The channel of distribution exists for the purpose of moving product from the manufactuerer to the final consumer. In order to satisfy consumer needs, channels provide for the those products to arrive at the right place, at the right time and in the quantity, quality and price desired. Currently, there has been an emerging interest in the improvement of distribution system in many areas of industries and Korean government because of a market liberalizatiion begun at 1989 and still has processed step by step. In the wave of market liberalization, an understanding of the channel of distribution and structure would be very crucial when developing the opportunities of competitive advantages in Korean apparel industry. The purposes of this study were to investigate the determinants of the distribution channel and to identify how to respond to the market liberalization for developing the possible future strategies in the apparel industry. Data for this study were obtained from interviews with managers in apparel company in addition to a questionnaire mailed to over 106 middle management position of apparel company. Data were analyzed by using descriptive statistics. The results of this study were summarized as follows. 1. In the distribution channel of the apparel industry, a vertical marketing system, comprising producer, apparel company, retailer, prevailed without intermediaries such as wholesalers or vendors. Especially, the apparel company controlled marketing channel members. This type of system may reflect added product cost and may be not advantageous to retailers and consumers because most apparel companies are responsible for its own transfortation, storage and stocks after season. 2. In the view of market liberalization, most apparrel companies showed double-edged viewpoints. In terms of positive aspect, it would give stimulus to broaden variety of fashion merchandise and to improve product quality of fashion merchanise which were the most disadvantageous factors in competing with oversea's brands. In terms of negative aspect, it would bring the bankruptcy of small or medium sized apparel firms and the foreign products' penetration in domestic market. From this study, severel recommedations were suggested forward to improve the present condition in apparel industry. They included eliminating the power of apparel company and reinforcing middlemen for more efficient distribution system and for satisfying consumer needs in rapidly changing environment. Also it included government supports, reinforcement of information system, improvement in channel structure, and career development program in conjunction with apparel companies and academic society for improving scientific management and future potential strategies in Korean apparal industry.

본 연구는 중국에 진출한 아프리카기업의 내생변수인 해외시장몰입이 마케팅전략과 시장진입전략에 어떤 영향을 미치는지를 실증분석 하였고, 해외시장몰입과 기업성과만족도의 상관관계분석을 살펴보았다. 해외시장몰입은 중국기업의 성과만족도에 유의한 정(+)의 영향을 보였다. 시장진입전략과 마케팅전략은 중국기업이 아프리카에 해외직접투자를 진행할 때 기업의 해외시장몰입도에 완전매개효과로 나타났다. 또한 중국기업이 해외활동을 진행할 때 시장진입전략과 마케팅전략의 효과를 분석 검증해 봄으로써 앞으로 아프리카에 직접투자 시 효과적인 제안 및 시사점을 제시하였다.

With social media booming, newspapers are facing an enormous challenge, and some have even had to exit the market. Likewise, their role as a main force of public opinion guidance in China has also been challenged. They have lost their vantage ground. The present study conducted a case study on one well-known Chinese online public opinion event. Through analyzing the newspapers' role played in different public opinion development stages, this study displayed how Chinese newspapers worked together and successfully guided online public opinion in that case. The newspapers' advantages in guiding public opinion and suggestions as to how newspapers can survive and guide public opinion in the new media era are put forward in the final section.

Farm economy is getting worse because of the free trade trends in agriculture sector and unreasonable application of market economy principles to agricultural products. And The worldwide issues of environmental pollution as well as want of food, water and energy make human future be anxious. In addition, consumers raise questions in argument about safety of foods produced by traditional farming or imported. So I propose the urban-rural living community movement(URLCM) as an alternative plan for sustainable domestic agriculture. URLCM based on environmentally friendly agriculture and community consciousness will be able to solve many of present issues on agriculture and rural society through incessant interchanges between urban and rural community. This URLCM has to be basically founded on principles of symbiosis-coexistence and life circulation. So those that have to be driven forward arc organizing producers and consumer cooperatives, making environmentally friendly rural region and products, combining with consumer cooperatives, training the participants and so forth.

전력 거래 체제에 관한 기존의 연구들은 분석의 편의를 위해 복잡한 전력 시스템을 너무 단순화하여 현실성을 좀더 반영해야 할 필요가 있었다. 본 논문에서는 양방향 입찰의 전력 도매 경쟁 시장에서 선도 계약 시장의 도입과 가격 결정 방식의 변화가 장기적으로 전력 가격의 수준 및 변동성, 그리고 발전 회사들의 이윤과 같은 시장 성과에 미치는 영향에 대해 실제 데이터를 적용한 객체 기반모형 시뮬레이션을 통하여 분석하였다. 시뮬레이션 결과, 선도 계약 시장이 도입되는 경우 전력 가격은 상승하며 투자가 활발하게 발생하고, 가격결정방식이 단일 가격에서 차별 가격으로 바뀌는 경우 전력 가격과 가격 변동성이 감소하였다.

Extradosed PSC Box bridges, newly emerging type of structures in construction market, have a characteristic in that external tendons are used for strengthening PSC Box girder like stay cables in cable stayed bridges. In this study, a series of constructions stage analysis procedure, including initial shape analysis, backward analysis and forward analysis, have been performed in order to investigate long-term behavior of extradosed PSC box bridges, using PCCAP-a computer program for time-dependent stage analysis of PSC cable stayed bridges. CEB-FIP 1978 model was used for the consideration of time-dependent effect of concrete material. Showing the validity of the analysis results with RM SPACE FRAME, it has been confirmd that time-dependent effects become less consequential as the stiffness of girder becomes larger.

The recent trend in the payment terms of international trade shows the gradual shift toward more diversified payment methods (from L/C to not L/C) in order to cope with the increasingly dynamic international transactions in a more flexible manner. The reasons behind this recent shift are as follows : first, the global trade market is breaking away from the traditional L/C methods based on letters of credit toward a not L/C methods. nother reason for the changing trade payment methods is the increasing volume of intra transactions between headquarters and their foreign subsidiaries based on collection payment methods. Having mentioned the above problems that impede the Korean export insurance system, some suggestions can be put forward through a comparative analysis with foreign export insurance system. First, inducing private investments is one way of strengthening financial health of the KEIC. The KEIC also needs to diversify its insurance coverage adapting to the changing international trade environments.

Korea furniture industry is the difficulty of producing manpower supply and demand together with rising raw material and are facing severe difficulties as a diversification of consumer needs. It located so close through the International Furniture Fair in China and to identify the status of the domestic furniture industry. It also overlooks want to move forward in the direction. China International Furniture Fair was the head of the leading exchanges for furniture production worldwide. Market demand as households, yet the center is fully equipped with the chance to cooperate with the furniture production. The Shanghai International Furniture Fair was responsible for, such as providing ideas and partners for product development and production paths excavation of korea furniture manufacturers itgetda which can have a significant driving force in overcoming the recession and evaluated through this.

The creation of S&T knowledge and development of S&T- based innovation has spread worldwide from traditionally advanced countries to traditionally developing countries, often under the direction of governments. Korea is an exemplar in this new locus. Korea's burst in Science and Technology during the last three decades has made Korea a substantive player in the global production of S&T knowledge and its application to business. Although Korea still trails the US and other top countries in the quality of research, it has leaped from its 1980s standing as bit player in the knowledge economy to being among the leaders in the early 21st Century. This paper shows that Korea's advance benefited from its active participation in the global market in higher education, in international research collaborations, and its close ties to the U.S. Korea's experience offers lessons for other countries who seek to advance by becoming knowledge economies. Korea proves that a developing country can gain comparative advantage in knowledge production and use; that government policy can stimulate such a development; and that openness to the world of higher education and research is the best way to move forward and overcome the middle income trap.

This paper presents the trend of low voltage and high current technology for DC-DC converters. It can be said that the output voltage of the on-board power supply has been rapidly moving forward a low voltage in proportion to the minuteness of the semiconductors. As for as its speed is concerned, the change of the market situation seems to be faster than that of R&D for the low voltage and high current products put out by power supply manufacturers. Here, the present situation and the trend of non-isolated type step-down DC-DC converter and isolated type DC-DC converter called "Brick" will be taken up mainly from the fellowing point of view. -low voltage and high current keeping up with the current demand for the latest telecommunication networks and broadband. -build-up of the total solution for dispersion system power supply. In this paper, an explanation is given to mainly concerning to the newest products in the supplier's position.
