현대 패션에 나타난 그로테스크 (The Grotesque Fashion in modern Fashion)

  • The purpose of this study is to examine the value of grotesque fashion and to predict the future fashion trend. The grotesque originates the formative art. It emerges towards of a century or transitional period in most case. In particular, it was used as the expressive method of an individual's inside and a satire on society through the work of artists in the Middle Age, the renaissance, the sym-bolism, the dadaism, the surrealism, the pop art, the technology art, and the post-modernism, etc. The grotesque in fashion is represented in the work of avant-garde fashion designers who lead the high fashion. The grotesque fashion which was combined with an image of non-formality, non-rationality, an absurdity and reality. It has been begun shape of female dress in the renaissance. Afterwards, it was represented in extremely exaggerated and distorted pop art, hippies' fashion in the 1960's. In the 1970's, it was reflected in genderless rock star and destructive punk fashion. It was also represented in the androgynous fashion which was combined with both sexes, the goth/gothic fashion which was expressed with a realistic and fanciful shape and the tattoo of skin-head in the 1980's. In the 1990's, the grungy look which was dirty and the cyber punk fashion. In general, it was also expressed by the avant-garde fashion designers. To sum up, a grotesque fashion which is expressed by experimental designers is classified into four shapes. 1, Union of some extraneous is expressed as different kinds of fashion theme, such as abnormality of texture, uses of surrealistic elements and chaos of sex. Although it appears that the abnormal union of grotesque has only discord and collision, it also shows a feeling of freedom for the tension. 2. Introduction of real and fanciful image is expressed as a cyborg, realistic description of disgusting animal skin and aggressive shape. Especially, it is worth while to notice Tierre Mugler and Alexander Macqueen's work which expressed the shape of mingling human of Middle Age. 3. distortion or exaggeration is expressed as an unformed shape, the exaggeration of a clothing size, the abnormal exaggeration of human body and the ignorance of clothing form. 4. Introduction of a disgusting image is expressed as an extremity of reality, motifs of death, clothing material of disgusting hair and the ostentation of sex. Motto which leads modern fashion is something new and shocking. The grotesque fashion is an expression of eagerness for something new. It often show something ironic in the form of humor which is embedded in an abnormal and shocking pattern. The grotesque fashion is represented as an extreme beauty. It will stand as an important element of the future fashion and as a particular style with the change and fluidity.

Medical advertising is also a person in addition to the absolute value that includes both Due to the particularity of medical advertising in terms of life and the right to health Until now, this has been the target of strong regulations are changing the policy of gradual deregulation in our country, including the country. Medical advertising on the current medical law had been to be checked by pre-deliberation of the executive power. However, due to unconstitutional, in the circumstances which a false hype is flooding and increasing, it has been realized that the fair competition of medical community, life and health rights of the people are threatened by in reverse. In this regard, the abolition of the pre-deliberation system of medical advertising can be welcomed by abolition of the old system which is the legal and institutional censorship. Since its abolition, the alternative policy direction is insufficient also it is not clear. Therefore we need to study this. Therefore, in this paper, we try to find general theoretical background and problem of pre-deliberation system of medical advertising. Also, as trying to find feasibility or ambiguity of regulation and issues about medical advertising on medical law, we argued the provision of special measures of the medical advertising for introduction of integrated medical advertising deliberation committee which can ensure the independence and autonomy, strengthening of the monitoring on the internet advertising, legal resolving through amendments, strengthening of penalties, and establish special measures of medical advertising for the medical privatization and demand for the foreign medical tourist, etc. Empirical study about practical regulatory measures of medical advertising which converged the various opinions of consumer groups, government and academia, and medical community, and we expect hope to see the more realistic alternative provision.

  • 방송에서 공공성이 중요한 이유는 제반 사회에 존재하는 다원적 가치와 그것을 유통시키는 전파의 유한 희소성 때문이다. 방송 전파는 제한되어 있지만 다양한 사회적 가치는 자유롭게 유통되어야 한다. 이것이 방송 공공성의 핵심이다. 방송 공공성의 전제조건은 방송 규제기구와 방송사업자의 자율과 독립이다. 이 연구에서는 방송의 정치적 독립성 문제를 집중 검토하였다. 최근 MBC 피디 체포와 YTN 노조위원장 구속 사태는 아직도 한국사회에서 방송의 정치적 독립성이 심각한 문제임을 보여준다. 지난 2001년 출범한 통합방송위는 사회조합주의 방송 규제기구였다. 2008년 출범한 방송통신위는 국가기구에 가깝다. 공영방송과 방송통신위의 독립성을 강화하는 것이 현 단계 한국 민주주의의 핵심 과제다. 이 논문에서는 한국 방송에 대한 시민의 인식을 확인해 보기 위해 여론 조사를 실시했다. 결과를 보면 일반인과 전문가 집단 모두 현재 방송 독립성이 심각하게 침해받고 있다고 답했다. 본 논문에서는 수용자에 대한 조사 결과를 바탕으로 향후 방송의 독립성 유지를 위한 핵심 정책방향으로 사회조합주의 정책의 재구성 및 규제기구와 공영방송의 거버넌스 재편방향을 제안했다.

  • The objective of this study is to develop an automatic object changer unit to improve processing problems existed in the conventional horizontal machining center. To achieve this goal, this study designed a horizontal transfer as the second project continued to the first project that designed a upward and downward traverse unit. A horizontal traverse unit shows a symmetric structure and consists of frame, which consists of four unit tools, motor and reducer, which are fixed at a frame, operation unit with pinions, first traverse unit, and second traverse unit. Constraint conditions based on the operation mechanism with these elements were configured and obtained following results after modeling a model for a traverse motor. In the kinematic expression of sliding motion with one degree of freedom, the sliding motion is constrained. Also, the rack 3 installed at a frame is used to configure possible kinematic constraint conditions of the rack 2 according to the rolling motion of the pinion 2 in the first traverse unit. In addition, the moment of inertia that is a type of kinetic energy in a converted horizontal traverse unit in the side of the reducer can be applied to introduce the moment of inertia of a converted horizontal traverse unit in the side of the reducer by using the sum of kinetic energy in the rack and pinion, which is a part of the horizontal traverse unit. Also, the equation of motion of the converted upward and downward traverse unit in the side of the motor using the equation of motion of the motor. Furthermore, the horizontal traverse unit predetermines the mass of the first and second traverse unit and applied load including the radius and reduction ratio of the pitch circle in the pinion 1 and applied load to the rack 2. Then, a proper motor can be determined using several parameters in the upward and downward traverse unit in order to verify such predetermined specifications. In future studies later this study, a simulation that verifies the results of the previous two stages of studies using a finite element method.

  • This study was carried out with an objective to prepare the framework of conformity for the 21st century modern fashion, which is interactive with mankind, based on a position that the 21st century contemporary fashion with its amalgamating trend of diversified artistic forms may not be elucidated on a standpoint centering on one certain modality. The hybrid fashion trend of historical modality which provides freedom and satisfaction in creation of an individuals expressive power in expressing true desire of mans inside through man-centered thought of the times has made multifarious motives of the past and present fragmentary. It thus extracts inner divisions and the concept of consolidation through three-dimensional form. Modern fashion is newly interpreted by the material and details of high technologies. and is harmonized by mix and match with various expressions. By having it, it is being expressed together with many types of dresses and ornaments. The hybrid fashion design trend of regional elements formed by stimuli and contacts of diverse local culture by globalization of network that was achieved by scientific technologies of the contemporary information society has disintegrated varied boundaries in the conventional culture by the latest communication technology-new media on the basis of newly created culture. The fact that regional elements could be expressed as if they were interrelated without each being deprived of originality may be explained with an interpretation on pluralism. The hybrid fashion design trend of cultural aspect, which manifests in the background of scientific technological culture as it transcends the societal-cultural boundaries based on the de-centralization theory of Frederic Jameson, has supplemented the imperfect meanings through conversional correlation with other forms and internal program changes. The middle stratal and polyhedral characteristics are seen as each cultural element is dismantled and reassembled by application of 'multiple-time point expression'. Design forming method is not to bring destruction from outside, but to embrace instability and chaos through radical dismantling of the inside. and to pursue diversity and openness. Thus. it is implemented by an approach that takes the role of design process. In communication of discontinuity, continuity was dismantled through forms of mixing, overlap, perversion, insertion and coincidence.

무언인형의 연행양상과 존재의미 (Performance Aspects and Meaning of Existence of the Silent Puppets)

  • 본 연구에서 필자는 전통인형연행에 등장하는 무언인형에 주목했다. 무언인형을 실마리로 해서 마임의 '몸을 통한 표현'에 연결될 수 있는 인형의 움직임은 물론이고, 무언의 영역을 넘어서려는 여러 방식을 함께 주목했다. 무언인형의 연행방식 고찰과 역사적 전개양상 고찰을 통해서, 필자는 두 가지 사항을 확인했다. 첫 번째 사항은 그 연행양상의 다양성을 통해 무언이라는 한계 혹은 영역을 넘어서고 있다는 점이다. 두 번째 사항은 역사의 초기 단계에서부터 지금까지 무언인형은 줄곧 존재해왔으며, 나름의 유형별 전개 양상도 보이고 있다는 점이다. 이 두 가지 사항을 종합해 보면, 무언인형은 그 탄생 이래 지속적으로 나름의 전개과정을 거치면서 그 존재이유를 확보하고 있었다고 말할 수 있다. 적어도 삼국시대부터 지금까지 무언인형이 여전히 존재하고 있다는 것은 그것이 나름의 의도를 가지고 있었기 때문이다. 그것은 무언인형은 일상에서 벗어나려는 일탈적 욕망과, 상상 혹은 관념을 통한 초월적 자유로움을 추구하는 욕망을 표출하고자 한 것으로 정리할 수 있다. 이것이 곧 무언인형의 존재이유인 것이다. 그런데 이러한 무언인형의 존재이유는 마임의 완성에 꼭 필요한 존재로 중시되는 관객의 역할, 구체적으로 관객의 욕망과 상상력을 발흥시킬 필요성 강조와 긴밀하게 연관된다는 점에서 흥미롭다. 결국 무언인형은 그 연행양상이나 역사적 전개양상을 통해서 무언을 넘어서려는 다양한 시도를 하고, 이를 통하여 '일상의 의사소통과는 다른 비일상적 의사소통 방식'을 부단히 모색하고 있었음을 말하고 있다. 또한 그 연행방식과 의미화양상을 통하여 '관객의 상상력을 극대화하기 위한 모색', '관객의 능동화를 위한 상상력 자극과 마음 속의 연행을 위한 여러 모색'을 수행해 왔음을 말하고 있다. 필자는 이것이 한국에서의 마임 활동의 활성화를 위해 무언인형이 건네는 말이라 생각한다.

  • 다이나믹 이미지 예술은 실험 영화, 비디오 아트, 뉴미디어 아트라는 세 가지 주요 유형이 있다. 모든 새로운 재료와 미디어를 예술에 도입하여 예술 창작에 더 큰 자유를 가져왔다. 디지털 정보기술의 발달로 다이나믹 영상 이미지 제작에 있어 고도의 시각 예술적 요구가 증가하고 있다. 다이나믹 이미지와 착시 현상의 조합에서 파생될 수 있는 다양한 형태와 표현 방법은 예술 작품을 더욱 생생하게 만든다. 본 논문에서는 멀티미디어 디지털 다이나믹 영상 기술과 착시현상의 결합을 중심으로 한 공간의 재구성에 초점을 두고 있다. 또한 다이나믹 이미지 개발 맥락에서 시각과 착시의 관계를 살펴보고자 한다. 끝으로 폴 셔면의 작품 분석을 통해 그 합리적인 결합을 찾아볼 수 있다. 적절한 기술적 구현 수단으로 디지털 멀티미디어 기술을 사용하여 공간의 착시 현상을 표현하여 디자인이 더 새롭고 영향력이 있도록 하였다.

한지 패션디자인에 표현된 조형성에 관한 연구 (A Study of Formativeness Expressed in Korean-paper Fashion Design)

  • This study attempted to investigate the plasticity of Korean paper expressed in contemporary fashion after general inquiry into Korean paper and examine the aesthetic beauty of fashion design using Korean paper. It used the literature review and empirical data analysis together. Korea-paper fashion design, the object of actual investigation, was for Korean-paper fashion from the 1990s to the present. As a result of analysis, the following findings were obtained: First, the natural, warm and soft texture seen as pureness in Korean paper enables us to elicit naturalness from liberalness. In addition, Korean paper not only has the tough characteristic of its material but also has the natural characteristic of abandoning its original nature and complying and adhering to its a given nature. Korean-paper fashion design, using this natural beauty and frank nature, bears the pure image of excluding decoration. Second, the overlapping of the surface on the surface expressed in Korean-paper fashion design forms one space with the sense of depth because of its transparency and expresses temporality through repetition. And the work of folding it with other materials and pasting them up with together demonstrates the effect of reflection because its original transparency. This effect is the specificity created in the collage technique using Korean paper and is the advantage of coming to obtain a wider freedom of expression. Korean-paper fashion design expresses transparency using this repetition and overlapping, Third, Korean paper has the simple rather than luxurious aspect. Owing to this nature, fashion design looks as if there were the greed inherent behind the work made from Korean paper though the complex technique applied to it. And it expresses the restraint of Korean paper using its original white color, the exclusion of decoration and simple design. Fourth, Korean paper is more likely to be changed by the outside influence because of formation. It has its peculiar aesthetic value and original artistry to an extent that it is regarded as one artistic work. The quality and texture of Korean paper diversely vary according to the artist's working process. Like this, Korean paper is easily fused into some object without exclusivity though it may be added to it. Korean-paper fashion design has the beauty of creation that is to create a new world because Korean paper is fused into another material due to its soft nature.

하위문화 맥락에서 본 패션스타일 연구 (Study on the Styles of Subcultural Clothing: from 1930s to 1990s)

  • This is a study that examines the fashion changes in the 20th century in terms of various subcultures in the period. Starting from defining the concept and the developing process of subculture, this study traces the history of subcultural styles from 1930s to 1990s, focusing on the way each generation resisted the main stream through its styles. This study is intended to provide a theoretical frame on the understanding of subcultural styles, with a close examination of its formative and developing process and characteristics. This study understands subcultural style as a way of deviate or resistant expression within a society. It differentiates itself from the main style by deliberately and publicly asserting its own identity, and, as a result, realizes in the form of fashion its repressed subconsciousness, resistance to the alienation from the society, and deviation from the normative ethics and morality of a society. The four types of subcultural styles presented in chapter 4 are based on their form of resistance, and they are classified and analyzed as follows: The first type is revision, which tries to revise and change the given form by adding new elements. There are two kinds of revision, one is dressing up, which dresses for success, and the other is minimal dressing. Hyperbole is the second type, which resists by emphasizing or hyperbolizing the main stream with its erotic, nihilistic, or dynamic forms. Two kinds of hyperbole are examined, one is hyperbole of masculinity, and the other is ostentatious hyperbole. The third type is reversal and rejection, which reverses the forms from the established sign system into its own secret code, or rejects the traditional taboos. This type include no dressing, and the reversal of sex identity. Isolation and redrawal is the fourth type, which tries to distance itself from the ritual code of the day. This type is divided into dressing of the escape from time, and dressing of the escape from space. The first group of this type is characterized by nostalgia or futurism. An emphasis is given on ethnicity, naturalism, or a closed space within a city in dressing of the escape from space. In conclusion, it can be said that subcultural style puts the foremost importance on individual freedom. Since 1990s, the distinction between the subcultural styles and high fashion gets somewhat blurred, while the liberal, sexual, life stylistic tension between the two groups are heightened.

한국의 웹 캠페인 규제와 <선거법> 개정의 정치적 해석 (A Study on Web Campaign Regulations in Korea and Political Interpretations of Election Law Reform)

  • 본 연구는 인터넷을 기반으로 하는 웹 캠페인이 전 세계적으로 확산되고 있으나, 인터넷 강국 한국에서는 <선거법> 규제로 인한 제약이 있다는 점에 주목해서 그 문제점과 해결 방안을 분석하고자 했다. 연구 결과, 첫째, <선거법> 제93조 제1항은 헌법재판소의 한정위헌 결정으로 상시적 웹 캠페인이 가능한데, 제59조와 제254조(선거운동기간위반죄)는 이와 달라 개정이 필요하다. 둘째, ISP에 대한 삭제 등 조치요청은 <선거법>과 <정보통신망법> 조항들을 같이 개정해야 한다. <선거법> 제82조의4 제3항과 <정보통신망법>의 게시물 삭제 또는 취급거부 등의 조치를 ISP에게 요청할 경우, 이중 처벌의 가능성도 있어 개정이 필요하다. 셋째, <선거법> 제82조의6(인터넷언론사 게시판 대화방 등의 실명확인)은 2015년 7월 헌법재판소가 합헌이라 결정했지만 장기적으로 정치적 표현의 자유를 제한할 소지가 강해 보완 입법이 필요하다. 마지막으로, 연구는 <선거법> 개정이 왜 어려운지를 2가지 정치적 맥락에서 재해석하고 웹 캠페인 활성화를 위한 <선거법> 개정방식으로 정치인뿐 아니라 다수의 전문가와 시민사회 등이 참여하는 '<선거법>개정 다층 거버넌스'를 제안한다.
