Effects of Biofeedback Postural Control Training on Weight distribution rate and Functional Ability in Stroke

  • This study examined the effects of biofeedback postural control training on the weight distribution rate and functional ability of subjects with stroke. A total of 30 stroke patients were enrolled in this study. Subjects were divided into a biofeedback postural training group (experimental group, n=15) and a dynamic balance training group (control group, n=15). Experimental subjects received biofeedback postural training and control subjects received dynamic balance training for 30 minutes per day, 5 times per week over a 6 week period. Weight distribution rate and functional ability were measured to identify the effect of the biofeedback postural training. Significant difference in weight distribution rate was observed in the experimental group, compared with the control group (p=0.05), and a significant difference in functional ability. The results of this study provide evidence in support of incorporating a biofeedback postural training for the improvement of weight distribution rate and functional ability of stroke patients.

와이블 분포를 이용한 다기능 다중상태 대기시스템의 신뢰도 분석 (Reliability Analysis of Multi-functional Multi-state Standby System Using Weibull Distribution)

  • As the functions and structure of the system are complicated and elaborated, various types of structures are emerging to increase reliability in order to cope with a system requiring higher reliability. Among these, standby systems with standby components for each major component are mainly used in aircraft or power plants requiring high reliability. In this study, we consider a standby system with a multi-functional standby component in which one standby component simultaneously performs the functions of several major components. The structure of a parallel system with multifunctional standby components can also be seen in real aircraft hydraulic pump systems and is very efficient in terms of weight, space, and cost as compared to a basic standby system. All components of the system have complete operation, complete failure, only two states, and the system has multiple states depending on the state of the component. At this time, the multi-functional standby component is assumed to be in a non-operating standby state (Cold Standby) when the main component fails. In addition, the failure rate of each part follows the Weibull distribution which can be expressed as increasing type, constant type, and decreasing type according to the shape parameter. If the Weibull distribution is used, it can be applied to various environments in a realistic manner compared to the exponential distribution that can be reflected only when the failure rate is constant. In this paper, Markov chain analysis method is applied to evaluate the reliability of multi-functional multi-state standby system. In order to verify the validity of the reliability, a graph was generated by applying arbitrary shape parameters and scale parameter values through Excel. In order to analyze the effect of multi-functional multi-state standby system using Weibull distribution, we compared the reliability based on the most basic parallel system and the standby system.

  • 본 연구는 우리나라 패션산업의 집중이 강하게 나타나고 있는 수도권 지역을 대상으로 패션산업의 공간분포를 파악하고, 그 특성을 분석한다. 특히, 우리나라 패션산업을 기존의 노동집약적인 저수익의 봉제의류산업에서 디자인을 통한 고부가가치 창출이 가능한 지식기반산업으로 전환시키고자 하는 상황에서 우리나라 패션산업이 집중되어 있는 서울의 패션제조업 분포에 지식기반산업들이 보이는 특성이 나타나는가에 초점을 두고 분석하였다. 이를 위하여 공간적 자기상관 분석을 이용하여 직능별 패션산업의 공간적 군집여부를 탐색하고, 그 분포양상을 바탕으로 수도권 패션산업의 클러스터를 구분 짓고 그 특성을 파악하였다. 또한 직능 간 연계성을 파악하기 위하여 이항 로지스틱 회귀분석을 통해 직능별 패션산업의 공간적 군집 형성에 영향을 주는 타 직능 변수와의 관계식을 도출하였다.

설계속도 상향에 따른 인간공학적 특성을 반영한 편경사와 횡방향마찰계수 분배방법에 관한 연구 (A Study for Distribution Methods Between Superelevation and Side Friction Factor Reflecting Ergonomic Characteristics by Increasing Design Speed)

  • PURPOSES: The purpose of this study is to develop a method for distribution between superelevation and side friction factor by increasing design speed. METHODS: First of all, a method for distribution between superelevation and side friction factor and a theory for the functional formula of side friction factor in compliance with horizontal radius applied in South Korea and the United States are considered. Especially, design speed of 140km/h and numerical value of design elements are applied to the theory for the functional formula of side friction factor in AASHTO's methods. Also, the anxiety EEG upon running speed is measured to reflect ergonomic characteristics through field experiments at seven curve sections of the West Coast Freeway, and this data is applied to graph for the functional formula of side friction factor. RESULTS : Matching side friction factor against the anxiety EEG, the results that a critical points of driver's anxiety EEG sharply increase locate under existing parabola are figured out. CONCLUSIONS : Therefore, we could get a new type of the functional formula that driver's driving comfortability is guaranteed if the existing the functional formula of side friction factor goes down under boundary of the critical points of the anxiety EEG.

Survey on Labeling of Health Functional Foods in Internet Shopping Malls

  • Purpose - This research is to review the state of standard labeling compliance and identify the factors that are conducive to compliance with the Labeling Standards of the Health Functional Foods Act in internet distribution. Research design, data, and methodology - We checked 9 labels including product name, expiration date, manufacturing date, raw material, ingredient, operative dose, nutritional information, daily intake, and functional effect which are based on Labeling Standards of the Act from 100 health functional foods in the internet shopping malls. These 9 structure & function claims were compared using a Chi-square test. Results - There was a statistically significant difference in the use of standard labeling between domestic product and imported products (p<.001). The related strength between these two variables showed a moderate effect size. Also, there was a statistically significant difference between accredited advertising/unaccredited advertising distinction and use of standard labeling (p<.001). The related strength between these two variables showed a moderate effect size. Conclusions - The Labeling Standards of the Act were not followed and found to be related to imports or unauthorized advertising in internet distribution. The information displayed according to the Labeling Standards was only about 2 on the average, so many labels have been posted unreadably without arrangement.

광고 심의 결과로 본 건강기능식품 광고 특성 (Health Functional Foods Advertisement Character through the Results of the Advertisement Evaluation)

  • The purpose of this study is to analyze the characteristics of advertising of health functional food. We utilize 1,716 cases which underwent a screening before advertising from January to December in 2008. The results show the following findings. There were statistically differences between printing and broadcasting. Vitamin 613 cases have received the most review in the functional food types. There were statistically differences between manufacturers and distribution companies. March was the most screening in months. The results show the following findings. There were statistically differences between domestics and import products. In this study, Manufacturers are better than distribution companies for undergoing a screening of the health functional food advertisement.

기능적 전기자극 훈련이 뇌졸중환자의 체중분포도와 동조화에 미치는 효과 (Effects of Functional Electrical Stimulation Training onWeight Distribution and Synchronization of the Lower Extremity of Patients with Post-Stroke)

  • Background : The purpose of this study was to compare the effects of functional electrical stimulation(FES) on weight distribution and synchronization of the lower extremity of patients with post-stroke. Methods : They were randomly divided into two groups, 8 people in the experimental group and 7 people in the control group. A total of 15 subjects volunteered to participate in this study. experimental groups were treatment FES training on parallel bars and control groups were FES training on chair. They was performed for 15 minute, three times in a week, for the 6 weeks. Result : The experimental group The weight distribution A, B, C, D and synchronization AB, CD, AD, BC indicating changes in statistical significance(p<.05). However, the control group only showed significantly increased weight distribution A, C(p<.05). In a variation, experimental and control groups showed significantly increased weight distribution A, B, C and synchronization AD. Conclusion : These findings suggest that the FES training on parallel bars are effective in improving the weight distribution and synchronization of lower extremity of patients with post-stroke. Further study will be continued in this method of therapeutic exercise and additional physical therapy program.

Service Satisfaction and Continuous Use Intention on Omnichannel-Based Pickup Service

  • Purpose: This study aims to present individual motivation and channel characteristics affecting omnichannel service use, as well as the effect relationship of the brand factor on consumption value, service satisfaction, and continuous usability based on convenience store pickup service, one of online shopping customers' omnichannel use services. Primarily, this study divided consumption value into emotional value and functional value and examined the consumption value characteristics of omnichannel-based pickup service customers. Research design, data and methodology: A questionnaire survey was carried out targeting 324 consumers having the omnichannel-based pickup service user experience in online shopping in Korea. A confirmatory factor analysis and path analysis were carried out based on the structural equation to verify hypotheses. Results: According to the analysis result, individual motivation affected the emotional value, and the omnichannel characteristics affected functional value. The brand effect influenced both emotional and functional values. The emotional value affected continuous use intention, and the functional value affected service satisfaction. Conclusions: Therefore, consumers' emotional and functional values showed differences in consumption behavior. In online shopping companies' marketing strategy construction for omnichannel, it was confirmed that a differentiated approach is needed depending on the strategic goal of satisfaction improvement and continuous use intention consolidation.

미백화장품 국내외 시장경쟁력 확보방안 연구 (The research of the way to gain domestic and foreign market economy force of whitening cosmetics)

  • 세계 미백화장품시장은 복합된 기능을 포함한'복합기능성화장품'시장으로 빠르게 넘어가고 있다. 또한 고기능성화장품시장인 코스메슈티컬시장은 복합기능성화장품 시장과 함께 성장하고 있다. 더불어 복합기능성화장품 시장에서 미백기능을 포함한 천연화장품 시장은 전세계에서 성장하고 있다. 전세계 기능성화장품 유통채널은 '미용과 디지털(Beauty and Digital)'을 통한 디지털 커뮤니케이션(digital communication)이다. 글로벌 기업들은 브랜드와 소비자 사이에서 새로운 공간에 관계를 추가하고 있다. 그렇기에 전세계적인 미백화장품 유통 채널의 변화현상은 기존과 다른 공간에서 고객과 소통될 수 있어야 한다는 중요성을 시사를 할 것이다. 국내 미백화장품시장은 2015년 기준 연평균성장률 -3.61%로 감소하고 있다. 반면에 복합유형시장은 연평균성장률 33.28%로 지속적인 성장을 나타내고 있다. 국내 미백화장품시장은 2008년 이후로 기존의 방문판매 중심의 유통채널에서 변화되었다. 특히 온라인채널은 오프라인채널 대비 약1/6 수준이지만, 2014년 기준으로 온라인쇼핑의 전년대비증가율이 27.1%를 나타냈다. 향후에는 오프라인의 판매비중과 비슷해지거나 뛰어넘을 것으로 예측된다. 미백화장품의 유통채널은 변화하고 있고, 온라인 유통채널은 성장하고 있어, 국내 기업들은 새로운 미백화장품 유통채널과 기존의 오프라인 채널을 동시에 공략하는 전략이 필요할 것으로 사료된다. 신규기업의 미백화장품시장 진출 시, 기존의 미백화장품시장보다 복합기능성화장품 내의 천연화장품으로의 진입을 고려해야 할 것으로 판단된다. 국내 미백화장품 시장 경쟁력을 확보하기 위해서는 브랜드 차별성을 확보하거나 유통채널의 변화를 추구하여 기업과 고객이 새로운 공간에서 커뮤나케이션을 구축할 수 있는 진출방안을 모색할 필요가 있다.

긴털이리응애의 점박이응애에 대한 기능반응: 피식자 밀도, 분포 및 면적크기의 영향 (Fuctional Response of Amblyseius longispinosus (Acari:Phytoseiidae) to Tetranychus urticae (Acari: Tetranychidae): Effects of Prey Density, Distribution, and Arena Size)

  • 점박이응애(Tetranychus urncae)의 알밀도(10~80), 공간분포〈집중 빛 균일분포) 및 서석면적크기 (3, 9, 16 $cm^2$)에 따른 긴털이리응애(Amblyseius longispinosus)의 가능반응을 연구하여 다음과 같은 결과를 얻었다. 긴털이리웅애의 점박이응애 발견효율은 밀도와 공간분포의 영향을 받았으나, 면적의 영향은 없었다. 포식량과 피식자간의 거리와는 매우 높은 역상관관계를 보였다(r=강.85; p=0.0001). 포식반응은 제2형의 기능반응을 보였다. 긴털이리응애의 기능반응은 random predator equation으로 잘 설명되었으며, 탐색률은 피식자의 집중분포하에서 반응면적에 따라 0.1030 - 0.1504였고 균일분포하에서는 0.0546~0.0276였다.
