일반외과 간호기록에서의 중재, 지각한 간호중재의 중요도 및 수행 빈도 (Comparison among with Nursing Records, Nursing Intervention Priority Perceived by Nurse and Nursing Intervention Frequency of General Surgery Department)

  • Purpose: The purpose of this study was to determine core nursing intervention in nursing records and to compare perceived nursing intervention priority and nursing intervention frequency of general surgery department. Methods: Subjects were 70 nurses who work in the general surgery department. Data was collected using a nursing intervention classification and analyzed by frequency and mean. Results: The most frequent nursing interventions of nursing records were orderly risk management, coping assistance, tissue perfusion management, skin/wound management and nutrition support. Important nursing interventions were tissue perfusion management, respiratory management, electrolyte acid-base management, elimination, peri-operative care. The most frequent nursing interventions were drug management, peri-operative care, risk management, tissue perfusion management, patient education. Conclusion: This study found that nursing records were different from intervention priority and nursing frequency. So further study is needed for finding focused intervention of specific subjects and differences with priority of nursing and frequency of nursing.

  • This study was conducted a part of the project developing the standards of national board test for the dietitian's licence. The purpose of this study was to verify the dietitian's job description. To do this the survey was carried out for the frequency, criticality and difficulty of each job description with 4 point scales. The subjects was 521 dietitians, who have been working over 3 years at their position. The results are following ; 1. The each duty, task and task elements are verified with survey results. 2. Duties with high frequency and criticality were menu management, purchasing, storage and stock management, operational management for cooking, system management for distribution and sanitation management. 3. Duties with middle frequency and high criticality were managing equipment and facility, food service management, human resources management and self-development. 4. Duties with low frequency and high criticality were nutritional assessment for life cycles, nutrition therapy, nutrition education and disease management. 5. For difficulty, food service area show lower than of nutrition service area.

  • 항공 주파수는 항공 안전을 위한 국제적인 보호 주파수 대역이다. 최근 항공 교통량의 증가로 국제적으로 항공 주파수가 포화되고, 혼잡 대역에서 간섭 영향이 높아지는 추세이다. 본 논문에서는 국내 항공 주파수의 효율적인 분배와 관리를 위하여 미국과 같은 선진국과 일본과 같은 주변국의 항공 주파수 정책을 방문 조사 분석하고, 국내의 항공주파수 운용 현황을 조사 분석하여 향후 효율적인 항공주파수 정책 수립 방안을 제시하였다. 또한, 차세대 항행 장비 도입에 따른 추가적인 항공주파수 대역 확보 방안과 항공 안전을 위한 간섭 및 혼신 현황을 분석하여 지속적인 간섭 감시와 억제를 위한 대응 방안을 제시하였다. 본 항공 주파수 정책 연구 결과는 향후 항공 주파수 대역 분배 및 관리 정책 개선에 기여할 것으로 판단한다.

노인의료복지시설 영양사의 직무 수행 빈도와 교육필요도 (Job Performance Frequency and the Training Needs of Dieticians in Elderly Healthcare Facilities)

  • The purpose of this study was to identify job frequency and the training needs of dieticians in elderly health care facilities. This study consisted of dieticians working in elderly health care facilities with a capacity of over 50 elderly. Survey questionnaires were distributed to 190 dieticians through the mail and 106 dieticians (55.8%) participated in this study. The results of the survey showed that dieticians in elderly health care facilities frequently performed the following job: work management, safety and sanitation management, purchase management, human resource management, finance management, nutrition management, and marketing management. The job frequency in safety and sanitation management (p<0.05) and nutrition management (p<0.01) areas were significantly different by the number of dieticians. Safety and sanitation management and menu management were considered job areas that needed further training and education. Dieticians in elderly health care facilities responded that the following jobs should require not only training but are also frequently performed: safety and sanitation management, menu management, work management, and human resource management. Thus, based on the results of this study, continuous training programs in these fields should be offered to satisfy the needs of dieticians.

  • The research objective is segmenting outpatients for CRM(Customer Relationship Management) in medical service. Using modified RFM(Recently, Frequency, Monetary) method based on frequency and profitability in the hospital, the data were analyzed with the data mining technique. The result can be summarized as follows : The outpatients were semented into the four groups: 1) the loyal patient group, who have kept visiting until recently and give high profitability; 2) potential loyal patient group, who give lower profitability but high frequency of use, 3) potential withdrawer patient group, who have lower frequency of use but give high profitability and; 4) withdrawer patient group, who give low frequency of use and have not visited recently.

  • It is needed to develop on-line real time management and RFID-PPS(Radio Frequency Identification-Pallet Pool System) by putting information technology. Additionally, it is possible to figure out the flow of all the materials loaded on the RFID pallet; product, material, raw material immediately, so that epoch-making management is possible and it contributes to the reduction of logistics cost because there are little loss or outflow of pallet. The materials flow is getting speedy and inventory is decreasing in the logistics process, and also bad inventory and loss problems are prevented. As a result, not only logistics cost of company but also national logistics cost is decreased. Thus it contributes to the strength of national competitiveness.

데이터링크 통신을 위한 PLL 주파수합성기 설계 (Design of PLL Frequency Synthrsizer for Data Link Communication)

  • For the first time, PLL frequency synthesizer using DDS was adapted for the data link communication system which should fast transmit and receive each other with the correct information and fast Hopping System. It is inevitable to lost the synchronization by slow lock time about PLL and no cut off the noise. This paper propose the design of PLL frequency synthesizer which can make 800MHz frequency range. The PLL frequency synthesizer has three high qualities those are frequency accuracy, fast lock time and outstanding phase noise.

  • Power continues to be a driving force in central processing units (CPU) design. Most of the advanced breakthroughs in power have been in a realm that is applicable to workstation CPUs. Advanced power management systems will manage temperature, dynamic voltage scaling and dynamic frequency scaling in a CPU. The use of power management systems for microcontrollers and embedded CPUs has been modest, and mostly focuses on very large scale integration (VLSI) level optimizations compared to system level optimizations. In this paper, a dynamic frequency controlling (DFC) technique is introduced, to lay the foundation of a system level power management system for commercial microcontrollers. The DFC technique allows a commercial microcontroller to have minor modifications on both the hardware and software side, to allow the clock frequency to change to save power; results in this study show a 10% savings. By adding an additional layer of software abstraction at the interrupt level, the microcontroller can operate without having knowledge of the current clock frequency, and this can be accomplished without having to use an embedded operating system.

  • Damage to nuclear power plants causes human casualties and environmental disasters. There are electrical facilities that control safety-related devices in nuclear power plants, and seismic performance is required for them. The 2016 Gyeongju earthquake had many high-frequency components. Therefore, there is a high possibility that an earthquake involving many high frequency components will occur in South Korea. As such, it is necessary to examine the safety of nuclear power plants against an earthquake with many high-frequency components. In this study, the shaking table test of electrical facilities was conducted against the design earthquake for nuclear power plants with a large low-frequency components and an earthquake with a large high-frequency components. The response characteristics of the earthquake with a large high-frequency components were identified by deriving the amplification factors of the response through the shaking table test. In addition, safety of electrical facility against the two aforementioned types of earthquakes with different seismic characteristics was confirmed through limit-state seismic tests. The electrical facility that was performed to the shaking table test in this study was a motor control center (MCC).
