쿼드로터형 드론의 진동특성 분석 및 실험에 관한 연구 (Study on Analysis of Vibration Characteristics and Modal Test for a Quad-Rotor Drone)

  • This paper describes analysis results of vibration characteristics and modal test for a small-scale quad-rotor drone. The rotor arm has a slender body with a propeller and motor at its tip. Rotor system generates excitation for an unbalanced mass. Therefore, the drone platform is involved in the possibility of resonance. For advance identification of the possibility of resonance, confirmation of eigen-mode being closest to the propeller operation range is necessary. Material properties of CFRP tubes used for the rotor arm were acquired by finding the natural frequency based on Rayleigh method. A simplified quad-rotor FE model consisting of rotor arm assembly with tip mass was built to perform numerical analysis, and a free-free boundary condition was applied to provide flight status. Modal tests for the actual platform with impact hammer instrument were performed to verify analysis results. Separation margin from hazardous eigen-mode was checked on the propeller operation range.

  • 분사기형 배플이 설치된 연소기에 대하여 최적의 감쇠를 가지는 배플간극을 모사연소시험을 통하여 최종적으로 검증하였다. 연소실에서 압력섭동의 최대진폭과 연소안정성 여분을 통하여 배플에 의한 감쇠능력을 정량화하였다. 본 연구의 결과가 상온음향시험에서의 결과와 정성적으로 동일함을 파악할 수 있었다. 배플 간극에 있어서도 상온음향시험과 동일한 간극에서 최적의 연소안정성 여분을 가짐을 확인하였다. 이러한 연소장과의 상호작용을 고려한 결과는 배플의 길이 및 간극의 결정에 매우 유용한 자료를 제공하여 실제 연소기 설계 및 조립에 지침으로서 적용될 수 있을 것이다.

Seismic resilience evaluation of RC-MRFs equipped with passive damping devices

  • The use of passive energy dissipation devices has been widely used in the construction industry to minimize the probability of damage occurred under intense ground motion. In this study, collapse margin ratio (CMR) and fragility curves are the main parameters in the assessment to characterize the collapse safety of the structures. The assessment is done on three types of RC frame structures, incorporating three types of dampers, viscoelastic, friction, and BRB dampers. The Incremental dynamic analyses (IDA) were performed by simulating an array of 20 strong ground motion (SGM) records considering both far-field and near-field seismic scenarios that were followed by fragility curves. With respect to far-field ground motion records, the CMR values of the selected frames indicate to be higher and reachable to safety margin more than those under near-field ground motion records that introduce a high devastating impact on the structures compared to far-field excitations. This implies that the near field impact affects the ground movements at the site by attenuation the direction and causing high-frequency filtration. Besides that, the results show that the viscoelastic damper gives better performance for the structures in terms of reducing the damages compared to the other energy dissipation devices during earthquakes.

발전기교체로 인한 축계의 비틀림 고유주파수 영향 및 측정결과 고찰 (Effects of Generator Retrofit on Torsional Natural Frequency of Turbine-generator Train and Study on Measurement Results)

  • Recently, turbine-generators have been replaced for the integrity reinforcement and the efficiency improvement, also, the blade's failures of LP turbines due to torsional vibration have been reported. Excessive torsional vibrations can result in failures of components. The severity of torsional oscillations and stress depends upon the separation margin between the excitation frequencies and torsional natural frequencies. Therefore it is needed to measure the torsional natural frequencies after replacement of the components to conform the separation margin of torsional natural frequencies. In this study torsional vibration measurements were performed after LP turbine and generator replacement and the torsional natural frequencies for the turbine-generator train were calculated to evaluate the effects of generator replacement on torsional natural frequencies of turbine-generator train. It is expected that these evaluation results will be used effectively to identify the root causes of torsional vibration problems.

  • 본 연구는 칼만(Kalman) 필터 적용에 따른 LQG 제어기의 안정도 여유 상실을 극복하기위해 적용한 LTR 제어 시스템의 성능을 시간영역과 주파수영역에서 분석해 보고, 설계에 중요한 요소인 안정도 여유의 회복이 DUOX 구조물에 대해서도 실현되는지 여부를 확인해 보고자 함에 그 목적이 있다. 제어 대상의 구조물은 4층 골조로서 상부에 TMD와 AMD로 구성된 DUOX 시스템이 설치된 하이브리드 시스템이다. LTR/DUOX 제어기법으로 제어한 결과, 주파수응답의 Bode 선도를 통해 구한 게인 여유가 약 30dB로써 LQG/DUOX 제어기의 유실된 게인 여유를 20배 이상 회복시켜 보다 안정도 강인성이 우수한 제어기 설계가 구현되었다.

  • This paper improves the calculating method about the inductance with the high order frequency coreloss. It is different in which the analyzed inductance for calculating IPMSM and the measured thing for experiment. Due to this phenomenon, the expected input voltage differs from the inquired input voltage for operating the motor. This results from the coreloss margin which have both the 1st order and high order frequency value. For reducing the inductance error, after calculating the equivalence coreloss resistance with having the 1st order frequency Back_EMF and coreloss, designing the inductance with the high order frequency which occurred by the coreloss of high order frequency, and comparing the renovated inductance analysis value with the measured thing.

선형 광결합 절연 증폭기의 주파수 특성분석 기법 (Frequency Analysis Method for Linear Optically Coupled Isolation Amplifier)

  • Optically coupled linear isolation amplifier requires special care to avoid oscillation in actual applications. In this paper methods to analyze the frequency characteristics of the amplifier are proposed to reveal the cause of oscillation and to provide design guidelines. The loop gain of the amplifier obtained through the equivalent circuit model shows that the phase margin is too small to ensure stable operations. Methods to get non-oscillatory response are proposed and the resulting frequency responses are analyzed. The common method adding a small capacitor to the amplifier is shown to degrade the frequency bandwidth. The frequency response of output voltage explains the need of filter capacitor in output stage. The usefulness of the method is verified through experiments.

  • UTP 케이블은 광범위하게 사용되고 있고, 최근에는 UHF 주파수 밴드를 위한 제품도 개발되고 있다. UTP 케이블의 가장 중요한 성능 중 하나는 NEXT 특성이다. NEXT 특성을 만족하는 UTP 케이블을 제조하기 위해서 적당한 피치의 길이를 선택하는 기술을 연구하였다. 전산모사는 선로 사이의 뮤추얼 인덕턴스와 커패시턴스를 포함한 전송선로 모델을 이용하였고, 주파수는 1 MHz에서 600 MHz까지의 데이터로 나타내었다. Cat. 6 케이블 NEXT의 worst margin은 전산모사와 측정 결과가 잘 일치하였다.

  • Rotordynamic analysis of a multistage turbine pump using finite element method is performed to investigate the effects of seal wear on its system behavior. Stiffness and damping coefficents of the 2-axial grooved bearing are obtained as functions of rotating speed. Stiffness and damping coefficients of plane annuler seals are calculated as functions of rotating speed as well as seal clearance of seals become larger, these stiffness and damping coefficients decrease drastically so that there can be significant changes in whirl natural frequencies and damping characteristics of the pump rotor system. Although a pump is designed to operate with a sufficient seperation margin from the 1st critical speed, seal wear due to long operation may cause a sudden increase in vibration amplitude by resonance shift and reduce seal damping capability.

  • AIGaAs/GaAs HBT를 이용한 고속 디지틀 시스템에 사용 될 CML OR/NOR 논리게이트를 설계하였다. HBT모델링은 직접 추출법, Gummel-poon모델을 혼합한 형태로 등가회로를 얻었으며 PSPICE를 이용한 시뮬레이션 결과, 전달지연시간이 25ps로써 차단 토글주파수가200Hz에 이르는 초고속 특성을 가지고 기 보고된 HBT의 ECL이나 ME.IFET SCFL에 비하여 noise margin이 커서 입력변동에 비한 잡음에 강하며 fan-out특성이 우수함을 확인하였다.
