인열 강도의 경우 MD 및 TD의 경향성이 상반되는 것을 알 수 있었다. 수축률의 경우 함유량에 따른 특성은 보이지 않았으며, 방청성의 경우 국내 방청 수축 필름 신뢰성 규격의 기준인 0.05 % 보다 우수한 결과를 보였다.

Bacillus licheniformis로부터 분리된 phospholipase D 유전자의 발현 및 생화학 특성 (Expression and Biochemical Characteristics of a Phospholipase D from Bacillus licheniformis)

  • Bacillus licheniformis로 부터 phospholipase D (PLD)로 추정되는 유전자를 PCR 기술을 이용하여 분리하여 pGEM-T easy 운반체에 cloning 하였다. 분리된 유전자는 His6가 붙은 pET-21 운반체를 이용하여 E. coli BL21 (DE3)에서 발현시켰다. 재 조합된 PLD는 nikel-nitrilotriacetic acid (Ni-NTA) resin을 갖는 column을 이용하여 affinity chromatography로 분리하였다. SDS-PAGE 분석 결과 PLD로 추정되는 단백질은 약 44 kDa의 주요 단일밴드를 나타내었다. 분리된 효소의 최적 활성도는 pH 7.0에서 나타났으며 이 조건에서 또한 효소가 제일 안정되었다. 효소활성에 미치는 최적 온도는 $40-45^{\circ}C$의 온도에서 형성되어 비교적 높은 온도를 나타내었으며 비교적 넓은 범위의 온도에서 상당히 높은 효소 활성도를 나타내었다. 여러 가지 detergent 중에서 Triton X-100을 0.6 mM까지 첨가할 경우 PLD의 효소활성도는 점진적으로 증가하여 대조구 대비 최대 181%의 효소 활성도를 나타내었다.

  • B. pseudomycoides로 부터 alanine racemase로 추정되는 유전자를 분리한 다음 6xHistidine 이 결합된 pET-21 운반체를 이용하여 E. coli BL21(DE3)에서 발현시키고 생화학 특성을 조사하였다. 재조합된 alanine racemase는 affinity chromatography를 이용하여 분리하였으며 SDS-PAGE 분석에서 약 46 kDa의 단일밴드를 나타내었다. 분리된 효소는 여러 아미노산 중에서 L-alanine에 대하여 가장 높은 활성도를 보이고 D-alanine에 대하여 두번째로 높은 활성도를 보였다. 따라서 분리된 효소는 alanine racemase로 판단되었다. 분리된 효소는 D-cysteine에 하여 상당히 저해가 되었다. 효소의 최적 활성도는 pH 9.0 근처에서 관찰되었고 산성의 조건보다는 알칼리의 조건에서 보다 안정하였다. 보효소인 PLP 0.3mM의 첨가에 의해 효소의 활성도는 약 70% 가량 증대되었다.

C/Si 몰 비가 TEOS와 페놀수지를 출발원료 사용하여 합성된 β-SiC 분말의 특성에 미치는 영향 (Effect of the C/Si Molar Ratio on the Characteristics of β-SiC Powders Synthesized from TEOS and Phenol Resin)

  • ${\beta}$-SiC powders were synthesized by a carbothermal reduction process using $SiO_2$-C precursors fabricated by a sol-gel process using phenol resin and TEOS as starting materials for carbon and Si sources, respectively. The C/Si molar ratio was selected as an important parameter for synthesizing SiC powders using a sol-gel process, and the effects of the C/Si molar ratio (1.4-3.0) on the particle size, particle size distribution, and yield of the synthesized ${\beta}$-SiC powders were investigated. It was found that (1) the particle size of the synthesized ${\beta}$-SiC powders decreased with an increase in the C/Si molar ratio in the $SiO_2$-C hybrid precursors, (2) the particle size distribution widened with an increase in the C/Si molar ratio, and (3) the yield of the ${\beta}$-SiC powder production increased with an increase in the C/Si molar ratio.

Insulation materials used in electrical equipment for high voltage withstand, power equipment, power equipment due to aging and overloading caused by a weakening of the insulation failure and replacement in accordance with the age due to increased costs because of the reliability of electrical equipment should be secured should. Therefore, improved performance and longevity of insulation material is recognized as an important challenge. In this study, power isolation and degeneration of the unit for use in various parts of the molding epoxy resin to improve the insulation performance of the epoxy resin by varying the added amount of nano-SiO2 nanocomposites made epoxy/SiO2 analysis and breakdown properties of the experiment want to improve the electrical properties through the geometry.

굳지 않은 MMA개질 UP 폴리머 콘크리트의 사용가능시간에 미치는 온도와 결합재의 영향 (Effects of Temperature and Binder Components on Working Life of Fresh MMA Modified UP Polymer Concrete)

  • PURPOSES : This study deals with the working life of polymer concrete, which is typically used as a repair or overlay material for portland cement concrete pavements. METHODS : In the scope of this study, laboratory testing was conducted on fresh MMA modified UP polymer concrete, which uses an MMA monomer for viscosity adjustment and strength improvement of UP resin. The experimental variables were temperature (-20 to $+20^{\circ}C$) and binder components (MMA, MEKPO, and DMA). RESULTS : The result showed that the optimum binder ratios for polymer concrete production were 12, 11, and 10 wt.% when the MMA contents were 20, 30, and 40 wt.%, respectively. The working life of polymer concrete depending on temperature and binder components could be expressed by a logarithmic functional formula. The coefficient of variation for each binder component was the highest for DMA content while the lowest for MEKPO content. Also, the contents of each binder component for ensuring the working life of 60 minutes were proposed. CONCLUSIONS : Ultimately, the present study derived a linear regression equation estimating 60 minutes working life based on the setting times of each binder component.

  • A copolymer ${\sim}$550cps ; $M_n$, 2590${\sim}$2850 ; and conversion, 82${\sim}$89%, respectively. It was found from the plotting of $T_g$ versus viscosity and $T_g$ versus molecular weight that viscosity increased with $T_g$ while number averaged molecular weight decreased with increasing $T_g$.

피로포스포릭 락톤 변성폴리에스테르를 함유한 폴리우레탄 난연도료의 물성 및 난연효과 (Physical Properties and Flame Retardant Effects of Polyurethane Coatings Containing Pyrophosphoric Lactone Modified Polyesters)

  • Pyrophosphoric lactone modified polyester(PATT) that contains two phosphorous functional groups in one unit base resin structure was synthesized to prepare a non-toxic reactive flame retardant coatings. Then the PATT was cured at room temperature with isocyanate, Desmodur IL, to get a two-component polyurethane flame retardant coatings(PIPUC). Comparing the physical properties of the films of PIPUC with the film of non-flame retardant coatings, there was no degradation observed in physical properties by the introduction of a flame-retarding component into the resin. We found that the char lengths measured by $45^{\circ}$Meckel burner method were $3.1{\sim}4.4cm$ and LOI values recorded $27{\sim}30%$. These results indicate that the coatings prepared in this study is good flame retardant one. The surface structure of coatings investigated with SEM does not show any defects and phase separation.
