The liberalization of imports under the system of World Trade Organization (WTO) will provide a serious impact on Korean dairy industry when foreign competitive dairy products are introduced from any countries in the world. With the importation of dairy products, Korean dairy industry may bring about the limitation of raw milk production, decline of the working ration in facilities and loss of diversification of dairy products. Therefore, Korean dairy industry should prepare high quality dairy products to secure international competitions against the opening of importation. In conclusion, development of high quality and functional dairy products that are satisfied to consumers are the most important subjects to overcome the adverse circumstance as WTO. This report reviews the direction of the diversification of dairy products in the Era of trade liberalization.

Purpose: This study is to present basic data on the Architectural planning of the college of medicine by arranging the functional zoning planning, functional unit planning, and circulation planning, based on the diversification of medical education and the changes of Learning spaces. Methods: This study was conducted by literature review on existing medical education method and learning space planning. And then on-site surveys and questionnaire were conducted on existing facilities. Results: The diversification of medical education has already been progressing for a long time, and the development of information technology is integrated into the learning space, and the evolution of the learning method and the flexibility of the learning space give effect to the change of the learning space. ① This study reconstructed the existing classification method of university facilities into the fuctional zoning method that combines the architectural concept of function and movement. ② The functions and functional units of the college of medicine according to the proposed functional zone were arranged, and the space required for the medical college was suggested. ③ The function and type of movement of medical college can be classified into professor/student fusion type, teaching and research separation type, and learning and learning shared space integrated arrangement type. In the future, it is necessary to consider fusion type or integrated arrangement type rather than separation type. Implications: the evolution of the learning method and the flexibility of the learning space give effect to the change of the learning space.

The purpose of this study is to investigate the best way that health functional food contributes the diversification of pharmacy management at the new point after the separation of prescribing and dispensing practice. In the question of the number of prescription paper, it was more than 200 papers (18.9%), next 100 papers (11.3%). In case of daily total sales volume except prescription fee, it was more than 1,000,000won (28.3%). About the motivation using health functional food, the reason for activation of pharmacy management was 66%. The selling method was mainly by pharmacist recommendation and consumer's need. In comparison with after and before the separation of prescribing and dispensing, more than 60% of subjects answered that sales volume was decreased and no changed. Concerning the ratio of total sales volume to health functional food within 5 years, 66% of subjects expected that it will be increased positively. The type of best pharmacy to handle health functional food was community pharmacy. These results suggest that the handling of health functional food by pharmacist will greatly increase in near futures and will be very important portion for pharmacy management.

Antibody phage display provides a powerful and efficient tool for the discovery and development of monoclonal antibodies for therapeutic and other applications. Antibody clones from synthetic libraries with optimized design features have several distinct advantages that include high stability, high levels of expression, and ease of downstream optimization and engineering. In this study, a fully synthetic human scFv library with six diversified CDRs was constructed by polymerase chain reaction assembly of overlapping oligonucleotides. In order to maximize the functional diversity of the library, a ${\beta}$-lactamase selection strategy was employed in which the assembled scFv gene repertoire was fused to the 5'-end of the ${\beta}$-lactamase gene, and in-frame scFv clones were enriched by carbenicillin selection. A final library with an estimated total diversity of $7.6{\times}10^9$, greater than 70% functional diversity, and diversification of all six CDRs was obtained after insertion of fully randomized CDR-H3 sequences into this proofread repertoire. The performance of the library was validated using a number of target antigens, against which multiple unique scFv sequences with dissociation constants in the nanomolar range were isolated.

In 1967, cheese was first produced with small scale of mozzarella cheese in Korea. The processed cheese market was highly grown after putting on the market of sliced cheese in the late 1980's, and the various products that complied with well-being trends such as organic and high functional cheese have been produced in the 2000's. The natural cheese opens up a new domestic market after producing camembert and brie cheese in the end of 2004. At present. the cheese market is expanded with differentiated products such as high value added and high functional cheese. The size of domestic cheese market remains about 200 billion won, but it is expected to go over a trillion won on account of growing preference of natural cheese with well-being trends. To promote domestic cheese industry, differentiation policy of raw milk price for cheese, diversification of cheese products, financial support to farm-made cheese industry and automation and processing development to improve productivity should be taken into account in the future in Korea.

Purpose This study reviews technology acceptance research in the information system area and consumer behavior research in the marketing area, sets characteristics of convergence products, personality of consumers and communication channels as main concepts and demonstrates their effects on 'relative level of attraction' and 'intent to adoption. Design/methodology/approach The survey was conducted against potential consumers who have the intent to purchase electric communication media products that provides a variety of functions and service, such as a smart TV, a tablet PC and a smart watch. All items were adapted from previous literature and revised as appropriate the purpose of this study and measured on a 7-point Likert scale with answer choices ranging from "strongly disagree" (1) to (7) "strongly agree." Totally, 300 respondents participated in the survey. Out of the 276 respondents, incomplete or invalid 24 were discarded. With them, SPSS 18.0 and AMOS 20.0 for structural equation modeling were used for the analysis. Findings Main findings are as followed;- First, it is found that 'interrelationship of technology' and 'functional diversification' of convergence products has positive effects on relative level of attraction. Second, perceived behavior control has significant effects on the intent to adoption convergence products. Third, communication through mass media has positive effects on making potential consumers feel attraction about products while there is no relationship with the intent to a. On the other hands, it is demonstrated that there is no relationship influential relationship between communication through interpersonal channels and relative level of attraction while communication through interpersonal channels has significant effects on the intent to adoption.

본 연구는 우리나라 패션산업의 집중이 강하게 나타나고 있는 수도권 지역을 대상으로 패션산업의 공간분포를 파악하고, 그 특성을 분석한다. 특히, 우리나라 패션산업을 기존의 노동집약적인 저수익의 봉제의류산업에서 디자인을 통한 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 지식기반산업으로 전환시키고자 하는 상황에서 우리나라 패션산업이 집중되어 있는 서울의 패션제조업 분포에 지식기반산업들이 보이는 특성이 나타나는가에 초점을 두고 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 공간적 자기상관 분석을 이용하여 직능별 패션산업의 공간적 군집여부를 탐색하고, 그 분포양상을 바탕으로 수도권 패션산업의 클러스터를 구분 짓고 그 특성을 파악하였다. 또한 직능 간 연계성을 파악하기 위하여 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 직능별 패션산업의 공간적 군집 형성에 영향을 주는 타 직능 변수와의 관계식을 도출하였다.

The vinegar can be used not only as functional foods but as the new high-quality materials. Lifestyles have changed a lot because of single-person households, women's economic activities, the aging society, the diversification of mass media, and the traveling abroad. Lifestyle diseases have increased with the life extension. The preference for the fermented vinegar, which is safer and healthier than the synthetic vinegar, has increased since the 1990s. The market of the functional fermented vinegars rapidly grew as researches and product developments on biological activities. In particular, the fermented vinegar, which can be enhanced in functionality depending on the characteristic of materials, is useful not only in the food industry but in various industries such as medical, defense, and construction. For the steady growth of the vinegar industry in the future, it is necessary to research and develop the function of the vinegar that can be utilized in various industries.
