Mobile wire technology is a publicly available general purpose for Radio Frequency(RF) communication for short-range and point-to-multi point voice and data transfer. In this paper, we proposed a new technology of the synchronized frame structure which is based on the CDMA technique, and it's implemented into the VLSI design by FPGA. The developmental technique consists of an assigned coded type mobile communication equipments and available local mobile or wireless communication scheme quasi BT(Blue Tooth)'s functions as multiplexer or do-multiplexer for each other applications. We implement this architecture with special proposed frame structure in the local area network. Also, we expect the above proposed structure extend into the DS3 network architecture and applicable to the TE(Terminal Equipment) in the local communication area and the other one etc.

Video transcoding is a technique used to convert a compressed input video stream with an arbitrary format, size, and bitrate into a different attribute video stream different attributes to provide a efficient video streaming service for the customers is dispersed in the heterogeneous networks. Specifically, frames deletion occur in a transcoding scheme that exploits the adjustment of frame rate, and at this time, the loss in temporal relation among frames due to frame deletion is compensated for the prediction of motion estimation by reusing motion vectors in the would-be deleted frames. But the processing time for transcoding don't have an improvement as much as our expectation because transcoding is done only within the transcoder. So in this paper, we propose a new transcoding algorithm based on prediction period to improve transcoding-related processing time. For this, we also modify the existing encoder so as to adjust dynamically frame rate based on the prediction period and deletion period of frames. To check how the proposed algorithm works nicely, we implement a video streaming system with the new transcoder and encoder to which it is applied. The result of the performance test shows that the streaming system with proposed algorithm improve 60% above in processing time and also PSNR have a good performance while the quality of pictures is preserved.
In this paper, we present a method for generating and providing spatially encoded video data that can be effectively used by GIS applications. We collect the video data by a mobile mapping system called 4S-Van that is equipped by GPS, INS, CCD camera, and DVR system. The information about spatial object appearing in video, such as occupied region in each frame, attribute value, and geo-coordinate, are generated and encoded. We suggest methods that can generate such data for each frame in semi-automatic manner. We adopt standard MPEG-7 metadata format for representation of the spatially encoded video data to be generally used by GIS application. The spatial and attribute information encoded to each video frame can make visual browsing between map and video possible. The generated video data can be provided and applied to various GIS applications where location and visual data are both important.
Existing Android applications for streaming video in real time are dependent on the codec, which composes the encoding function, and the version of Android operating system. Also, for streaming video in real time, most applications should be connected with a separate desktop PC. To overcome these disadvantages, we propose a new application, which records and streams video in real time. Specifically, the proposed application uses the flash video file format, which is the common media file format supported by various versions of Android operating system. Through experiments, we show that it is possible for the proposed application to record the video screens more than 20 frames per second and to stream it in real time while using the existing video encoding methods.
Screen X is one of the Premium Large-Format platforms. Screen X projects images and video along the side wall of the theatre that go in synch with the front main screen. It's a different way of immersing the audience. This technique demands film-makers taking the two new "screens" into account when making movies. Screen X is the most obvious feature of viewing content with a range of 270 degrees. Viewers can view the experience of viewing experiences beyond the frame of screen screens by allowing viewers to experience the experience beyond the frame of screen screens, which means screen X can immerse the audiences without 3D glasses. Based on the results of this study, studies of content specifications and how they fit in the screen X are studied, and goals for maximizing the visual effects of the visual effects are studied. Looking forward to future research paper researchers and industry professionals who will benefit from future research papers.

As underwater environment monitoring system's interest has increased, the research is proceeding about underwater acoustic sensor network. Underwater sensor network can be applicable to many fields, such as underwater environment monitoring, underwater resource exploration, oceanic data collection, military purposes, etc. It is essential to define the PHY-MAC protocol for revitalization of the underwater acoustic sensor network which is available utilization in a variety of fields. However, underwater acoustic sensor network has to implement by consideration of underwater environmental characteristics, such as limited bandwidth, multi-path, fading, long propagation delay caused by low acoustic speed. In this paper, we define frequency of adjusted PHY protocol, network topology, MAC protocol, PHY-MAC interface, data frame format by consideration of underwater environmental characteristics. We also present system configuration of our implementation and evaluate performance based on our implementation with test in real underwater field.

This paper describes a research work of developing computer-aided design of lead frame, semiconductor, with blanking operation which is very precise for progressive working. Approach to the system is based on the knowledge-based rules. Knowledge for the system is formulated from plasticity theories, experimental results and the empirical knowledge of field experts. This system has been written in AutoLISP on the AutoCAD using a personal computer and in I-DEAS Drafting Programming Language on the I-DEAS Master Series Drafting with Workstation, HP9000/715(64) and tool kit on the ESPRIT. Transference of data among AutoCAD, I-DEAS Master Series Drafting, and ESPRIT is accomplished by DXF(drawing exchange format) and IGES(initial graphics exchange specification) methods. This system is composed of six modules, which are input and shape treatment, production feasibility check, strip-layout, die-layout, modelling, and post-processor modules. The system can design process planning and Die design considering several factors and generate NC data automatically according to drawings of die-layout module. As forming process of high precision product and die design system using 2-D geometry recognition are integrated with technology of process planning, die design, and CAE analysis, standardization of die part in die design and process planning of high pression product for semiconductor lead frame is possible to set. Results carried out in each module will provide efficiencies to the designer and the manufacturer of lead frame, semiconductor.
According to the network condition, the communication network overload could be occurred when media transmitting. Many researches are being carried out to lessen the network overload, such as the filtering, load distributing, frame dropping and many other methods. Among these methods, one of effective method is frame dropping that reduces specified video frames for bandwidth diminution. B frames are dropped and then I, P frames are dropped according to dependency among the frames in frame dropping. This paper proposes a scheme for protecting copyrights by encryption, when we apply frame dropping to reduce bandwidth of media following MPEG-4 file format. We designed two kinds of frame dropping: first one stores and then sends the dropped files and the other drops frames in real-time when transmitting. We designed three kinds of encryption methods in which DES algorithm is used to encrypt MPEG-4 data: macro block encryption in I-VOP, macro block and motion vector encryption in P-VOP, and macro block and motion vector encryption in I, P-VOP. Based on these three methods, we implemented a digital right management solution for MPEG-4 data streaming. We compared the results of dropping, encryption, decryption and quality of video sequences to select an optimal method, and there is no noticeable difference between the video sequences recovered after frame dropping and the ones recovered without frame dropping. The best performance in encryption and decryption of frames was obtained when we apply the macro block and motion vector encryption in I, P-VOP.
The study on plane composition in clothing was focused mainly on woven wear earlier but its application has been reaching the knit wear. This study is confined to the utilization with geometrical linear pattern in the modern apparel. The work here intends to grasp the plane structure found in both woven wear and knit wear and, in particular, to understand the aesthetics of fashion. The modern flat patterned clothing has been affected by the oriental style or postmodernism in view of social and cultural aspect while its fabric material and expression method shows the diversity in terms of industrial and technical aspect. It can be characterized as several outstanding patterns: the geometrical pattern in structure, the linear pattern with seam line and 2-dimensional plane pattern without seam line, and the flexible silhouette integrated into one single shape with human body unlike the traditional apparel The aesthetics of fashion in modern flat patterned clothing can be divided into such category as the organically spatial change, the re-creation of tradition and the non-format framework. The organically spatial change shows the geometrical formation in clothes due to change in dimension, where the organically changing uniformity and generosity appears as the dimension progresses. The timeless without any difference of up and down, left and right, and inside and outside and the discontinuity due to limitless spatial change are also imbedded. The re-creation of tradition tells the reshaped spirits of old tradition by integrating and modifying the hereditary features in the old customed clothing into modern clothing. The modern flat patterned clothing implies the contemporaneousness or the frame through which the old and modern cultures may be shared and indicates the re-creation of the past and uniformity. The non-format framework contains the uncertainty in meaning and it doesn't have any certain standards. As both the apparel and the human body with this style aim at the open space, the numerous contingencies are realized.

In this paper, a new bit rate estimation scheme is proposed to determine the bit rate for each subclass in an MPEG-2 TS to H.264/AVC transcoder after dividing an input MPEG-2 TS sequence into several subclasses. Video format transcoding in conventional IPTV and Smart TV services is a time-consuming process since the input sequence should be fully transcoded several times with different bit-rates to decide the bit-rate suitable for a service. The proposed scheme can automatically decide the bit-rate for the transcoded video sequence in those services which can be stored on a video streaming server as small as possible without losing any subject quality loss. In the proposed scheme, an input sequence to the transcoder is sub-classified by hierarchical clustering using a parameter value extracted from each frame. The candidate frames of each subclass are used to estimate the bit rate using a statistical analysis and a mathematical model. Experimental results show that the proposed scheme reduces the bit rate by, on an average approximately 52% in low-complexity video and 6% in high-complexity video with negligible degradation in subjective quality.
