결정론과 양립가능론은 그동안 자유의지론이 과학적인 견해와 맞지 않다고 생각해왔다. 이 논문은 친-과학적인 입장을 견지하면서 자유의지가 존재한다는 것이 아무런 문제나 모순을 발생시키지 않으며, 오히려 결정론이 과학적, 논증적 근거가 부족하다는 것을 논증한다. 먼저, 자아와 물리적인 신체(두뇌)의 동일론을 가정함으로써 이원론적인 자아를 거부한다. 자유의지는 다수실현이 가능한 기능적 개념이자 속성이다. 그래서 외계인이나 로봇의 행동 관찰을 통해서도 그들의 자유의지 유무를 판별할 수 있다. '자유의지'는 '소화' 처럼 기능류어이다. 우리가 소화기능을 가진다는 것을 아는 것처럼, 인간-자유의지의 미시적 구조를 파악해서 존재의 필연성을 알기 전이라도 우리에게 자유의지가 있다는 것은 알 수 있다. 어떤 개체가 자유의지 기능을 가지는가의 판단은 그것이 특정한 행동들을 가지는가에 달려있다. 그러한 행동은 상황에 맞게 행동을 조절하고 절제하며, 미래를 예측하고, 정교한 조건문을 만드는 등의 행동이다. 자유의지의 실체는 그러한 행동을 만들어내는 기능의 물리적인 담당자이다. 결정론은 갖가지 오해와 착각에 기초하고 있다. 결정론자들은 종종 물리법칙의 필연성과 결정론을 혼동한다. 또 다른 큰 착각은 자유의지가 한 시점에서 동일한 조건과 서로 다른 결과를 가진다고 생각한 것이다. 그러나 자유의지는 그 두 시점이 다르다는 것을 가정한다. 결정론은 종교의 영향을 받은 불필요한 추가적 가설이므로 오컴의 면도날에 따라 제거되어야 한다.

In recent years, coding education has been globally emphasized and the Free Semester System will be executed to the public schools in Korea from 2016. With the introduction of the Free Semester System and the rising demand of Computational Thinking (CT) capacity, this research aims to design 'learning environment' in which learners can design and construct mathematical objects through computers and print them out through 3D printers. Furthermore, it will design learning mathematics by constructing the figurate number patterns from 'soma cubes' in the playing context and connecting those to algebraic and combinatorial patterns, which will allow students to experience mathematical connectivity. It is expected that the activities of designing figurate number patterns suggested in this research will not only strengthen CT capacity in relation to mathematical thinking but also serve as a meaningful program for the Free Semester System in terms of career experience as 3D printers can be widely used.

자유의지에 대한 믿음은 인간 행동의 원인과 행위에 따른 책임을 판단하는데 필요한 개념으로서 신경과학, 철학, 윤리학, 형법 등 다양한 학문 분야에서 자유의지의 개념에 대한 논쟁이 이어지고 있다. 자유의지와 결정론척도((FAD-Plus; Paulhus & Carey, 2011)는 개인의 자유의지에 대한 믿음과 관련된 구성요소를 측정하는 검사도구로, 영미권을 중심으로 개발되어 최근 국내에도 번역 소개되었다. 본 연구는 기존의 탐색적 요인분석을 실시한 선행연구에서 나아가 다양한 연령대와 사회경제적 배경을 가진 1000명의 일반인을 대상으로 확인적 요인분석을 실시하였다(연구 1). 모형의 적합성, 집중타당도, 판별타당도를 통하여 해당 척도의 신뢰성과 타당성을 확보하였다. 이후, FAD-Plus 척도의 하위문항인 '자유의지에 대한 믿음'이 귀인편향 및 통제소재와 어떠한 관계를 보이는지 살펴보았다(연구 2). 총 83명의 피험자들을 대상으로 분석을 실시한 결과 자유의지에 대한 높은 믿음은 부정적 행위에 대한 처벌판단, 내부귀인과 정적인 상관을 보였으나 긍정적 행위에 대한 보상판단에서는 유의한 관계를 보이지 않았다. 이를 통해 기존에 한국판으로 번안된 FAD-Plus 척도가 일반인들을 대상으로도 타당함을 검증하였으며, 자유의지에 대한 믿음, 귀인편향, 통제소재, 행위판단과의 관계를 살펴볼 수 있었다. 본 연구의 한계, 정책적 함의, 그리고 향후 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

The present paper will argue what can be considered to be principled elements of the initial state S/sub 0/ of the Faculty of Language, which are called the Interface Condition (IC), and how far we can take the strongest minimalist thesis (SMT), which aims to offer principled explanation of language in terms of IC and the principle of efficient computation, to linguistic analysis. We will discuss implications of label-free phrase structures, required by the strong version of the Inclusiveness Condition, and possibilities of crash-free syntax, required by the condition of efficient computation. I will point out problems of Chomsky's assumption that an externally Merged expletive there is a head, which, as a probe, undergoes agreement with the goal T. I will present several advantages we obtain if we maintain A and A' distinction, and assume that wh-movement to the outer [SPEC, υ] is an A'-movement like wh-movement to [SPEC, C].

New technologies using a CNC machine to reduce the production cost of free-form buildings are being developed. To produce free-form members with such technologies, a vast free form building should be first divided into multiple panels that can be produced. Considering the curved surface of free-form buildings, the shape and size of divided freeform panels vary, which will lead to a great deal of errors. Currently, the engineers and designers complete the panelizing work through trials and errors even in large-scale projects, which results in increased construction duration and cost. Thus, it is necessary to develop a freeform panelizing technology to maximize the economic effects of free-form concrete member production technology. The purpose of the study is to analyze influence factors on panelizing of free-form buildings, which is a preceding research for development of a panelizing technology. The influence factors drawn will provide a core basis for development of panelizing technologies for free-form buildings.

자유의지와 결정론 척도(FAD-Plus; Paulhus & Carey, 2011)는 개인의 자유의지에 대한 믿음과 관련된 구성요소를 측정하는 검사도구이다. 폴란드, 프랑스, 중국 등에서 척도의 타당화가 이루어졌으나 아직까지 국내에서는 FAD-Plus 척도를 타당화 하려는 시도가 이루어지지 않았다. 따라서 이 척도가 국내에서도 신뢰할 수 있고 활용 가능한지 확인하는 연구가 필요하다. 이를 위해 본 연구에서는 총 202명의 대학생을 대상으로 탐색적 요인분석의 방법을 활용하여 FAD-Plus 척도의 타당화를 실시하였다. 자유의지에 대한 믿음이 다른 심리학적 기제들과 어떠한 관계를 보이는지 살펴보기 위해 성격 5요인 및 주관적 안녕감을 추가적으로 측정하였다. 연구결과 총 27개의 문항 중 6개의 문항이 제거되었을 때 측정검사도구로서 가장 적합한 수준의 신뢰성과 타당도를 보임을 검증하였다. 본 연구의 한계, 정책적 함의, 그리고 향후 연구 방향에 대해 논의하였다.

Free-form building is increasing because of request that an order to raise the value and request of the local residents and the government trying to own iconic and beautiful buildings. In addition, the installation and production of free-form concrete segment are now available because of development of construction technology, such as the development of materials and equipment. However, the production of free-form concrete segment requires a lot of time and manpower than shaping. In particular, resources of the mold for the production of free-from segment will be invested excessively because mold can not be recycled. Thus, the problems of increased costs, construction periods and loss of productivity occur. To solve these problems, this study proposes a technique of making the mold of for variable within a short time. Technique proposed in this study can be recycled die and will realize fast and accurate free-form concrete segment.

본 논문은 종교 철학적인 영화의 세계관 속에 깃들어 있는 생명에 대한 각종 의제(議題) 중 자유의지와 책임 간의 변증법적 관계를 핵심적으로 탐구하고자 한다. 또한 이를 바탕으로 자유와 책임, 존재와 허무 등 종교철학에서 말하는 신앙위기(信仰危機)에 관한 갈등 문제가 종교영화 속에서 어떻게 논의되고 있는지를 연구한다. 현대 서양 철학 중 실존주의에 관한 장 폴 사르트르의 '자유의지의 존재로 인한 주체성 이념'과 비교되는, 계몽주의 철학자 임마누엘 칸트의 '선의지에 기원한 도덕적인 자율성'에 대한 이론 및 니시타니 게이지의 생명 본질에 대한 '자각성'개념을 토대로 영화를 분석한다. 또한 그중에 지닌 개인의 관점과 더불어 자연의 관점에서 자유의지관한 문제는 중국 도가(道家) 철학자 장자(莊子)의 '무위자연(無為自然)'에 대한 사상을 통하여 종합적으로 보완한다. 폴란드 영화 <데칼로그 8편 : 어느 과거에 관한 이야기>를 사례로 하여 논문의 중심 논제(論題)인 자유의지와 책임 간의 변증법적 관계를 분석함으로써 진정한 자유의지는 양심의 추구를 바탕으로 한다는 결론을 내리고자 한다.

In future domestic context aware applications the location of mobile devices is often required. Ultrasonic technology enables high resolution indoor position measurements. A disadvantage of state-of-art ultrasonic systems is that several base stations are required to estimate 3D position. This study aims to evaluate the efficiency and effectiveness of using UPS as a 3D free-hand writing or drawing tool. The processes include the design and testing of UPS as an efficient 3D free-hand writing or drawing tool in the air. The paper will further explain the system architecture of the UPS and how to use GPS as 3D free-hand writing or drawing tool. The efficiency and effectiveness of the system was confirmed by a computer software simulation. The software will further display the result of drawing or writing from the user by graphics. As a result, it is possible to implement UPS as a 3D free-hand writing or drawing tool in the air.
